Serenity lodge is not like any other rehab I’ve seen I flew in from the east coast and immediately was amazed by the campus and the staff they are very supportive and listened and acted on any questions or concerns I had with care and urgency this place will guaranteed help you if you work the program the whole staff as a collective made this the easiest recovery process I’ve ever been through I would recommend this to any family or person that has a loved one or a friend going through addiction and is seriously ready to become sober I owe a huge gratitude to the staff of serenity lodge for helping me become a better me !!!

I had a wonderful experience here! From the staff members to the positive brotherhood here with all the guys. The classes here are very insightful and I have a learned a lot about addiction, myself and many other things. Also it’s a beautiful scenery and plenty of activities to do like pool, gym pickle ball, pool table and even a music studio.. just make sure you come prepared with clothes and your own hygiene products. The only complaint I have is they were short on towels when I got here.

t's very important to me that this review reaches the highest level of supervisors or authorities at this whole institution. Far too many times people are willing to go out of their way to leave a review when they have a bad or unpleasant experience somewhere. But when there's a great experience or something goes well, it gets unsaid, nobody ever hears about it. Dr Reier, is an example of someone who should be recognized and praised publicly! Less than 12 hours of being admitted into the hospital, after a visit to the ER, for numbness and tingling in my legs, Neurosurgeon, Dr Reier, enters my room and explains to me, with a language I can understand, what is taking place in my body. He then gives me an explanation of the treatment and need for emergency surgery. He spoke with a confidence and I easily trusted him. With no hesitation or delay, I was prepped and ready for surgery. All the departments Came together and strategically did their parts. The process seemed to take place so perfectly and for that I had instant gratitude. What came next is what really blew my mind. First realizing that this team of surgeons had just prevented me from having a lifetime of permanent bowel and urine dysfunction and possibly paralysis. This team or should I say teams of family medicine Doctors and neurosurgeons and follow up care professionals, have given me an experience I would have never expected. I swear they should have just all had a set of wings and been floating in the air. I have never seen so many kind people, especially in the medical field where people are crabby and moody.. it almost seems unreal that doctor after doctor nurse after nurse, everybody who has entered my room, has done so with such a pleasant grace that makes me emotional to think that these people exist and actually care about my health and my condition. There is no drama.. these nurses all work together so awesomely! Dr Reier, has gone way above and way beyond what's normally expected from a surgeon? He has spent extra time, never making me feel rushed or like he was bothered. He requested that my family stay back so that he could give a full. Illustration, to explain to them and help them understand the situation. He has communicated with them and made sure that they understand what's going on amd what's going to come. We are so grateful to him. Every single nurse that has been assigned to me, has been wonderful. It seems as though this entire staff took an extra course in kindness. ICU nurses Dana, Diana, Alzen, Kristine, Allison, Eliza, charge nurses Brittney and Sarah, oh my goodness these women deserve to be honored for the level of care that they provide so lovingly. Gabe always brings such a great energy. Each nurse, doctor, student, staff member, has given me such genuine polite kind, sweet treatment because this time for me has been very challenging and the pain that i'm going through, along with the other things like not being able to use the bathroom on my own and so on. Not one of these women has made me feel uncomfortable or inconvenienced. Let's talk about the team!!! Omg!!!! With all that has already been said about the fore-mentioned people, you already think it can't get any better than this. Then WOW here comes the team. Dr Goorhuis or as I call him, Dr G. Dr Potes Dr Esmeralda Dr Dahliwal The emotions that I feel as I write these statements is overwhelming. This team came in every day professionally and joyfully. They answered every question me or my family had. They were patient, kind, knowledgeable, and invested. In closing I urge you to please place a copy of this letter on the desktop of each person mentioned in it! Dr Reier you saved my life!!! This team of members deserves to be recognized greatly for their service. Each person mentioned has made a tremendous impact in my life that I will never forget!

Tuve mi segundo parto en el hospital arrowhead en la ciudad de Colton , y me encantó la experiencia, todo el personal que me atendió fue muy amable, las enfermeras, la ginecóloga, la anestesióloga, la verdad que tuve una mejor experiencia en este hospital que en el primero donde tuve a mi primer hijo, y también cuando estuve en el cuarto de recuperación las enfermeras fueron muy amables, me ayudaban en todo y me ofrecían muchos alimentos y bebidas porque después de un parto en la lactancia da demasiada hambre, incluso nos llevaban comida a mi esposo y a mi una vez al día como celebración por ser papás era un plato especial con un corte de carne ! General todo muy bonito y hacen la experiencia más agradable y tranquila Los cuartos no son tan grandes pero son acogedores tienen TV , amplio baño, ventana grande , iluminación, puedes controlar el clima del cuarto!
