I just finished the 3 months program today. My instructor was Anita. This was an amazing experience. My very first DUI class, I was nervous and anxious at first, but Miss Anita made the experience very homie-like. Like I could talk about my negatives just as I would to my closest friends. My classmates were all very supportive and also opened my eyes to different situations that I would never witness. Also, the support team, I’ve spoken to about 3 different ones and all of them were very patient and friendly, answered every questions I had and provided documents quick when requested. The prices for this program was the most affordable one as well. Definitely recommend this program !

I was there and gone before my blackout period however well on my way to my own place in order to have something work for us we have to put in work if you get to this place or any place and you want to sit and wait its not going to happen. I was able to have my dog with me they have meal times, ( you can not have your own food but they do have vending machines),group sessions and much more... This place is what you make it! They had movie nights and special activities for the women on holidays, at least that's how it was when I was there. It was a shelter for homeless women. Some of the staff was very helpful and some wasnt. You take what you can, give what you can then you will become all that you can. I left Foley house in 2019 to my own studio, where I lived with my husband 4 years. Until he passed. Still the discipline and self worth has stayed. I recently moved into a one bed room home, its hard work but no one is going to do it for me. I was apprehensive and scared to send my daughter here after reading all the negative reviews. She was just released after 40 days at the facility. The reason for the 4 stars is for therapist Jen. We felt she understood us and was attentive. Just like anywhere else, some therapist have more experience than others. Sometimes there's miscommunication within admissions and treatment team. I felt disregarded at times, but like I said, that's everywhere. In my daughters case there was not much change in behavior. That's why it's not 5 stars.

This was my 2nd residential and the beat one by far. It was clear that staff actually cared and my therapist was awesome. The only thing i didnt like about this place was the huge age differences. The place is 11-17 I believe and while i was there that made it very hard to have a normal environment. It caused a lot of peer issues but the program itself is great. My therapist was Greg and he made me feel 1000x better in my 6 week stay. The staff are so kind and they really show how much they care. I never had a bad experience with any of the adults there and that was really important for my recovery. Im really going to miss everyone i met, such as my therapist and staff, so much and im honestly super glad my parent’s sent me here.

I was a client at Center for Discover in the spring of 2019 for a month and a half. I was always treated with kindness and respect by my therapist and all of the wonderful counselors. I was a part of the smaller girls only group rather than the larger co-ed group and often times wished I was apart of the other group, but it really didn’t affect my treatment. I would definitely recommend the facility :)

I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for my time at The Lighthouse. From the moment I walked in, I felt safe, cared for, and understood. The staff goes above and beyond. They don’t just do their jobs, they pour their hearts into helping every person who walks through those doors. I truly miss them and consider them family.
The program is amazing and so thoughtfully put together. I was there during Halloween, and the team made sure we still had fun and felt special, as a mother missing Halloween with my children, I truly appreciated this. You can tell they really care about making every day meaningful. The food was delicious, and the kitchen staff put so much love into every meal.
I’m proud and thankful to call myself a Lighthouse alumni. This place completely changed my life, and I’ll forever be grateful for the people I met and the support I received.

The Lighthouse Treatment Center completely changed my life. The program itself is amazing, but what really makes it special are the people. Every single staff member I met was caring, patient, and truly dedicated to helping us heal. You can tell they love what they do and genuinely care about every client.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Elizabeth, Janey Grace, Nichole, Theresa, and Kiana — they’re absolute angels. Each of them made such a big difference in my recovery and helped me see hope again.

Lighthouse is a first rate facility. The counselors ,support staff ,kitchen staff, maintenance and housekeeping are amazing. The food is great. I found Glendora recovery at the highest of my addiction. I didn’t want to Share and problem solved with the group when I first got there. By the time I left, they couldn’t shut me up. It’s a place filled with love and support from genuine people who understand what you’re going through where you’re headed the staff is knowledgeable heartfelt warming. They all have special abilities to connect to make you feel welcome. I was blessed with several tools to help Work throughmy addiction that I’m still usitodproud to say that I am an alumni of Glendora recovery. I made some really strong connections with the staff a special shout out to Doctor Anand. Who chose to take me under his wing? Coming into a program like this is terrifying. Just making the call takes a ton of courage and effort. The program is challenging in all the right ways: Taking you out of your comfort zone to improve your self worth, massive amounts of material to learn and put into practice, and learning patience. If you use more than 3 tiny creamers they get mad and say this is why we can't have nice things lol 😂 the people and program is what you make it but it's just hilarious to me that 3 creamers pisses them off when they make over 7000 off one person a day 😂😂😭 also if you complain to upper management they block you and the Jen woman will text you a dozen times asking if you want to be in the program even when you've been in the program over a month they are clueless but I enjoy it me and my wife I'm sober and I quit cigarettes I guess you just do the best with what you get

My son, initially was in an inpatient facility and insurance denied the claim so we had to quickly get him moved to a different type of outpatient treatment. This is when I found Launch. I spoke with Clint in admissions and he was extremely kind and helpful as well as compassionate. He was able to seamlessly get my son moved out of the inpatient program and into php/iop and sober living within just a couple of days. He also spoke with my son and counseled him on important things to look for in a recovery center. My son was in a dark place when he started here and now 3 months later, he is so much better. I truly think everyone at launch was exactly what he needed. His therapist Jake seemed to really care about and get my son, which is so appreciated. The other staff were also fantastic. I would recommend this center to any young adult struggling with depression and or addiction issues. Grateful!!!

I remember the day of my first phone call, I had so little hope that things could improve for me and was skeptical if program was even worth it. But I did my intake with Clint and he was so personable, made me feel welcome and seen in a time I needed to be, and set the tone as to what my time at Launch would be like. It felt so aligned, so I swallowed my pride and he was the reason I took the leap and chance at this program even though I was hesitant before. I completed it and it's been several months since, and I'm well-regulated now, working full-time, and made lifelong friends I still talk to every day. Enthusiastic, always available when I'm at the program, super helpful, thanks to that day I chose to show up I know my life has changed much for the better and I'm a stronger person than I felt possible in the moment, I can manage through my bipolar symptoms with greater clarity and ease of functioning than before, and have gratitude to express towards the staff.

I spent three months at Launch, and it was a great experience. I’d been to other IOPs before, but Launch really stood out for how well it helped clients rebuild. Beyond standard therapy, Launch was hands-on and practical - focused on helping people build structure, improve routines, and take real steps toward school or employment. Kami, their on-staff educational consultant, helped me organize my transcripts and get back into school which made a huge difference. My parents also found the family sessions very helpful. The groups were well-run and clinically effective, and the staff genuinely cared about everyone’s progress.

I must admit that I was a bit skeptical at first about going to a treatment living facility. This was due to my own perceptions and stigma on being open with total strangers on my addiction. I didn't realize that a communal atmosphere is just what I needed to open up and take care of well being. I stayed for 6 months at the Haven House in Long Beach. They had so many resources for me getting my life back on the right track. I found a setting of other guys who had been through so much and were there to listen and to encourage my progress. I honestly felt like staying resort for rehabilitating everything about myself. We did yoga to help the mind and body. We had movie nights to laugh and think and engage in life conversations. The best part was the proximity to the beach. We had a lot of outings and picnics along the Long Beach Shore. I very much recommend this establishment if you wish to progress through addiction and leave all the more better for society.

I came to La Fuente for the sober living in early Feb of 2011, directly from a 6 day detox. I didn’t know anything about sobriety or treatment, or even interacting w many people at that point, I stayed for 15 months, & I still have my sober date from Jan of 2011. I was treated kindly & respectfully & was given the space I needed to heal, & the structure I needed to learn how to live a happy & sober life. Akua Is a great place to go for aftercare, Whenever I first arrived they made sure I was comfortable at the sober living facility I was going to stay at. The management truly cares about your sobriety. Candace was my Case Worker, she is very knowledgable on addiction. I learned so much in the few months I was there from her. Overall the place was a huge success! My life has completely changed. I am 10 months clean and finally loving life!!!!

First off I would like to thank Susan (hopefully spelling her name correctly) who was the main manager, there when I got there 10 years ago
- because if it literally wasn't for her, I would possibly still be out in the streets or worse.
idk if she knows this but she literally changed my life that day.
I came at a bad time that day of intake and I wouldn't have been able to dose then because of me coming so late from taking 3 buses to get there, So I was basically going to "check out" and go back to the streets to my addiction and possibly never come back again after I realized I wasn't going to be able to dose then.
To make a long story short - I was able to go to the El Monte Clinic that day and dose there and come back to the Pasadena clinic
So I'm forever thankful to Susan for that day!also for all the chances you gave me! Thank you Susan once again 🙏 🙏 🙏

I went through IVRS in May of 2020 and I was a complete mess. Drugs and alcohol were how I coped with the emotional distress I had been long experiencing and during my time at IVRS the staff, the structure, and the atmosphere provided me with an atmosphere that I could make a lasting change. Today, I am not just sober; I am at happy & at peace. I don't miss the days I used to abuse drugs/alcohol and that is an absolute miracle. I am so grateful for the staff that dedicated their lives and careers to being of service to those struggling with addiction. I hope that the staff knows how much of a difference that they are making in the lives of those that enter treatment.

I'm embarrassed to say I had been to a few treatment centers before I was fortunate to be placed at Nsight, although I know that's true for many people who struggle with their mental health and addiction. If you experienced trauma during childhood or at any point in your life and it affects your mental health, or you're not even sure if it does but you struggle with addiction, Nsight is the place for you. There is no other treatment center like it. Their program, groups, counselors and housing are one of a kind. The environment is kept professional unlike many other facilities. The counselors are actually educated and experienced as well as empathetic and relationship based. Nsight is so different in so many ways from other treatment centers. Nsight saved and forever changed my life. It is through Nsight that I found myself. I graduated and walked out of their program a literally completely different and better person. I went home and my mom cried and said she had no idea this is who I am and that I am actually such a beautiful, kind and fun person. After struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction and other diagnosis that were inaccurate. I owe my life today to Nsight, their program and their counselors. I cannot recommend this program enough. If you're on the fence between choosing Nsight and another place - choose Nsight. You won't regret it.

Yellowstone was very welcoming and helpful place for me during my time of recovery and growing. I learned to be patient and accept responsibility for the wrongs and damage I have caused. Yellowstone Recovery has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. When I arrived, I was broken, lost, and unsure if I could ever find a way out of the cycle I was trapped in. I came in as a scholarship girl, but from the very beginning, I was treated with the same love, respect, and opportunity as everyone else. They didn’t see me as less than—they saw my potential, even when I couldn’t see it myself.
One of the most impactful parts of my journey was learning what true recovery looks like. Honey played a huge role in that by teaching me the fundamentals: getting a sponsor, working the steps, and giving back what was so freely given to me. These weren’t just words or suggestions—they were a blueprint for a new way of life, one that would not only save me but allow me to help others along the way.
Yellowstone didn’t just help me get sober; they helped me build a life worth living. Today, I have a family, both in my personal life and in the fellowship of AA. I volunteer, I have a sponsor, and I sponsor others, all because of the foundation that was laid for me here. This program didn’t just save my life—it gave me a purpose.

I would like to start of by saying that GRAND VIEW FOUNDATION is home away from home. Ms.Shelly and the staff at GVF are AWESOME! That is an understatement if anything. I showed up to this place with broken dreams and yet another relapse after a 15 month program in Mexico. There was something very profound about this whole environment that is presented here. You just feel welcomed and well tooken care of. The classes are lengthy , but you know what thats what builds character and prepares you to take things serious. It’s fine, since going here I went to another rehab in Arizona that was much more intimate and client focused and found that it worked better for me. Westwind is very chaotic, loud and feels like high school which can be hard especially if you get overwhelmed easily like I do. The people who work there are wonderful and they do seem to care, you’ll meet a lot of great peers too but keep in mind how you learn best because it was too much all at once for me, especially while being new at sobriety.

If you really want to be sober then this place will be a life changing experience for you, they provide everything , for you to heal in all three aspects physically (doctors/nurses on site, most patient detox crew ,nutritious food, a gym , hygiene, clothes, shoes) mentally (on site psychiatrist/therapist, the most humble, caring and knowledgeable staff , they really help you see yourself as a blessing bc we are) spiritually ( based on the 12 step program that has saved millions, they pushed me out of the comfort zone that has been destroying my life and got me to meetings, sponsor and fellowship to be able to grow ) . This place gave me a foundation to stand on when I needed help. My advocate Herman was really cool to me. He encouraged me and helped me get through the program. The kitchen staff accommodated my dietary allergy to gluten and were awesome about giving me different types of foods. I got on the right meds thanks to my stay here and I honestly now feel like I can do anything. Dr Perch listened to my concerns and adjusted my meds as needed, something a lot of drs don t do, sadly.If you re looking for a good place to feel safe and get stabilized, this is it. You also earn more privileges as you do the program which helps the day go by faster. It s not like most mental hospitals. It s way more progressive.

I've been here three times and every time I was here was a positive experience for me. I know this is a county facility and have seen negative reviews for this place but this place is much better than every other county facility I have been to. They helped me every time I came here and the staff were very kind and professional. I came here for emergency psychiatric medication. The grounds here are very nice with tables to sit at and relax. There are cats here so bring a can of cat food when you come if you love cats. This is also a good place to come to for resources as well. All in all a very positive and pleasant experience for me.
