I couldn't post me comment/question/answer without choosing a number of stars and since I have never been there I figured a 3 wasn't fair but considering the last time I had an interaction with an inpatient program that this place reminds me of, I couldn't give 5 stars either. So, 4 stars is all i feel right in giving, even though I wish I could abstain from rating this place.

Phoenix House offers inpatient care and medication assisted treatment with medications to help persons reduce the need to use dangerous drugs like fentanyl and begin a new path of recovery.There is a men s side and a female side that are separated, each with its drug and alcohol program. Transportation to appointments is provided. There are individual and group counseling sessions, mental health treatment, nursing on site, and a Medical Doctor. They also have case management team to assist the patient receive outside services including housing and for aftercare. This is the best place to seek treatment. It was my first rehab I ever been to and will be the last one. November 30th I'll have 5 years clean. The staff is very helpful and caring. Love you all thanks for all your hard work.

Serenity Lodge is a good location in Southern California nestled in the San Bernardino Mountains. This is my first time in a facility like this. They focus on internal issues, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and try to make you look inward to determine where your use comes from.The facilitators made me want to attend the classes. And you only have to program from certain hours a day. You come up here with problems and if you do the work and utilize your therapists, and resources up here to really try to better your life you can do it. I originally signed up for 37 days. But I did 62.I love the kitchen staff food is good and I enjoyed my volunteer days there.If you have a job or need disability they can get you started but don t forget to follow up with them. And the resources that apply. You can get the ball rolling yourself too!Highly recommend this location. When you call they ll even help you with transportation. I do miss Ms. Karen, Jorge, Cesar, Tommy, and Ray. Living in recovery they all speak with passion and from experience and advanced clinical knowledge They truly care about the clients. Great experience here. First off the facilitators are top notch. Ray, Jorge, Tommy, and Cesar were all amazing and played a huge role in my recovery. They truly care for the clients and want everyone to succeed. They are the backbone of this place for sure. My therapist(s) have been amazing as well. They really get into the root cause of the addiction. The case managers are great as well, overall great people. Zinnia definitely needs to look at hiring some more case managers so they aren t so over worked all the time. The facility itself is great, could use some updates here and there but awesome amenities and food is good, just a little repetitive. Thank you everyone at serenity Lodge!

I absolutely loved this place. The best place to get help and to grow and understand yourself more. I couldn t have made it where I am today without their help. I am 1 yr and 3 months sober. I am a house manager for a sober living and I work in a detox facility as well. I am doing things I never thought possible for myself, let alone being able to manage as much as I do now. Spent a month here back in the summer of 2016Had a wonderful experience and bonded with all the other people I was there with. Haven't touched alcohol since July 13th 2016. I always look back on the month I spent here fondly despite the circumstances of needing to check in to rehab being one of the darkest times of my life. The people complaining it's not some 5 star hotel are mental. Yeah you get a tiny bed, you have a bunk mate and the facilities arent the greatest but if you're spending time here you're not there for pleasure. The group therapy and structured days were exactly what my addict/alcoholic self needed. The fact it wasn't some bourgeoisie cushy hotel stay helped me focus on what I was there to do which was to address my alcoholism and addiction. The food was good and and the staff was firm yet caring and considerate. If my insurance would have covered a 3 month stay I would have stayed longer than a month.

I came in broken and with no hope to live, my life was in shattered in pieces and i lost sight of my God. After many failed attempts to quit using drugs on my own I decided to accept help and entered into Revival Recovery treatment center. I showed up broken, dope sick, full of resentments, and hopeless. I was desperate to get clean and get my relationship back with the Lord, but I never expected a transformation to take place. The staff were some of the best guys I have ever met. They all had hearts to serve the lord and love others. They welcomed me with open arms and loved me when I couldn t love myself. They patiently waited for me to let my walls down and expose my heart. I desperately wanted to get closer to the Lord but I couldn t have imagined the depth of the Journey I was about to go on! It was Truly a life changing experience and I will forever be grateful for all of the people, (counselors, clients, therapists, pastors, and staff) that guided me and walked with me in the Journey. To those of you reading this considering entering a treatment program or looking for help for a loved one I pray that you take some time and seek the Lord for your answers. Serenity Hall has many events that take place there. Families and friends and children are always welcome. When these events are going on, usually, there are meetings of different kinds that take place. There's twelve step and other kinds of meetings . There is also counseling available for those who need it, and don't we always need something once in a while? So people are willing to sit down and talk with you a bit. It's a very friendly place they're doing all kinds of things right now, getting involved with the neighborhood and helping others, including a food drive and some other things that will be coming soon. They are becoming active in this community, and they're working on becoming more active as time goes on. I'm not sure what else I can say. I just really enjoy the people. And my kids absolutely fell in love with a few people there and and I believe they in turn, have done the same, and it's very sweet. .. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that they do have counseling programs there. And you can come in and speak with Brian Jones ( Head Therapist). I know he would be happy to help set up sessions for those who want the help...

Coming into a program like this is terrifying. Just making the call takes a ton of courage and effort. The program is challenging in all the right ways: Taking you out of your comfort zone to improve your self worth, massive amounts of material to learn and put into practice, and learning patience. I stayed here May 2023, The program really helped me find myself. The housing is great lots of room, big backyard w/ a pool. Staff was friendly and attentive. We grilled a few times, felt nice and homely. Thank you Hathaway House!!!

I am very happy with the treatment I received at Hathaway. The staff and therapist really care about you and I think that s number one when choosing a place to recover. The therapist are top notch!!! The amount I learned in the 2 months I spent was incredible. I wasn t a huge believer in group therapy before I came but the impact it had on me will last a lifetime. I had some ups and downs in treatment but overall my experience was wonderful and any complaints I have are minute compared to what I am able to take away. They invest in what matters. Shout out to George and Nicole - You guys really are the best managers!It s also a beautiful location and the view of the mountains is absolutely gorgeous. Outings were super fun and they made my birthday super special (Thank you Dina!)If you have a desire to stop using, or have co-occurring disorders this is the place to go. As long as you have an open mind and are honest I believe Hathaway will be extremely beneficial

I am very so very happy with the treatment I received at Hathawa Recovery. In just 47 wonderful days, ive learned so much about recovery and mental health.
