I have hated the dentist due to previous issues and injuries, never went to a dentist for 9 years.they understood were very thorough and knew about alot of precious dental issues and made me feel so comfortable! They are helping me gain my smile back and i Started the journey with tribal health last month and have had some extractions done and overall experience 100/100!!!! If you or your kids want a family friendly positive encouraging safe environment they are your people!!!! They will accommodate you however u need to make your visit and experience rememberable. The Alano Club is where people meet to participate in a traditional AA 12 Step program. People mandated by Butte County courts to participate in AA can come to meetings here and get their logs validated. AA meets 7 days a week throughout the days and evenings. Those who work are able to easily participate in AA therapy due to the various meeting times. There's many dedicated men and women who have years of sobriety and who have worked the 12 Steps available here. They are available to provide sponsorship or just simple fellowship. I recommend the Alano Club AA program for people who desire sobriety. Recovery through AA is possible it takes working through the 12 Steps AND the understanding fellowship of the many sober men and women at the Alano Club. You can return to your friends and families alcohol free and have a happy and healthy life.

After plans to send my husband to a treatment facility in Texas unraveled, I was put in contact with David at Sierra Heath and Wellness. He explained everything thoroughly and we had my husband on a plane to California the next day. Throughout my husband’s stay he commented on how great the chefs/food was, how nice the nursing team was, and how helpful the councilors and therapists were. We are forever grateful for the work that Sierra Health and Wellness provides, and the continued support they have offered after treatment. We are hopeful for a bright future because of the help of these lovely people. Highly recommend!

Very nice facilities and people. Make sure you park in the front. All other entrances are staff only. The eye clinic is great. Very professional. Sandy was very helpful. Albert at the optical Shop is very helpful.

Dr. Ethan Itner is the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. He listens and really cares. He's been my dr. for about 5 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about him!

Friendly service, great healthcare workers, clean inside, safe environment with security guards etc.

While I was there I was treated with total respect and understanding. The staff seems to genuinely care about it's patients. Even the really loud ones or the ones I myself would have a hard time dealing with or listining to while doing paperwork. The facility itself is pretty nice. Memory foam beds I think and there is a door you can close. Two Tvs are available. One in the main day room or dining room and one in another room with books and magazines available. Both are Netflix and YouTube capable. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there.

Helped my get my life back on track.

Hi I went here when I was looking for my mental health solutions after calling a mental health line to get a second opinion. The building was a bit tucked away. But there was a gentleman with bald head there.... I don't remember his name. But he gave me a once over and said I was probably fine if the hotline said I was. I told him about my rapid growth from midlife crisis and he told me it was totally normal to have these things happen. I felt seen when the front desk person saw me too. Accepted me for being human! They made me feel validated because they also knew how hard it is for everyone! I must have gotten lucky! They were open I am grateful we have a clinic to get healthy in for needed individuals! The only point off was because 1) needs more visibility 2) the cost of healthcare sucks! It's too expensive for someone like me to do those meetings. But if you have the money for them give them a go! It's not their fault though! We need all need better healthcare! I got treated different because of i seemed to have my head on my shoulders.

My stay there was very refreshing. The staff was 2nd to none and the food was was top notch👌. Looking forward to visiting again 😀. No really, it was helpful for the services they provided to get me out of my slump.

Hard to get appointment but staff is real nice and smart

Where to start, getting lab results should be easy but it takes two months plus. I go in for labs, low t, they say take it again in 6 weeks to confirm, 6 weeks later still low but it takes a month and a half later until they go over labs finally. They make a referral to endocrinologist he rejects it. Another 6 weeks for labs, followed by a month to hear about results. The staff and nurses are overall pretty rude if you express any dissatisfaction even when you arent saying anything verbally and are just put off by the chaos here. I had so much going on this last week, wife in the hospital, taking care of a house alone, two kids, work, vet appointments, upcoming surgery and the death of another veteran I served with via suicide but hey being slightly irritated but cordial is way too much for them to deal with... they take an hour and a half to fill zofran and then give me attitude about not wanting to wear a mask because I have a breathing problem. I'm not contagious and the labs have to do with my nausea which has been ongoing since 2017 but they didn't care to hear an explanation and then act like they are so put off by my demeanor and not even wanting to hear my words. Must be nice to have such a sheltered little life that you are put off by someones demeanor that you become rude because you find that so hard to deal with. I miss the Visalia Clinic and at this point am just at a loss for words. Patient advocate is a nice lady, she tries, doc tries but beauracracy is a nightmare, Hizen is a good dude too but getting call backs or scheduling to reach out or the front desk to not have an attitude is unreal. The lab techs are sweet too. Some of the staff needs to work on how they treat veterans. I changed my rating, they are pretty decent overall since it seems as if their staff have turned around and are doing much better.

Yuba City VA clinic does a great job. The staff has always been welcoming, friendly, and does their job quickly and efficiently.

Worst mental health facility in the state. Their neglect killed my husband. They don't rewritten calls and apparently if your mental health is just too much for them they drop you.

I have seen many outstanding changes at Behavioral Health's 'Safe Haven Wellness and Recovery Center' over the past year, including new staff members. Groups facilitated by peers have taken on a more intentional approach to the principles of self-love, mutual empowerment, wellness and recovery. I like what I am seeing.

Great place helps a lot of people. It's a program that you can make whatever you want out of it. Good or bad. It's a great place for families to get a head start.
