I haven’t used the VA much since I had great private company insurance. Late last year my wife and I went into the VA Medical Center in Yuma, Arizona. The staff apologized for the wait time, they were kind and friendly. I don’t remember the Nurse’s or Doctor’s names but they were great. Thank you all for your service and sacrifice in support of us Veterans!

Called to transfer primary care to Yuma. Was transferred to Tucson and asked a few questions, it couldn't have been easier. Later received a call from Yuma to set up an appt. I've dealt with the VA for 20 years and never had things go so smoothly I hope it continues.

I cannot say enough about this organization and the people who support it. I was in the PHP program and through thick and thin I was cared about and supported through each phase of my growth and development in recovery. I feel stronger and more hopeful today than ever before and looking forward to what the next chapter has to bring because of the work I did while here. Thanks SPRC!

This is not an ordinary treatment center. The staff genuinely cares about you and the groups are top quality. There’s no perfect treatment facility, but this one comes pretty close. My time has been much better than other places I’ve gone to because the people here make you feel like you truly matter. I came into this place hopeless and feeling broken and they have supported me every step of the way. They pushed me at times, which was hard, but it has helped me grow in ways I never thought possible. I will forever be grateful that I chose Scottsdale Providence. I am a new person because of it.

Every single staff member there is amazing . This place is full of love and hugs and understanding the disease of alcohol and showing the way to live a sober & clean life. I have been to a few rehab centers and this one is by far my favorite one.

I have been to rehab 30 years ago. Typical story clean for 7 had surgery and liked the pain meds. Started street Fentanyl 10 years ago! Tens of thousands of pills and still here. Tried on my own only to fail. Decided I needed Detox and spoke with a few. The reviews and especially for Fentanyl and their protocol sold me. I CAN NOT STRESS HOW AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN! Every Nurse and every tech are so caring and here for you. I could have caffeine which I need, smoke at will which I need as well but the most shocking, your phone and computer! I had 36 hours of discomfort and the Nurses would not leave my side and the doc took a call about me at 12:30 AM !! Yes you read that right, the nurse called a man in bed at home with his family about me and he took the call and gave more advice. I can not say enough about all and Gallus..small.only 7 patients if full and thats rare. Clean private rooms, vitals every four hours and protocal meds as needed. Life saving. To say the least, this place was amazing. Every single employee was there to genuinely make sure your taken care of. From meds, to food, to cleanliness. you'll be put in the best position possible. There was no blueprint either, it's tailored to each individual's needs. So appreciate for the great experience during a not so great situation. Thanks for everything!!! You all are the best!

Gallus Medical is a really great detox facility, from the beginning, the staff was very welcoming and professional. One nurse, Ingrid, truly stood out. She went above and beyond in every aspect of my care, and I cannot thank her enough. The care I received under her watch was phenomenal, and she truly enhanced Gallus Medical's reputation. While all staff members were kind and helpful, it was Ingrid's support that really made a difference. The facility itself is comfortable. Each patient gets a private room with a large bed and TV, and you can keep your electronics and wear your own clothes. There is a balcony for smoking you can use whenever. The detox process for Fentanyl was the best I’ve ever gone through. Gallus uses a micro induction method, combining small amounts of subutex with opiates, which gradually lowers the opiates while increasing the subutex. I live about an hour away from the facility, so I was essentially told to figure aftercare out on my own once I left. After paying a substantial amount for the program, I truly believe this is an area where Gallus dropped the ball, especially considering their emphasis on aftercare during the intake process. But I guess that is because this is strictly a detox facility, once the drugs are out of your system your on your own. I called 10 days after leaving asking for help however I was more or less on my own, not something most detox facilities do, aftercare is usually super important. So 4 stars if we include aftercare however 5 stars for the facility, staff, and detox protocol.

I went through the Phoenix house and the 90 day program, I actually ended up staying 120 days I completed the program and now I'm a proud member of the Alumni program. Being given the opportunity to give back to this program that saved my life is the very least I can do. Honestly I can't say enough about the Phoenix house. If you want to get sober and stay sober this is the perfect place for you. I Absolutely love this place.

The staff was both caring and professional! The other clients were friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and well maintained. My Mom has been with Soul Surgery for the past 2 months. It's been truly amazing to witness her transformation & continued progression since joining. What I love about Soul Surgery is that it has provided my Mom with a stable environment to live alcohol-free, receive support and training for sober living, and encourages her freedom in creating a fulfilled and joyful life. She rides her bike every day around the city and nearby parks, chooses to meal prep her food weekly for health, enjoys fun hobbies, and is free to come and go as she pleases. She is vibrant, excited about life, and is consistently engaged in the training activities and group meetings that she attends daily. I am happy that we are able to spend time together anytime on and offsite. It was great to get together on Memorials Day for swimming & family time. It is so nice to get to visit and talk on the phone and in person. I am extremely grateful for Soul Surgery and the difference it is making for my Mom. I am looking forward to seeing her continue on her path of recovery and create everything she desires for her life. <3

I am a mother of an alcoholic in his late 20's. I've received glimpses of my son deteriorating over several years. I've had conversations with my son, warned my son of the potential repurcussions of his actions, pleaded with him to change his lifestyle, gotten angry with him...The range of the emotional roller coaster made me feel helpless. Finally all of the consequences I was trying to prevent my son from facing happened. He had gone to jail twice in a year, CPS got involved to protect my 3 year old grandson, and his rights to his son is under supervision for a limited time each week. This was devastating but also a blessing in disguise because that was my son's rock bottom. He was tired and ready for a change. My sister recommended Anaheim Lighthouse because their friend went there for a month. Their friend is now a better husband, father, person. I went down the rabbit hole of looking up rehab facilities, reading reviews - some of them were terrifying! Finally, I called Anaheim Lighthouse and Bryan Krause picked up my call. He was very understanding as he is also a recovering addict. Bryan was not pushy. I didn't not immediately agree to send my son there as I was still contacting other facilities, but he followed up with me to see how things were going. I finally pulled the trigger. I made arrangements for my son to be picked up. My son stayed in the facility for approximately 30 days. He went through 5 days of detox, and had only positive things to say about the staff, the food, and the support he received. It's only been a few months since my son started his sobriety road, but he's been attending AA, has a sponsor, has a strong support system outside of his family, and is actively putting in the work to stay sober. It's been a breathe of fresh air to have conversations with my son and see him grow. One of the staff members from Lighthouse still checks in with my son periodically to see how things are going! I am grateful for Lighthouse helping my son with the new chapter in his life.

Good day reader, Words cannot describe the amount of gratitude and admiration I have for this place. The staff, clinical teams, kitchen chefs, transportation team, and maintenance/cleaning services at the Lighthouse Anaheim work tirelessly day-in and day-out, 24/7, to ensure the proper care and treatment plans are administered to their clients. If you are ready to accept the help for in-patient care, Lighthouse Anaheim is the place to go. Trust me! This place has helped me understand what it means to live life freely and to recognize and understand certain areas in my life that I can better maintain and sharpen. Every worker there was very helpful. My Case worker...PROPS.. Mr Marcus and to my therapist Erica. You guys have been a very big help in my recovery. I would have to say that renaissance recovery program was definitely worth it. When I came from the mental hospital I instantly knew I was gonna be taking care of for the better. From the guest speakers to the therapy sessions I had a great experience.they’ve helped me with most of my challenging situations and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found this group.
