Great place for those struggling with addiction and or mental health issues.

I wouldn't say I LOVE this place, but out of the many doctors offices ive been in, this one is on the better end. I love my doctors, and ad long as your on time, which means a MINIMUM of 15 minutes early, you won't have issues. Unless you need to reach them by phone. Then you will be on hold for 20ish minutes. The staff is great, but I recommend not making friends in the lobby, for your own best interests.

I attend this facility for group therapy, case management, and other therapy supports. Especially after coming from the Phoenix area, I am so refreshed and surprised by the level of service that I receive. My case manager is amazing and if they don't hear from me, they always checkin. The group therapy is also very good, especially to have a group of people to talk openly about issues. The people here help keep me stable and I know that I can go in or call anytime.

I have my pcp, therapist, psychiatrist, and group therapy here. Very convenient, very kind, very caring. Everything has gone well since I've started here. No complaints from me. Always quick and thorough.

Abc recovery is a very good place to start over. My experience was the best. The food, counselors, and the tecks are the best. You have to make the best out of the situation.. everyone has a story!! No one is perfect! I'm thankful for the abc recovery center..

My son gets THE BEST care there from his psychiatrist Dr. Burns. He is such an excellent psychiatrist. As for the front desk though answering phones and how the intake process us very strange and terrible

Two stars because my provider is a unicorn, a true legend trapped in a bureaucratic nightmare. The scheduling process is like a reverse escape room—instead of getting out, you’re just trying to get in, and every door is a different hoop held by a different case manager. The front desk? They're the final bosses, armed with blank stares and the supernatural ability to pretend they didn't hear you. The vibe in the office is so disgustingly bad, it makes a DMV feel like a spa day. I'd rather get my medical advice from a Magic 8-Ball than step foot in that office again. My telemed appointments are great, but going there in person gives me the same anxiety as a surprise audit.

This treatment program is a blessing that I will always cherish!staff at this location is above and beyond perfection when it comes down to everyone and everything thing that has to be addressed to make things work for everyone involved in the treatment program there at casa cecilia.i was kicked out of many different live in rehab and sober living locations in and around southern California was not untill I was sent to this facility "temporary HOME", that I received the help I needed to overcome my downfalls.if this place and people are and where able to help me succeed in life I know they're able to get the help that's needed to others who suffer from crippling addiction. A wonderful place where my friend was receiving treatment. Today, we received disheartening news about the county fabricating an excuse for a delayed document to shut them down. It sounds shady, like county officials taking bribes again and shut this place down because they weren't getting paid under the table.

Make sure you have an appointment for walk-in X-rays. I misunderstood and drove in for nothing. In the past I was told to use the walk-in for labs and didn't need an appointment. I confused the process.

The staff, nurses, and my doctor are all great — friendly and professional, but the wait times are way too long. Walk-ins for simple things like X-rays or glasses adjustments can take up to two hours, even though the actual service takes 10 minutes. It’s a small clinic and seems understaffed, which might be the issue. I’ve seen people leave because they can’t wait that long. The place really needs an upgrade to improve wait times.

This place is sickening! Full of secrets and staph members accused of the very worst with minor children all covered up by this facility and the CPS. If your child is here you better be ton high alert . Even with evidence nobody is held accountable.

Thank you Telecare for treating my love one with kindness, during these challenging moment of his life. Thank you again! Telecare staff allowed him to reach out to his family as many times as he needed. As a family member reassuring him he is loved is vital. I believe in a power greater than myself. May ALL the staff at Telecare stay safe. My hope is that the universe provide each and everyone of you everything you desire in abundance! ❤️

My Sister was in care of my Grandmother & our Family was in dire need of help for her. Catholic Services Came out to my Grandmothers home & helped shortly after the phone call to them. They helped with Bathing Proper Medication dispensing. Changing the bed. Advice on a clean environment & all around in home care. Thank You Catholic Services for all you do everyday for our loved ones.
