I am a 55-yr old woman who stayed at Chino Hills for 40 days. Even though I was the oldest person in the house, everyone patients and staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I believed in the phase system and the groups. Even when insurance was trying to kick me out after one week, the clinical team fought for me to stay!! The mental health techs were wonderful. Very supportive. They were available for check-ins when needed and taught us how to manage any conflicts that arose in the house. I fully applied myself during my time here and took advantage of everything I participated to use as a learning experience. I cannot say enough about Chino Hills. When I was discharged, I thanked my therapist Jaclyn... not for saving my life, but for helping me to save my own life!! And for that I will be eternally grateful. I came out as a whole new person, excited about my future and ready to learn who I am as a person. Thank you so much Nicole and the staff!! Superb human beings.

This place impacted my in a way I cannot describe. This is the best MH treatment I have ever received. The amazing staff made me feel emotionally safe to open up. I feel that there was a balance of understanding, respect for the client's needs and a real desire to help me in treatment and with that sensitivity I was truly able to trust, learn and improve!
This place is number one in treating all types of mental health disorders and is EXTREMELY professional and helpful.

Mrs. Sheena Henderson is an excellent therapist. She treated my son who is 14 years old and is on the Spectrum side .During the two years we were with her, she helped my son with his anxiety, sensory, and behavior challenges. Unfortunately we were not able to keep her because we moved to the OC area and our insurance changed.Otherwise we would still be receiving Mrs. Henderson services. Sheena is very professional and caring.
Mrs. Henderson also treated my 8 year old daughter for a few months. My daughter was having a difficult time understanding my son's behavior and Sheena offered to work with her very closely, and helped her understand my son's challenges. Our family misses Mrs. Henderson very much. She became more than a therapist, she became part of our family. I was very satisfied with everlast recovery, there much different from other facilities such as not feeling like a hospital setting or feeling like a 5150 facility. Everlast treated me like family and so did the rest of the patients in there. Everlast gave me the tools to cope with my struggles of addiction and showed me how the sober life is the better life. I spent 30 days at the Turrell house, and although it was my first time in treatment I believe I was meant to come to this place specifically. They did such a wonderful job welcoming me, the staff and residents really helped me settle in to the routines of the program. I loved every single group session we did throughout my stay, and i loved all of the outside meetings we went to every week, I learned so much, and I actually found my sponsor because of this program. They really care about every client individually and are very attentive to specific needs. I loved working with Katie as my case manager, she did an amazing job. Thank you so much Everlast, I’ll definitely be back to visit!

I came here for courtesy dose in August and again in November. They are great there! If I move out here this is the clinic I definitely would go here.The price for just 7 days of methadone was $140!! This is the 2 nd time I paid this price for a week. We don’t have much money we are trying to get our lives back and this is a life or death medication for us.
The methadone is way overpriced here, while it is not an expensive drug from the pharmacy.

Burnout nearly wrecked me, and I needed a place to just breathe. This center gave me space to heal without judgment. I loved the yoga and meditation classes, and the privacy was totally respected which mattered a lot. It wasn’t a luxury resort, but it felt safe and supportive. The staff really understood trauma, and being around other women made opening up easier. I’m leaving grounded, clear, and more me than I’ve been in years.

If you’re really serious about changing your life around then this place is where you need to be.
You can bring your pets and they accept couples. The staff here are all amazing and willing to help whenever you ask for help. The chefs: Tiffany and Mike really get down and make some really delicious meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. The nurses Michelle and Amy make sure you take your meds whenever needed and also make check in with you every morning to see if your having withdrawal symptoms such as night terrors, using dreams, tremors, anxiety, depression, all that stuff that you don’t want to feel when you’re withdrawing and they make sure you are prescribed the right meds to prevent all those things. The case workers Alejandra and Angela work above and beyond to make sure everything you need is taken care of. Angela is also the educator and teaches some really informative group classes that help you understand your disease. And the rest of the staff are all amazing and I’m really going to miss all of you! Claudia and Valerie are really sweet and kind and funny. I always looked forward to seeing them at the facility. Dan and RayRay and Joe are all very personable and will give you some of the best advice and it’s only up to you to decide if you wanna take it and run with it. Steve thank you for bringing my partner and I to court on your day off. Banchi is the sweetest person in the entire universe and you made me smile so much and being sober made me appreciate any smiles I got from the staff here. Tiffany thank you for all the meaningful talks we had every morning, I always looked forward to seeing you during the weekdays! And Mike thank you for making sure we eat good everyday ! You’re the man! MFI Outpatient and Medical saved my life! I came in through the Cares Line right off the streets of Lake Elsinore and was able to connect with MFI at the sober living, IOP and MAT services stage after 93 days of treatment at a different facility. I was welcomed and encouraged and set right in the middle of their Outpatient program. I was given Case Mgr Natalie, Group facilitator Jessica, House Mgr Alex and then BJ and her awesome team in Medical. I was truly set up for success! I felt thoroughly cared for, loved and spoiled. I will never forget my time at MFI! I’m 4 years clean and sober in June. I just wanted to adjust my rating of this place the Blaine Street adult clinic has been instrumental and influential in my life so of course it deserves five stars all of the people there in the clinicians and therapists are awesome. They offer multiple groups and tomorrow even though having pizza you know but I've also found in order to make any type of recovery or progress you have to find someone to hold you accountable you have to actually be accountable to yourself if you hold yourself accountable you can always see improvement but you won't actually make improvement and tell you have someone hold you accountable. Often times I've blamed others for not seeing the perception of things are potential in them and also once happiness can only be determined by one's self if you respond to another's actions with happiness or sadness they are in control of your emotions that would be insane so that's one good thing I've learned and also if you put in the time and the work and hold yourself accountable you always make improvements hope it's the first time also you should check out the groups and I don't know if I can actually mention any of the therapist my hand but they're all awesome everyone knows that thank you Blaine clinic and I'm sorry that I've always been in pain

Great place , I really received a lot of help with my mental health and substance abuse issues! The group therapy was something I really needed the most. I had been to a few programs out here and this place by far was the best .The therapist is amazing and the group facilitator really cared about me as an individual!! I found Better Day during some of my darkest days. I'd tried to quit meth over 16 times on my own and had done 4 other residential stays. My fifth stay, at Better Days, something changed inside me. I was allowed to heal and grow at my own pace, not the pace of those around me. They were very accommodating and helped me through. I followed residential with 40 days of partial hospitalisation and 30 days of IOP and we're still going strong. Thank you Better Days!

this place really saved my life honestly and ilI forever be grateful, I really thank god that he put me there because he knew it was the right thing for me. I had tried other rehabs and it was never like better days. The staff showed interest in the clients and helped us and motivated everyone . It has made me find myself again, I basically feel reborn , I love everyone there with all my heart . I was the type of person to complete the program and then go back home to my same environment and relapse so I had went back to better days because they truly care about there clients , I wouldn’t have went back To any other rehab because I’ve been to like 6 rehabs but the staff at better day are amazing they make u feel comfortable and they understand , there not
Normies , they all have been through addiction and been at our spot before. I truly appreciate the staff name Sam, Ginna,Jonathan, Rick, Melissa , Bernice , Dave. The groups there are fabulous and it’s an amazing house , they also take us to outing in the weekends. The therapist is the greatest as well I’ve never opened up to no one except Harper she’s really good and gives amazing feedback.

Man… Puente House 444. I loved it. I hated it. But I needed it. Looking back, I wouldn’t trade those six months for anything.
When I arrived, I was needy, hungry, angry, stubborn, and convinced I had it all figured out (I didn’t). 😤 I hated the rules, the structure, but knew it is something I needed.
But little by little, I started to understand. Puente isn’t just about sobriety—it’s about becoming someone you can respect. The staff didn’t sugarcoat anything. They called me out, pushed me, and supported me in ways I didn’t know I needed. ❤️
I came to love the community—the kitchen laughs, the raw group talks, the late-night convos with guys who most likely did not make it. Some days I couldn’t stand facing myself, or even shower. Other days, I felt more alive than I had in years.
What makes 444 special is how it sticks with you. Shouting “444” during meetings or hearing it from someone picking up a chip gave me something I’d been missing: belonging. That alone killed off my loneliness.
Today, I’ve got over 9 months sober. I now understand: sobriety comes first—everything else follows.

Amanda and James are by far the most genuine people I've ever met. They have the biggest hearts and held my wife and my hand the whole time and we owe thanks for our sobriety and new lives to them. I like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Crossroads Recovery Centers and its top notch nursing Department, comprised of a hard working committed staff as follows: Danielle, Shirley, Arianna and Kyle.
Upon my arrival to Crossroads Recovery Centers, I was suffering from major depression and 27 year addiction to opiates, I never received any long term treatment before and to my good fortune I was introduced to Mr. Edgar Villa. He gave me a tour of the facility and he also became my therapist, he helped me to look within myself to find my co-occurring condition meaning my mental health was a factor in my addiction as well. I went through some really difficult times, but the Nursing Staff was right there with me during my anger outburt, PTSD flash backs they were there through it all and I'm so thankful. Crossroads Recovery Centers has given me a second chance to a better quality of life. I also would like to thank my counselor Edmond who always was honest and straight forward with me and taught me to be true to myself and change my addictive behavior.

I went there 6 years ago to mental health. It was a scary but great experience. I received really good Psychiatrists. I was also a alcoholic who didn't want to quit drinking. I left there and I haven't had a drink since. That was 6 YEARS ago! I am a tons better person now. Thank you, St. Joseph's Mental Health.
