Serenity lodge is not like any other rehab I’ve seen I flew in from the east coast and immediately was amazed by the campus and the staff they are very supportive and listened and acted on any questions or concerns I had with care and urgency this place will guaranteed help you if you work the program the whole staff as a collective made this the easiest recovery process I’ve ever been through I would recommend this to any family or person that has a loved one or a friend going through addiction and is seriously ready to become sober I owe a huge gratitude to the staff of serenity lodge for helping me become a better me !!!

I had a wonderful experience here! From the staff members to the positive brotherhood here with all the guys. The classes here are very insightful and I have a learned a lot about addiction, myself and many other things. Also it’s a beautiful scenery and plenty of activities to do like pool, gym pickle ball, pool table and even a music studio.. just make sure you come prepared with clothes and your own hygiene products. The only complaint I have is they were short on towels when I got here.

This program has changed my life completely! Ramona leads an incredible program, the entire treatment from start to finish was thorough and well thought out. The therapists, Xavier, Maggy, and Ghazeleh showed grace, empathy, care, and genuine compassion to every single patient. I was fortunate enough to have Paola, the clinical therapist lead, as my main therapist and we uncovered years of traumatic experiences I was not ready to face. I will forever recommend this program to anyone in need and look forward to the after care they offer after completing this program!

I stayed in the adult section (unit 300) for 5 days. It was a good experience overall, even with a couple scary moments from other patients. The food was good, the patients were sweet, and the staff was on top of things. The only issue I had with this place is I believe they need more Spanish speaking staff on the floor and more phones available. Overall, I feel like everyone was treated fairly and I liked the activities that they had for us.

This is an amazing recovery center! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt wanted, supported, and well taken care of. They created an environment where I felt valued, and that made a big difference in my recovery. I entered this program on 4/18/25, and I spent 31 days here, successfully completing the program. This place was my saving grace, and gave me a second chance in life. I lost my kids due to drugs, and because of GHW, I was able to get on the right track back to having them home with me again. Gibson House for Women gave me my life back! My counselor, Danielle, was and will always be my angel. She had my back from day 1, and was always on top of things. All of the counselors are amazing - they all really do care and most have been down the same roads so they know what you're going through. I was housed with 30 other woman here, and every single one of them became my sober sisters - the most incredible group of women I've ever met iny life. We all had each other to lean on during those times of hardship, and comfort was always there. This place truly is magical, and I can't thank GHW, and the women I went through treatment with enough for everything they've done for me. It was a miracle I ended up here, and the program wasn't exactly easy, but I needed their strict structure at the time, and am so grateful for it. My advice to anyone reading this is STICK WITH IT! IT'S SO WORTH THE REWARDS IN THE END. Don't let anyone take you out of character and destroy the peace you so much deserve.

I love MFI Recovery. From the moment I started this program it has been nothing but a blessing.
The staff there has been so supportive ,caring, and motivating. Their ability to cater to each of the individual needs of all the people that attend classes there is incredible.
Tho I am not blood related to anyone there, I feel as tho I am part of a family that loves and respects me and that truly cares about my success in overcoming my addiction.
I would recommend that anyone that is feeling alone or abandoned in their addiction go in to MFI on Tuesday and talk to Jessica.
She is so kind and very efficient during the intake process. Once your paperwork is complete and you are assigned a counselor you will see what a great place it is and everyday will be better then the day before.

I commend them for practicing what they preach (most clinics will talk a good game but will DO the bare minimum) It's like having found a hidden treasure. From the reception (Deanna is AMAZING) to the dentist and his assistants, my loved one is 84 years old and she's always talking about how kind she is treated. This is almost unheard of for other clinics! And yet despite having to serve dozens of patients a day, staff does an incredible job of not only providing the services, but also making sure patients feel respected. They have composed a phenomenal team of great people and get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Morongo Indian Health Clinic is the only Indian clinic in southern California that does root Canals. IDK why other clinics do not do root Canals but I am registered Navajo Nation, I pay roughly $250 per crown. Root canal or not, only cost is for the crown. "Dr. D." Is the #1 dentist. He should get approved another Hawaii vacation or better. Dr. D does not understand why ALL dentists do not do root canals, he says that all dentists have to do them to graduate dental school, so why can't they do them at every Indian Health clinic? I live in Barstow but it's worth it to go to Dr. D at morongo for my dental needs.

The people at the Phoenix Center aren't bad at all in my opinion. I came there in a really bad way, out of the blue, no referral, unannounced, no appointment, no warning, and they still helped me. I wasn't judged, rushed, or turned away for some stupid reason or technicality. They listened and after hearing me out tested me then they set me up with Dr. Dittemore. She was great. I was questionable about her at first, I don't trust doctors at all, period, but I wound up really liking her. When I eventually got back some insurance they (the Phoenix Center) didn't accept that type I had. Saddens me because they already knew me and I would have to start all over again somewhere else. They should get Dr. Dittemore back at this location. The place was always clean, well lit, and comfortable for the most part. Making appointments is painless and easy. They are on point when it comes to that. The security guard (female, early morning) is a bit abrasive to put it nicely, and a stickler for the time to be certain. Will NOT open that door 1 sec early. The only negative thing about the place would be that some of the the girls up front are a bit snobbish. And a few times they acted like I was bothering them, but that's neither here nor there. Maybe they had a bad day who knows. It's the quality of care received that counts.

Spent a month here back in the summer of 2016
Had a wonderful experience and bonded with all the other people I was there with. Haven't touched alcohol since July 13th 2016. I always look back on the month I spent here fondly despite the circumstances of needing to check in to rehab being one of the darkest times of my life. The people complaining it's not some 5 star hotel are mental. Yeah you get a tiny bed, you have a bunk mate and the facilities arent the greatest but if you're spending time here you're not there for pleasure. The group therapy and structured days were exactly what my addict/alcoholic self needed. The fact it wasn't some bourgeoisie cushy hotel stay helped me focus on what I was there to do which was to address my alcoholism and addiction. The food was good and and the staff was firm yet caring and considerate. If my insurance would have covered a 3 month stay I would have stayed longer than a month.

I absolutely loved this place. The best place to get help and to grow and understand yourself more. I couldn’t have made it where I am today without their help. I am 1 yr and 3 months sober. I am a house manager for a sober living and I work in a detox facility as well. I am doing things I never thought possible for myself, let alone being able to manage as much as I do now. This was the foundation of everything that I have become today. A HUGE thank you to all of the staff at Hope Lodge. I hope one day to return and share my story.
