It feels weird posting a review of a rehab, facility, huh? Well, if it helps make anyone feel more comfortable and confident in seeking help, I guess it's worth it. I did a medical detox from benzos here. The staff are all wonderful, caring people, who take good care of you and try to keep you comfortable and safe. With their treatment, I felt no withdrawal symptoms and aside from some drowsiness, no side effects. The only possible complaint I have is the food, but it kept me nutritionally satisfied, and that's enough. It's not a vacation.If you feel like you need to make a change in your life, or got referred by your doctor or a family member, I fully recommend the place. Recovery is hard, but they'll do their best to make the initial (and scariest, IMO) detox process as easy and comfortable as possible.

Pros: Caring Staff, Balanced Groups, Decent Food as far as rehabs go. Visits are allowed on weekends after 7 days.Cons: Occasionally some clients that need special mental needs met slip in the cracks and it is difficult to replace them where they need to be.It seems like corporate has the budget in too high of a chokehold, I can't imagine 50+ men at a rehab do not facilitate a higher budget than what is currently allocated. Clients shouldn't be able to feel this.If you are not keen on a lot of men around you, consider other options with smaller populations. If you are heading here without a choice, talk to your counselor about any accommodations.If you are looking to get sober, this is a place that runs a dog through the facility and tries to take measures to better facilitate it to those that want to make a serious change for their lives. If you have derailed your life and hit rock bottom, got felonies, or you just got out of prison and have conditions, this is definitely a good spot to put your life back on track. If you are going to rehab for the right reasons, you will not have an issue with 90% of the staff. Most treatment options felt like just like they were farming us for the money, this was NOT one of those facilities.Even if you don't know where you are, give this a shot. I'm glad I did!

10 acre ranch is an incredible program. I came here in February for my second time and I couldn t have asked for better support. The entire staff is friendly, caring, and does their best to go above and beyond to meet the clients needs. The 10 Acres Ranch staff made it a extremely easy process to get admitted really quickly. The staff were very knowledgeable and had excellent past experience. The food was great with Chef Mike on grounds. Dienna and Alejandra always went out of their way and stepped up anytime I needed help with Court and Work. It was also very nice to have two outings per week and LA Fitness gym daily. Sobriety has been the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I would give 10 acre ranch five stars, and I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking to change their life.

Serenity Lodge is a good location in Southern California nestled in the San Bernardino Mountains. This is my first time in a facility like this. They focus on internal issues, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and try to make you look inward to determine where your use comes from.The facilitators made me want to attend the classes. And you only have to program from certain hours a day. You come up here with problems and if you do the work and utilize your therapists, and resources up here to really try to better your life you can do it. I originally signed up for 37 days. But I did 62.I love the kitchen staff food is good and I enjoyed my volunteer days there.If you have a job or need disability they can get you started but don t forget to follow up with them. And the resources that apply. You can get the ball rolling yourself too!Highly recommend this location. When you call they ll even help you with transportation. I do miss Ms. Karen, Jorge, Cesar, Tommy, and Ray. Living in recovery they all speak with passion and from experience and advanced clinical knowledge They truly care about the clients. Great experience here. First off the facilitators are top notch. Ray, Jorge, Tommy, and Cesar were all amazing and played a huge role in my recovery. They truly care for the clients and want everyone to succeed. They are the backbone of this place for sure. My therapist(s) have been amazing as well. They really get into the root cause of the addiction. The case managers are great as well, overall great people. Zinnia definitely needs to look at hiring some more case managers so they aren t so over worked all the time. The facility itself is great, could use some updates here and there but awesome amenities and food is good, just a little repetitive. Thank you everyone at serenity Lodge!

I was here for treatment for 8 months and I had an addiction to fentanyl and bipolar disorders . Another rehab didn t want to keep me because of my kidney failure due to drug use and Angelika welcomed me with open arms !! Beautiful spirited woman !! This place is my favorite job yet. I come to work looking forward to connecting with my colleagues and the people I serve. I truly love working here. I have a great appreciation for the ability that this place provides me with, to serve my Patients. We do not only treat opioid dependency but also, If you are uninsured we have a federal grant that will pay for your treatment, while will assist you with applying for Medi-Cal, or even food stamps and cash aid if that s what you need . If you are homeless we will also link you to shelter or even housing as long as you meet criteria. The help is available here at this clinic for those who really want it.We go above and beyond to help folks get their ducks in a row with empathy and dignity.Fun Fact:We host patient appreciation days regularly and have a great time with our patients while we share food.Even outside agencies want to be part of our community and we often get invited to set up a table at community events.

Let me preface this by saying I am a big reviewer. I read reviews and I leave reviews. Having said that, this is probably the most significant review I have ever and will ever leave in my life.That is for one reason. This place did not change my life, it saved my life.I was a resident at The Prado house for 90 days, from the end of May until the end of August 2024.Nothing I could write, no eloquent words could ever do justice to this program and the amazing staff. Each one is so committed to the well-being of each resident. Johnny, my case manager, is without a doubt top three favorite men in my life. His genuine desire to provide empathetic support is second to none. I cannot sing his praises enough. Kim is amazing and Maggie has to be one of my favorite human beings on this planet. ALL the staff is beyond dedicated.I came in with an 8-year heroin addiction, and a 10-year meth addiction. Among other things. I expected to leave this facility with 90 days clean. And I did that. I never would have imagined those 90 days would now be at the bottom of the list of what I gained in my time there. 90 days sober while you're in "a bubble" is not all that hard to accomplish. Being filled with the confidence, the desire, the faith and given not only a toolbox FULL of tools but the tricks to applying those tools the second you walk out the door, now that's what gives you a fighting chance. I received that in the His House / New Creation program.They carefully transition you at the end of your time there to wherever you and your case manager decide is best. There are MANY options.And their alumni! The HHNC Alumni is second to none! The continual support of like-minded people who are committed to their sobriety and working a solid program of recovery is priceless!I HIGHLY recommend this program to anyone suffering from any type of substance abuse disorder.If you are willing to put in the work and pursue recovery as hard as you pursued your addiction, please, call this program. They have mens homes, a womens home as well as co-ed homes. They accept medi-cal. Even OC medi-cal. As well as private pay.I hope this helps anyone on here looking for information and HOPE. I was a patient at this facility when i was 14, i stayed for 6-7 days. the staff are amazing, a lot of the things they did helped me heal as a person. as much as i always wanted to go home, i needed to be there more than anything. i went in there with dark circles, on an empty stomach and feeling like i had nothing to live for and i was filled with anger . when i first walked into this facility i was genuinely scared and terribly depressed . when i walked out that place i realized that i got more help than i thought. i ve grown so much since ive left, they taught me how to help myself and be happy for myself. i deeply appreciate this facility and the nurses who helped me. i had a hard time talking in there with the other patients but as the days went on i felt like there was something we all had to relate too in this facility. Thank You BMC, you guys helped me a lot and i could never know how to thank all of you guys. i look forward to working here when im older so i can help the children that were once in my place.

I love MFI Recovery. From the moment I started this program it has been nothing but a blessing.The staff there has been so supportive ,caring, and motivating. If you re looking for a place to get sober this is it. they have the best therapist his name is Corey love him. the nursing staff was absolutely incredible Matt, Theresa, Celine and so many others. they really care about you. I really wanted to get sober and the staff knew this. My first time trying to get sober and i for the first time in my life i felt cared for genuinely. they just want to help you. very under appreciated. Goodness Celine was my intake nurse and i was so scared she made me feel so comfortable. Theresa made me feel loved. Matt talked to me about my interests and showed me the stars. Alex did amazing meditations at night, if we wanted. Rosie is an amazing cook and an even better woman. Brandi (or Y only god knows how to spell her name lol sorry :( ) was such a great and engaging person to teach me about addiction. This was the best experience of my life and i cannot thank the staff enough. they still play such a huge part in my sobriety and if i had a bad experience i wouldn t be sober. they saved my life.

I went to New Origins for treatment around 5 years ago i guess at this point and i didnt even stay for a particularly long amount of time but there are still days that i wake up and see the sun shining and think about how grateful i am for the experience i had here. It was easily the most impactful and life altering decision i have made in my life. I attended this program back in 2021. It was the perfect bridge back into real life from being in addiction. This isn t just a 30 day spin cycle treatment center. The life skills I learned over the 8 months I was here prepared me for my life ahead. I have been clean and sober since I left the New Origins program. I regularly come back to visit as Alumni. My therapist was great, the owner cares deeply and is involved daily in patient care, and the staff is motivating. Thank you New Origins for a new way of life.

I m so very grateful for RRR! After going through a detox facility i chose RRR for my IOP program, Desmond being the first person i spoke with and i immediately felt that he cared about me, i then worked with Keith G. and Yolanda and they are the very best of the best! Absolutely a blessing these people are . They listen and don t judge. The program is great and is the foundation for my recovery. Don t know what or where id be without them having my back and instilling their knowledge upon me. I can t stress enough how important an IOP program is! Everyone from the front office staff to the others i mentioned are the most caring people I ve known and I m blessed to have found them. Riverside Recovery Resources was more than collaborative and professional with their program. The tools acquired from understanding the dangers of intoxicated driving became subconsciously instilled as well as reratifying towards the license that we all sign up to receive. They prestige driving privilege and facilitate perspective to people striding to rectify their lives and hop back into society with a more refined approach. I would totally take their courses again, but I truly do not wish to put myself in this situation again. However, I highly recommend them to anyone seeking legal atonement.

I commend them for practicing what they preach (most clinics will talk a good game but will DO the bare minimum) It's like having found a hidden treasure. From the reception (Deanna is AMAZING) to the dentist and his assistants, my loved one is 84 years old and she's always talking about how kind she is treated. This is almost unheard of for other clinics! And yet despite having to serve dozens of patients a day, staff does an incredible job of not only providing the services, but also making sure patients feel respected. They have composed a phenomenal team of great people and get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I appreciate all their hard work and dedication and judging by their excellent ratings, so does everyone else. Thank you ALL!

Morongo Indian Health Clinic is the only Indian clinic in southern California that does root Canals. IDK why other clinics do not do root Canals but I am registered Navajo Nation, I pay roughly $250 per crown. Root canal or not, only cost is for the crown. "Dr. D." Is the #1 dentist. He should get approved another Hawaii vacation or better. Dr. D does not understand why ALL dentists do not do root canals, he says that all dentists have to do them to graduate dental school, so why can't they do them at every Indian Health clinic? I live in Barstow but it's worth it to go to Dr. D at morongo for my dental needs.

I had an awesome experience with the High Road Program. I was blessed to have the coolest counselor ever (Joe) who was such an encouragement to me. He always made class interesting so that it wasn't burdensome, and has a powerful testimony of how God brought him out of darkness. His words resonated with me and I am so grateful to have met him. I went in with a negative attitude and outlook on life. The high road program changed that. It s not a place you would like to go because people who are sent there is because of an existing DUI. However, if you are sent there, go in with an open mind. You might have found your saving grace.
