10 acre ranch is a great place with lots of friendly staff who care about your recovery there’s a lot I learned here. many skills, and coping strategies that are essential to my recovery, and lots of information that is useful to being able to understand how addiction works. Angela is especially good at her job and has years of wisdom and experience within treatment. You won’t be magically cured after leaving here tho, what you put in is what u get out of it.

If you’re really serious about changing your life around then this place is where you need to be. You can bring your pets and they accept couples. The staff here are all amazing and willing to help whenever you ask for help. The chefs: Tiffany and Mike really get down and make some really delicious meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. The nurses Michelle and Amy make sure you take your meds whenever needed and also make check in with you every morning to see if your having withdrawal symptoms such as night terrors, using dreams, tremors, anxiety, depression, all that stuff that you don’t want to feel when you’re withdrawing and they make sure you are prescribed the right meds to prevent all those things. The case workers Alejandra and Angela work above and beyond to make sure everything you need is taken care of. Angela is also the educator and teaches some really informative group classes that help you understand your disease. And the rest of the staff are all amazing and I’m really going to miss all of you! Claudia and Valerie are really sweet and kind and funny. I always looked forward to seeing them at the facility. Dan and RayRay and Joe are all very personable and will give you some of the best advice and it’s only up to you to decide if you wanna take it and run with it. Steve thank you for bringing my partner and I to court on your day off. Banchi is the sweetest person in the entire universe and you made me smile so much and being sober made me appreciate any smiles I got from the staff here. Tiffany thank you for all the meaningful talks we had every morning, I always looked forward to seeing you during the weekdays! And Mike thank you for making sure we eat good everyday ! You’re the man! To all the clients that were in the program while me and my partner were there, Thank you! you guys made this process so much more smoother and comfortable and I had a blast with all of you. Thank you Dienna for taking me and partner in and giving us another chance at life.

MFI Outpatient and Medical saved my life! I came in through the Cares Line right off the streets of Lake Elsinore and was able to connect with MFI at the sober living, IOP and MAT services stage after 93 days of treatment at a different facility. I was welcomed and encouraged and set right in the middle of their Outpatient program. I was given Case Mgr Natalie, Group facilitator Jessica, House Mgr Alex and then BJ and her awesome team in Medical. I was truly set up for success! I felt thoroughly cared for, loved and spoiled. I will never forget my time at MFI! I’m 4 years clean and sober in June. Thank you and lots of love to all of you who helped me and to all of you in the background grinding it out helping people all day everyday! My Grandkids have their Grampa back!

I went here when I was 12. I struggle a lot with mental health, and I will say this place really helped me a lot , they put me on great medication, staff was good.

Came to this place to honestly get sober. I'm a chronic alcoholic who lost everything in a two week binge I don't even remember 90% of it. By the time I got sober enough I found out I was fired, landlord kicked me out, and my phone was gone. I came here on a reference. This place has a lot of rules some frustrating but understanding. They didn't give me back my animal service card when I asked for it and was told some bs excuse. Fine. Comes out that a lot of the patients here are there to beat time out of a cell/case. I don't want to pigeon hole them as a whole. Some I met where there for the right reasons even on court order. I came to sincerely get off the booze. Long story short I got kicked out because I said I was going to end up fighting a guy who's only there to gloat about being a gangbanger and peacocking at the female patients. Even a facilitator had to tell him to stop mean mugging him. He pushed me over the edge by making fun of me when I was in a depressed mood over an ED. I told staff under the confidence that I will not jeapordize my sobriety over fighting or hurting him. I ended up getting rolled out regardless bags on the curb and didn't let me charge my phone I had to beg them at the gate to charge my phone to make calls since I'm not from Pasadena and could get lost. A courtesy ride would be nice but no staff came.and went as they saw.me sitting on the curb they didn't even give me a blanket when I called saying if that could be given to me. The most humiliation I ever had to face. I was a walk in not court ordered yet I had to face guys using the shared bathroom possibly using and say nothing because most patients are gangsters or have prison mentality. I could go on and on but my experience here was the worst I loved Aa meetings and anything to do with my disease but this place only cares about squeezing medi-cal money. They hire within which is good and bad turns out one of the female senior staff there wanted to hook up with a patient. So that goes to show you how great this is . They offer good opportunity just be wary of the patients and staff there. At the end of the day no one cares about you as I found out sitting on the curb outside the facility just go in there and do what you need to to get sober.

If you really want to be sober then this place will be a life changing experience for you, they provide everything , for you to heal in all three aspects physically (doctors/nurses on site, most patient detox crew ,nutritious food, a gym , hygiene, clothes, shoes) mentally (on site psychiatrist/therapist, the most humble, caring and knowledgeable staff , they really help you see yourself as a blessing bc we are) spiritually ( based on the 12 step program that has saved millions, they pushed me out of the comfort zone that has been destroying my life and got me to meetings, sponsor and fellowship to be able to grow ) . There’s so much more but I recommend you all find out yourself. Thank you impact!!
