Wish take the time and especially effort to ensure the safety and the betterment of each individual they bring into the facility. When i left my residential, i was sent to a place where i wasn’t treated fairly, and nothing was up to par, and trust me im not bougie. They immediately came to my aid, and ensured they would take any means necessary to make sure i made it to their facility safely. From the detox to the php/iop, it is top notch through and through. My experience at Gratitude Lodge Chatwin House has been absolutely wonderful. I am so grateful for the support, compassion, and care I received throughout my journey. My case manager, James, was amazing, and my therapist, Jenn, was incredible. The entire staff was AMAZING and truly went above and beyond to support me every step of the way. The group therapy was instrumental to my recovery. It gave me the opportunity to learn from others, feel understood, and gain tools that I can continue to use when life becomes overwhelming. The outings were also so much fun and gave us time to bond and build meaningful connections with the other clients. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and clean, which made the environment feel safe and welcoming. One thing that meant so much to me personally was that they provided a safe and welcoming place for me to bring my cat, Widdy, along on my journey. Having him with me provided comfort and companionship during such an important time in my life, and I will always be grateful that I didn’t have to go through this part of my journey without him. I absolutely loved the staff here. The therapists were probably the nicest, most caring, therapists I’ve ever met. The groups here are my #1 favorite out of all of the places I’ve ever been and they are led by the therapists. The chef 👌🏾 literally didn’t make a single thing that I didn’t like, I loved everything he cooked. The house is extremely clean. The outings every week were one of my favorite things here as well. And if you asked the staff or therapist for anything they absolutely tried their hardest to make it happen. Adam is super kind and caring and always addressed any issues I had. I’m not an easy client but I appreciate all the staff here who put up with me. I left early due to me not being able to handle some of the stricter policy’s but it doesn’t change how I feel about the staff and my time there. All of the staff went above and beyond and I would recommended this place to anyone. Also Pearl you’re my favorite 🩷

Starbridge recovery truly saved me and my family. While my stay there the kind, caring, love and thoughtfulness was so amazing by all the staff. The professional approach that they provided me was excellent . The classes they gave there were informing and uplifting. My therapist Anne knew how much I enjoyed walking. She would take me on walks while doing my therapy session . I truly felt love from her kind caring heart. She continues to stay in touch even though I am no longer there . Great staff amazing experience i learned so much in my short stay i had the most comfortable detox from opiate addiction and the chef ERIC is a amazing cook the environment was very nice and clean and the knowledge from the facilitators was so awesome I really miss all the staff and my group of peers are all my new family thank u all so much appreciate all u guys helped me with forever grateful

I checked myself into Golden Road Feb 2026, it was my 1st time in rehab, and it was a great experience from the very start. I was hesitant the night before flying out and Jason stayed on the phone with me for hours that night and the next day till I got on the plane. Upon arrival, a driver picked me up and took me to a beautiful, spacious, clean house that has limited capacity for clients. Making it very unique and personalized. It has a very private, cozy atmosphere, all of the staff are friendly and empathetic. We had daily group therapy and activities with highly qualified therapists. Outings twice a week. Our mental and physical health was being supervised frequently. Family is allowed to visit once a week. Upon discharge, my case mgr made sure I had IOP in place, ready to start once I was back home, along with a list of all the local AA meetings near me. I'm eternally grateful to Golden Road and the amazing staff for starting me on my sobriety journey. It's the best place for you to start yours.

This place saved my life. The staff genuinely cares about you and your recovery. I’ve been thru treatment multiple times and this place is somewhere I’ll never forget. The structure and tools they give are so extremely helpful I don’t think I’d ever grown as much at anywhere else. For anyone seeking treatment this is the place to go. Sanctuary literally saved my life from a medical aspect. If you are detoxing, and need medical supervision and consistent support from the team members there, then go. They will keep you alive and give you the mental support that you need.

As a past client, I liked it here. Not just cause of the house, but I felt safe there. After a while it felt more like home than my real house so I started calling it home. The staff were helpful and supportive. They didn't send me off to inpatient like other places would have when I was struggling. After trauma with the cops, in the last place, I was scared to leave cause of the outside world. I felt like I would be lost without them.

My name is Steven Garcia, I’ve never written a review about anything but this place changed my entire life and future. I was 17 when I went to hillcrest treatment facility and heavily addicted to substances. As soon as I stepped inside I was welcome in with open arms. We had fresh meals made daily, fitness, and as well as other activities to get my natural dopamine back up, I made lifelong friendships and lifelong heart touching memories. It was the best time of my life and I stayed sober ever since then and I am 20 now, I bought my own car and I will be moving out into my own apartment soon. The caregivers and therapists and everyone involved was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I wasn’t able to keep in contact with them due to rules but I think about the caregivers, therapists and my experience that I had there every single day, it was so touching that every day I strive to do better because I think about all the people that helped me at hillcrest, eventually if possible I would even like to get a job there to help kids like I was helped. It was the most amazing heart warming experience I’ve had in my entire life and I would recommend this place a million times to anyone. If anyone from hillcrest that remembers me sees this, thank you for changing my life I truly wouldn’t be in the position I’m in if I never met all of you.

Summit is a magical place and has changed my life. I’ve had several experiences with treatment centers and there is just nothing as special as Summit.
