Aptly named, the Lighthouse Treatment Center serves as a beacon of light and hope for those suffering the afflictions of substance use disorders. I was on a path of self-destruction and was able to right myself towards a path of recovery wholly due to the care, compassion, counseling, therapy, and education imparted by the Lighthouse Leadership Team and Staff. This is a truly an exceptional program focused on a holistic approach to rehabilitation and recovery. All facets crucial to a healthy and successful launch to recovery are carefully addressed, focused on restoring physical, mental, and emotional states of well-being. Physical health is carefully monitored and medical needs are addressed and met by a competent and compassionate medical team. In addition to 24 hour access to snacks and beverages, nutritional needs are met by an outstanding kitchen staff, where healthy, well-balanced, freshly prepared and delicious meals are provided three times a day. Psychological education essential to the recovery process is imparted by well-trained and empathetic personnel whose compassion and dedication is readily apparent from day one. Both a licensed counselor and therapist are personally assigned to each client for one-on-one weekly meetings, who also have an open door policy to effectively address any needs related to your treatment progress. The facility itself is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing comfortable accommodations and an overall environment conducive to a smooth and successful recovery. It is important to emphasize how critical and effective the Lighthouse Staff and Team were in launching me to an overall state of well-being, where the daily encountered challenges of life we are overcome with understanding, patience and compassion. These are the attributes I encountered from the staff during my treatment at the Lighthouse and I am proud to be an alumnus to carry on this tradition of a program that ultimately saved my life and paved the way for a happy and healthy future.

This place was amazing, very friendly staff who helped me through the tough time. I was given all the necessary tools to recover and get my life back on track. I hope I never need to go back to treatment again, but if I do I would definitely go back to Pacific Sands.

I cannot say enough for the program and the staff. I can tell you from experience these people really care about you they care if you make it and they want you to make it and they are rooting for you. Their programming is fantastic the homes that they can house you in are absolutely gorgeous. They have truly changed my life, I couldn't have asked for a better program or better staffing. I can't think of one thing to complain about. They assisted me in finding freedom and getting my life back and I will be forever grateful to OC revive.

I found Glendora recovery at the highest of my addiction. I didn’t want to Share and problem solved with the group when I first got there. By the time I left, they couldn’t shut me up. It’s a place filled with love and support from genuine people who understand what you’re going through where you’re headed the staff is knowledgeable heartfelt warming. They all have special abilities to connect to make you feel welcome. I was blessed with several tools to help Work throughmy addiction that I’m still usitodproud to say that I am an alumni of Glendora recovery. I made some really strong connections with the staff a special shout out to Doctor Anand. Who chose to take me under his wing? I knew I wasn't going to talk to him again really if you're going to be a therapist you can't tell someone that what there saying isn't true. I didn't respect that about that man because I been through a lot I wonder why he is a therapist there. Much love and respect to cedar House may the Lord Jesus Christ and God Almighty help every brother and sister to get clean and stay on the right track.Because I left on the first day but I'm doing great thank God I really appreciate the whole staff just when I was telling my testimony he took it likely on what I was saying I been through a lot of trauma and I will not tell James my testimony anymore while I was in the program.Because I talk to a therapist before and they were way better than he was. He doesn't even know me but he made it seem like I was lying about what happened to me in my pass.And it seemed like he had selective hearing like I was talking to myself. I think they need to replace that man and I pray that financially that cedar House stays open for many more years to come. I'm 35 years old I can't program with other man that are focused on the same things of the passed it's more reasons why I left and the programing we were talking about sex I think we should be programing talking recovery and making right decisions and staying away from people of our pass.they could had programs about that when I left I only went to one program that was talking about sex I'm just talking about what I seen on the first program. but to each its on they have to make some things up to make sure everyone is busy if you stay busy in there is no idol time so I understand.im focused on spirituality and .starting this automotive course at chaffey in the summer I'm already signed up and getting in Na Aa meetings I want this better sober life with or without a program God bless you all.

I definitely recommend this program. If you are open minded and willing your life will change. I've been to lots of rehabs, however this one I willing stayed longer then 1 month I stayed all 3 and even extended to 4. I'm so grateful for the Phoenix House.

I went through IVRS in May of 2020 and I was a complete mess. Drugs and alcohol were how I coped with the emotional distress I had been long experiencing and during my time at IVRS the staff, the structure, and the atmosphere provided me with an atmosphere that I could make a lasting change. Today, I am not just sober; I am at happy & at peace. I don't miss the days I used to abuse drugs/alcohol and that is an absolute miracle. I am so grateful for the staff that dedicated their lives and careers to being of service to those struggling with addiction. I hope that the staff knows how much of a difference that they are making in the lives of those that enter treatment.

What can I say about the edge? I called Rory and explain to him that my friend needed help and that he was in desperate need of treatment. My friend had asked me to help him and the only person I knew to reach out to was the first person I called. Surprised it was the edge. Needless to say my friends insurance did not cover the cost of him coming from a tiny Town in Texas all the way to Orange county california. However, Rory stayed on the phone with me and kept in touch with me and my friend and his mom. We had to jump through some hoops and some red tape. My friend used to be a Marine. He was diagnosed with a lot of different types of things. Rory literally held my hand over the phone as we walked through this journey. We finally got my friend to a rehab center in Texas. Rory had nothing to gain but everything to give. He showed us all compassion and Hope. He encouraged me whenever I felt stuck and I couldn't help my friend. However, to this day my friend is in a rehab in Texas getting well. He's being treated perfectly. The facility that he sent my friend to is perfect for him. He is still on the road to recovery but I know in my heart that it will stick.. the encounter that I had with this facility that my friend didn't even get to attend will be a lasting result of Total recovery. Thanks to the edge we finally have answers. Thanks to the edge my friend found the place that he needed to be and the help he needed. I genuinely am grateful and thankful and so is my friend's entire family. Without the edge coming in and helping us I don't know where we would be today. Amazing staff. They go above and beyond their call of duty for those who have been in the line of duty. I give five stars Plus on their services and their staff. I cannot say thank you enough. My experience here was truly great. At the beginning, I wanted to leave. It was hard to admit I needed help. But I'm glad I stayed. The staff here made all the difference. My therapist, Andrew, and my case manager, Michael, were both incredible. They really listened and guided me through everything. The other stuff included Olivia, Angy, Mike (the driver) and Varla are some of the most caring and compassionate people I’ve ever met. Just amazing all around. If you’re thinking about coming here, whether it’s your first time or your fifth, I know how scary it can be. But I’m telling you, this place can make a difference. It definitely did for me. My son just completed a 30 day program at SoCal Sunrise and we could not be more pleased. Andrew, Shannon and Ally as well as all of the staff were incredibly kind, patient and supportive. The entire team is vested in the recovery of their residents and encouragement is given every step. If my son had a rough day, one of the staff members was right along side to motivate my son to keep going. He felt supported and heard, I am so grateful to this team. Highly recommend for anyone or a loved one who needs this type of program. Thank you thank you!

My son was at this facility for about 45 days and discharged recently. The staff were kind and efficient and took care of everything he needed on time. Specially, Andrew (project manager) and Shannon (case worker) tried to find a right place very hard as a aftercare program for my son even though it passed over scheduled discharging date. I was here for treatment for 8 months and I had an addiction to fentanyl and bipolar disorders . Another rehab didn’t want to keep me because of my kidney failure due to drug use and Angelika welcomed me with open arms !! Beautiful spirited woman !! She goes above and beyond for her clients and treat you like family !! This rehab is the only reason I got sober ! They let you go at your own pace and won’t be quick to kick you out !! Nice food , nice outtings !! She takes very good care of us !! Don’t think twice about coming it doesn’t feel like a facility or hospital and you get to keep your phone !! Nice bedrooms , big beds , your own bathroom and my favorite No ROOM Mates ! And btw Chris the Manager is awesome!!! The only people that had problems with him were the ones that weren’t serious about the sobriety!! He was one of my favorites !

Overall experience has been positive. Melissa, at the front desk, is quite an exceptional person. She always has a kind word, and is willing to go out of her way for you if you need any sort of assistance. I have had two counselors during my time here. Both women, Paula, and Terry, are incredible women. Each are living testimonies, having been in the trenches, and not only just surviving, but availing themselves to come alongside those who are seeking to break away from the madness, finding the true freedom that comes with sobriety. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but Cornerstone deserves one. The people at Cornerstone were there for me at a time in my life that I needed help the most. I came in needing structure, honesty, and a place where I could begin to really work on myself and to even understand what that meant. What I found was a program that gave me all of that, but also gave me something I didn’t fully expect: people who I connected with and genuinely cared. Recovery for me has not been easy. It’s been uncomfortable, emotional, humbling, and at times it’s forced me to look at things I was avoiding. Nick my therapist did not do the work for me, but he created an environment where I could dig deep and work on myself while he provided me with insights and guidance along the way. I also want to recognize Richard and Eric, who were both great case managers. They were relatable in their own ways, supportive, honest, and patient, but they also held me accountable when I needed it. That balance I needed. They helped me stay focused, understand the process, and take responsibility for my recovery in a real way. I always felt like they cared about me as a person, not just as someone moving through a program. Lauren also deserves a lot of credit for the Alumni Association. One of the biggest fears after treatment is wondering what comes next. Lauren helps keep that connection alive. She creates a sense of community with prior clients and reminds people that recovery does not end when the program ends. That continued support matters more than people probably realize. Melissa and Teri were excellent group facilitators. They came prepared, their groups were honest, meaningful, and often exactly what I needed, even when I didn’t want to hear it. They each brought compassion, experience, education, and directness into the room. The groups helped me reflect, listen, open up, and understand myself better. The conversations where we searched for “the why” will stay with me. I also want to give special recognition to Jorge, the house manager. He is dedicated, caring, and deeply committed to sobriety. He puts his own, and everyone else’s sobriety, above all else. That is not just something he says. It is how he shows up every day for over 20 people. He holds people accountable, but he does it from a place of real concern and experience. He cares about the house, the people in it, and the recovery of everyone around him. I have great respect for an another man who is so humble. Cornerstone is not just a treatment center. It is a place where real change can happen if you are willing to be honest, humble, and open to the process. I am extremely grateful for my time there, for the staff, and for the impact the program had on my life. I had a great experience, and I would highly recommend Cornerstone to anyone who is serious about recovery, ready to change their life, and prepared to do the work. Good luck on your journey.

We were terrified to let our 12 yr old trans son stay at a treatment center for so many reasons. But our kid needed a tremendous amount of help after he was in the hospital. We are so grateful for The Arrow House!! I think given the circumstances and where he is now, it is the best possible outcome. Our Son was there for a little over 2 months and is doing SO well now!! After The Arrow House He went to Newport Academy for 2.5 months part time outpatient and it was a great transition for him! We are currently in therapy once a week with The Help group. - they are great too. They have a therapist, psychiatrist, and parent advocate I meet with once a week. It’s been 5 months since he stayed there. Our kid was getting straight A’s there for a while! We have a family meeting every week on Sundays to discuss as how things are going and implement rules or change things. This is really helpful because we have two households. We are so grateful for the Team at The Arrow House. There’s no way we could have gotten here without them!! I feel like we have our kid back! I joined the PTA and am more involved in school, and I help with the bake sales. I’m trying to get our kid involved too - lol Of course there have been hard days- but it’s so much better than before!! 😍😍🥹

My experience has been amazing this time around . The team that was helping me out did an over outstanding job. My other two pregnancies were extremely traumatic for me but thanks to Kayla, my doula Patricia and the nurses that helped me my experience was a breeze and definitely something peaceful to remember.Kayla made me feel comfortable the whole way through and she helped me deliver my baby safely ,thank you Kayla and arrowhead staff for making my stay as comfortable as possible and tending to my needs as well as my baby’s needs. I have good comments about VCC The Gary Center. For one, I have been going to Dr. Duffield for more than a year and I did not think I could walk with my injured knees, I am now walking on them which I am now a believer in Acupuncture works. I also have seen Dr. Mansuri, DO and he makes me feel well cared for and professionally communicates at a level better than the doctor I've been seeing before for 40 years. He tops it above that. I also am impressed by the level of service of the center because at the time I did not think I could locate another primary provider so I am very happy to have found him. Many thanks to The Gary Center in La Habra.

i truly do not understand why the VCC gary center has low reviews… i visited them twice this past week and i had a great experience. the front desk staff can be a little cold, but once you talk to them they are helpful. my first visit was with dr mansuri and he was so welcoming and made me feel seen/heard. ive had troubles in the past getting an oncologist referral but dr mansuri made it happen without any issues. im very thankful for him and im excited to have him as my doctor. i also visited the dentist and i absolutely LOVE dr dayrit. she is seriously the best.. so kind and fun to talk to. i feel very well cared for and had a fantastic time. the dentist assistant (im sorry i don’t have your name) was also extremely sweet and caring.

Thank you so very very much to my chiropractor Jennifer Lovern DC @ vcc la habra and her nurse Leticia. They are both very nice, sweet, and professional people. Dr Jennifer adjusted my back and my neck it felt as if the whole world 🌎 was removed from my shoulders literally shes that goooood. I've been to other chiropractors but hands down, she is amazing at her work. I believe in her and her team 💯 thank you sooooo very much. You both are gems to the gary Center Inc. 2024 was a transformative year for me, and a big part of that was due to my time at A Peace of Mind. As a first-time resident in a sober living environment, I didn’t know what to expect, but from the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed, supported, and understood. The house provided a safe and structured environment that was crucial for my recovery. The staff were compassionate, knowledgeable, and always available to offer guidance. They truly cared about my progress and went above and beyond to ensure I had the tools and resources I needed to succeed. What I loved most was the sense of community. The other residents became like family to me, and we supported each other through every step of our journeys. The group meetings, activities, and shared experiences helped me build strong, lasting connections that I know will continue long after leaving the house. This sober living house didn’t just give me a place to stay; it gave me a fresh start, hope for the future, and the strength to continue on my path to sobriety. My bed was right next to the ice cold AC and I would sleep like a baby! I always wanted to be home. I love the Old Victorian look and feel. I can’t thank the team enough for everything they’ve done for me. My experience at Liberty House Detox and Rehab was truly life-changing. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, safe, and genuinely cared for. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during what could have been a very difficult process. They treated me with compassion, respect, and zero judgment, which made all the difference in my recovery journey. The detox process itself was handled professionally and thoughtfully. The medical team was attentive, always checking in and making sure my symptoms were managed properly. Anytime I felt anxious or unsure, someone was there to support me and guide me through it. What stood out the most to me was the environment. It didn’t feel cold or clinical—it felt like a place of healing. The home setting made it easier to relax and focus on getting better. Liberty recovery house is such a welcoming place for recovery their 24 hr staff makes sure your every need is met. The medical staff tends to your needs and safety making detox easy. The therapist Monica helps build your relationships that where destroyed due to addiction she helps with one one sessions and is always available when crisies arise. Serafin remains client centered the compassion she shows her clients and tending to their individual needs she arranged activities such as hiking church movies showing clients a new way to live substance free is so important. The food is amazing the staff welcomed me with warmth and love the growth that I experienced here can never be replaced I learned about recovery and showing me another way to live and have confidence in myself once again thank you to liberty to Pat and Lacey for giving me a chance and helping me grow into the person I am today and pushing me when I couldn't push myself. I recommend liberty recovery house to any person looking for help
