I am an alumni and I can honestly say Twin Town definitely is the best thing that could have happened to me. I walked in there defiant close-minded and absolutely a train wreck. At the beginning I didn't want to be there and towards the end it was hard for me to leave. Please give yourself a chance a second chance or 3rd or 4th it doesn't matter how many times, it's a safe place to begin your journey for healing, I know it was for me!

West Hollywood ATC has helped me get myself and my life back. The entire staff genuinely cares about your well-being and will help you through the hardest of times. If you ever consider getting into treatment THIS is the place you want to come !! The property is beautiful and the accommodations are above any expectations. This place is amazing and I will highly recommend anyone who is seeking relief from substance abuse to come here immediately!! Thank you again to all the staff from the lead director to the chef, they ALL have your back all the way through to the end and after !!!

I thank god for being able to get help and stay with the Ritz Treatment Center they changed my life and saved my life as well. All the meetings, groups, counseling and all the help from everyone from Kayla, becka, Sean, rafa, Trish, heather, Kevin, ashley, shanna and so many more I love this place I love everyone here I gained a family here I gained so much knowledge here I feel very motivated and ready to take my next steps in life due to the Ritz Recover. I am from a small town in Indiana. When I arrived in LA for rehab and sober living I was anything but happy. After so many relapses and trying other rehabs, I really didn’t have many other options. My experience in sober living was life changing. Learning how to live, cope with life, deal with different personalities and stay drug free…. was crucial for my recovery. My house managers, housing directors and entire team were beyond supportive. WW also believes in living life and having fun. Every Sunday we would go on an adventure. It may be on a hike, beach or to a farmers market. They provided transportation in evenings to attend a variety of meetings. The BIG trips (Mikey) plans……are breathtaking. I have been to Big Bear, gorgeous hikes/cliff jumping and Camping, just to name a few. I am 3 years sober and have never been happier. Sober living was one of the many factors that helped change my life. The houses are beautiful and located in safe areas. I am so blessed that I was given the opportunity to go to Westwind. The best sober living I’ve been in on my recovery journey. Started in 2022 in and out of sober living’s of various qualities, but I finally landed at Westwind a year or so ago and I’ve been with them ever since. They do a lot of things right - the most important being accountability, which they take very serious and this has kept me sober! Westwind sober living is a super-professional operation which garners a lot of confidence from me. I feel safe and supported here and my outlook is better than in any other situation I’ve been in. I’m looking forward to living on my own soon but I know Westwind has my back until that time comes.

My son, initially was in an inpatient facility and insurance denied the claim so we had to quickly get him moved to a different type of outpatient treatment. This is when I found Launch. I spoke with Clint in admissions and he was extremely kind and helpful as well as compassionate. He was able to seamlessly get my son moved out of the inpatient program and into php/iop and sober living within just a couple of days. He also spoke with my son and counseled him on important things to look for in a recovery center. My son was in a dark place when he started here and now 3 months later, he is so much better. I truly think everyone at launch was exactly what he needed. His therapist Jake seemed to really care about and get my son, which is so appreciated. The other staff were also fantastic. I would recommend this center to any young adult struggling with depression and or addiction issues. Grateful!!!

I remember the day of my first phone call, I had so little hope that things could improve for me and was skeptical if program was even worth it. But I did my intake with Clint and he was so personable, made me feel welcome and seen in a time I needed to be, and set the tone as to what my time at Launch would be like. It felt so aligned, so I swallowed my pride and he was the reason I took the leap and chance at this program even though I was hesitant before. I completed it and it's been several months since, and I'm well-regulated now, working full-time, and made lifelong friends I still talk to every day. Enthusiastic, always available when I'm at the program, super helpful, thanks to that day I chose to show up I know my life has changed much for the better and I'm a stronger person than I felt possible in the moment, I can manage through my bipolar symptoms with greater clarity and ease of functioning than before, and have gratitude to express towards the staff.

I spent three months at Launch, and it was a great experience. I’d been to other IOPs before, but Launch really stood out for how well it helped clients rebuild. Beyond standard therapy, Launch was hands-on and practical - focused on helping people build structure, improve routines, and take real steps toward school or employment. Kami, their on-staff educational consultant, helped me organize my transcripts and get back into school which made a huge difference. My parents also found the family sessions very helpful. The groups were well-run and clinically effective, and the staff genuinely cared about everyone’s progress.

I’d like to start off by saying that if it wasn’t for Alta Centers, I’d either be in jail or worse. I definitely wouldn’t be honored with an opportunity to leave this review. Alta Centers and its professional Staff literally save my life. They didn’t turn their back on me when I showed up in a drunken blackout. Not once but four times within a span of one week. Apparently I kept leaving and have little to no memory of these events. Today I admit to my inappropriate behavior because the person that was broken and in a dark place the day I showed up is not the sober person that’s leaving this review. The Staff literally cared and showed me love throughout my stay there because I didn’t have it for myself. Everyone played a VITAL role in my Recovery, Shannon, my Case Manager pulling me aside several times during my stay and helped me come up with a solid plan for my discharge, and after Care, Lee, Alta Center’s Chef by convincing me to return to Alta Centers during my drunken binge and providing top-notch meals on a daily, Ana, the owner for showing compassion and Care for me and allowed space for any concerns that me or the other clients needed. Ilya, my Therapist, who really provided a safe place for me to vent, keeping me engaged in my concerns or problems and providing me with useful feedback, Jordan Jackson, T, Carboni, Jolyon, for feedback when I was questioning things about myself, or my progress. Keely for her world of knowledge and insight to my situation. Jade for providing me with ideas on how to approach my issues pertaining to my relationship with my daughter. Deanne for providing an ear for me to vent and giving me no BS kinda feedback. Maxine for helping me see hope when I couldn’t see or feel it for myself. Silvia, Alta Centers nurse for not only caring for me, but being present if I’d needed to vent. Other Staff members who moved on to bigger and better things in their respective lives, Eden, Lee, Jennie, page Alex and others who left a huge imprint in my life. I could write so much more but the blessings provided to me by this place. If you’ve read this far, thank you for your time, patience and I’m guessing you get the point that I’m trying to make. Alta Centers wasn’t just a rehab for me. It became my home away from home and inherited lifelong friendships. I don’t say it lightly when I tell you this place is and it’s Prifessional Staff literally save my life and probably kept me away from a prison sentence. If you know you know and you know who you are lol. Thank you for not letting me drive that day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and everyone of you. I will forever be indebted to you guys/gals for giving me my life back and loving me when I couldn’t love myself, let alone look at myself in the mirror. Lastly, if you want to sober up and need professional Staff who really do care and don’t shoot their wounded, then Alta Centers is the place you need to go to. Be forewarned, the desperation and work needs to come from you. Surrender to the process and watch how your life and the lives of your Love ones, who were caught in the crossfire, blossoms before in your eyes
