Anyone who struggles with anxiety, OCD or depression should attend this residential program. It was truly life-changing for me. Staff challenges the patients to reach milestones they never deemed possible and the therapists are some of the best I have ever encountered. I was able to share with Hannah Mota, the therapist, things I had never shared with another therapist. She is one of the most knowledgeable therapists I have ever met and knows how to help patients regulate during periods of panic or dysregulation. She pushes patients to reach towards recovery and gives them the push they need to get there. Erin is extremely intuitive, able to identify patients in distress and encourage them to use creative coping skills to stop the cycle of anxiety or depression. She is extremely patient and will sit with her patients for hours talking with them and helping them combat their symptoms. Her knowledge on mental health is extremely impressive. Every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure that patients reach the highest level of recovery possible for them. In specific, I would like to thank Jenna, Hannah Mota, Sadie, Jordyn, Erin, Aly and Bree. Steph, the Millieu manager, is an extremely kind and thoughtful person. She goes above and beyond for her patients and the coping skills and knowledge she encouraged me to develop had a positive impact on my life. Nicole, the director, is extremely organized and professional and ensures that every patient receives quality care. Jenna and Sadie, two of the techs, use creative methods to help patients overcome setbacks and go above and beyond in their work. After attending this program, I am much more able to manage my mental health condition and choose coping skills as well as choosing to face difficult situations head on with courage. For anyone who is struggling with a mental health crisis and feels there is no way out, I highly recommend taking the first step to reach out and attend this life-changing program

Aptly named, the Lighthouse Treatment Center serves as a beacon of light and hope for those suffering the afflictions of substance use disorders. I was on a path of self-destruction and was able to right myself towards a path of recovery wholly due to the care, compassion, counseling, therapy, and education imparted by the Lighthouse Leadership Team and Staff. This is a truly an exceptional program focused on a holistic approach to rehabilitation and recovery. All facets crucial to a healthy and successful launch to recovery are carefully addressed, focused on restoring physical, mental, and emotional states of well-being. Physical health is carefully monitored and medical needs are addressed and met by a competent and compassionate medical team. In addition to 24 hour access to snacks and beverages, nutritional needs are met by an outstanding kitchen staff, where healthy, well-balanced, freshly prepared and delicious meals are provided three times a day. Psychological education essential to the recovery process is imparted by well-trained and empathetic personnel whose compassion and dedication is readily apparent from day one. Both a licensed counselor and therapist are personally assigned to each client for one-on-one weekly meetings, who also have an open door policy to effectively address any needs related to your treatment progress. The facility itself is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing comfortable accommodations and an overall environment conducive to a smooth and successful recovery. It is important to emphasize how critical and effective the Lighthouse Staff and Team were in launching me to an overall state of well-being, where the daily encountered challenges of life we are overcome with understanding, patience and compassion. These are the attributes I encountered from the staff during my treatment at the Lighthouse and I am proud to be an alumnus to carry on this tradition of a program that ultimately saved my life and paved the way for a happy and healthy future.

After having spent 30 days in detox at Gratitude Lodge in Long Beach, I transferred to intensive outpatient treatment at Renaissance, an unbelievable experience to be sure. The staff and the group facilitators were kind and compassionate, as well as extremely knowledgeable regarding addiction science, recovery and relapse prevention. Tomorrow will mark my 94th day of sobriety from alcohol, and I will be leaving the facility; it is somewhat bittersweet because I have met so many amazing people and have forged friendships with the other clients that will last a lifetime. My case manager, as well as my therapist, were absolutely invaluable! If you are considering a program after detox, then I cannot recommend strongly enough Renaissance recovery. It is truly life-changing! Now, I am totally stoked when I get up in the morning, and can't wait to see what God will do next!

I found Glendora recovery at the highest of my addiction. I didn’t want to Share and problem solved with the group when I first got there. By the time I left, they couldn’t shut me up. It’s a place filled with love and support from genuine people who understand what you’re going through where you’re headed the staff is knowledgeable heartfelt warming. I knew I wasn't going to talk to him again really if you're going to be a therapist you can't tell someone that what there saying isn't true. I didn't respect that about that man because I been through a lot I wonder why he is a therapist there. Much love and respect to cedar House may the Lord Jesus Christ and God Almighty help every brother and sister to get clean and stay on the right track.Because I left on the first day but I'm doing great thank God I really appreciate the whole staff just when I was telling my testimony he took it likely on what I was saying I been through a lot of trauma and I will not tell James my testimony anymore while I was in the program.Because I talk to a therapist before and they were way better than he was. He doesn't even know me but he made it seem like I was lying about what happened to me in my pass.And it seemed like he had selective hearing like I was talking to myself. I think they need to replace that man and I pray that financially that cedar House stays open for many more years to come. I'm 35 years old I can't program with other man that are focused on the same things of the passed it's more reasons why I left and the programing we were talking about sex I think we should be programing talking recovery and making right decisions and staying away from people of our pass.they could had programs about that when I left I only went to one program that was talking about sex I'm just talking about what I seen on the first program. but to each its on they have to make some things up to make sure everyone is busy if you stay busy in there is no idol time so I understand.im focused on spirituality and .starting this automotive course at chaffey in the summer I'm already signed up and getting in Na Aa meetings I want this better sober life with or without a program God bless you all.

Beautiful facility in the heart of Costa Mesa. Minutes from the beach. Staff was very helpful and accommodating from start to finish. I was able to get approved right away with my insurance and chose the date for checking in. I did a 25 day treatment program. The program fills your week with many different classes, off site AA meetings, and offsite beach meetings as well. Other fun recovery activities were also included on the weekends with all the girls. All meals are included Chef Kelsey is amazing. My case manager Janelle, was very attentive and took care of my needs when asked for. The techs are great in all the houses. They also set me up with out patient care and made sure I left with a sponsor and more info about AA meetings in my home area. Casa Capri is a great option if you are seeking a ALL woman's center.

I just finished 60 days at this inpatient facility and let me tell you…THIS PLACE IS MAGIC! I’ve been to 2 other treatment centers that were very “high end” and they didn’t compare to NDFW! From the therapist, clinicians & case managers, you’re set with a wonderful team helping you with your life on the inside and outside of treatment. They know what they’re doing and they do it well. I am 5 months sober and still going strong from the treatment I received and the coping and life skills I learned. 10 out of 5 stars and definitely recommend for anyone that needs to get sober and/or has any trauma they are dealing with.

I don’t know where I would be without NDFW. It was the only place I felt safe at a very crucial moment in my life. Both the residential and outpatient programs are women-centered and trauma-informed. The therapists and group leaders are compassionate and empowering and the campus is peaceful and cozy. I met friends I will have for life and a community that I continue to rely on to this day. Overall my experience was great! One of the things I was disappointed most with was the inability to have access to a gym while in treatment. In my opinion self care in recovery requires inclusivity of our physical health and well being. During admissions it was promised that it would be available once on site. This was not the case after arrival. However, I trusted the direction of my Case Manager Nicole who was an outstanding person and able to take care of all my needs while in treatment she was AMAZING! In addition, my Therapist Melissa was wonderful to work with. Melissa's ability to connect with me and recommend excellent coping skills helped me in ways I didn't think were possible. It took openness and willingness to allow those processes to take effect. I had a really good stay at treatment even though my expectations fell short of what I thought would be included after my arrival here. I look forward to the future ahead now that I'm discharging. Best of luck to anyone coming to South Coast for a treatment program.

My stay at recovery beach was a fantastic experience I didn’t want to come in the first place because I didn’t want to get help at all. When I flew in from Texas to California I was nervous but the staff here made sure I got to the facility safe and sound and they picked up me right from the airport and brought me here. The staff and clients here are very nice and helpful people, the staff here checks on clients and make sure everyone is doing well with there stay and also happy while being here. The group meetings they have there are very helpful and very informative also. They have councilor David Waller to talk if there’s concerns about your job, court cases, discharge date, family contact, etc. The help there at recovery beach was amazing and I recommend it for all who are in need of help.

Truly feel blessed to have found a program where everyone is caring compassionate and truly invested in your recovery on a personal level. I have been in a couple other programs before but honestly didn't learn anything in them. You can truly trust your care team they want you to succeed and the classes reflect that. The homes are also well maintained with other supportive people who have been through the same process. I honestly believe that God put me in the program and truly feel blessed to be able learn and engage with the staff and my peers. Cam goes above and beyond what any case manager I had in the past ever did. Manny also teaches you in a way where you feel comfortable and connected. I opened up here because I knew that the people I was dealing with understood how it felt. I was shown empathy and compassion by all of the staff and Courtney is the best therapist I've ever had. I have been able to work on myself in ways I never thought possible. I recommend this program to anyone that really wants to recover because they will help you through the process. By far best program I've ever been in so grateful to them all.

When i came to Creo Spero i was fresh out of jail and had no insurgence, so being a private paying client i was very pleased with there pricing and level of care I been receiving here. there groups are very in depth and have helped expediently with my sobriety and subsequently with my court case ( which is now dismissed by the way ) do to Kam's thorough who is communication cam bell in orange county with my attorney. over all i would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to stop using/drinking any type of drugs or alcohol. Just remember there is a way out with the proper help. To add they also have a music studio and pod cast center that I have been exploring my music desires. I am really enjoying my time here.

I came to Akua feeling scared and entirely without directions. I ended up finding my safe space. I truly came to understand that I am not alone with my struggles. The people in the groups were respectful and I did not, for one second, feel judged or made uncomfortable. The entire staff is welcoming, super friendly and knowledgeable. My counselor Kris was awesome! She helped me set up for a "life after Akua :)" with lots of research. My therapist Savannah was the best! I felt understood and my sessions with her always left me with hope and the reinforced knowledge that "yeah, I got this"!!! I went through IVRS in May of 2020 and I was a complete mess. Drugs and alcohol were how I coped with the emotional distress I had been long experiencing and during my time at IVRS the staff, the structure, and the atmosphere provided me with an atmosphere that I could make a lasting change. Today, I am not just sober; I am at happy & at peace. I don't miss the days I used to abuse drugs/alcohol and that is an absolute miracle. I am so grateful for the staff that dedicated their lives and careers to being of service to those struggling with addiction. Nsight saved my life…I started with them a year ago in their Residential program and worked my way down to outpatient because I didn’t want to leave my amazing individual therapist (Alex) along with the whole clinical team who had my back through my darkest times. I cannot thank Nsight enough for everything they have done- you can clearly tell the team/staff was there for the well being of the clients, not a paycheck (theyre the most caring and genuine people ever!). I love Nsight, from the bottom of my heart and I owe them my life<3

I'm embarrassed to say I had been to a few treatment centers before I was fortunate to be placed at Nsight, although I know that's true for many people who struggle with their mental health and addiction. If you experienced trauma during childhood or at any point in your life and it affects your mental health, or you're not even sure if it does but you struggle with addiction, Nsight is the place for you. There is no other treatment center like it. Their program, groups, counselors and housing are one of a kind. The environment is kept professional unlike many other facilities. The counselors are actually educated and experienced as well as empathetic and relationship based. Nsight is so different in so many ways from other treatment centers. Nsight saved and forever changed my life. It is through Nsight that I found myself. I graduated and walked out of their program a literally completely different and better person. I went home and my mom cried and said she had no idea this is who I am and that I am actually such a beautiful, kind and fun person. After struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction and other diagnosis that were inaccurate. I owe my life today to Nsight, their program and their counselors. I cannot recommend this program enough. If you're on the fence between choosing Nsight and another place - choose Nsight. You won't regret it.

What can I say about the edge? I called Rory and explain to him that my friend needed help and that he was in desperate need of treatment. My friend had asked me to help him and the only person I knew to reach out to was the first person I called. Surprised it was the edge. Needless to say my friends insurance did not cover the cost of him coming from a tiny Town in Texas all the way to Orange county california. However, Rory stayed on the phone with me and kept in touch with me and my friend and his mom. We had to jump through some hoops and some red tape. My friend used to be a Marine. He was diagnosed with a lot of different types of things. Rory literally held my hand over the phone as we walked through this journey. We finally got my friend to a rehab center in Texas. Rory had nothing to gain but everything to give. He showed us all compassion and Hope. He encouraged me whenever I felt stuck and I couldn't help my friend. However, to this day my friend is in a rehab in Texas getting well. He's being treated perfectly. The facility that he sent my friend to is perfect for him. He is still on the road to recovery but I know in my heart that it will stick.. the encounter that I had with this facility that my friend didn't even get to attend will be a lasting result of Total recovery. Thanks to the edge we finally have answers. Thanks to the edge my friend found the place that he needed to be and the help he needed. I genuinely am grateful and thankful and so is my friend's entire family. Without the edge coming in and helping us I don't know where we would be today. Amazing staff. They go above and beyond their call of duty for those who have been in the line of duty. I give five stars Plus on their services and their staff. I cannot say thank you enough. Many, if not all treatment centers say they have “highly individualized” care. This place actually does. They bend over backwards to get everyone the specific care they need. I needed an AA meeting every day and a ride to the gym. They brought me EVERY day. The staff at MHC is incredible with most of them being PHD level clinicians. But every one provides life changing therapy. EMDR, changed the way I thought. Trauma therapy told me that I make sense. DBT gave me the skills to handling anything. I wanted to die. I don’t anymore. They saved my life and there isn’t another place like it.

A great experience overall. Would love to specifically call out Doug, a therapist who works here. He, like so many other therapist at the MHC, did a really good job in individual sessions at really addressing the problem and being honest. It seems like he really cares about his patients and has been doing great work. Sarah as well. Those are the two I would reach out to call about.

True Recovery is an outstanding program for both men and women. The effort that goes into their work, clients, and staff shows with each client and staff member I have come to know. As an intake coordinator, working with Brandi Burts is delightful. Her willingness to be available when needed and her effective communication makes working with her not only pleasant, but also professional. Brandi & True Recovery consistently exceed my expectations when working with clients. I admire this program and all the work they put into each individual client!

Where do I start... Came to "rehab/treatment" due to a open court case. The Lord Jesus Christ has used this treatment center as a means to free me from my slavery of alcohol. I have been attending True Recovery as a client for 14 months, consecutively. The staff here connect to clients on a personal and friendly level. I have become close with many staff members and not once, do they belittle or overstep boundaries, but approach individuals on a empathetic level. Jade, I've met a wonderful friend. Michael, you are so kind. Matt, you are so knowledgeable as an instructor. Brandi, since day one you were so sweet. Forgive me if I have not mentioned you by name... If you guys are seeking a treatment center, I highly advise this place. This place is legit.
