DUI and DUI related incidents are truly world shaking and embarrassing. It can be shameful, it can be something you don’t want to think you are capable of. These women that run this program welcome you with open arms and reassure you that your situation does not define you and needing help with alcohol/drug use is not in fact shameful, it’s a decision you make to better yourself that you should be proud of! Tinamarie, Tanisha, and Katie will be your biggest cheerleaders. At first this program was mandatory, and now with their support, I’m aware I’m fully capable of being a better person and being better for it sober! Thank you ladies thank you for doing what you do, I don’t know where this community would be without you ♥️

1 in 5 people who experience a mental health episode will be shot by police. That statistic was founded in 2015, imagine how bad it is now. Anyway, this place claims to have a mobile crisis team, but they will simply call the police on you if you're having a crisis.

I don't recommend They are unethical is my own experience. They discriminate. They are inappropriate. I do not recommend. I feel badly for people who use their services here. I am only 1 person. I am genuinely greatly dissatisfied, but perhaps there is someone who has a genuinely different experience. This place used to be ok, but I'd say, it got bad, around 2017. And the lady time I gave them another chance in 2024. They were terrible. Dehumanizing. Lacking humility. Disgraceful to me. Threatening. Dishonest Scary. Unsafe. Threatening. And... I emphasize discriminatory, dehumanizing, lacking humility, and scary. Was my own experience here, in 2024. And in the past they were ok, but they got worse. And they specifically discriminate against certain types of trauma survivors. And they are not safe for certain types of trauma survivors and have expressed discrimination to me since 2017. I do not recommend. They were worse in 2024. I complained and they said it was halfway founded. But it was fully founded and they lied about why it was halfway founded. The complaint response was somewhat respectful, in acknowledging the offense. But they took the side of the person who lied and was inappropriate. And they are not trained to help members of society who need help. And they are potentially to make it worse. And are not equipped to correct the issues that are faulty. So it's not safe.for specific survivors of specific types of trauma. Is my own experience. That's my personal experience All the best and blessings either way

there are nice counselors there, who are usually ready to work with their clients to teach them how to cope with life's ups & downs instead of relying on substances to get thru the day. if things arent working out with 1 counselor, dont give up on treatment! you can switch counselors with no problem. its worth it to maintain a support system that can increase your chances of staying away from problem drinking or any other addiction that may be plaguing your life.

So, I have been going to this clinic for around 2 years now. Here is as accurate of a review straight from a hardcore addict that is doing good now, could possibly give.....First off, this place saved my life and helped form me into a functioning member of society. The one counsellor that is still working there and basically running the whole show, is AMAZING... and if you aren't ready for recovery, are bullshitting her, she WILL KNOW. so DONT BULLSHIT HER. BE HONEST, Both other methadone clinics REFUSED me and said I didn't meet their criteria and tried sending me to residential recovery....and the waitlist everywhere else, was just INSANE. This place always has the SHORTEST WAITLIST(in my experience), The staff here are honestly so damn caring and awesome, anyone saying otherwise in a review clearly haven't been around actual "disrespectful" people... they are so much nicer than any other clinic in Eugene when it comes to being personable and has an almost "Family" like vibe. Never has staff here every been anything but amazing and leave me with a smile on my face..... The Main thing you need to know, "GROUPS ARE A REQUIREMENT" for this Clinic, and it is "NOT" a "Juice Bar".... meaning, you will have to comply with their groups/etc otherwise they have no problem holding your dose. If you miss a group, you wont be able to dose the next day until you go to a "Make up group"... In my opinion, people in early recovery can't be expected to make all the groups, and holding that over addicts heads being that early in recovery, can end up being just another reason to smoke more fentanyl... i know it was for me... It wasn't easy getting off the fetty... and some of the shit this clinic did in the early stages really didn't help..... THAT BEING SAID, all in all, if you are SERIOUS about getting clean and being off fentanyl and a functioning member of society, this is the Clinic for you. If you just want to Dose and go, and have the clinic leave you alone with nothing expected of you... I definitely would NOT try going to this place. I hope this review helps someone out there trying to choose where to get help. If you truly want to change your life, Go to this clinic. -LogicBaumZ-

This place is amazing! Don't listen to these negative posts on here, entitled brats whining about not getting their way, except the one about the lack of wheelchair access to the group rooms, that's true and unfortunate. This clinic can save your life, as it did mine, but you won't always get your way because they will often tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. They might require to do things that you need to do, but they might not be the things you want to do. It's only because they care that they do those things, and let's face it, they're helping you fight a disease that's trying to kill you. So if you want compassionate and caring help with that, check them out. It could just be the best decision you've made in a really long time. It was for me.

I was a resident at Jasper Mountain from age 7 to 8 (21 years ago) and I wanted to share my perspective as an adult looking back. The structured environment taught me important life skills like manners, responsibility, and following rules through daily chores and working with animals including horses and llamas. I particularly remember Molly the llama,(I called her Polly Molly) Champ the horse, and Willy the miniature horse. Oh, there were also some snack feisty peacocks. We would run track or walk the mile to get a better breakfast (hot breakfast and not a bowl of cereal). This helped me understand the reward of working hard, and exercising. Despite the extremely strict environment where most staff members were not particularly compassionate (I recall Mat, a staff member who was very protective of his headphones due to ear wax concerns but was generally he was a cool guy), and a man who I don’t remember the name, he coached me in flag football. The structure ultimately helped me develop discipline that has served me well in adulthood. However, the use of physical restraints and holds was traumatic and caused lasting anxiety in my peers. I experienced this once when I deliberately got into trouble out of curiosity and it caused me to panic. Holds are not fun, I repeat, not fun. While my experience included both positive and negative elements, I’m grateful for what I learned there about responsibility and structure, and as an adult I can appreciate how these skills have helped me even though some aspects were difficult at the time. This reflects my personal experience from over 20 years ago, and programs may have evolved since then, but overall I’m very thankful for the growth and manners I gained during my stay. Oh, Christmas here rocked. I still have photos of my time with Santa and opening up my gifts. Thank you JMC, you were more of a family than mine ever was.

I was here from 11 years old to 13, I had been to the oregon state mental hospital, trillium, farm home and youth villages, and out of all of them, this place is the best. I have mixed feelings about jasper. I left a better person I do believe, but I was not ever stayed in contact with like I was told, and that hurt. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I had got to know everybody I was there with, staff members, Ethan is one I really remember, and there was a short man with a ring he would play with and we would play chess. I have been doing really well if anyone remembers me. Really happy to see you guys are still on a mission. Hi I went here when I was looking for my mental health solutions after calling a mental health line to get a second opinion. The building was a bit tucked away. But there was a gentleman with bald head there.... I don't remember his name. But he gave me a once over and said I was probably fine if the hotline said I was. I told him about my rapid growth from midlife crisis and he told me it was totally normal to have these things happen. I felt seen when the front desk person saw me too. Accepted me for being human! They made me feel validated because they also knew how hard it is for everyone! I must have gotten lucky! They were open I am grateful we have a clinic to get healthy in for needed individuals! The only point off was because 1) needs more visibility 2) the cost of healthcare sucks! It's too expensive for someone like me to do those meetings. But if you have the money for them give them a go! It's not their fault though! We need all need better healthcare! I got treated different because of i seemed to have my head on my shoulders.
