Thrift Store didn't honor the posted sale sign on an item we tried to purchase. The sign was clear that all items were discounted from their regular price.

I have enjoyed my stay at the Hollywood Hills Recovery Rehab , I must say they are very professional here and clean very caring as well. I appreciate all that the staff has done. Special mention to Christian he is very friendly and on top of his game. Picked me up directly from the airport with no trouble whats so ever. I recommend it to anyone who struggles with anxiety self esteem or building a community, this place has it all!

I had the privilege of coming here for detox and couldn't be more appreciative of the staff and accommodations here. I stayed for 2 weeks and was constantly catered to by all of the staff. Truly a 5 star experience while going through the worst time of my life. The people here truly treat you like their own family. I don't know how they manage to deal with several emotional people all day every day and still manage to give everybody specialized individual attention but they do. I came in there like a wrecking ball and they still took great care of me. Even the chefs cater to everybody's personal needs. I'll be 200 days sober in 2 days and probably wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for this place. A very delayed review, but anybody questioning if they should stay here or not should have no question about it and choose Maple Moon for their recovery.

MCR SAVED ME FROM DRUGS, MYSELF & DRINKING! I want to talk about my experience, everyone was very kind and we had a great group that I was with at the time which really helped me to recover. The first two weeks I had still been off the wagon, but as soon as I confessed to the group I immediately began to heal. Carlee was an excellent therapist for me and I remember having lots of friends supporting each other while I was getting my recovery. We would practice breathing exercises, watch movies that would help out with our recovery, and talk about anything or anyone who has been bothering us recently or from anytime in our lives. They even had a special brain training activity on the computer that you do to help focus on recovery. All the teachers were so nice and had fun assignments to do to help keep our minds off drugs and alcohol. They even have doctors who help provide medication to help keep drugs and alcohol away. I am much more responsible and take medication now to help maintain my sobriety. Thank you MCR!

I had no bad experiences whatsoever the entire three months I was here, my therapist was AMAZING the counselors were great, the chefs as awesome as his food, Anastasia did everything in her power to accommodate any requests. Inspire was a life-saving experience for me. The staff is incredible, genuinely caring, and Dr. Lugo, my therapist, is a true miracle worker who saw through me and helped me confront my issues. The admissions coordinator, Nick, was incredibly kind. My friend was experiencing serious withdrawals, and even though her insurance isn’t contracted because it’s Medi-Cal, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely took the time to listen and care. I’d like to start off by saying that if it wasn’t for Alta Centers, I’d either be in jail or worse. I definitely wouldn’t be honored with an opportunity to leave this review. Alta Centers and its professional Staff literally save my life. They didn’t turn their back on me when I showed up in a drunken blackout. Not once but four times within a span of one week. Apparently I kept leaving and have little to no memory of these events. Today I admit to my inappropriate behavior because the person that was broken and in a dark place the day I showed up is not the sober person that’s leaving this review. The Staff literally cared and showed me love throughout my stay there because I didn’t have it for myself. Gloria Detox helped me in my journey of over 10 years of addiction. All the staff and counselors were extremely professional and took pride in there jobs. Many are recovering addicts with years of sobriety themselves and can relate to you in a way that most others can’t. I felt it was a safe place to be vulnerable and open up to the reasons why I became an addict in the first place. This is by far the best place that you can come to when you need help with addiction and or mental health issues. The owner Miss Lucy cares about each and every person that comes through the door and it shows in every thing that she does. Her daughter Miss Ellen is also an amazing woman, just like her Mother. Dr. Gary is a wizard, he is so good at what he does. The staff is also great, The Chef (Best Chef in the world), Rosy, Mary Ann, Gabby, Jeremy, Jerome. Sonny, Christian and even the driver that picked me up from the airport. I do not have the words to explain how this place has changed my whole life.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for this program existing. I was handled with so much care and felt so much safety and love here.
I was in the lowest point of my life and from the hospital I spoke with Elizabeth and she took care of everything right away. I was on the plane the next morning.
Miss Ellen and Miss Lucy treat their staff and their clients with so much care that it feels like a family. Dr. Gary is quite literally the best Therapist I’ve ever had and I’m sad that he will no longer be working with me, but I finally have the tools that I need to live a healthy happy life.
I would give this place 100 stars if I could because they are that great. I’ve been to many treatment centers that I’ve been traumatizing, disorganized, and dysfunctional. I’ve accumulated a lot of trauma from some of those experiences and also wasn’t quite ready to surrender to recover recovery.
The group facilitators were fantastic and everybody made my birthday in here feel very special. Thank you safe Haven. I will miss you all.
