Life-Changing Experience
Our family will always be grateful for this treatment center. From the moment one of our family members arrived, the staff made them feel seen, respected, and understood. Many of them are in recovery themselves, and that made such a difference — they truly get it.
The environment was warm, nurturing, and safe — exactly what our relative needed to begin healing. The people there, both staff and other residents, were genuine and supportive.

I came to Clear a few years ago desperately needing help for my substance use disorder. They worked with my insurance but more importantly than that they worked with me. The staff genuinely cared about my achieving long term sobriety and it showed. Their employees were nothing short of amazing from Program Director to the team of therapists, case managers, nurses, and technicians who not only insured my detox was comfortable but made me feel cared for. Would highly recommend this facility for anyone struggling with substance use and or mental health issues of any kind. I wish I could leave more than five stars.

Extremely caring and compassionate staff that utilize various therapeutic modalities. I was extremely impressed with the variety of treatments, which included Breath Work, Sound Bath, Yoga, Art Therapy, and Drama Therapy, in additional to traditional CBT and DBT. Additionally, the inclusion of Parts Work and EMDR in the curriculum made me curious to explore and continue with these modalities post-program. The Blume staff was very supportive and understood what my daughter needed for her care. My daughter struggled with two other places that lacked supervision but Blume assured me they could accommodate her needs in their smaller environment and they did just that her entire stay. I was apprehensive to send her so far from home but they also allowed us FaceTime calls since we could not visit in person. Her entire care team was supportive, approachable and responsive to her and also to us. I would recommend Blume to any family seeking mental health help for their child.

My child and I spent weeks of research to try to find the right fit for her. If you are reading this then you are probably in a situation that is extremely stressful, you have hit an impasse and residential is a last resort. But Blume is a place of HEALING and positivity. We know that there are residentials out there that see children as a paycheck or are extremely corporate. Kids are churned through like quotas for billing. Blume is Not that. Blume sounded too good to be true but it was amazing. My daughter felt like family there and although that may sound corny its the truth. Blume staff were warm, caring, seasoned, professional and experienced in a range of MH issues. They also have a great trauma program for patients and an engaged psychiatric team. My child was a 5 hour flight from us and had never been away from home before. She felt comfortable from the start at Blume and her 2 month stay not only healed her but she enjoyed it! She experienced new interesting and therapeutic skills she had never experienced before and created memories with staff and fellow. patients. The staff and providers really do a great job checking in with families and clinical progress. Even miles away we were connected to our child's improvement and we felt at ease knowing she was in good hands. Transition planning and after care placement went well despite the distance between our home and Blume. It has been a few months since my daughter came home from Blume and I can say the lessons and healing that she experienced there have stuck. The lessons we learned from Blume as caregivers have also been useful! Our family dynamic has completely changed for the better. This is the best we have all felt in years. She is a happy person again and we are so relieved for her. We can't thank Blume enough for the impact they have had on our daughter as well as our entire family.

The best staff at any program I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a bit over my fair share). They actually care, they love you and they truly want to see you succeed. A special shout out to James, for always and I mean ALWAYS being in my corner. A shoutout to Trinity for being my confidant when I felt alone in the beginning. I had such a great experience here. I've been to alot of rehabs and I cant say the same for most of those. I didn't know if I wanted to come in or even be sober and James and Megan stayed out front with me for a long while, patiently helping me to make the right decision to come in and I am so glad I did. They have such a great team of people and I couldn't thank you guys enough. Shout out to James for always staying late and convincing me to not AMA lol i even decides to stay longer, you can tell he really pours his heart into his job and wants to help. I have enjoyed my stay at the Hollywood Hills Recovery Rehab , I must say they are very professional here and clean very caring as well. I appreciate all that the staff has done. I’ve been on my recovery journey since 2023, and I’m now approaching a year of sobriety. I can honestly say that The Canyon and its staff were instrumental in that success. Before coming here, I had attended many programs but never received the true treatment and support I needed.
Antonio, the Executive Director, goes above and beyond for every client. When I called, he immediately sprang into action and secured my spot in treatment with unmatched drive and dedication. The therapeutic staff is exceptional—highly educated, knowledgeable, and deeply caring. Every group session provided real learning and takeaways that supported my growth.
What makes The Canyon different is the genuine care and community they foster. The environment they create allows you to feel supported, encouraged, and capable of building real recovery. Though I began my sobriety journey in 2023, I didn’t start truly recovering until I walked through their doors in the summer of 2024.

I have been to a multitude of treatment centers in and outside of California, Avedis Recovery is by FAR the most caring, authentic, and helpful place I have ever been to. It is the ONLY place that I was able to stay sober during my entire time and where I was able to find the confidence in myself to stay sober and where I found real growth. They care. Every other treatment center it was very clear that the management and program directors were really only involved for the money. The program director at Avedis is not, he and all other staff GENUINELY CARE!! Usually at other places you never see the director but here you see him almost everyday, he is involved and genuinely cares about people here and their sobriety. With the help of Avedis Recovery I was able to gain a newfound confidence in myself, my family’s trust, my faith in God, and most of all a clear and sober mind. If it wasn’t for Avedis I don’t know where I would be, but now I am almost 8 months sober and am actually happy and enjoying life. I give all the thanks to God and Avedis!

The staff were very helpful and understanding in explaining the process and the overall goal of their facility.

MCR SAVED ME FROM DRUGS, MYSELF & DRINKING! I want to talk about my experience, everyone was very kind and we had a great group that I was with at the time which really helped me to recover. The first two weeks I had still been off the wagon, but as soon as I confessed to the group I immediately began to heal. Carlee was an excellent therapist for me and I remember having lots of friends supporting each other while I was getting my recovery. We would practice breathing exercises, watch movies that would help out with our recovery, and talk about anything or anyone who has been bothering us recently or from anytime in our lives. They even had a special brain training activity on the computer that you do to help focus on recovery. All the teachers were so nice and had fun assignments to do to help keep our minds off drugs and alcohol. They even have doctors who help provide medication to help keep drugs and alcohol away. I am much more responsible and take medication now to help maintain my sobriety. Thank you MCR!

I can personally say that this is an absolute amazing place. I had great experience with the staff each and everyone hand-picked to perfection. If you ask my opinion, the nurse Jade is absolutely amazing. I know that I will miss her terrible Josh is very very very, very super amazing. deja super sweet person. The detox is great. Awesome staff that cares and is patient with every client. It’s not a “one shoe fits all” we all have different issues. If you use more than 3 tiny creamers they get mad and say this is why we can't have nice things lol 😂 the people and program is what you make it but it's just hilarious to me that 3 creamers pisses them off when they make over 7000 off one person a day 😂😂😭 also if you complain to upper management they block you and the Jen woman will text you a dozen times asking if you want to be in the program even when you've been in the program over a month they are clueless but I enjoy it me and my wife I'm sober and I quit cigarettes I guess you just do the best with what you get

My son, initially was in an inpatient facility and insurance denied the claim so we had to quickly get him moved to a different type of outpatient treatment. This is when I found Launch. I spoke with Clint in admissions and he was extremely kind and helpful as well as compassionate. He was able to seamlessly get my son moved out of the inpatient program and into php/iop and sober living within just a couple of days. He also spoke with my son and counseled him on important things to look for in a recovery center. My son was in a dark place when he started here and now 3 months later, he is so much better. I truly think everyone at launch was exactly what he needed. His therapist Jake seemed to really care about and get my son, which is so appreciated. The other staff were also fantastic. I remember the day of my first phone call, I had so little hope that things could improve for me and was skeptical if program was even worth it. But I did my intake with Clint and he was so personable, made me feel welcome and seen in a time I needed to be, and set the tone as to what my time at Launch would be like. It felt so aligned, so I swallowed my pride and he was the reason I took the leap and chance at this program even though I was hesitant before. I completed it and it's been several months since, and I'm well-regulated now, working full-time, and made lifelong friends I still talk to every day. Enthusiastic, always available when I'm at the program, super helpful, thanks to that day I chose to show up I know my life has changed much for the better and I'm a stronger person than I felt possible in the moment, I can manage through my bipolar symptoms with greater clarity and ease of functioning than before, and have gratitude to express towards the staff.

I spent three months at Launch, and it was a great experience. I’d been to other IOPs before, but Launch really stood out for how well it helped clients rebuild. Beyond standard therapy, Launch was hands-on and practical - focused on helping people build structure, improve routines, and take real steps toward school or employment. Kami, their on-staff educational consultant, helped me organize my transcripts and get back into school which made a huge difference. My parents also found the family sessions very helpful. The groups were well-run and clinically effective, and the staff genuinely cared about everyone’s progress.
