10 acre ranch is a great place with lots of friendly staff who care about your recovery there’s a lot I learned here. many skills, and coping strategies that are essential to my recovery, and lots of information that is useful to being able to understand how addiction works. Angela is especially good at her job and has years of wisdom and experience within treatment. You won’t be magically cured after leaving here tho, what you put in is what u get out of it.

If you’re really serious about changing your life around then this place is where you need to be.
You can bring your pets and they accept couples. The staff here are all amazing and willing to help whenever you ask for help. The chefs: Tiffany and Mike really get down and make some really delicious meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. The nurses Michelle and Amy make sure you take your meds whenever needed and also make check in with you every morning to see if your having withdrawal symptoms such as night terrors, using dreams, tremors, anxiety, depression, all that stuff that you don’t want to feel when you’re withdrawing and they make sure you are prescribed the right meds to prevent all those things. The case workers Alejandra and Angela work above and beyond to make sure everything you need is taken care of. Angela is also the educator and teaches some really informative group classes that help you understand your disease. And the rest of the staff are all amazing and I’m really going to miss all of you! Claudia and Valerie are really sweet and kind and funny. I always looked forward to seeing them at the facility. Dan and RayRay and Joe are all very personable and will give you some of the best advice and it’s only up to you to decide if you wanna take it and run with it. Steve thank you for bringing my partner and I to court on your day off. Banchi is the sweetest person in the entire universe and you made me smile so much and being sober made me appreciate any smiles I got from the staff here. Tiffany thank you for all the meaningful talks we had every morning, I always looked forward to seeing you during the weekdays! And Mike thank you for making sure we eat good everyday ! My stay at Elevation.
I was in a pretty rough place and needed to get some intensive support. I found Elevation while researching and what drew to me to them vs other places I saw was;
* Private Room. I had to be honest with myself that this was something important to me, to have my own space.
* Daily Individual Therapy. In addition to group having daily individual therapy to help work through things and make the most of the time there.
* Electronic Devices Allowed. I have two young kids and I wanted to be able to stay in contact with family as well as use my laptop to research and view content related to what I was working through.
After filling out the form on the website Stephanie the admissions director reached out right away. Before she walked me through more details about the program she checked in to make sure I was ok, I felt supported already. She helped answer all my questions as well as get the information she needed to verify insurance coverage and what I would have to pay out of pocket. She got back to me quickly again and we figured out an admission date.
When I arrived in Los Angeles I was picked up at the airport and driven to their Calabasas house.
I won’t go into too many details about the house, it’s pretty fantastic and there are picture on the website.
I was greeted upon arrival, checked in, given a tour, and sometime to settle in my room.
Everyone in the house from the cleaner, chef, coaches, therapists, and psychiatrist are supportive and genuinely interested in making you comfortable and ready for doing the personal work you need.
There is a wonderful variety of therapies from individual, group, equine, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, nature walks, pool/jacuzzi, art, and music which all come at your problems from different angles and build on each other. The coaches are always available and engaged between sessions to keep the momentum going and support you.
Having daily individual therapy plus two groups daily helped me dive deep into the underlying issues I was facing and my progress built on itself everyday. I felt like I was making a months progress every week. My therapist Chad was just what I needed, he was thoughtful, creative and pushed when needed to help me go further.
I arrived in a very low state (not my usual self) and was able to quickly let go and unravel, the staff and my fellow patients helped put me back together and create sustainable coping techniques and strategies so I could return home a new person.
Having house-mates was a wonderful experience, even though we all came from very different walks of life and reasons for coming, we found deep common ground and support with each other. We laughed, and cried, and laughed again together.
The center of a house is the kitchen, and at Elevation this was no exception. Chef Jerry and Josh not only made amazing and healthy food, they were open to having us join the process and learn how to cook. We spent most of our afternoons between sessions joining in on the cooking process. Chef Jerry was like another therapist who gave us amazing life advice and was always open to listen to use when we needed a little support. Everyone at elevation from the cleaner to the coaches and the patients all eat the same food together. It felt like a big family.
I felt that when I needed alone time and privacy or wanted to do something social I could move between those modalities anytime. I never felt pressure to join in anything, just welcomed.
I left elevation feeling like a new person, equipped with new skills and strategies to thrive at home and at work. I highly recommend Elevation.

⭐ Hands Down the Best Mental Health Program Available.
I can’t say enough good things about Elevations Behavioral Health. It’s hands down the best mental health care I’ve ever received. The setting is incredible — beautiful houses, exercise equipment, pools, jacuzzis, and so many community resources. They will take you on outings to the Pacific Ocean to watch sunsets — and yes, you *will* see dolphins!
From the residential program to the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), every detail is thought about and the staff are always there to help.
The Santa Monica Mountains surround you, and the views are so breathtaking you can sit for hours just taking it all in, meditating, and really feel yourself start to heal.
The food is amazing too — they have private chefs who customize meals to fit your diet and treatment needs, with tons of healthy options.
Unlike most residential treatment programs, you get both individual and group therapy *every day*. That’s really unheard of in a residential program — usually you would receive one or two individual sessions a week
The staff and therapists are absolutely amazing — they genuinely care and don’t let you give up on yourself. I cant name them all because I would forget someone. Too many to count; dedicated and MOre than experts at what they do!
If you’re struggling, please know you’re not alone. Getting help is the best thing you can do for yourself. Elevations changed my life, and it can change yours too. You *are* worth it, and you *can* do hard things. Take the first step — it’s so worth it.

MFI Outpatient and Medical saved my life! I came in through the Cares Line right off the streets of Lake Elsinore and was able to connect with MFI at the sober living, IOP and MAT services stage after 93 days of treatment at a different facility. I was welcomed and encouraged and set right in the middle of their Outpatient program. I was given Case Mgr Natalie, Group facilitator Jessica, House Mgr Alex and then BJ and her awesome team in Medical. I was truly set up for success! I felt thoroughly cared for, loved and spoiled. I will never forget my time at MFI! I’m 4 years clean and sober in June. I entered this program on 4/18/25, and I spent 31 days here, successfully completing the program. This place was my saving grace, and gave me a second chance in life. I lost my kids due to drugs, and because of GHW, I was able to get on the right track back to having them home with me again. Gibson House for Women gave me my life back! My counselor, Danielle, was and will always be my angel. She had my back from day 1, and was always on top of things. All of the counselors are amazing - they all really do care and most have been down the same roads so they know what you're going through. I was housed with 30 other woman here, and every single one of them became my sober sisters - the most incredible group of women I've ever met iny life. We all had each other to lean on during those times of hardship, and comfort was always there. This place truly is magical, and I can't thank GHW, and the women I went through treatment with enough for everything they've done for me. It was a miracle I ended up here, and the program wasn't exactly easy, but I needed their strict structure at the time, and am so grateful for it. My advice to anyone reading this is STICK WITH IT! IT'S SO WORTH THE REWARDS IN THE END. Don't let anyone take you out of character and destroy the peace you so much deserve.

Stayed at PACE last year— this place was a total disaster. Literally ANY other treatment center would make you more excited about recovery. My experience was miserable. Stayed in an overcrowded, tiny house, was crammed into a broken-down minivan 4x a day to drive 30 minutes to the clinical building, to attend meaningless group therapy. No nurses or medical staff, Nothing to do on the weekends, no phone, we literally just had to sit in an overcrowded house and hate our lives. I don’t think I gained one thing out of my time at PACE— but they definitely got a lot out of me and my family. Do your loved one a favor and send them to a REAL RESIDENTIAL program— not an overpriced, overcrowded, depressing sober living.

I just wanted to adjust my rating of this place the Blaine Street adult clinic has been instrumental and influential in my life so of course it deserves five stars all of the people there in the clinicians and therapists are awesome. They offer multiple groups and tomorrow even though having pizza you know but I've also found in order to make any type of recovery or progress you have to find someone to hold you accountable you have to actually be accountable to yourself if you hold yourself accountable you can always see improvement but you won't actually make improvement and tell you have someone hold you accountable. Often times I've blamed others for not seeing the perception of things are potential in them and also once happiness can only be determined by one's self if you respond to another's actions with happiness or sadness they are in control of your emotions that would be insane so that's one good thing I've learned and also if you put in the time and the work and hold yourself accountable you always make improvements hope it's the first time also you should check out the groups and I don't know if I can actually mention any of the therapist my hand but they're all awesome everyone knows that thank you Blaine clinic and I'm sorry that I've always been in pain

I am beyond happy with the service i receive here, they truly care, it’s not a fake care facility they want you to succeed. Valenta gave me all of the tools I needed to reframe the way I think.
It has been 6months since I finished my therapy with them and Im so proud to say my mental health is where I only dreamed of it to be. No one is perfect and daily stressors exits but now I know how to cope and deal with the things that life throws my way. The people around me have told me they see a huge difference in me and my mindset.
I have a more positive outlook, I can see things a bit more clear, I have goals for my future and I feel more positive about it. I can’t believe I’m saying this but My anxiety is manageable and not one day goes by that I don’t use the coping skills that I learn with them.
I really wanted this, I gave them my best that I had at that time and I truly feel that they reciprocated their best too.

A tenant of mine in voluntary detox had a very mixed opinion. On the one hand, the counselors were great and supportive. However the place was dangerous. One client pulled a knife on him, and many were doing hard drugs. The food was awful, with many sweets but then only diet drinks. He feared for his life when the staff would not take the knife threat seriously. Understaffed this week. These problems should be reported to the police and city and county.

I just completed this outpatient program and I genuinely recommend. The staff, the groups, and the support made a huge impact on me. I don’t have words to explain how grateful I am about the tools both Derick and Vanessa had taught. And all the treatment centers I’ve been to They have been the best counselors and the most inspiring People to .I really, really liked my experience here—it helped me understand myself, stay accountable, and build real tools for staying sober. This is one of the worst hospitals as far as any service goes. I tried to get on the phone with my sick father and the nurse's put you on hold for 20 minutes hoping you'll hang up. If you stay on the line then they will just hang up on you. There is no excuse for not allowing family to get a hold of their sick family members.

I am very so very happy with the treatment I received at Hathawa Recovery. In just 47 wonderful days, ive learned so much about recovery and mental health. The staff and therapist really care about you and your mental health needs.
I'd say it's the best place to
recover and work on your mental health and addiction problems because you won't be doing it alone.

I came here for courtesy dose in August and again in November. They are great there! If I move out here this is the clinic I definitely would go here.The price for just 7 days of methadone was $140!! This is the 2 nd time I paid this price for a week. We don’t have much money we are trying to get our lives back and this is a life or death medication for us.
The methadone is way overpriced here, while it is not an expensive drug from the pharmacy.

My husband was admitted to Live Oak Rehab on July 18, 2025, following a right total hip replacement. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Maly. I was initially worried that our insurance might not cover the services, but she reassured me and clearly explained that everything was authorized and covered by our provider. We were extremely satisfied with the care he received. Everyone—from social services staff like Gigi and Ruby, to Armando (RN), the physical therapists Allen, Ritz, Nancy, and the rest of the nursing team—was dedicated and kind. I don’t understand why this facility is not rated higher!!! My mom is there and the staff are incredible, accommodating, kind, attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. I have literally entrusted them with my mom’s life after taking care of her for 20 years. Since she’s been there, she’s put on weight (which she desperately need to) and maintained her weight, she is happy every time I talk or visit with her. Her disposition is excellent. The only reason, I didn’t give them a 5 star rating is because of a communication issue, which has now been rectified. If you’re looking for a place to take care of your elderly loved ones, this is the place!!!!! Kudos to Gigi for her wonderful professionalism.

I recently had to place my dad in a rehab facility do to being hospitilized from a fall and head injury. I'm so thankful I found Live Oak. I can't say enough good things about their staff. Alex was amazing and always very communicative, day or night. Molly was great getting us situated and walking us through and what to expect. Gigi was awesome answering my 101 questions and always will to go above and beyond her normal responsibilities. All in all every person we encountered came across as caring and sincere, which to me is more important than fancy equipment and fresh coat of paint on the building walls. At the end of the day, everyone their got the job done in getting my dad healthy enough to go home. Thank you to all at Live Oak.
