After a 17 year drug addiction, I finally had enough and turned to the lakes for help. The treatment team and staff treated me like family from day one and made my detox as comfortable as possible. My stay there was one of the best! Before graduating, my counselor sat with me and discussed my exit plan. It worked. Today I have 14 months clean, longest I've ever had. I'm currently going back to school to be a substance use counselor! Words cannot explain how thankful I am for the lakes helping me get and stay clean! As a dual diagnosis treatment center, they provide specialized care for both substance abuse and mental health, and I truly believe they saved my life.From the very beginning, I felt like part of a family. The staff here are absolutely amazing and went far beyond their duties to help me through my recovery journey. My counselor, Olena, was exceptional always patient, understanding, and deeply committed to my progress. The team of counselors, including Jeremy, Jenna, Stevie, and Nate, were all incredible. They made such a difference in my life, and their compassion and dedication to their work shine through every single day.The on-site activities, led by Steve, were not only enjoyable but also therapeutic. They made waking up each day feel exciting and helped me stay engaged and motivated throughout the recovery process.I also have to mention the food chef Paula and Robert Torres are true professionals! Every meal was delicious and made with care, which was a nice touch in an environment where you re focusing on your well-being.The family atmosphere created by the staff truly set Lakes Treatment Center apart. It s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about the residents, making us feel loved, accepted, and nurtured every step of the way.I will forever be grateful for the treatment, support, and community at Lakes Treatment Center. I attended their open house as part of a pet therapy group, and was impressed by the friendly staff and the very nice facility!

I graduated from Aspire a little over a year ago I d tried many different facilities prior to coming to Aspire and I can say that Aspire was by far a much better fit and better atmosphere for me. I am actually going to be attending a second round of treatment coming up. Unfortunately I did not continue to do what was recommended by my wonderful team of counselors and have relapsed. If you or a loved one is struggling with mental health or a substance use disorder I highly suggest reaching out to Aspire and taking the steps to take back control of your life.

Very professional, From the front desk and the back team.The staff really cares about you and takes the time to understand what you're going through. Even though it is a group type setting the Therapist is very throughly with each client and the lessons are easy to understand. It is a very welcoming environment especially to anyone who's nervous or anxious about therapy. They make the enrollment process smooth. And I love the pet therapy sessions!

Making the decision to go into treatment at Touchstone Recovery Center saved my life! Their comprehensive approach to treating addiction provided the building blocks I needed in starting a sober life. I came in pretty rough, and at a very low and vulnerable point in my life, but their realness and compassion provided a safe place to start to heal. Each part of their team played an important role in my journey, and I have remained sober since. The case managers, providers, counselors, group facilitators, and support staff gave me structure and education to understand addiction as a disease and the underlying causes of it. I also can't say enough good things about their sober living housing they offered while in PHP & IOP treatment. It was the catalyst to taking my life back by putting into action the coping skills needed to live right. I'm still connected with the sober community I met through Touchstone Recovery Center and would recommend it to anyone thinking about changing their lives and starting their journey to sobriety. You are so worth it, and support like this is priceless to get your life and joy back like I have!

This is hands down the best staff we are so fortunate to have all these wonderful staff members to help you continue with ur journey to recovery I know they got new supervisor and it seems like since they did its gotten so much better I've been sober since Oct 27 2021 and this clinic has a loving personal intimate feel to it the others do not I will continue to only use this clinic to continue my. Success on recovering oh and I think Michael and Moises are the absolute best ppl that are in this field couldn't ask for anthiing better I am so lucky to have such an awesome counselor I have such a strong connection with him just grateful all the way around I honest to God couldn't say one bad thing about this place or how they run it

I have been coming here for years. This place saved my life. I was lucky for so long to have an amazing counselor with Corinna until she left. Still miss her! Then I got to be with Monica for a while until she ended up leaving. Miss her too! And now I am with Juanita and she is also awesome! I have been very lucky with the counselors I have had. Juanita inspires and encourages me every time I talk to her! I am very lucky to have her as my counselor! Although I hope to safely be off eventually I am grateful to this clinic for everything they have done. The employees here have always been kind to me and helpful.

I came to this clinic because of my pain from an accident that broke my back and caused me to need several surgeries in order to partially repair my lower spine. I still need surgery and my pain doctor I was going to retired without much notice (1 week) and I could not find any pain doctors that would keep me on the methadone (I don t like the loopy feeling the other meds give you) they all wanted to put me on Vicodin which I was on for a few years and hated it because it made me sick and dizzy plus it was damaging my liver so I cannot take that anymore so my Dr put me on methadone because it lasts longer and you take less of it. My pain doctor told me to come to the clinic they treat for pain also not just addiction issues, and I am extremely happy I did because every single person at this clinic is amazing. The staff is caring and very helpful with any issues. I admit I did feel awkward at first going to this clinic because I was not a former drug addict and didn t have addiction issues so I felt out of place but they made me feel comfortable and not judged. My counselor Roy has been phenomenal and helping me cope with my daily stress and the stresses that my life has brought to me he s always there for me and always willing to talk to me no matter what and without him, for example today, I don t know if I could ve handled it if I hadn t been able to talk to him today, he was there for me and calmed me down talked me through the issues and made me realize that I just need to relax and stop stressing about things that I cannot change and he is an amazing counselor and I could not ask for anything better. This place is also awesome if you need it for addiction issues, I ve seen how they treat everybody and everybody is treated the same way with respect and dignity and they help everyone . My husband is going back from another clinic, and he said he wishes he never left MedMark because he really liked his counselor.

So far best place yet i have not been to any other clinic nor pan on too. I did my homework first And this was the flace i choose so far everything going good if it was not for these people i don t know what id done..Im also fighting for my kids back to get em home from cps and not cause i tested positive for druggs i was negative i do have a pill problem though to pain pills n xannys thats y im getting help my kids taking cause i was on a manic high from being out of my bipolar meds n my house was horrible

I have gone here before and received amazing benifits, right away in every aspect of my life. I saw Frank Palmer. He is a genus of the mind. His help in areas of trauma, stress, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar and more are mind blowing. It took only a short time to get my life and mind back on track and recover from utter devastation.I can't say enough about how kind EVERYONE there is. Kathy Macintosh is the kindest person ever. She us a peer counselor there.I just started there again to work through some new extreme life challenges. I did my first intake appointment with a new employee Vernessa Villar, from the Dayton office. I felt so compelled to leave a review about how incredible and sweet she is. It was a joy speaking to her to the point that the appointment flew by and I wished it hadn't ended. She is kind, compassionate, nonjudgmental intelligent, and caring. I can't wait to have her as a peer counselor which is another service offered by RNC that makes them so effectively helpful with any of lifes challenging roads we must walk.From any mental disorder to abuse, self-esteem issues, substance abuse, or gaming, this is where you go to receive the kind, caring, compassionate help you need to regain control of your life.Thank you RNC for being there for all of us...

I got sober at Maynord's in March of 2013 thanks to a wonderful program, good food and the support of my family. I'm posting this today because my boss asked me about rehab for his stepson, so I looked Maynord's up to recommend their program. When I looked at the website and saw the pictures, so many (mostly good) memories came flooding back and I smiled. My life now is incredible and it's because I made it through that first tough week when I didn't think I belonged there!PS...I had never tried biscuits and gravy before my stay and they were pretty good...lolI hope all the friends I made there have continued their sobriety too...God Bless!

I am seeking recovery. I DO NOT CARE whether they can take me or not . This fella took 20 minutes out of his life to show support. And that is why I called them in the first place. Many years ago they took my husband in and returned him to me in the best possible condition. The fact that they took all that time to hear me and offered help beyond whether or not I qualified is amazing.
