I went there in November of 2024 because I was desperate to get help. They were very helpful with getting me there, checking with me before I got there, and making sure I didn't change my mind about going (as most of us do when It comes to getting sober). I had an awesome time there, the staff was great (they had their off days, as us alcoholics/addicts do). We were busy most all day every day. They take you to the gym 3x a week, they do panels, and outside meetings as well. The facility itself is clean, there's laundry machines, snacks & coffee on deck 24/7, they take you to the vape shop and wal mart once a week, and they are working on more outside activities. There were tvs and DVD players in every unit with a TON of dvds. No bed time so you are free to roam around the facility or chill and watch TV. The groups got a little boring (but if you are with a good group of guys they are a lot of fun and informative). The way insurance and every thing works was a little frustrating because it's on a weekly basis if you stay on the treatment side or go to phase 2. You are allowed your phone 3x a day for a hour each time. The units are awesome, it is an apartment (if you go try to get into the one above the kitchen on the left haha). Mike who is one of the main dudes is an awesome person! I am currently on day 63 and if it weren't for the lighthouse I would most likely be either dead or in the process of drinking myself to death. If you are in need of help, do the hard thing and ask for it. The money, job, or whatever it is that is keeping you from going won't be there much longer if you continue to do what you're doing. I love you all and hope this helps!

I would like to express my gratitude to the Lighthouse and all the staff who had helped me and guided me. I stayed at the Lighthouse for about 90 days and in that timeframe I was able to receive one on one Care meet with a therapist. All my needs were met. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I am forever grateful for this facility and being there for me at a time when I needed it the most.Thank you, Stephanie and Julie for holding my hands as I walk through those doors!

Any good story should start so there I was. So there I was, I was a meth user for 30 plus years and an alcoholic. I don't know we're to begin on how much starbridge helped me.. my mental health was shot by body was shot and my pride was shot I had been to countles facilities and programs during my 30 years of use and soon as i left I knew I was getting high. Something clicked here at starbridge recovery for me yes I have a 1 year old and a partner at home that I was trying to get clean for but the staff and faculty had me realize that I need to do first and for most for me than my family will reap the benefits of the real Tyson. I can go on and on about the good food from the private chef the heated pool the nurse on duty the technician that run groups and the counselor/psychiatrist,and the other clients that were there at my stay... but what really got me was soon as walked in the door the energy that overcame my body and In my belief the other countless souls of the people who came and left before me left a part of themselves there. And I knew that I was safe from whatever my problems were that they were gonna be taken care of I want everyone too know that starbridge recovery has saved me and has shown my family a new man one that they deserved for 30 years ..... thank you for saving my life everyone at starbridge and beyond. I now have a life without drugs and fighting mental health issues because they gave me the tools I needed to prevail and strive in my new clean sober life thank you and if anyone needs help or has doubts let starbridge take your hand and show you the path to sober life I give a 5 star cause Google doesn't have 10 thank you so much I can't say it enough sor saving me. This was the best recovery experience! This was not my first time in treatment and I thought that I knew what to expect. The groups were small and intimate. The staff and other clients were caring, empathetic, open minded and friendly. I was introduced to Smart Recovery which is a great alternative to 12 step programs. We attended 12 Step meetings as well. All the techs and counselors were committed to my success. My therapist Stephanie is a great listener! She heard my concerns and was able to present other perspectives that I hadn t thought of. The chef, Dean is a fabulous cook! Dustin, Evan, Leslie, Sam, Brittany, America were all essential in this process. They are all proof that the opposite of addiction is not sobriety but connection!

I had the immense privilege of attending the Canyon twice. I completely turned my back on sobriety and found myself in a place of hopelessness and despair. My experience at The Canyons was life changing. Antonio and his team of therapists, support groups and staff are all wonderful to work with and truly care about your recovery and well being. I have had other experiences in recovery and have never come out with a more solid foundation and hope for the future than I have since leaving the canyon. They have all the necessary resources and even offer post recovery Alumni services that I plan to unitize moving forward. If you have problems with addiction or questions about your sobriety and substance use, the Canyons is a place that I highly recommend for a better chance at a brighter future and one that doesn t depend upon substance abuse. Anchored Tides is the place for you if you are considering changing you current status with addiction. Thanks to the committed and passionate owners/staff, I now have a completely different life today! I was accepted into this program during the worst time of my life, and they above and beyond to help me repair and regain things that had been lost in my addiction such as HOPE. Revive was a great experience. The first week was rough for myself but after finding a balance within myself and being able to attend groups I was able to acquire the tools I needed to maintain my sobriety.

Revive is the only treatment/detox in LA that I can honestly say I trust whole heartedly. Having people who genuinely care about your wellbeing and safety makes a hard experience just a little easier. Thank you to all the staff, you guys are amazing.

Surf city recovery is a very helpful place and has helped me in my recovery immensely.

I will be forever grateful for Surf City for helping me change my life! Rich, Andrew and all the staff showed me in my lowest point of life that there was a beautiful and different way of life for me as an addict. I came in alone, scared and hopeless and they welcomed me in like they had known me for years. I found a fellowship of people who understood me and actually cared about me and I m so glad to call them all my family now! They prepared me for my return to home and set me up to succeed there. Phoenix House changed my life. It is a fantastic brotherhood that will help you gain positive relationships; and new friendships. The staff truly cares about you in every way. The Counselors, and Therapists provide you with new skills you can use in recovery. It is a great experience for those who need help with substance abuse. I can so many positive things, but it would take a day to write. If you or a family member need help with getting clean. Come here; you won t be disappointed.

Good brotherhood

I have been to a multitude of treatment centers in and outside of California, Avedis Recovery is by FAR the most caring, authentic, and helpful place I have ever been to. It is the ONLY place that I was able to stay sober during my entire time and where I was able to find the confidence in myself to stay sober and where I found real growth. They care. Every other treatment center it was very clear that the management and program directors were really only involved for the money. The program director at Avedis is not, he and all other staff GENUINELY CARE!! Usually at other places you never see the director but here you see him almost everyday, he is involved and genuinely cares about people here and their sobriety. With the help of Avedis Recovery I was able to gain a newfound confidence in myself, my family s trust, my faith in God, and most of all a clear and sober mind. If it wasn t for Avedis I don t know where I would be, but now I am almost 8 months sober and am actually happy and enjoying life. I give all the thanks to God and Avedis!

Don t judge a book by its cover. If you re looking to get and stay clean and focused on your recovery come here, staff and residents are very friendly and the houses are very clean. You get drug tested 2 times a week and at the house. If your serious about getting and staying clean come give this place a try

The staff, clinical teams, kitchen chefs, transportation team, and maintenance/cleaning services at the Lighthouse Anaheim work tirelessly day-in and day-out, 24/7, to ensure the proper care and treatment plans are administered to their clients. If you are ready to accept the help for in-patient care, Lighthouse Anaheim is the place to go. I have been here all together 202 days at the lighthouse, recently stayed 90 days.. I got nothing but good memories at the lighthouse, the staff is very approachable.. I heard over the years guys in there say that the program here isn't good.. I learned that it's not so much if it's good or bad but what I put into my own program and the lighthouse is a good place to find your real self if you're ready to let go of your own ways.. to honestly surrender.. and be honest with yourself..the lighthouse was my life saver and I knew their light is always on for me to come and feel welcomed each time I relapsed..I had the privilege to have visits from my best friend and family I wanna thank so many staff members for helping me. First of all I went in weighing 170 and left weighing a healthy 199 lbs thanks to my cooks Danny making me fat in a good way , mama B, Jessi, Rita and Christian making my meat perfect. Thank you to the drivers Glen, Rob (Rubano love that nickname), Jos and Wil for good conversations along the drives.. Thank you to client care women Christina and Lisette for getting things of work and medical business taken care of.. thank you to my girls Vanessa and Shannon for helping mentally.. thank you to the leaders of the lighthouse Teresa, Ladonna, Karla.. Jenna & Michelle Jesse. last but not least thank you to my support staff you guys made my stay fly by and had awesome talks when I was happy or mad or irritated thank you Mike, Austin,Eric, Mason, Nicole(detox), Stephanie, Amanda, Jake and Geo .. I know there's others in staff I didn't mention but I thank them also.. if you're ready to change your whole life around i recommend the LIGHTHOUSE.

Clear has been an amazing partner for my client for the last 5 years. They have literally saved the lives of several of my patients. The staff are kind, caring and attentive to the needs of people in need of addiction treatment.

My daughter is 19 and has been struggling with addiction since she was 12. She has been to numerous facilities and treat centers and just could not get it. We all know that its really up to them to succeed. The difference at this place was that the staff really do care, 24/7!!!! Some of the places are just about the money but not this one!! Vanessa was so kind and attentive to the clients and especially my daughter. And one of the biggest things was that they set her up to go to an after care home that also really seems to care about my daughter. Most places were wide open with people coming in and out and no supervision, people sleeping with each other and who knows what else. This place will give your love one a chance if they want it, Vanessa was able talk to Izzy one night when she wanted to run and kept Izzy off the streets and safe. Today she has 36 days clean and sober and that is a miracle.
