I like this place. And all the staff. The counselor actually care and WANT to help you. I’m not sure why it has 3 stars, because this is a location trying to help recoverin addicts like myself. Only down fall is the wait, for certain things, but thats only at the beginning when you register as a PT there because of all the paperwork and stuff you have to do. Also they provide lots of help. Counseling. Help getting a primary doctor. They care about you and your needs and I love that about them. They are awesome. 10/10

There is currently a really solid group of people at this clinic....from the counselors, to the nurses, and the management. Everyone is always friendly and that can be difficult at times when your work day starts at 5am. 2 people specifically really stand out and make this experience easier. Katrina (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) who works in the front, and Dan who works security. Katrina is hilarious and treats everyone with respect and doesn't make you feel bad about yourself. Sometimes is hard accepting the fact you have to be at a methadone clinic. But when the staff treats you so well and make you smile, it really helps. Dan is an amazing person as well. He has to deal with so many ridiculous people who act like children and yet he always has a positive attitude. I look forward to seeing him daily. I'm not sure how many of the staff at the clinic read these reviews...if any, but I would like to say thank you to all of them for making this journey a lot easier and on a daily basis I have positive, sometimes hilarious interactions and starting your day in a positive way really helps you throughout your day. I hope to join this staff as a counselor once I complete my recovery. I know I only mentioned 2 names, but thank you again to all of you. I'll throw one more name out there and a big thank you to Carl who is part of the management team. He's an extremely nice person and I feel, genuinely cares about the patients at this clinic. I am currently on day number 577 and I apply every single thing that I've learned in that rehab on a daily basis now so if I had to say anything about this place I would say that I learned a lot and if you go there pay attention listen to what they're saying it will help you in the long run with your sobriety. Don't be hard-headed and listen is my advice. And yes some of the staff there were not my favorite type of people I would hang out with, but they did the job and it helped me. So for that I'm grateful ☝️

While many facilities offer similar services, the staff at this clinic truly stand out for their genuine care and commitment to each client’s well-being—an area where other locations often fall short. I make a two-hour round trip to come here, and while there are several reasons for my choice, the knowledge that I’m receiving care from people who truly care about helping me makes every mile worth it.

This clinic and staff saved my life. So much more of a personal experience than with or any other clinic. They truly care. I had to hitch hike from Chico everyday to get to ATS for treatment, and with there help we were able have the clinic use there own vehicle to go all the way to Oroville to pick up 6 patients at a time everyday there and back for treatment. Like I said that truly care.

Super huge shout out to FEATHER RIVER TRIBAL HEALTH 🙌🙌🙌 best dental anywhere around!! I have hated the dentist due to previous issues and injuries, never went to a dentist for 9 years.they understood were very thorough and knew about alot of precious dental issues and made me feel so comfortable! They are helping me gain my smile back and i Started the journey with tribal health last month and have had some extractions done and overall experience 100/100!!!! If you or your kids want a family friendly positive encouraging safe environment they are your people!!!! They will accommodate you however u need to make your visit and experience rememberable. While I was there I was treated with total respect and understanding. The staff seems to genuinely care about it's patients. Even the really loud ones or the ones I myself would have a hard time dealing with or listining to while doing paperwork. The facility itself is pretty nice. Memory foam beds I think and there is a door you can close. Two Tvs are available. One in the main day room or dining room and one in another room with books and magazines available. Both are Netflix and YouTube capable. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there.

My husband is a graduate from The Men's Center. The staff there is wonderful and full of so much Love for the men and the their families that come through there. I've seen God use this place to restore Men back to a healthy place in their lives to be the best versions of themselves. Such an amazing place to heal from life hurts, surrounded by encouraging staff. This Christ-centered program is FREE which is so amazing. They only have the goal in mind to draw each girl closer to Christ and get to the roots of their issues through an amazing curriculum. It was the best decision I ever made and often wish I could put life on pause again and go back! 🙏please do not listen to the hate. I have seen lives changed forever with the girls I was there with. Every step of the way the CRC staff - counselors, case managers, chef (yes there is a chef and he is AMAZING!!!!), billing, therapists, and leadership - were and are still around to support my recovery. I came in thinking that I only had a substance issue, but through the careful, methodical, and diligent work I came to understand the hopelessness which I was in as well as the sweet possibilities of my future in long term recovery. They connected me external resources and even helped me find a place to live after residential. When I say I love this organization and everything they do I mean it. I was blessed with the care and love of people who wanted no more for me then to help. Supported by people who lived to the tell tale and pass on their knowledge as all great humans do.
My goal in entering recovery for my first time was to marry my recovery and sobriety. I was nervous and scared because I thought I wouldn’t have fun nor be fun anymore - I was wrong. The man I am today forward took his first steps out of this facility with the strength, knowledge, belief, and love that he never knew existed because of CRC. Thank you from my roots grounded in Roseville to the sun that brings light and warmth to the Earth. I will pay it forward to every other person I encounter.

Diamond House Detox is absolutely an excellent and amazing recovery house and program! I have tried several different rehab facilities but Diamond House is by far the best! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The curriculum and groups are very balanced and engaging. Diamond House has literally saved my life! The owner Vicky isn’t just doing this for the money, she is also very compassionate about each and every patient. They also do art therapy, music therapy, meditation and sound bowls. A workout trainer come out five days a week to do cross fit, weightlifting, boxing, and yoga. They also have cinema therapy every Sunday and every Saturday they take us for an outing either bowling, dance class, pool tables and ping-pong and Equine therapy with horses. The food is so delicious with phenomenal chefs!
I cannot give a more high recommendation for rehab than Diamond House! The alumni program is also wonderful with weekly Friday night speaker meetings and fun events every month like the sober bowl party , rollerskating, silent disco party And much more! If you need help with the disease of alcoholism and drug addiction, you need to go to Diamond House! They also have a fabulous PHP partial hospitalization and IOP intensive outpatient program. I love this place!

Starla, who was assigned as his counselor, has been nothing short of amazing. She goes out of her way to make sure he feels comfortable, and she truly takes the time to connect with her patients in a meaningful way. Her dedication and empathy have made a world of difference.
