I was here for the 6month class, grisel was my instructure and was very helpful. Kept me motivated, was very nice, never judged me. Over all the program thought me alot and how to be more responsable in my future decisions.
My son Brian did his detox a little over a year ago at Woodglen. Due to an previous injury he was not able to do the 90-day program because he could be a liability however was introduced to an amazing sponsor and went into sober living. He attended all meetings at Woodglen and all the others that were available to him. Last month he received his 1-year chip and he is a changed man.And now my younger son has begun his journey of healing and recovery. An absolute miracle because he did not want to go this route until HE finally realized he could not stop without help. He finished the detox and just entered residential and I cannot be more grateful or feel more blessed for the genuine care of the people and the leadership in this facility. The feeling of family is instant. And from what I can tell this program is intricately designed for long-term success..... Spiritual Awakening...... Understanding the 12 steps and applying them to recovery success. This mom is of course thanking God first and foremost. Without Him intervening with His Grace... this would not have happened so I call it answered prayers. Thank you again to the amazing staff and to those who cared enough to point my sons in the direction of Wood Glen.

Woodglen has a very special place in My Heart, in my honest opinion Woodglen is hands down THE BEST Residential Treatment facility not just in OC but the entire state and that includes Private Pay insurance places!! It's Managed by and Staffed with Good People who actually really care and have a sincere interest in seeing peoples lives change for the positive, and the results speak for themselves No other place has the same level of involvement from Alumni coming back to be of service and proving to us that it can be done by showing us the the tangible results of the lives they live today! Woodglen is where it's at!
