I was in Michael's house back in 2015 and did a month there and they have a good staff , And I also ate good there, they have real good food, and the hikes were nice and then the trip to Laguna Beach on the last weekend that was awesome can't believe it's already been 10 years since then, I recommend this place It's a good facility 👍

I completed treatment here seven years ago and it was life-altering; I continue to abstain from alcohol. The team approaches care with genuine compassion and professionalism, creating an environment where real healing can take place. I am lucky enough to still know many of the staff and peers that I initially met while in treatment and I remain engaged in the alumni program - building community has been key to maintaining sobriety. I highly recommend Michael’s House and encourage anyone who is on the precipice of deciding whether or not to go to treatment to just do it - You won’t regret it. I arrived at the Betty Ford Center with much trepidation. However, I was fortunate to be housed in Dupont Hall, where the 3 most amazing counselors are stationed. Jeff, with his hilarious way of relating and his enthusiastic sense of humor. Jaquie, With her analytical mind, intelligence, and encyclopedic knowledge. And Brian, with his love, care, nurturing compassion, and his treasure load of experience. The three of them are unparalleled, and unmatched.

I desperately needed to get sober & doing it on my own wasn’t working. I had no idea what to expect from this place. From my very first phone call, to the day I was discharged, the staff, nurses, techs & counselors were absolutely amazing & incredibly friendly & compassionate. The women I met and lived with at Fisher Hall surrounded me with nothing but love and support & for the first time, I didn’t feel alone in my disease. The property was beautiful, the food was good & I loved cruising the book store. The psychiatrist, Young, however, was the only disappointing part of my 28 day stay. His comment, “…in 20 years, if you live that long,” was hurtful, especially for someone so vulnerable & new to rehab and sobriety. He also made other upsetting comments to other women in my hall, but that is not my story to tell. Other than that, my stay was amazing & it gave me the tools I desperately needed. Overall I had an excellent experience at BF - the only negative comment I could make was the atmosphere in detox- I found the the environment to be dark and depressing, the rooms smelly and a rare and occasion condescending staff member - the minute I walked into DuPont Hall everything changed- I was fortunate to be surrounded by an incredibly supportive and communicative group of patients - I felt very fortunate to have been assigned Bryan Wilmoth as my counselor- he is exceptional at what he does - the small group gatherings were the highlight of my time here at BF - Bryan provides a safe environment that allows people to open up and express themselves in a non judgmental way - he provides levity when necessary and the written exercises were enlighten and productive- I can’t say enough good things about Bryan - last thing - the food was inconsistent and could certainly be better in my opinion - thx for the opportunity to review my experience at the BFC

I just completed this outpatient program and I genuinely recommend. The staff, the groups, and the support made a huge impact on me. I don’t have words to explain how grateful I am about the tools both Derick and Vanessa had taught. And all the treatment centers I’ve been to They have been the best counselors and the most inspiring People to .I really, really liked my experience here—it helped me understand myself, stay accountable, and build real tools for staying sober. I’m leaving motivated to better myself every day and continue growing even after the program. Truly grateful.

Amazing place to stay and get sober!!

I have been in and out of rehab for years. I never thought I would recover, thankfully because of Serenity Lodge I can say that I am clean today. I never go around writing reviews, but you guys saved my life. All around from the people who you get to speak to that do your intake to the staff at the facility I was welcomed with open arms and taken care of from the start. Walking into my bedroom I felt at home for the first time in years, I have never laid my head in such a beautiful place, I had a room to myself, a spacious bathroom and a place to put my clothes away. I will end my review on this; most rehabs can be a little run down but not this place. The photos on their website do not this place justice. From the outdoor area to the indoor area everything is amazing and even without all of that the program itself that Serenity lodge offers saves lives!

If i could make it a 10 star rating i would. The whole team cared and made everything so easy from getting there to medical care and home again. Their knowlege and hospitality exceeded far beyond my expectation. A peacful and comfortable enviornmant.
