Everyone across the board- from the front desk staff, the assistants, and the physicians have been so sweet! I recently had an appointment that I canceled by mistake & didn’t realize it (I would have been completely fine rescheduling, seeing as it was my mistake) but when I showed up they worked their magic and got me seen immediately! I’ve seen 2 different physicians and both were so personable and took their time with me. I can now be on my husband‘s insurance through his company, but I’m choosing to stick with this office. This place has helped me immensely, everyone that works there knows everyone’s name and treat you with respect and it’s evident that they truly care. At first I was pretty nervous about the patients but everyone is so chill and I’ve made some wonderful friends there. My psychologist and psychiatrist are amazing and have identified the issues that I have and have me attending very specific groups to help me with my anxiety and ocd. I’m going to be honest it’s a lot of groups 3 times a week with 4 groups a day but it’s well worth it and I’m on my way to getting better. This is my third time going through the process & each time I learn even more about myself & my environment. At a time when excellent psychiatrists & therapists are hard to find, Tri-City Behavioral Health has the best. This year I’m blessed to be able to join my therapy sessions & groups via Zoom. Some people said that they are to strict, but honestly it really was not. The rules were just to keep us safe, like no touching, no covert communication, and stuff like that. It taught me so much, like learning to just say the truth when i do something wrong and just come forward. I learned so much and I am so grateful I got to have this experience. I came out a whole new person. The staff there are great, and the supervisor Shawana is also amazing, I respect her a lot. She truly cares for us and I really looked up to her! The therapists there were also great. All the staff were really good with handling situations like bullying or and drama. When there was any drama the staff would quickly shut it down and we would work it out. We were not just trapped, we got to go on an outing every Sunday. We also would get take-out on Thursdays. I highly recommend this place. It is one of the BEST! It's low client, great staff and a safe place for when you truly need it. I specifically enjoyed the low client aspect of it. The groups feel personal and urges you to share and process things once you are done detoxing. Plus the house is beautiful and the property sits on top of a hill far away from any distractions so it is as quiet as North County SD can get. The owner is genuine and cares for your sobriety. The home is beautiful and the view breathtaking, but the care, connection and joy of the team are the pillars of Restore. Restore taught me how to work a simple AA program, give my fears away to my god, and speak my truth authentically to connect with others. I had been to rehabs and detox centers over and over and over throughout those 35+ years and nothing ever seemed to work. Something told me to reach out one last time and I thought to myself that if it doesn’t work this time then I am done with life. Here is how I know that my God exists. I dialed the number for a rehab in Chattanooga, Tn. The man that answered was in Murrieta, California at a treatment center called Solution Based Treatment & Detox. They took care of everything and on August 19th, 2021 I was on a plane headed for California. I will never forget the experience of SBT&D. The way that they operate is amazing. They gave me tools to make it through life without all of the nonsense. They showed genuine care and concern for every individual there. You will never find a place as committed to a persons recovery as they are.I learned a lot while I was there and met some really great people. Some of us still stay in touch. The best part about the whole experience, I am still clean and sober! My life is so much better than it was before. I’m not saying that I have a perfect life (it is pretty great though) but I do have an absolute promising clean and sober future ahead of me and it is all because SBT&D taught me that I could enjoy this thing called life without alcohol and drugs. I remember graduating out of program thinking I don't know if I am ready to do it without them. They helped us navigate tough topics and issues our teen would shut down on us with.
