Im starting tp regret my move from the Ceres Aegis to this one. I had court and missed my counseling. Wanted an extra hour every day fir a week to get medicated. Next counseling appointment tment rolls around and my counselor appologises and tells me that he accidently double booked someone for my time and cancels my counseling. I go in to dose today and I'm told I still have to wait an extra hour every day. This bullshit after the guy referred to me as an "inmate" twice during our last appointment. I almost forgot how impersonal this place is.

If you are visiting this place, you are involved with the Feds somehow. #FTF . I've had nothing good to say about the place. I've had an appointment and waited for a hour only to find out nobody was there.

New Visions genuinely saved my life. I went for 29 days in May of 2023, and left cause I thought I could it. I was high again 2 weeks later. They picked me up the second time I went and welcomed me back with open arms. I was at my lowest. Lost custody of my kids, my bf was cheating and hitting me. We were both addicts, with no way out. When I went back they assisted me in addressing every problem I had. The counselor I had was amazing, and she made sure I knew I was heard and mattered. I was there around 5 months which is longer than most, but it was exactly what I needed. I now have over 2 years sober from IV use of meth. I have my kids weekly with a job, my own place, and a vehicle. Without New Visions staff and support I can honestly say, I would still be alone, at my lowest. They provided for me in ways I couldn't provide for myself. ♥️

Has sober women there....Staff is awesome...allows their patient to talk whenever I call and come say hi when I happen to stop off there...Like the first sentence.....Has sober women there...

Little crowded Must be 9/11 remember. Blood work testing. Front desk was welcoming friendly faces. Waiting area plenty of seats. Gentle Men all around thank you for your service. Father is Vietnam veteran.

The best treatment I have had at any clinic in 30 years. The staff is terrific. I only wish I had used them sooner. My appointments have been on time with very little waiting. The location of the clinic in North Merced is convinent. Overall my experience stacks up to the care I remember from from the time when I was on active duty.

The staff at the Merced CBOC are great ! They care about their patients and work hard to ensure the care provided is good. They do really good in navigating the VA health care system and explaining the process. Thank you!

A friend had recommended this dui program. They were also a little cheaper after calling around. Did 6 months course with Lance and honestly it went quick. Classes were engaging and they also work with if you need to reschedule or change your classes around.

Horrible, nurses talk about other patients in front of other patients arnt you there to help us? All they do is drug u up and want u to participate in groups wich is coloring or word searches most of the time in order for u to get out u don't get therapy don't get actual help at all.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I sent my kid. Danishvar is absolute disgrace Dr's please avoid this place at all cost.

Excellent staff; RNs, MH staff, including Guards. I only had one bad experience with an RN during my 8 or so days, and perhaps she was just having a bad day. (Very understandable with some of the patients there, WOW!!) One of the other RNs liked to compare opinions on various shows on Netflixs and other films and tv shows we had seen, plus recommendations to each other, on the one rare day of her 3 day shift she had a little time to breathe. She also had never had an opportunity to talk to anyone who had experienced Electric Shock Therapy or some time back changed with Shock replaced by Convulsive. I understand perfectly why it is policy not to allow any mental health staff to meet, etc. with any former patients with MH issues. However, is it possible to meet in the safety of the hospital, at the discretion of the RN in this case of course. There are some very dangerous men there, some of which i met there. In fact, while I was there, a every loud female scream was heard throughout a large section of the hospital from a small room there. Obviously, a male patient did something very wrong to one of the female MH staff. Immediately, all the MH staff plus guards who heard the scream instantly dropped whatever they were doing and ran as fast as they could to her aid. Don't know any details, of course, but we patients in the area across from the activity sure we're surprised and curious about it. Also, locked in, perhaps. Anyway, the Bing map i was given befóre going to my new housing was very flawed.

I have never received therapy before going to this office. Starting from the front desk to everyone I have worked with has been above and beyond with me. I met Erin, Julieanna, and Valerie and it’s so sad for me that I'm moving to a different city and not be able to continue receiving services from these amazing people I have met who have always welcomed me and supported me no matter how right or wrong I was. I received services for about 1.5 years here and I am walking out a completely different person from the version of me that walked in 1.5 years ago. I have been a stronger and wiser version of myself (still need improvement on the wisdom part lol) over these 1.5 years. Thanks to everyone who has helped me improve my journey to wellness and recovery and helped me believe more in myself for the rest of my life ❤️

When I first came in, I was 3 weeks clean. Then, during intake, the lady accused me of being high. I got upset and told her to drug test me then and she refused. So how are you going to accuse me of being under the influence and lying about it without allowing me to prove myself? Then there was a mix up about the group schedule and they called me back with an attitude without any understanding or attempt to work it out. They told me that this was not the place for me and i couldn’t agree with them more!!

The staff has been incredibly helpful for my two boys 5 and 6 over the last year who have behavioral struggles at school and at home. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and because they are community based their services are in my home and at the kids school. When I have questions they are always quick to help me problem solve and have extra resources when we need them. Cannot recommend more.

Family HealthCare Network has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the medical field. From the moment you walk into the building, you are greeted with a warm smile and guided to the right department. The facility is clean, the staff are respectful and professional, and Dr. Rivera has excellent bedside manners. They are also excellent with follow-up appointments, referrals, and quick prescription refills right at their facility.

This place has been amazing for my life and sobriety!! Not only have I stayed clean but I also am learning how to become a better version of myself thanks to my amazing counselor! Jacklyn (Jackie) has been a huge and positive support system for me. She listens when I have an issue, helps me plan for the future, and is truly helping me get to the roots of my addiction. The staff members I have met at this clinic are all caring, supportive and helpful. I can’t recommend BAART Carmichael enough, if you are ready for a positive change in your life this is a great place to start!
