I am a 55-yr old woman who stayed at Chino Hills for 40 days. Even though I was the oldest person in the house, everyone patients and staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I believed in the phase system and the groups. Even when insurance was trying to kick me out after one week, the clinical team fought for me to stay!! The mental health techs were wonderful. Very supportive. They were available for check-ins when needed and taught us how to manage any conflicts that arose in the house. I fully applied myself during my time here and took advantage of everything I participated to use as a learning experience. I cannot say enough about Chino Hills. When I was discharged, I thanked my therapist Jaclyn... not for saving my life, but for helping me to save my own life!! And for that I will be eternally grateful. I came out as a whole new person, excited about my future and ready to learn who I am as a person. Thank you so much Nicole and the staff!! Superb human beings.

This place impacted my in a way I cannot describe. This is the best MH treatment I have ever received. The amazing staff made me feel emotionally safe to open up. I feel that there was a balance of understanding, respect for the client's needs and a real desire to help me in treatment and with that sensitivity I was truly able to trust, learn and improve!This place is number one in treating all types of mental health disorders and is EXTREMELY professional and helpful.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. Having a private room was a huge plus it gave me the personal space I needed to focus on my recovery while still managing my work and school. The fact that I could use my phone and laptop was incredibly helpful, allowing me to stay connected and on top of everything while receiving the care I needed.The staff were incredible not only professional but genuinely caring. They treated me like a friend, making the whole experience feel much more comfortable. The facility itself is very comfy. Plus, there were plenty of fun outings that kept me active and distracted in the best way possible.If you're looking for a place where you can focus on recovery while still maintaining your responsibilities, I can t recommend this place enough!

I had the privilege of going through detox at this facility. To say this place is awesome is an understatement. They sincerely care about your well being and health. It's a small facility so they can spend more individual time with the residents. They cater three amazing meals a day along with snacks 24/7. If you are truly thinking about changing your life forever, this is the place you want to start your journey. I highly recommend this to anyone needing help. Thank you for reading. I went there in November of 2024 because I was desperate to get help. They were very helpful with getting me there, checking with me before I got there, and making sure I didn't change my mind about going (as most of us do when It comes to getting sober). I had an awesome time there, the staff was great (they had their off days, as us alcoholics/addicts do). We were busy most all day every day. They take you to the gym 3x a week, they do panels, and outside meetings as well. The facility itself is clean, there's laundry machines, snacks & coffee on deck 24/7, they take you to the vape shop and wal mart once a week, and they are working on more outside activities. There were tvs and DVD players in every unit with a TON of dvds. No bed time so you are free to roam around the facility or chill and watch TV. The groups got a little boring (but if you are with a good group of guys they are a lot of fun and informative). The way insurance and every thing works was a little frustrating because it's on a weekly basis if you stay on the treatment side or go to phase 2. You are allowed your phone 3x a day for a hour each time. The units are awesome, it is an apartment (if you go try to get into the one above the kitchen on the left haha). Mike who is one of the main dudes is an awesome person! I am currently on day 63 and if it weren't for the lighthouse I would most likely be either dead or in the process of drinking myself to death. If you are in need of help, do the hard thing and ask for it. The money, job, or whatever it is that is keeping you from going won't be there much longer if you continue to do what you're doing. I love you all and hope this helps!

I would like to express my gratitude to the Lighthouse and all the staff who had helped me and guided me. I stayed at the Lighthouse for about 90 days and in that timeframe I was able to receive one on one Care meet with a therapist. All my needs were met. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I am forever grateful for this facility and being there for me at a time when I needed it the most.Thank you, Stephanie and Julie for holding my hands as I walk through those doors!

Akua is where I got clean.The staff is very patient and kind. Because of this, I eventually came around to opening my mind more. I didn t want to participate in meetings and put minimal effort in facilitated group on the beginning. Over time, I felt more comfortable and staff shared their struggles and how they overcame it. I felt like I was able to face the destruction of my past and eventually did. The staff was very knowledgeable, caring and accommodating through my early recovery efforts! Plenty of time is made to provide access to the gym, AA/NA meetings, healthy and delicious food, therapy, group sessions, down time and yoga to name a few of the highlights. I had my reservations before enrolling with Akua but by the end of my month-long time there I was sad to have to leave, knowing that I would miss all the staff and clients, as well as the tools they provided me to succeed within my next chapters of the recovery process. I plan to attend their Wednesday AA alumni meetings!

Coming into a program like this is terrifying. Just making the call takes a ton of courage and effort. The program is challenging in all the right ways: Taking you out of your comfort zone to improve your self worth, massive amounts of material to learn and put into practice, and learning patience. I will be forever grateful for the wonderful councilors and staff. There is no question they care greatly about each and every client, and show that every day and every step of the program. Surf city recovery is a very helpful place and has helped me in my recovery immensely.

I will be forever grateful for Surf City for helping me change my life! Rich, Andrew and all the staff showed me in my lowest point of life that there was a beautiful and different way of life for me as an addict. I came in alone, scared and hopeless and they welcomed me in like they had known me for years. I found a fellowship of people who understood me and actually cared about me and I m so glad to call them all my family now! They prepared me for my return to home and set me up to succeed there. Rich has remained in contact with me after I left to check in and that means so much to me he really cares about his clients and their futures. Anyone who really wants to get sober and stay sober will find their new life here!

I stayed here May 2023, The program really helped me find myself. The housing is great lots of room, big backyard w/ a pool. Staff was friendly and attentive. We grilled a few times, felt nice and homely. Thank you Hathaway House!!!

I am very happy with the treatment I received at Hathaway. The staff and therapist really care about you and I think that s number one when choosing a place to recover. The therapist are top notch!!! The amount I learned in the 2 months I spent was incredible. I wasn t a huge believer in group therapy before I came but the impact it had on me will last a lifetime. I had some ups and downs in treatment but overall my experience was wonderful and any complaints I have are minute compared to what I am able to take away. They invest in what matters. Shout out to George and Nicole - You guys really are the best managers!It s also a beautiful location and the view of the mountains is absolutely gorgeous. Outings were super fun and they made my birthday super special (Thank you Dina!)If you have a desire to stop using, or have co-occurring disorders this is the place to go. As long as you have an open mind and are honest I believe Hathaway will be extremely beneficial

I felt lost, anxious, confused, and ashamed. But as soon as I stepped into DEDICATO they treated me with compassion and empathy, I wasn't judged at all. I felt so at ease and comfortable. Dr. Marshall is very understanding he knows where I was coming from and he felt my pain. The staff treated me like family. The first person to greet you is Lilly with a smile and helps with any questions you might have, Kalen a staff member and a physical trainer is their by your side step by step. I call them the three wise men again Dr. Marshall keeps it real with me, that's what I wanted honestly, by my side during my journey on recovery. I have David an awesome person has great group zoom meetings. Charles keeps it real also honest and humble, very understanding. HANDS DOWN the BEST program I've ever been to.I went there a few years back and I've been to several programs, and this one genuinely cares and IS NOT in it for the money. Dr.marshall is very professional and doesn't just sit behind a desk + poures his heart out!

Dr. Marshall is a prime example of fighting the odds and changing his life in a complete 180, inspirational in so many ways. I'm lucky to have the privilege to attend his classes at The Salvation Army and every time it is an exceptional lesson I learn. His story from having nothing to being successful in school, attaining multiple degrees in college, and opening up rehabs of his own shows his determination and will power to want change and better for himself and still try to help others. He has shown great resources and ways to be successful and it is extremely helpful to have a source like him to listen to and learn from. If you are ready to accept the help for in-patient care, Lighthouse Anaheim is the place to go. I have been here all together 202 days at the lighthouse, recently stayed 90 days.. I got nothing but good memories at the lighthouse, the staff is very approachable.. I heard over the years guys in there say that the program here isn't good.. I learned that it's not so much if it's good or bad but what I put into my own program and the lighthouse is a good place to find your real self if you're ready to let go of your own ways.. to honestly surrender.. and be honest with yourself..the lighthouse was my life saver and I knew their light is always on for me to come and feel welcomed each time I relapsed..I had the privilege to have visits from my best friend and family I wanna thank so many staff members for helping me. First of all I went in weighing 170 and left weighing a healthy 199 lbs thanks to my cooks Danny making me fat in a good way , mama B, Jessi, Rita and Christian making my meat perfect. Thank you to the drivers Glen, Rob (Rubano love that nickname), Jos and Wil for good conversations along the drives.. Thank you to client care women Christina and Lisette for getting things of work and medical business taken care of.. thank you to my girls Vanessa and Shannon for helping mentally.. thank you to the leaders of the lighthouse Teresa, Ladonna, Karla.. Jenna & Michelle Jesse. last but not least thank you to my support staff you guys made my stay fly by and had awesome talks when I was happy or mad or irritated thank you Mike, Austin,Eric, Mason, Nicole(detox), Stephanie, Amanda, Jake and Geo .. I know there's others in staff I didn't mention but I thank them also.. if you're ready to change your whole life around i recommend the LIGHTHOUSE.

I came here for courtesy dose in August and again in November. They are great there! If I move out here this is the clinic I definitely would go here.The price for just 7 days of methadone was $140!! This is the 2 nd time I paid this price for a week. We don t have much money we are trying to get our lives back and this is a life or death medication for us.The methadone is way overpriced here, while it is not an expensive drug from the pharmacy.

Cameron the chef was a six star chef with the meals and meal planning . The houses were both very clean.. and the schedule/groups were accommodating and amazing . I highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs help .

Opus Health is an amazing treatment facility, completely turned my life around by giving me all the information and tools I needed to get my life back and more. I couldn t have asked for a better place to be and such an amazing staff! From the time I walked in to detox to my discharge planning, Nicole has supported me and provided above average progressive care. Week by week she went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I stayed on course with my recovery program here at South Coast. when I needed someone to lean on, she was there; when I needed someone to assist with outside matters, she jumped right onto them immediately; when I needed someone just to talk to, she always made time for me and for that I am very grateful. She is definitely an asset to this program and was a pleasure to work with during my recovery. I also would like to recognize a few other team members here at the bridge house facility. I would like to recognize Isaiah Gimenez for all his hard work and dedication in the dayshift. He was very consistent in his daily routine And made sure all clients were taken care of. Isaiah was a pleasure to work with during my recovery. I also would like to recognize Cody edge for his willingness to always put the clients first and support us in our needs. his energy and persistence is one of a kind, and he was a pleasure to work with. I would also like to recognize Derek Simpson, as Derek always looked out for us as clients and made sure that we were taken care of on his shift and lastly Melissa Renault my therapist, she was a great help and support in the early phases, the middle phases, and ultimately the ending stages of my recovery here at South Coast. During our weekly conversations and meetings, Melissa helped bring out the new KEVIN and he helped me to equip myself with the tools needed to continue my sobriety once I return home. Melissa is a hard worker and a pleasure to work with. I would also like to include Sean Bell as he was very Instrumental in my recovery through our Group sessions. I was able to relate to Sean through his story which he shared. He has been an inspiration to me, and has inspired me to continue to put myself first as I navigate through my new life and sobriety. Sean is an awesome fella and was a pleasure to work withLastly, I would Like to recognize Diana, who I believe resides in Florida. Diana was responsible for me making it to detox when I was literally losing my mind at home. She stayed in constant communication with me for three days straight to ensure that I made it on my flight into the detox facility. Thank you all and please continue to pray for me as I pray for you. Recovery beach has been great. Love the staff. Blue has been a great teacher and allowed me to have peace while working on myself.

Overall my stay (90 days) at RB was amazing. These folks at Recovery Beach really have your best interest in mind body and spirit. Between the amazing food (which cost me an extra 20lbs) the amazing nurturing nurses and staff as well as massage therapist weekly, you couldn't ask for more. Never the less the groups run by Blue and Paxton are insiteful and really help set the tone for a positive learning and growing experience. 5 stars all day long for me I truly recommend RB (from one addict to another)

Pros: Caring Staff, Balanced Groups, Decent Food as far as rehabs go. Visits are allowed on weekends after 7 days.Cons: Occasionally some clients that need special mental needs met slip in the cracks and it is difficult to replace them where they need to be.It seems like corporate has the budget in too high of a chokehold, I can't imagine 50+ men at a rehab do not facilitate a higher budget than what is currently allocated. Clients shouldn't be able to feel this.If you are not keen on a lot of men around you, consider other options with smaller populations. If you are heading here without a choice, talk to your counselor about any accommodations.If you are looking to get sober, this is a place that runs a dog through the facility and tries to take measures to better facilitate it to those that want to make a serious change for their lives. If you have derailed your life and hit rock bottom, got felonies, or you just got out of prison and have conditions, this is definitely a good spot to put your life back on track. If you are going to rehab for the right reasons, you will not have an issue with 90% of the staff. Most treatment options felt like just like they were farming us for the money, this was NOT one of those facilities.Even if you don't know where you are, give this a shot. I'm glad I did!

I'm embarrassed to say I had been to a few treatment centers before I was fortunate to be placed at Nsight, although I know that's true for many people who struggle with their mental health and addiction. If you experienced trauma during childhood or at any point in your life and it affects your mental health, or you're not even sure if it does but you struggle with addiction, Nsight is the place for you. There is no other treatment center like it. Their program, groups, counselors and housing are one of a kind. The environment is kept professional unlike many other facilities. The counselors are actually educated and experienced as well as empathetic and relationship based. Nsight is so different in so many ways from other treatment centers. Nsight saved and forever changed my life. It is through Nsight that I found myself. I graduated and walked out of their program a literally completely different and better person. I went home and my mom cried and said she had no idea this is who I am and that I am actually such a beautiful, kind and fun person. After struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction and other diagnosis that were inaccurate. I owe my life today to Nsight, their program and their counselors. I cannot recommend this program enough. If you're on the fence between choosing Nsight and another place - choose Nsight. You won't regret it.
