DUI and DUI related incidents are truly world shaking and embarrassing. It can be shameful, it can be something you don t want to think you are capable of. These women that run this program welcome you with open arms and reassure you that your situation does not define you and needing help with alcohol/drug use is not in fact shameful, it s a decision you make to better yourself that you should be proud of! Tinamarie, Tanisha, and Katie will be your biggest cheerleaders. At first this program was mandatory, and now with their support, I m aware I m fully capable of being a better person and being better for it sober! Thank you ladies thank you for doing what you do, I don t know where this community would be without you

Having to enroll in a DUI program is not going to be the highlight of anyone s year. That being said, my experience with the program couldn t have been any better. They are kind, understanding, attentive, responsive and seem genuinely passionate about helping people make the most out of the classes and program.I moved out to GA and was having a really hard time with internet connection for zoom classes and the time zone difference. Tina Marie worked with me by sending literature via snail mail and doing private discussion phone calls with me to help make sure I got through the material.I honestly learned a lot about myself, about the law as it applies to driving while intoxicated and about the nature of addiction itself. Some of the tools I learned in the program have been super helpful in maintaining my on-going recovery.The team goes above and beyond when it would likely be easier to just push people through the program and do the bare minimum.Thank you for not being another headache/obstacle in an already difficult situation.Gratitude from the east coast!

I was one of the First Level 2 inmates to Complete my treatment there. It was really a great opportunity for me to get to the bottom of what I'm failing at. Thanks to my Instructor Kristina Frye.

A very loving group of mental health professionals and their support staff. These dedicated and tireless people are the front line in some people's battle for meaning in their lives. I am amazed at their commitment to their fellow human beings. One will not find better than these folks in Crescent City.

Went to get appt. and was tersely sent away, being told not taking appts. ANY TIME unless emergencies. I said I didn't mind if it was months away...but NO!!

I find the doctor knowledge and friendly and easy to work with. She told me to get my act together and do better with my diet and made sure I was on top of my game without shaming me. I feel heard and I think I understood her.

U-Turn for Christ in Grants Pass is a truly unique and effective place for those genuinely seeking to move forward from lives of addiction and self-destruction. We have seen the life of a family member, who had been in a death-spiral for nearly 30 years, be transformed into something amazing. I had the opportunity to visit the U-Turn ranch, talk with the men there working toward restoration, and seeing the unbelievable results of what a Christ-centered recovery environment has accomplished. Not only have the lives of these men been radically changed for their own good and the good of our society, but the impact to the extended families (moms, dads, siblings, children, etc.) has been phenomenal.Some reviews I've read are critical of the methods employed at the ranch. Having served in the US Military, however, gives one the wisdom and understanding that some men are more stubborn than the average person and often choose the harder road. In my experience, these men that have suffered long term addictions, homelessness, abuse and even prison time, generally do not change when the road to recovery is easy.U-Turn for Christ in Grants Pass doesn't offer the easy recovery road. They do, however, offer enormous love and compassion for those who choose the hard path to recovery. None of these men are forced to stay at the ranch - they do so voluntarily. Our family member need several attempts to complete the program without giving up. But what dramatic and wonderful results we have seen as we saw Jesus break through all of the tough outward defenses and form a new man, even to become a leader of others struggling as he had. A modern-day miracle!We are deeply grateful to the many who have worked tirelessly to help these men. A special shout-out to Calvary Chapel Grants Pass and to those who are storing up treasures in Heaven as they see lives transformed directly due to their efforts. What they don't often see are the dozens of lives that are touched through each of the men they help. Families are healed in ways no ordinary rehab program can accomplish.U-Turn for Christ is exactly what it says: make a u-turn on the road leading to death and start traveling on the road leading to life.

This place is great, if you want a Rehab where the staff helps and wants the best for you this place is it. I went to waterfront at first don t go there.. this place the staff and the people become your family, everyone here is for your recovery it s really nice to be treated like a person and not a pay check like waterfront. Here you can have your cell phone, we ve gone camping, we go to Walmart, on fridays we go out and bowl or go to the ocean, and the foods great! Seriously love this place! 5 stars isn t enough for this place. Thank you John and Jessy and all of the staff. Truly am greatful this place is here for those of us who need it

If you are lucky enough to find this place and get a bed here don t hesitate. Use all of the resources and tools provided to you by this program while you are there. I was welcomed in and treated with the utmost respect and dignity by the very competent and hospitable staff. Excellent food, staff, facilities and living conditions. HRC gave me the opportunity and tools needed to turn my life around. 40 plus years of drug and alcohol abuse was on my resume going in. I am truly grateful for the staff, directors, counselors, and other clients that helped make me a better person. A sober person. Thank you!

Humboldt recovery center is the most amazing rehab I have ever been in and trust me I've been in a few!!!! The staff and the curriculum is just amazing

ADAPT is the best place to get clean and to recover from any substance abuse problem or any insecurity you might have. I went there a few years ago, and I can say thanks to them. I'm sober today, and I love looking at myself in the mirror but most important I love myself

Adapt is a very compassionate, client focused, individualized treatment agency. They have been around a long time and do their best to help someone when they are struggling through hard times. The program director and staff are the greatest around and I have been very thankful for the services they offer.

I have mixed review about this center. They really helped my friend thank you for being there for him and caring. You offered a safe place for him to become sober and also assisted with a difficult surgery he had to undergo that would have definitely caused a relapse if he was outside of your program. So I am grateful. But this place needs help so badly. They need funding and a really really strong administration something you know as soon as you walk into the delapitated building it does not have leadership. It is beyond filthy. I don t know how anyone stays healthy the yard looks like a prison yard and worse. The communication is a confused mess and the process is a confused mess. Please hire a capable administrator and a grant writer to help make this place better!!

Coming off of a 13-year struggle with addiction my detox was the worst they had ever seen and so thankful for fresh start and the Arc's program services, I know how 22 months clean and sober and I attribute every day that goes by and another one to the arc. NCSAC Crossroad's is an epic Treatment Center that has guided so many personal individuals that I know...in the right direction. Personally, I have noticed a constant pattern of successful recovery journeys. The costal location really sets a positive tone. I stand by NCSAC Crossroad's!

These people are here to help and they know what it feels like to be on the other side of the fence. Crossroads is a God send fod anyone looking to get clean and they saved my life.

The best treatment that I've been to on the North coast. They are very understanding of each individuals needs and work with them on issues that need attention. Wes and Denise are very understanding and patient. THIS IS A VERY LENIENT ENVIRONMENT AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU ENOUGH ROPE TO HANG YOURSELF SO DONT ENROLL IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT RECOVERY!! They have been there and done that so they know what people need to succeed. They also allow people to take Suboxone/Subutex which is a huge tool for some people who are trying to get and stay off opiates. I recommend the 90-day program or you can do 30, 60 or 90 days depending on your needs.

These people have completely turned my life around. I was in such a horrible spot in my life and I didn't even realize it until I opened up and started accepting the reality that they recognized and brought to my attention. I was never able to open up to anybody, even through years and years of counseling. But it's only effective if you can be honest with yourself and your counselor. You can trust them, and they will go out of your way to help you. Their motto is counseling from the heart and it is a truly fitting of their goals. They care about you as a person, not as a client, and will go out of their way to help you anyway they can.I've recently graduated after over a year of attending, and I feel accomplished and proud, but at the same time I also am sad to have graduated. I will miss the support they have given me, but also have the option of attending other support groups now that I have graduated. I have obtained coping skills I never knew I had, and for once I feel that I am in control of my life no matter what obstacles may occur.

This place is the greatest. They saved my life they are friendly and truly care and do all they can to make detox painless

You can stop in for coffee, soup, or Gatorade they are always accommodating, helpful, insightful and encouraging. Extremely valuable for those in need.

The only people who oppose this training are people who typically just refuse to treat others correctly.Instead they get offended and treat people who are doing what s right incorrectly. I could make changes with what I ve learned if I had the power to do more over here. I ve tried but people who are manipulative seem to have the power over here.Any of you who complain need to readjust your opinions and try moving to a new area.It s too easy to create an issue just because you can t do the right thing. It s part of this training. Most people can t do the right thing as soon as they are upset.Anyone who s upset in these reviews is the exact thing they train you to ignore because it s a spiteful response and you aren t using a logical thought process. Keep it to yourself. Don t go looking for issues months or years later just because your life isn t what you wanted it to be.

Overall a good experience. These places are never fun, but all the staff members were kind to my husband. I think like everyone else on the planet these days, they're understaffed, but they were as attentive as possible and would listen to and address any concerns we had. Better than other facilities I've dealt with. I hope you never need to make use of this kind of facility, but if you do I would recommend this over others
