The staff here is excellent, thank you Juls, Gillian, Josh A, Josh I, Doug, Katie, Jesse, Michelle, Rodney, Rachel, Dalton, Gilbert, Jenn, David, Becky, Cher, Lindsey, and Kaila. You’re all amazing!

The detox is great. Awesome staff that cares and is patient with every client. It’s not a “one shoe fits all” we all have different issues. Staff addresses problems directly and doesn’t let problems linger. Great food. 3 meals a day. Self care day on Saturdays. Outings on Sundays. A lot of freedom and free time. Great groups. Small group of clients so it’s a more personal feel. Bonus: candy drawer

Vanity provided a great environment to begin my healing and recovery journey. I am so grateful for the staff/resources and the opportunities presented to me throughout my time there. If you are looking to start a better life for yourself, Vanity Wellness Center may be the place for you! :)

This program has done wonders in my life to help me change my life completely around to never wanna touch a drug again I thank all the staff for the dramatic help that they have done to my life I can't even put it in words to say thank you

Being able to complete this program virtually was an awesome experience and very convenient option. The therapists and counselors always engaged those of us attending group therapy virtually, with the exception of one employee, but I only had a couple experiences with him. There was a variety of treatment styles utilized. Everyone seemed very passionate about their work and I would recommend this facility to anyone. I still have the option to participate in an alumni meeting once a week, and I rarely skip that opportunity.

I had a good experience here was able to get sober. Everyone there seem to really care about their job and the clients that they were helping.

Wow, words can't even describe how amazing this facility/program is. I attended here from March 2024-July 2024. I entered this treatment program with almost 9 years of sobriety, and I had reached a place mentally where I felt like I did when I used to get high. I was full of anxiety, couldn't function at work, and was a complete mess. This place got me in so quickly, and immediately I was met with open arms by staff who you could tell ACTUALLY CARE. I've worked in the drug alcohol field for many years, and I've found this is hard to come by. The program itself is wonderful. The group facilitators are knowledgable and I found most groups to be very helpful/interesting. The groups I didn't like were not a reflection of the program in anyway, more so a reflection of myself and where I was at experiencing them. My individual therapist Carolena was amazing, never once did I feel judged, and she always made me feel safe. She challenged me and asked me uncomfortable questions and helped walk me through the stages of life that I was in at the time. My individual case manager Britt was AMAZING AMAZING. She was the first person I met, and held my hand throughout the entire process, guiding me through insurance/disability, answering all my questions, wonderful amazing individual sessions where she provided me with many tools, and just overall an amazing caring genuine knowledgable person. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!!! lol. I had the pleasure of meeting individually with one of the therapy interns Chloe. She got me to open up about stuff I hadn't talked about in years. I will miss our sessions. The community of clients at Inneractions is diverse and I loved hearing everyone's different stories of how they ended up at Inneractions. We all come from so many different walks of life, but together we were fighting the same fight, and the amount of support I received from my peers there helped so much. It felt so good to celebrate others successes with them. All the other staff at Inneractions was wonderful as well. And I have to mention them as well. Joe is the glue who holds the place together and runs a solid ship there. The clinical director Loree helped me out when I needed it! Which I'm so grateful for. Facilitators like Demarcus, Shane, Rick, Kathy, and many more I could name who are all wonderful. Mike the case manger I have to give a shout out to as well for always chatting with me during smoke breaks. I always looked forward to our daily conversations about basketball. Overall, this is an amazing treatment program. They are completely transparent about all financials, care about their clients, and provide more QUALITY/Personlized treatment then you will receive at "Luxury" treatment centers most commonly found in Malibu. If you're struggling with addiction/mental health, then this is the place for you. They saved my life when I was in an extremely dark/scary place, and I am eternally grateful. Thank you so much for helping me heal!
