My kiddo spent time at Phoenix Rising in 2025. The staff was attentive and caring and was continually going the extra mile. The rehab home was very nice and comfortable. My kiddos shared that he had the best therapist he has ever had and he’s had quite a few. The drug and alcohol counselor was also outstanding. Highly recommend!

I have been to many treatment facilities, and Solution Point is by far the best one. I felt safe to be me, to be vulnerable, to open up and be honest. The staff are very caring and loving and supportive. You feel the genuine compassion they have for all their clients. It’s a smaller community which allows for more time with counselors and better opportunity to develop close bonds with your peers, and to really get to know yourself again. You develop friendships and connections that will help you further your recovery once you leave. You make a family for life once you take that first step through those doors! Thank you to everyone at Solution Point!

I have been to many different rehab facilities. Solution point was the first rehab where I actually feel like I got something out of it. The groups were educational and intimate. The facility is small housing only 8 people, so you actually got the attention you needed and felt comfortable to share in groups. Not to mention you have your own private room, with your own tv in it. The place is very clean and inviting and chef Izzy is amazing! If I ever have to do this again God forbid, I will hands down no question come back to Solution point. Thank you everyone that was there for me during my stay! You all are amazing people. Especially you T lol I love you guys 😘😊

My time at SolutionPoint has been amazing. The counselors and staff members are incredibly kind and are truly invested in helping individuals get sober and stay sober. The facility is immaculate and each room has a great bed and wall mounted flat screen tv. The groups sessions are intimate and foster connection on a deeper level of understanding about alcoholism and relapse prevention. This is a special place for recovery and provides a safe place to be vulnerable and build a solid foundation for recovery.

What you need to know about Ranch Creek Recovery: They accept health care insurance. Katie was great in helping me find the right healthcare provider and coordinating enrollment PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: coordinate which house you will be staying at (Bass or Dorrien), what day you'll be arriving, how you'll get to the program, pack a week worth of clothes including a bathing suit, books, booklight (if you plan to read, because all lightbulbs are the dimmest possible), and alarm clock (unless you like counselors walking into your space, waking you up randomly). UPON ARRIVAL: You will need to be dropped off (there is no personal parking or vehicle storage). You'll go through a search (appropriately, light pocket check and bags emptied) all electronics will be confiscated (headphones, phones, chargers, etc) and stored in a locked closet. Full inventory documented for all items. You will have up-to 3 days to DETOX as needed where you can sleep and rest privately. I personally got bored very fast and decided to join the group early rather than just sleep, but the option is available as needed. ONCE SETTLED IN: There is a 7 day blackout period where you are not allowed phone or computer use and can not have visitors or communicate with family/friends (emergency exceptions). There are typically 4 (one hour) group sessions daily, during which either worksheets are used from various therapy resources, or rehabilitation-related YouTube videos are shown. Counselors rotate based on internal scheduling. You'll have 1-2 private therapy sessions scheduled each week for one on one with Leena or Christine both are great to work with and talk to one on one. Meals are scheduled 3 times a day, residents are responsible for cooking their own meals and can "graze" in making snacks/meals as needed. DEPARTING: A close-out assessment will be completed prior to your scheduled last day with an emergency safety plan for sign off. A pick-up time will be scheduled, all itemized inventory reviewed with sign-off. an IOP Intensive Outpatient Program will be offered through RCR Ranch Creek Recovery and/or a plan for after care reviewed. NOTES: Phone use allowed 1 hour a day at night after dinner, following a 7 day blackout period. Group sessions can be "boring" lots of downtime, lots of staff turnover. There are two houses BASS & DORRIEN. Bass is the main property and where groups are held. Sleeps 6 residents. There are 3 private bedrooms each with a queen bed (one has it's own bathroom, the other 2 share a bathroom), and 1 oversized bedroom with 3 queen beds, another full bathroom by the living room. big screen smart tv, L-shaped old sofa [over-due to be replaced], matching captains chair with footrest [also ready to be replaced], eloquent dining room (dedicated as an art space), enormous dream kitchen with separate pantry room, food shopping is done once a week with a list (residents responsible to cook their own meals), Pool Table, Ping Pong,, Pool (ICE COLD), Jacuzzi (turned on Friday night only, no lights), garage with some gym equipment (you can use during free time), and a large sunny well maintained backyard is accessible. Dorrien is the "overflow" smaller secondary house about 10 minutes away. Also sleeps 6 total. 1 large bedroom with 3 beds, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 master with a queen bed which shares a jack-and-jill bathroom. TV, living room, hot tub. DAILY ITENTERARY: This is where it gets a bit "grey space" .... There is a plan on paper (somewhere) and then there is reality. PAPER PLAN *I could be slightly off, as no schedule was provided wake up 7am-7:30am breakfast 8am-9am 9am-12pm & 1pm-5pm group lunch 12pm-1pm daily dinner 5pm-6pm daily free time 6pm-10pm Tuesday = Sound Therapy (AMAZING) Wednesday = Yoga (BEGINNER) Thursday = Fitness Training (NOPE) Friday = Educational Rehabilitation Movie & Horse Therapy Saturday = "outing activity" (NOPE) Sunday = Family visitation 12pm-4pm (last 2 weeks only) its helpful if youre looking to get clean. The property and people are nice overall.

Front desk is so unprofessional. They hang up on you and keep you on hold for over an hour. They cancel your appointments on you and waste your gas and time. There is zero accountability for the person behind the desk, because there is no supervision. It's just sad that I have to rely on these bafoons for medical care.

I had to change health insurance because I was laid off my job, which is how I ended up going to this medical office. Not going to lie, I was really apprehensive about going here, because I read up on so many reviews about San Ysidro Health and a couple of their locations. To be completely honest, I think I lucked out and ended up with a wonderful Doctor and had a pleasant experience with her, and the rest of the staff here. The reason I went in for an appointment was to establish care with a new PCP bc my former one did accept the new insurance I was on. The nurse who took me into the room, assessed me and took my vital was so kind and thorough. Dr. Jacqueline Guerra was so nice, so kind, extremely thorough, was open to any questions, and most importantly, listened and took note of everything I had concerns about. She sent me get lab work done, after my appointment and I’m now awaiting for our follow-up appointment this week. So far, my experience has been a great one and can’t wait to continue working with Dr. Guerra.

I commend them for practicing what they preach (most clinics will talk a good game but will DO the bare minimum) It's like having found a hidden treasure. From the reception (Deanna is AMAZING) to the dentist and his assistants, my loved one is 84 years old and she's always talking about how kind she is treated. This is almost unheard of for other clinics! And yet despite having to serve dozens of patients a day, staff does an incredible job of not only providing the services, but also making sure patients feel respected. They have composed a phenomenal team of great people and get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I appreciate all their hard work and dedication and judging by their excellent ratings, so does everyone else. Thank you ALL!

Morongo Indian Health Clinic is the only Indian clinic in southern California that does root Canals. IDK why other clinics do not do root Canals but I am registered Navajo Nation, I pay roughly $250 per crown. Root canal or not, only cost is for the crown. "Dr. D." Is the #1 dentist. He should get approved another Hawaii vacation or better. Dr. D does not understand why ALL dentists do not do root canals, he says that all dentists have to do them to graduate dental school, so why can't they do them at every Indian Health clinic? I live in Barstow but it's worth it to go to Dr. D at morongo for my dental needs.

Tammy was an amazing counselor and had our back. She cared about us. Bernard the driver was a good soul and he deserved a raise. He was a friend. The food was decent. A few of the RAs were cool. James did the best he could. They had a chessboard the beds wernt too bad and we’d drive 30-40 minutes to Malibu to go in the beach every other morning. Some of us suffered worse than others- some stories are best left untold…..but the strong ones stuck together. We formed ourselves into a tight group. Sometimes we’d watch the rabbits in the backyard. Sometimes we’d wake in the night to the sounds of the others who couldn’t sleep through it. As far as everything else. All u gotta do is talk to anyone who’s ever been here to tell the tale. When I left in worse shape then when I came in i had a seizure at Burbank airport right before boarding to SFO as a result of reluctantly taking medical advice given to me. Should have listened to my gut. I survived. A stranger on the plane helped me breathe through it, and I didn’t bite my tongue or hit my head. I can’t remember the guys name. I was lucky. And when I called back they turned their back. No refunds. Gaslit, blocked, You’re on ur own. But I made it home alive. And battled the taper off what I was given for weeks with instinct and proper medical advice We , the Survivors stick together afterwards. All u gotta do is Google the doctors name. All you gotta do is pay close attention to your instinct when speaking with administrator and don’t let desperation, withdrawal, or urgency blind you. Beware of 5 star reviews that all sound similar. Bad reviews are very inexpensive to delete. To any person considering (before they delete this) Please take a deeper look before you send a suffering loved one here. Objects in mirror are closer then they appear

I showed up to Treehouse ready to change but i didn't know how to make these changes. Anything i tried alone always seemed to fail until i was accepted into the treehouse family. They showed me how to handle simple to complex tasks with a rational clear thinking mind. They gave me the tools and confidence to stay in a state of gratitude day in and day out. They solidified my hard working ethics and gave me a place to call home. We worked hard and we had a lot of fun. I particularly love the ocean (surfing, diving, skimboarding) so being on the boats with the team was my favorite part of the physical modalities. I owe it big time to the clinical staff for listening intently, caring and asking the right questions at the right time to help me work through a lifetime of baggage.

I have thought long and hard about how to write a review that would be both beneficial to those looking for the right center, and to the New Method's community. The following is my best effort. I researched centers, all over the country, that specialized in dual -diagnosis treatment and landed on New Method Wellness for their comprehensive and holistic approach, location, and team of specialists. Firstly, I spoke with Juanita--admissions director at New Method Wellness--weekly for about a month prior to my daughter agreeing to get help. She was compassionate, but there was also a no-nonsense honestly about her approach. Though she asked me critical questions about my daughter's addictions and mental health, she also opened a line of communication about my role. I would later realize that this was an important part of supporting me for what was to come. When my daughter hit her "bottom," she was ready to talk with Juanita. Game changer! Juanita, through a combination of real talk and compassionate support, laid out a possible path to sobriety. Though it was not a given that my daughter would accept the many challenges that came with getting healthy (in mind, body and spirit), she finally agreed to try. Juanita shared her insights and learned wisdom of navigating the logistics of getting started on this journey, and has continued to be a foundational member of the New Method's team. Things New Method Wellness doesn't do: * They do not make guarantees, and they don't claim to be an easy program. * They do not patronize or diminish the severity of dual-diagnosis, or sugar-coat the harmful consequences of addiction. Things New Method Wellness does: * They provide a holistic and evidence-based program for treating some mental health issues and addiction. * They provide a residential-based living experience that separates the treatment center, from the "home" environment. * They require personal responsibility, and hold clients accountable for their choices * They combine compassionate services with expectations that the clients (and when appropriate their families) are willing and able to work the program. New Method Wellness helped save my daughter's life - and I do not say this lightly. They provided the foundational programming, caring support and nonjudgmental environment that, when combined, created a space for her to feel safe, and subsequently, allowed her to see her choices and disease through a different lens. I believe a program is only as good as its parts, and at New Method Wellness, all parts including support staff and administration, specialists, programming, and adjunct practitioners, are worth mentioning and thanking. My daughter's primary therapist Tracy (in concert with the rest of the therapeutic team) was, and still is, a critical part of her recovery process. She is part sounding board, part voice of support and wisdom, and part cheerleader - and from what I can tell - all heart. Having said all this, my daughter had to do the work. New Method Wellness can only offer services and support, and as with most healing programs, each client must choose to participate - fully and honestly - and within the boundaries set by the center. I am grateful every day for the people and the work being done at New Method Wellness (and other caring centers). I am grateful for the community and the 12-step programs, and I am grateful to hear my amazing daughter's beautiful voice on the phone each morning with an excited *Good Morning* that makes my heart soar. If you are searching for a place for you, or your loved one, to start a journey towards health and healing, I highly recommend New Method Wellness. It can be life-changing.

I spent 30 days at the Turrell house, and although it was my first time in treatment I believe I was meant to come to this place specifically. They did such a wonderful job welcoming me, the staff and residents really helped me settle in to the routines of the program. I loved every single group session we did throughout my stay, and i loved all of the outside meetings we went to every week, I learned so much, and I actually found my sponsor because of this program. They really care about every client individually and are very attentive to specific needs. I loved working with Katie as my case manager, she did an amazing job. Thank you so much Everlast, I’ll definitely be back to visit!

I tried over and over to get clean and stay clean, when I came to hathaway it was my last chance, my family wanted nothing more to do with me. I went to Hathaway for detox and ended up staying 90days. The gratitude I have for Hathaway is never ending, the amazing support of the staff and follow through with my treatment therapy and counseling was what I really needed to help me with my trauma and get my life back. If anyone feels like they have no more hope I recommend Hathaway 110%.

AEGIS Medical Systems - Ontario is part of the Pinnacle Treatment Center Network. They operate an outpatient opioid recovery clinic in Ontario, California. They serve adults affected by addiction to alcohol, opiates and other drugs. Their primary focus is opioid use disorders. They also offer “whole person” treatment for co-occurring conditions
I came here for courtesy dose in August and again in November. They are great there! If I move out here this is the clinic I definitely would go here. The price for just 7 days of methadone was $140!! This is the 2 nd time I paid this price for a week. We don’t have much money we are trying to get our lives back and this is a life or death medication for us. The methadone is way overpriced here, while it is not an expensive drug from the pharmacy.

I like to thank Pacific Bay recovery for helping my husband and treating him like family. The staff helped him every step of the way, we have tried several rehabilitation centers and none of them worked. My Husband has been through a lot was addicted to everything was a very agitated man and I am so thankful to have my husband back and it’s all because of this program. He stayed in the copper house for two months and he loved it so much. It was hard to bring him home. He chose his recovery center And he was there because he wanted to be there not because he wanted to be Not because he had to be there. He was not the easiest patient in the beginning, but he stuck it out because Made him feel comfortable as they treated him like family. His big guy there since January 5. And they have truly been a blessing to our family Him get through his addictions, his mental state, they have great counselors Psychiatrist they have been a blessing. He is now changed man and a great husband And grandfather, I’m truthfully grateful Of your help I love you all!! My father has been attending this recovery place. Watching someone you love struggle is one of the most painful experiences life can offer. My father’s journey with addiction affected not only him, but our entire family. This rehab gave my dad a chance to step away from the chaos and begin to face the pain that fueled his addiction. This place has treated him greatly and I'll be forever grateful for what they have done. Since entering the program a few months ago, he has begun the hard work of healing. I finally feel like I have my dad back and could not be more thankful for the staff and everyone else included, truly. I HIGHLY recommend this place for someone and/or a family member struggling with addiction.

Life-Changing Experience at Pacific Bay Recovery Center As a mom, choosing a rehab for my son was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. After researching countless facilities in San Diego, we decided on Pacific Bay Recovery Center, and I can confidently say it was the best decision we ever made. Pacific Bay didn’t just help my son recover—they saved his life. From the very beginning, they treated him like family. The care and compassion from every staff member, from the therapist and psychiatrist to the case managers, were unparalleled. They didn’t just see my son as another patient; they truly invested in his well-being and future. The individualized attention he received made all the difference. The therapists were deeply insightful, helping him understand and address the root causes of his struggles. The psychiatrist provided thoughtful, expert guidance, and the case managers were a source of constant support, ensuring he stayed on track every step of the way. Beyond the clinical care, the atmosphere at Pacific Bay is warm and welcoming—a safe haven for anyone seeking to rebuild their life. They created a nurturing environment where my son felt seen, heard, and valued. Today, my son is thriving, and it’s all thanks to the dedicated team at Pacific Bay. I am forever grateful to them for giving me my son back and helping him rediscover hope, purpose, and joy. If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond to treat your loved one with the care they deserve, I cannot recommend Pacific Bay Recovery Center highly enough.
