I went there in November of 2024 because I was desperate to get help. They were very helpful with getting me there, checking with me before I got there, and making sure I didn't change my mind about going (as most of us do when It comes to getting sober). I had an awesome time there, the staff was great (they had their off days, as us alcoholics/addicts do). We were busy most all day every day. They take you to the gym 3x a week, they do panels, and outside meetings as well. The facility itself is clean, there's laundry machines, snacks & coffee on deck 24/7, they take you to the vape shop and wal mart once a week, and they are working on more outside activities. There were tvs and DVD players in every unit with a TON of dvds. No bed time so you are free to roam around the facility or chill and watch TV. The groups got a little boring (but if you are with a good group of guys they are a lot of fun and informative). The way insurance and every thing works was a little frustrating because it's on a weekly basis if you stay on the treatment side or go to phase 2. You are allowed your phone 3x a day for a hour each time. The units are awesome, it is an apartment (if you go try to get into the one above the kitchen on the left haha). Mike who is one of the main dudes is an awesome person! I am currently on day 63 and if it weren't for the lighthouse I would most likely be either dead or in the process of drinking myself to death. If you are in need of help, do the hard thing and ask for it. The money, job, or whatever it is that is keeping you from going won't be there much longer if you continue to do what you're doing. I love you all and hope this helps!

I would like to express my gratitude to the Lighthouse and all the staff who had helped me and guided me. I stayed at the Lighthouse for about 90 days and in that timeframe I was able to receive one on one Care meet with a therapist. All my needs were met. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I am forever grateful for this facility and being there for me at a time when I needed it the most.Thank you, Stephanie and Julie for holding my hands as I walk through those doors!

Any good story should start so there I was. So there I was, I was a meth user for 30 plus years and an alcoholic. I don't know we're to begin on how much starbridge helped me.. my mental health was shot by body was shot and my pride was shot I had been to countles facilities and programs during my 30 years of use and soon as i left I knew I was getting high. Something clicked here at starbridge recovery for me yes I have a 1 year old and a partner at home that I was trying to get clean for but the staff and faculty had me realize that I need to do first and for most for me than my family will reap the benefits of the real Tyson. I can go on and on about the good food from the private chef the heated pool the nurse on duty the technician that run groups and the counselor/psychiatrist,and the other clients that were there at my stay... but what really got me was soon as walked in the door the energy that overcame my body and In my belief the other countless souls of the people who came and left before me left a part of themselves there. And I knew that I was safe from whatever my problems were that they were gonna be taken care of I want everyone too know that starbridge recovery has saved me and has shown my family a new man one that they deserved for 30 years ..... thank you for saving my life everyone at starbridge and beyond. I now have a life without drugs and fighting mental health issues because they gave me the tools I needed to prevail and strive in my new clean sober life thank you and if anyone needs help or has doubts let starbridge take your hand and show you the path to sober life I give a 5 star cause Google doesn't have 10 thank you so much I can't say it enough sor saving me. This was the best recovery experience! This was not my first time in treatment and I thought that I knew what to expect. The groups were small and intimate. The staff and other clients were caring, empathetic, open minded and friendly. I was introduced to Smart Recovery which is a great alternative to 12 step programs. We attended 12 Step meetings as well. All the techs and counselors were committed to my success. My therapist Stephanie is a great listener! She heard my concerns and was able to present other perspectives that I hadn t thought of. The chef, Dean is a fabulous cook! Dustin, Evan, Leslie, Sam, Brittany, America were all essential in this process. They are all proof that the opposite of addiction is not sobriety but connection!

Starbridge Recovery Center didn t just save my life they taught me to be the best version of myself I could ever imagine. Revive was a great experience. The first week was rough for myself but after finding a balance within myself and being able to attend groups I was able to acquire the tools I needed to maintain my sobriety.

Revive is the only treatment/detox in LA that I can honestly say I trust whole heartedly. Having people who genuinely care about your wellbeing and safety makes a hard experience just a little easier. Thank you to all the staff, you guys are amazing.

Coming into a program like this is terrifying. Just making the call takes a ton of courage and effort. The program is challenging in all the right ways: Taking you out of your comfort zone to improve your self worth, massive amounts of material to learn and put into practice, and learning patience. I will be forever grateful for the wonderful councilors and staff. There is no question they care greatly about each and every client, and show that every day and every step of the program. I have been to a multitude of treatment centers in and outside of California, Avedis Recovery is by FAR the most caring, authentic, and helpful place I have ever been to. It is the ONLY place that I was able to stay sober during my entire time and where I was able to find the confidence in myself to stay sober and where I found real growth. They care. Every other treatment center it was very clear that the management and program directors were really only involved for the money. The program director at Avedis is not, he and all other staff GENUINELY CARE!! Usually at other places you never see the director but here you see him almost everyday, he is involved and genuinely cares about people here and their sobriety. With the help of Avedis Recovery I was able to gain a newfound confidence in myself, my family s trust, my faith in God, and most of all a clear and sober mind. If it wasn t for Avedis I don t know where I would be, but now I am almost 8 months sober and am actually happy and enjoying life. I give all the thanks to God and Avedis!

Don t judge a book by its cover. If you re looking to get and stay clean and focused on your recovery come here, staff and residents are very friendly and the houses are very clean. You get drug tested 2 times a week and at the house. If your serious about getting and staying clean come give this place a try

I stayed here May 2023, The program really helped me find myself. The housing is great lots of room, big backyard w/ a pool. Staff was friendly and attentive. We grilled a few times, felt nice and homely. Thank you Hathaway House!!!

I am very happy with the treatment I received at Hathaway. The staff and therapist really care about you and I think that s number one when choosing a place to recover. The therapist are top notch!!! The amount I learned in the 2 months I spent was incredible. I wasn t a huge believer in group therapy before I came but the impact it had on me will last a lifetime. I had some ups and downs in treatment but overall my experience was wonderful and any complaints I have are minute compared to what I am able to take away. They invest in what matters. Shout out to George and Nicole - You guys really are the best managers!It s also a beautiful location and the view of the mountains is absolutely gorgeous. Outings were super fun and they made my birthday super special (Thank you Dina!)If you have a desire to stop using, or have co-occurring disorders this is the place to go. As long as you have an open mind and are honest I believe Hathaway will be extremely beneficial

I am very so very happy with the treatment I received at Hathawa Recovery. In just 47 wonderful days, ive learned so much about recovery and mental health. I felt lost, anxious, confused, and ashamed. But as soon as I stepped into DEDICATO they treated me with compassion and empathy, I wasn't judged at all. I felt so at ease and comfortable. Dr. Marshall is very understanding he knows where I was coming from and he felt my pain. The staff treated me like family. The first person to greet you is Lilly with a smile and helps with any questions you might have, Kalen a staff member and a physical trainer is their by your side step by step. I call them the three wise men again Dr. Marshall keeps it real with me, that's what I wanted honestly, by my side during my journey on recovery. I have David an awesome person has great group zoom meetings. Charles keeps it real also honest and humble, very understanding. I recommend this place to everyone and everybody who wants to change their lives and recover from any addiction. HANDS DOWN the BEST program I've ever been to.I went there a few years back and I've been to several programs, and this one genuinely cares and IS NOT in it for the money. Dr.marshall is very professional and doesn't just sit behind a desk + poures his heart out!

Dr. Marshall is a prime example of fighting the odds and changing his life in a complete 180, inspirational in so many ways. I'm lucky to have the privilege to attend his classes at The Salvation Army and every time it is an exceptional lesson I learn. His story from having nothing to being successful in school, attaining multiple degrees in college, and opening up rehabs of his own shows his determination and will power to want change and better for himself and still try to help others. He has shown great resources and ways to be successful and it is extremely helpful to have a source like him to listen to and learn from. MCR SAVED ME FROM DRUGS, MYSELF & DRINKING! I want to talk about my experience, everyone was very kind and we had a great group that I was with at the time which really helped me to recover. The first two weeks I had still been off the wagon, but as soon as I confessed to the group I immediately began to heal. Carlee was an excellent therapist for me and I remember having lots of friends supporting each other while I was getting my recovery. We would practice breathing exercises, watch movies that would help out with our recovery, and talk about anything or anyone who has been bothering us recently or from anytime in our lives. They even had a special brain training activity on the computer that you do to help focus on recovery. All the teachers were so nice and had fun assignments to do to help keep our minds off drugs and alcohol. They even have doctors who help provide medication to help keep drugs and alcohol away. I am much more responsible and take medication now to help maintain my sobriety. Thank you MCR!

I have been here all together 202 days at the lighthouse, recently stayed 90 days.. I got nothing but good memories at the lighthouse, the staff is very approachable.. I heard over the years guys in there say that the program here isn't good.. I learned that it's not so much if it's good or bad but what I put into my own program and the lighthouse is a good place to find your real self if you're ready to let go of your own ways.. to honestly surrender.. and be honest with yourself..the lighthouse was my life saver and I knew their light is always on for me to come and feel welcomed each time I relapsed..I had the privilege to have visits from my best friend and family I wanna thank so many staff members for helping me. First of all I went in weighing 170 and left weighing a healthy 199 lbs thanks to my cooks Danny making me fat in a good way , mama B, Jessi, Rita and Christian making my meat perfect. Thank you to the drivers Glen, Rob (Rubano love that nickname), Jos and Wil for good conversations along the drives.. Thank you to client care women Christina and Lisette for getting things of work and medical business taken care of.. thank you to my girls Vanessa and Shannon for helping mentally.. thank you to the leaders of the lighthouse Teresa, Ladonna, Karla.. Jenna & Michelle Jesse. last but not least thank you to my support staff you guys made my stay fly by and had awesome talks when I was happy or mad or irritated thank you Mike, Austin,Eric, Mason, Nicole(detox), Stephanie, Amanda, Jake and Geo .. I know there's others in staff I didn't mention but I thank them also.. if you're ready to change your whole life around i recommend the LIGHTHOUSE.

I came here for courtesy dose in August and again in November. They are great there! If I move out here this is the clinic I definitely would go here.The price for just 7 days of methadone was $140!! This is the 2 nd time I paid this price for a week. We don t have much money we are trying to get our lives back and this is a life or death medication for us.The methadone is way overpriced here, while it is not an expensive drug from the pharmacy.
