Been coming here for a long, long time Through my recovery I have had many counselors some better than others funny how things happen my husband transferred to Medmark from BAART in Oakland crazy we both ended up on Rich’s case load { R.I.P. RICH another great counselor } so you know we both can’t have the same counselors so of course I got kicked to the curb. Best curb I got kicked to { so to speak. } which is currently Nicole Martinez, the best I’ve ever had , She definitely help me get to where I am now she goes above and beyond helped me in my life so much, I don’t even know what I’m gonna do when we goes our separate ways 😔..I wish I can take her with me. I've been going to the program since June 2023. I started out in Concord, was only there for 4 to 6 months before they shut it down. From there I went to Antioch. I have had two counselors, Travis and Danelle, the both of them are Awesome! Very caring, understanding, helpful, and kind! The nurses are great, and the persons at the front desk are Great too. All in All I'd rate them from 1 to 10; I'd give them a 10 meaning Very Satisfied! Thanks for all of your HELP Everyone!! You're the Best!! 😇🥰👍 Terri Rife

I've been going to the BAART clinic in Antioch, CA for nearly 8 hrs and absolutely love the program. So much so I got my BFF to get treatment there and she also lives it and is so glad she took the initiative to go there and like me has found relief from the bandage of addiction. I've had a few counselors and love them all. It is like a big family there from the counselors to the dispensing nurses and all the patients. All the patients know each other and support each other. You feel very safe & supported in their relaxed, chill & friendly environment. I would recommend it to anyone experiencing the bondage of addiction. Bcz now instead of the stress of finding opiates and fear of not having them and facing withdrawal now i just take my dose in the morning and don't even think about opiates the rest of the day. Opiate addiction can be an all consuming full time job in which your entire life revolves around getting enough opiates fearing running out and the absolute misery of withdrawal. when you can't get them. But going to BAART has gotten me off that hammster wheel so I can enjoy my life without having to even think about opiates anymore. If you in bondage to opiate addiction do yourself a favor and FREE yourself by going to BAART and start truly livingb& enjoying your life.

This place has a bad reputation, I understand. However, I’ve seen it help several people that actually wanted the help and used the program properly.There is several key words in this comment that are necessary and down right vital in order for the clinic to work the way it was intended. It can help people lead a sober life and there are people that work there that care for the welfare and wellbeing of the patients that go there.

This Rehab facility is special in many ways, one of the facts being the location is somewhere convenient for anyone to access the place whether by public transport or car, the workers here and the ones who run the facility are not only just trained experts, but they are also incredibly compassionate people when it comes to their interactions with other people. The place is kept clean and looked after to keep the staff and customers comfortable.

At tranquility my expectations were beyond met. The staff really cares! There’s always an open bed at tranquility!

Tranquility is the best place I’ve been to. They have taken care of me very well and equipped me with the right tools to succeed once I left. The houses are very clean and well managed! The food is amazing! If you or a loved one need help with mental or substance abuse issues, I highly recommend coming here. Big shoutout to Omar, Askari, Jeremy, Janelle, Drea, Berto, Chef Mary, Chef Narciso, Jennifer, Abid, Elias, and everyone else that works there. They’re all great!

Great place for seniors needing housing and social services

St Mary's Center gives me the feel of home away from home. It's somewhere for seniors to come and get a nutritional meal and receive help in housing. Seniors need somewhere other than home and church to participate. They also have all kind of activities to get involved in. God bless St Mary's Center🙏💃🙏😍🗣️❤️

I was locked out due to an unlawful eviction in 2022 & lived in my car for a month while attending St Mary's center. I was a breast cancer survivor until 2023 when I was diagnosed cancer-free & in Feb of that year I was housed in a transitional room through St Mary's. They gave me a safe community where I was able to restart my life, take care of my mental & physical health issues, & in Jan 2024 they helped me get permanent stable housing at Depot Community Apts in Hayward. If anybody needs a safe place to get help, I urge you to come & connect with this senior center. They are a lifesaving God-given resource to help fix your life issues & THRIVE! Their staff is AWESOME!

If you want a Dr. who listens and really cares about what you’re saying then you’ve come to the right Doctor!! Dr. Smeester is an amazing human and Doctor!! He never rushes you he genuinely wants to listen and work with me to help give me quality of life♥️ Chronic pain is no joke. I’ve been in pain management since 2011. I had been with his wife Dr Gutierrez for years (she is also the best and a amazing Dr!! I began working with Dr Smeester and have been with him for a few years now. You will never find a Dr like Dr Smeester he is 1 in a million!! He is caring he works with you to give you the best outcome. I can’t imagine my life without his care. If you truly want great care then you’ve come to the right place!! Summer is his assistant she is the sweetest young lady who runs the office!! She is wonderful and is a perfect Segway to Dr Smeester!! The whole package is the best you will find. I highly they recommend Dr Smeester you won’t find a better Doctor!!

Dr. Smeester continues to be the best dr all around. He is an exceptional doctor with combination of qualities that go beyond medical knowledge and expertise. Also the gal at the desk, Summer, is amazing as well. She helped me rectify an issue i had with my new insurance and I truly appreciate her quick efforts to help me get back on track. Dr. Smeester continues to be the most caring and compassionate doctor I've ever known. He is a great listener and I always look forward to our appointments. Even after a year he's still the best and I highly recommend.

The medical center is located in an absolutely beautiful, scenic, rural location. The medical director and staff generally take excellent care of these veterans. I've been visiting there for over 2 years.

Easy traffic and parking if go there early on Fridays. Staff is very nice. Grounds are beautiful with a lot of frequent wildlife strolling by, esp early or late. One thing I would request- return of the deli. There is no place close by to get food when there are several appointments to do.
