I am just so concerned about lead and the bad things it does when we eat it. I think we should make a law to only source our pencil ink (black) from Turkey there's no lead in the Haggis Sophia and they have buildings where it's accumulates and then they turn it into ink such a lovely none lead black ink out of Istanbul (Turkey) 🦃 or at least I wouldn't think it would but don't go around eating pencils or stabbing yourself with a pen idiot those German ones with the casing in plastic is how the hospital ones came in Niagara Falls that you couldn't hurt anything with it although probably not considered edible.

I was referred to Revive from Grossmont Medical to obtain continuity of care due to our rapid, out of state return to California. Traci, my provider was thorough and interested in taking a complete history. The patient navigator helped me with the paperwork and was welcoming and professional. The medical assistants were great--I shrunk 1/4 of an inch and have to lose ten pounds! The front desk manager had the whole process down and made it look easy. Which it is not. I go back in a week and am very grateful for the care and consideration I received.

I truly appreciate the staff at this location, my counselors are awesome people I thank God for. The doctors are a little unfiltered, but they deal with people like me, all day, every day. The facility itself is borderline acceptable, but then again, all things considered...

I just want to say thank you so much for Thomas for assisting me in completing the program. It's been an agonizing 14 years on my part to finally complete the program. To all the disgruntled people that leave bad reviews or give the staff an attitude, take a hard look in the mirror, NO ONE forced you to drink and drive and to pay the consequences of YOUR actions! These people have a job to do and to treat them with disrespect is utterly vile! Show some human decency and respect! It's not their fault but YOUR OWN!

By far the best program ive ever been in. Everyones very supportive and understanding of my needs and where im at in my recovery. More than just a drug treatment its a new way of life. A life thats worth living.
If it wasn't for parent care I would have never been able to get my kids back or be the better person that I am today! They helped me with better parenting skills but I was able to fight my addiction and I have been sober since July 1st 2021. Special shout out to Shawna my counselor and Jessica my therapist. I have struggled with alcohol abuse for the last three years and this was the ONE place out of 23 treatment centers that finally worked. Nobody ever thought they would see me sober, but today I can say I am, thanks to Sober Life. I was a frequent relapser, just barely making it by, and when I decided to seek treatment through Sober Life a whole new world opened for me. The team at Sober Life cares. I felt valued, I felt empowered, understood and heard. After being in and out of so many treatment centers I found myself fatigued, but through my process with Sober Life I actually wanted to continue my program as long as I could. I WANTED to be there and I've learned a life I never knew possible thanks to the team there. I can say that this program likely saved my life, and showed me a new life that I could never have imagined. The support and understanding was beyond belief. I felt so safe there. Sober life has been one of the best experiences in my life! I came in not really sure what I wanted out of treatment and scared to really connect with people and have them see me in my weaker moments. All of the staff at sober life loved me through these issues and helped me get to a place where I felt safe and comfortable enough to communicate what was really going on with me, and gave me the tools I needed to be able to deal with things as they came up on a daily basis. Anytime I was a little off or lost any amount of momentum, they noticed immediately and did whatever they could to make sure I continued my progress and that even though addiction is a lonely disease, it became a lot easier to believe I wasnt alone and recovery is possible. It wasn't complicated at all, they handle the insurance stuff for you so you can focus and prioritize your recovery over anything else. Kimberly, Dan, Ashley, and Kelley have all been huge grounding stones in my recovery, showing up every time and helping me make solutions out of chaos. Having all of these amazing, kind, and extremely dependable people in my life has kept me steady and also taught me what having people around who genuinely love you, want the best for you, and who celebrate your achievements and help you through your downfalls looks like. Like any recovery program, you have to want it and put in your own effort, but they make the weight just lighter enough that it seems much more attainable.

I fortunately haven't gone inpatient since I was 5 months post partum and the death of my mother in the same two month period in 2016. There were several years while I lived in San Diego, where I was at Mesa Vista almost monthly. I live in Pennsylvania now, and my mental health is really going down here. I'm considering flying to San Diego for inpatient care. I'm trying to hold on until after the holidays.. I'm just barely holding it together so my husband who works in the airline industry doesn't get fired for needing to take off during the worst time of the year (the holidays) to care for our young children. I really hope I can for the sake of my family. I would never go inpatient out here! Sharp Mesa Vista is bar none the BEST inpatient psychiatric hospital I've been in and I'm 51, first hospitalized at age 13! That's a LONG time to have experienced. I'm sure half of the nurses have retired. And probably no hospital allows vaping..but if I have to go through nicotine withdrawal for my mental health, I will. I really am not understanding why all psychiatric hospitals are on this no vaping/cigarette kick..we have enough going on! This isn't towards this hospital..but it is about the system. It's really just to have this appearance of health...when it's really more of being control freaks and that's a shame. I'm sure there's a lot of people who just won't even consider help for this one reason. I think it's ridiculous. It's not prison, the mentally ill are not criminals (usually)!

When I had no place to go, Restore was there to help me get my life back on track. They have an awesome and knowledgeable staff who understood what I was going through in Detox but also showed me a way of living, how to cope with everyday life and being around others without drinking. Educational groups, outside AA meetings in San Diego and regular fitness activities gave me a glimpse of life i wish to continue outside of discharging from Restore. It was home when I lived there and it's great that the owner Steven encoyrages alumni to return to the house as another place to be at that makes me feel comfortable and at ease. A beautiful place to recover. Staff is knowledgeable and cares about every individual in the house. Groups, education and physical fitness restore the body and mind. I would recommend it to anybody seeking recovery from drugs and/or alcohol.
I like to thank Pacific Bay recovery for helping my husband and treating him like family. The staff helped him every step of the way, we have tried several rehabilitation centers and none of them worked. My Husband has been through a lot was addicted to everything was a very agitated man and I am so thankful to have my husband back and it’s all because of this program. He stayed in the copper house for two months and he loved it so much. It was hard to bring him home. He chose his recovery center And he was there because he wanted to be there not because he wanted to be Not because he had to be there.
He was not the easiest patient in the beginning, but he stuck it out because Made him feel comfortable as they treated him like family. His big guy there since January 5. And they have truly been a blessing to our family Him get through his addictions, his mental state, they have great counselors Psychiatrist they have been a blessing. He is now changed man and a great husband And grandfather, I’m truthfully grateful Of your help I love you all!! My father has been attending this recovery place. Watching someone you love struggle is one of the most painful experiences life can offer. My father’s journey with addiction affected not only him, but our entire family. This rehab gave my dad a chance to step away from the chaos and begin to face the pain that fueled his addiction. This place has treated him greatly and I'll be forever grateful for what they have done. Since entering the program a few months ago, he has begun the hard work of healing. This place went above and beyond for me. I have been there twice. Everytime they worked with my financial hardship and living situation. Extremely safe and clean facility. When I was looking for IOP drug rehabs San Diego, HGR always seemed to be coming up. After carefully examining their addiction treatment centers website, I decided to give them a call. I was surprised that their CEO answered the phone. Nora Jenkins carefully answered all my questions on how their intensive outpatient program worked. I didn't realize that I needed to go through alcohol detoxification first. Their alcohol detox centers San Diego option accepts most health insurances and they accepted mine which was AETNA, This outpatient substance abuse rehabilitation program allowed me to continue working and get the help I needed. This alcohol detox San Diego substance abuse rehabilitation center saved my life. It was unlike the other California drug and alcohol addiction treatment centers that I attended prior. Their medical doctors provided me with a detailed treatment plan. This plan started at their alcohol detox centers San Diego then put me into their inpatient drug rehabs San Diego program. This is where their treatment process differed. They performed a dual diagnosis. This got to the root of my addiction. I had several co-occurring disorders that were left untreated by other addiction treatment centers. While in the residential inpatient program I had one on one meetings with their credentialed substance abuse counselors. These sessions were difficult but helped me address my addiction problems head on. I have been clean for 6 months and finally am getting my life back. Thank you, Harmony Grove Recovery.

Harmony Grove Recovery is the best alcohol rehab in San Diego hands down. Their alcohol detox San Diego program is medically supervised. They gave me medication assisted treatment that not only reduced the painful withdrawal that I usually experience, but they almost eliminated it. They were my first choice because I saw that they accepted most health insurances. The alcohol detox lasted 8 days. After completing that, I went to their residential inpatient drug rehabs San Diego program. I highly recommend this California drug and alcohol addiction treatment center.

I can’t say enough good about AToN! Between the professional and knowledgeable staff, the outstanding holistic team, gourmet food and beautiful accommodations and surroundings, one in recovery could not ask for a better treatment center. Aton is a really special place. It’s a beautiful facility, but what stands out most is the atmosphere. When you walk in, it feels calm, welcoming, and far less clinical than you would expect from a treatment center. There’s a lot of intention behind making it feel comfortable and safe, which matters a lot for people going through a difficult and vulnerable time.
The team at Aton genuinely cares. The support, patience, and compassion shown toward clients is something that’s consistently noticeable. Choosing to go to treatment is rarely an easy decision, and it can come with a lot of fear and uncertainty. Being around the process and seeing people settle in and begin their recovery really shows how important the right environment and support system can be. Taking that first step is hard, but it’s often the step people are most grateful they took.
If you want what they have to offer and are willing to make the effort to get it I highly recommend Sharp McDonald center. The entire staff is beyond outstanding. Being alumni of 6 rehabs over the last 17 years, state funded and posh as £♡¿/<, this is, without a doubt, The Best. (notice the period)
