The staff are kind, nice, and each has undoubtedly endured more years of opiod dependency than you. I am guessing of course, but they are pros. Enrollment couldn't be easier and dosing happens the same day. Within a month, take-homes are a reality and you can taper if and when you wish. I wish I had known of this place sooner. Sooner, like when you're panicked trying to find a place because you're about to be sick and you're out of money. Just call them. The counselors are there to help and do just that, they help. The people and staff are loving ❤️ and caring and understanding. I came in at rock bottom my addiction to alcohol was a 10 and was taking over my life. I never wanted to do an impatient treatment center before I regret not doing it earlier in my life. I had a lot of anxiety of placing myself in an inpatient environment with the help of my family and friends. I completed a 90 day impatient treatment at the Diamond house and I am now over four months with zero cravings for alcohol with the help of. Daily therapy of meditation, and the things that I have learned throughout the program and daily prayer in my life, this is helped me really overcome some of my addiction or may I say most of my addiction it’s a continuous battle daily that I learn. I have to work on. I can’t thank the staff enough for all their support and all the individuals that came and gave their experiences that they went through with Alcoholism and their addictions and their journeys through their life you feel that youare not alone and you’re not the only one that is going through this I feel I’m getting stronger every day. The support staff will also help check on you. The staff is incredible; they really care about the residents when they are in and out of the program. This may not be a facility where you get a tv in your room and have your phone all day, but you WILL build community and get set up with the tools for actually recovering from addiction. It’s been my jumping off place, and I am still sober 100 days later. I go back every Tuesday for alumni nights, and look forward to seeing the staff, residents, and other folks who have graduated from FORC. Also, their cooks rock.
