From the moment she was enrolled, I felt a warmth and understanding that was immediately comforting. Expert and Caring Staff: The team at Discovery Center is exceptional. The therapists and counselors are not only highly qualified but also incredibly empathetic. They tailor the program to fit individual needs, ensuring that everyone feels seen and heard. Their dedication to each participant's journey is evident in every interaction. My daughter spent so much time there, it was inevitable that she would make friendships and relationships even above and beyond the patient-therapist roles. My daughter would come home many times with stories about the staff members that went above and beyond their duties and would show how much they genuinely care about her and other clients. I was in and out of their IOP and PHP programs, and thanks to the kindness of the therapists and staff, I'm now doing so much better. All facets crucial to a healthy and successful launch to recovery are carefully addressed, focused on restoring physical, mental, and emotional states of well-being. In that room I found curiosity, knowledge, conviction, community. Vechi gave his pitch, but it was for an entirely different game. I spoke at length with the founder Justin about the neurochemistry of addiction, and the non-medication approaches to healing brains and bodies ravaged by impulsive and compulsive addictive behaviors. He got it. He preached it. I started sending patients. My patients disappeared. I’d call Tree House concerned about relapse and be told, “X is doing great! He’s still sober. He doesn’t need you anymore.” Music to my ears. Over my years of practice I “lost” many patients to THR. Vechi became my go-to phone call and was always available for my referrals. They had a great staff and got me on a good path to recovery. Upon arrival to the facility, it was nothing but kindness, respect, and genuine care for me and my journey while in their care. I made arrangements to extend my stay with them to 90 days simply because i felt like i was growing and gaining so much from them and their program. The staff goes above and beyond for each and every client. Although I extended my stay to 90 days, I had to leave at just over 60 days due to a call that had come for me to tell me that my husband had passed away. I owe my life and my sobriety to the SCC Treatment center and their entire team. I made it through my husband’s passing and months after still sober! I’m a few weeks away from getting my 6 month coin! Thank you SCC for giving me my life back! I could never repay or say it enough but, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!
