New Visions genuinely saved my life. I went for 29 days in May of 2023, and left cause I thought I could it. I was high again 2 weeks later. They picked me up the second time I went and welcomed me back with open arms. I was at my lowest. Lost custody of my kids, my bf was cheating and hitting me. We were both addicts, with no way out. When I went back they assisted me in addressing every problem I had. The counselor I had was amazing, and she made sure I knew I was heard and mattered. I was there around 5 months which is longer than most, but it was exactly what I needed. I now have over 2 years sober from IV use of meth. I have my kids weekly with a job, my own place, and a vehicle. Without New Visions staff and support I can honestly say, I would still be alone, at my lowest. They provided for me in ways I couldn't provide for myself. ♥️

what’s the point make an appointment if the doctor doesn’t see you until 30-45 mins later or maybe even an hour? what a joke. there’s no such thing as appointment at this place

Doctors are doing their great work taking care and listening to their patients.on the other hand receptionists are less educated not treating patients in unfriendly ways.they are sitting on chairs seeing patients are coming in without effort.less caring and bad attitude is always a great way to lose business if this is what you want!!

Excellent staff; RNs, MH staff, including Guards. I only had one bad experience with an RN during my 8 or so days, and perhaps she was just having a bad day. (Very understandable with some of the patients there, WOW!!) One of the other RNs liked to compare opinions on various shows on Netflixs and other films and tv shows we had seen, plus recommendations to each other, on the one rare day of her 3 day shift she had a little time to breathe. She also had never had an opportunity to talk to anyone who had experienced Electric Shock Therapy or some time back changed with Shock replaced by Convulsive. I understand perfectly why it is policy not to allow any mental health staff to meet, etc. with any former patients with MH issues. However, is it possible to meet in the safety of the hospital, at the discretion of the RN in this case of course. There are some very dangerous men there, some of which i met there. In fact, while I was there, a every loud female scream was heard throughout a large section of the hospital from a small room there. Obviously, a male patient did something very wrong to one of the female MH staff. Immediately, all the MH staff plus guards who heard the scream instantly dropped whatever they were doing and ran as fast as they could to her aid. Don't know any details, of course, but we patients in the area across from the activity sure we're surprised and curious about it. Also, locked in, perhaps. Anyway, the Bing map i was given befóre going to my new housing was very flawed.

Very caring and very professional. Nurses are caring and efficient. Doctors also caring and continued to adjust medications till they got the right combination to effectively control my server depression. Thank you.

The staff has been incredibly helpful for my two boys 5 and 6 over the last year who have behavioral struggles at school and at home. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and because they are community based their services are in my home and at the kids school. When I have questions they are always quick to help me problem solve and have extra resources when we need them. Cannot recommend more.

From the moment you walk into the building, you are greeted with a warm smile and guided to the right department. The facility is clean, the staff are respectful and professional, and Dr. Rivera has excellent bedside manners. They are also excellent with follow-up appointments, referrals, and quick prescription refills right at their facility.

Okay so I was so nervous calling because my last providers were very rude, but whenever I called a worker named Michelle really helped me out. She was very sweet to me and assured me that it was OK for me to ask questions and help us help us as customers of family healthcare. She was very, very sweet and not only did. She reassure me that it’s all OK. She helped me out tons and reached out to the doctor for me. I think she should get a raise. Thank you, Michelle for giving family healthcare a good name for itself
