Aton was an amazing place I would refer to anyone needing treatment. There wasn t a single staff member who was rude, great therapists, very clean facility, fast response from doctors, amazing case worker that will help set you up for aftercare anywhere in the country, and top notch holistics. Dr. Litch is one of the most genuine and knowledgeable doctors in San Diego. She is clear and to the point and answers your questions clearly. She can come of as intimidating at first but she is wonderful to talk to. Also, Marybell at PCSD in Encinitas is a peach to talk to whenever I go in she's got a very caring and cordial demeanor unlike some other places I've been to. Love this place.

I saw Dr. Litsch. This office is kind of hard to find, it s easy to miss the turn once you exit the freeway and the business park is like a maze.Dr. Litsch provides good medication management. Some people on Yelp complained about how hard it is to find the office, so here are a couple of pictures to help you locate it, esp. if you're coming from I-5 or Encinitas Blvd west. Sober life is the absolute BEST place to be if you are struggling. I went in 2020 and didn t complete, and they welcomed me back with open arms march of this year and I went through completion. I have had the opportunity to stay in their network by getting care at SD wellness for psychiatry. Over this holiday week I had forgotten about my refill of a medication I need, I got in contact with Dan from alumni since I forgot what their hours were for thanksgiving and Black Friday, and by today (saturday) I have my refill! I got a personal call from Dr Amaro and got squared away. I ve never found a medical group that listens, cares, and has better communication than here. I am so happy with this process and will always come back if I need it! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with La Jolla recovery the staff looks out for the people in recovery. They do have days where they are busy and can t get to your request right away but they always abide by what they say they re gonna do! We had a cooked meal for us everyday, and amazing group facilitators, and we go out outtings a few times a week! it has definitely been very beneficial for my recovery, I would definitely recommend this program!!

I attended Jackson House for a month and had the greatest experience there. All of the workers are attentive and amazing with daily groups and support. My counselor, Robert has an excellent approach while he's leading groups and weekly one on ones. I will definitely be apart of the alumni meetings to see old and new faces that are still in the house. Amazing all around and can't recommend enough.

Had a wonderful experience, from being hospitalized and stranded coming in to being able to feel my emotions again and be able to find a community in the program. The counselors here and the planners and the staff are absolutely awesome and never would have thought I'd come out of this better than ever leading meetings and the peer support here is without parallel. Kade, Arlene, Brad, Rowan and Robert are some of the most caring people, and are truly invested in healing me and giving me coping skills and a safe exit plan.

Many of the staff were in long-recovery themselves, which was conducive to a safe and healing environment. The food was top-tier and way above expectations. HGR drug rehabs San Diego was the best residential inpatient addiction treatment center I have attended. I was in the inpatient drug rehab for 30 days. I received an individualized treatment plan and spoke with a credentialed substance abuse counselor every day. After completing this level, I went to the intensive outpatient program or their IOP drug rehabs Escondido, California center. Here I went three times a week for 3 hours each time. This was convenient and I was able to continue working while going through this stage. Nora, their CEO met with me almost every day to make sure I was progressing. Once completing the IOP I went to their outpatient drug rehabs Escondido center. I still call their every month. Let me tell you, this place saved my life. If they did not take my insurance, I would have stopped looking for substance abuse treatment.

I write this review two and a half years later, having thoroughly tested the tools and experienced the wonderful staff at VKM to see if the lessons and gifts provided could endure. I want to share with every woman- partners, parents, and friends- that VKM is a true temple of knowledge and healing.
I arrived during a troubled time in my life: broken, vulnerable, and desperate for guidance to begin my healing journey. I followed one rule: “Be open and trust the process.” Every woman I met there has remained in my heart and is part of my ongoing healing. Each staff member was uniquely qualified to support me: diligently, caring, and knowledgeable. The intake staff includes some of the most compassionate women I have met, likely due to their past experiences, which enable them to guide others on their healing journeys. The holistic team is exceptional; more than yoga teachers, they are spiritual leaders and warriors, as we all are.
The individualized schedules adapt to each person's needs. If you're fine with vegan options, the food is excellent (I emerged in the best shape of my life). These women can perform miracles if you're ready to work with them and confront your challenges with integrity. During my time there, I was accepted to a university and am now in the final leg of my B. S. in Psychology, graduating with honors. I've faced significant challenges since leaving, including a family member's cancer diagnosis and losing my sister at the young age of 47. Yes, I have stumbled and fallen over the past two years.
Despite these difficulties, I write to share that the tools and healing I received from VKM helped me rise again, let go of what didn't serve me, forgive those who hurt me, and, most importantly, extend forgiveness to myself with self-compassion Thank you, Kay and ladies, for honoring your chosen path of facilitating healing in a holistic manner that honors your God-given assignment to be the Light for us Ladies in need.

VKM is absolutely life changing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I spend time at “the retreat” it was truly a sanctuary. The entire staff was the absolute best and filled my heart with so much love and wisdom. What a sacred community this is. I would recommend this to anyone needing healing from a plethora of things. The food was exceptional, the property amazing, the daily schedule was perfectly laid out. I came back truly transformed.

They helped me out immensely when I first moved to San Diego in 2011 I have stayed in her facilities before I have been part of the rap.I have my housing to them and regards to their join program as you great program.But the partments you live in and say you get your permanent housing.Have no air conditioning and they're very hot

I love soledad house, the care i have received here from the clinicians and Bht s as well as admin is life changing. They really care about me as a person and have so much respect for my Native American culture and letting me get sober traditionally like going to sweats, wellbriety & powwows. The knowledge i was able to obtain about generational trauma, PAWS, & emotional regulation skills is really beneficial to me and my recovery. The houses are amazing and the day managers really show up for you in moments of need. I recommend this all women s program to any women who is seeking sobriety & self introspection & understanding of addiction. 5 stars!!!!

Soledad house has been so amazing for me. I ve been to many treatment centers and Soledad has been the best by far. I came into the program so broken with no will to live. The staff here have encouraged me and loved me when I couldn t love myself. They have taught me how to have fun and smile again. I have learned how to laugh and be a kid again. The therapist here are amazing! Each one has helped me in many different ways. I recommend staying for the 90 days and doing the aftercare program if you re able to! When you are at your lowest and ready to surrender, Soledad house is the right place to go! Take the suggestions and they will help change your life. Every single person, clients and staff have helped save my life. I m forever grateful

Great place for a person that never been in the sober treatment center before. Intense schedule for group therapy and 6 days a week mandatory AA meetings with little of free time. Amazing living environment, very clean, modern and stylish. I would recommend to all of my friends and families.
