The front staff was nice. The nurses, phlebotomist, radiologist, and providers were very thorough and efficient at testing, diagnosing, and treating. The front waiting room didn’t look busy but it was busy on the inside. I did a walk-in at 7 pm. Did urine and blood labs, CT scans, got my diagnosis, treatment ((1) shot), and prescriptions sent to pharmacy in around 2 hr and 30 min. Keenan Chu 3 months ago On November 9, 2025 at 6am I went to SGVMC Emergency Room with severe abdominal pain. There was no waiting and I was taken immediately. The ENTIRE staff were caring and attended to my every need. During my stay one particular nurse was exceptional SONG LAM. He had a happy disposition, empathetic and frequently came into my room to make sure I was comfortable. This made me feel encouraged over my condition. After running many tests, I was given IV antibiotics and discharged quickly within 4 hours. I went home feeling happy and positive over such a good experience. SGVMC is an exceptional hospital. I always choose to go here over any other hospitals in the area. The entire staff works well with each other and you can tell they like working with each other. This is very important to me because I feel WELL taken care of! Thank you for an excellent experience! E 10 months ago I have been in and out of the hospital for the last four months. I had a wound that went septic across my abdomen. I’ve had A couple of stays in this hospital on two different floors, the third floor and the fourth floor. This hospital and it’s staff is amazing. The care I got was amazing. The therapists were probably the nicest, most caring, therapists I’ve ever met. The groups here are my #1 favorite out of all of the places I’ve ever been and they are led by the therapists. The chef 👌🏾 literally didn’t make a single thing that I didn’t like, I loved everything he cooked. The house is extremely clean. The outings every week were one of my favorite things here as well. And if you asked the staff or therapist for anything they absolutely tried their hardest to make it happen. Adam is super kind and caring and always addressed any issues I had. I’m not an easy client but I appreciate all the staff here who put up with me. I left early due to me not being able to handle some of the stricter policy’s but it doesn’t change how I feel about the staff and my time there. Daja Williams 2 weeks ago Taline is my favorite, she's the best dispensing nurse I've ever had Manny Gutierrez 3 weeks ago I transferred to Aegis treatment center in Pomona starting around beginning of December after starting on methadone in Italy when I lived there for a while but between leaving Italy and starting at aegis there was a couple days break from treatment till I went to aegis, and now after almost a year at September I’m transferring to another state since I move around and the treatment aegis provided has been very helpful and I been clean off all substances since the first day I transferred to aegis and I think two days prior to the first day I went to aegis was the first first day I was clean and aegis clinic helped me maintain sobriety ever since which means I been clean since beginning of December and still clean and sober. Brittany and Martha and one other person in front desk that I don’t remember the name of was very helpful since first day. Taline the nurse who dispenses the medication was very nice and helpful same with Bianca (Im sure that’s her name but a part of me feels like her name might be different and I accidentally mixed the name up so I’m leaving this note up just in case I got the name wrong but she’s on the computer in the first door left when you enter in the hallways) was also very nice and attentive and helpful and I think is the manager of the entire place and she helps me transfer to my new place by coordinating everything. The doctor with glasses is very chill and very fun to have conversations with and helped me find my correct dose of medication. And Angela who isn’t my counselor but has lots of candy would give me lots of candy especially airheads she is the candy lady. My first counselor was Gloria who was very kind and listened very well in sessions and second counselor I forgot name of never showed up and I think got fired and was a weird woman and third counselor I forgot name of was a cool guy and listened very well. She always made sure I was taken care of and had what I needed, and her support made a difficult time feel a lot easier. I truly appreciate everything she did for me.
