Bella monte is simply the best and I mean the best rehab I’ve ever attended. My 6th one. From the great staff (people just like me and you, addicts), from the different foods they provide. 3 hot meals a day. And u can make ur own food and munch thru out the day. To the rooms. Amazing clean private so comfy beds. Pillows suck tho. Ain’t gonna lie. It’s literally a 5 start resort rehab. The peace and tranquility it gives your mind is exactly what u need and crave for in the time after drug abuse. Every staff member that was there in the month of April 2025 will forever be In my heart! There part of my recovery and the reason I am sober today still . I love you guys and gals. Thank you for listening to me with open hearts and non judgmental eyes. Groups were exactly what I needed . It’s small groups but I love it . I got better one on ones. And I talked all my problems out . THIS IS REALLY THE PLACE WHERE YOUR LIFE BEGINS TO CHANGE . Thank you staff! Wish I could bug u guys once more. But not as a client. But as a friend . As a brother . Your best alumni JULIAN TAPIA !!!!!

Jeff is the man. …. Been there twice and it took traction during round two back on New Year’s Day 2021. Recovery and Rehab you can get whatever you want. Their curriculum at the Ranch is successful just like at different recovery treatment centers. So surrender and go with their program, or you can’t do anything and figure you “got this” or maybe do shady things even there. Your choice, surrender and take it in and try something new, or loiter with intent and see how it works out for you. First tried AA on 12-01-2007 but never surrendered ( figuring I got this) but when I gave up, surrendered, and wanted it no matter what, I finally got sober, do the math on my sobriety and waisted 13 years trying to do it my way. So in AA, or, NA you can do or get everything you want. I want to be sober and nothing else. I surrendered 100% 01-01-21. Thanks Mike and the rest of team and family from the Ranch for saving me. I went through this program in 2023, and will forever recommend this place to anyone and everyone I come in contact with that is fighting addiction. The staff genuinely cares and puts their whole hearts in everything they do. When I admitted, my son was in the system, I was facing a joint suspension if I kept doing what I was doing. But, with their help, I just hit my 16 months clean and sober November 19th, I have my son, my CPS case is CLOSED, I successfully completed probation without any violations, and am now in school and dedicating my life to helping others the way this whole facility helped me. Thank you Hacienda, for everything you did for me ❤️

If I could rate it a zero I would. I tried to get my husband help because he was having suicidal thoughts and unfortunately he was brought here to West unit in Behavioral Health. When he was brought into the ER, the nurses were referring to him as the psycho in front of his face. This makes me livid because as it is it's hard to convince your loved one that they need help and that they will get help. That they will be better once they get the help. Then this, they come into a facility like this, undignified care center that treats them like animals and garbage. Once in the behavioral health unit they get yelled at pushed around and put down at all hours of the day. No one deserves this treatment no one. They should be treated with compassion and sympathy and dignity of all things. The most concerning thing to me is that my husband wasn't offered to take his regular meds that he needs daily. His face has been super swollen that you can't even see his eyes. When he calls home his speech is very slurred and my daughter's andi don't understand him. He's always sleepy and tired. After he eats every meal he is very tired and sleeps most of the day. This is not like him at all. He is very actually very and a happy spirit and always anxious to be with his family. It's killing me that the doctors and nurses don't really explain anything about there care plan because the hospital makes everything confidential and not even me as a wife can get any info on what they have given him and what the plan is and what they are giving him to have him all stupid most of th day. He was supposed to come out today and I had a doctor's appointment to get my surgery scheduled to remove my gallbladder and I had to cancel because they didn't even bother to call and notify me that he wasn't gonna be released today on time for me to make my appointment. He's has been scared and uncomfortable at this crappy place. I hope and wish no one to come in paths with this hell hole because it's very unprofessional and disgusting. This place needs to get shut down in all honesty. Please everyone advocate for your loved ones going through a mental crisis and or mental breakdowns. They need all the love and all the attention to get through it. Mental health is no joke and should be taken serious and they need lots of love

I love MFI Recovery. From the moment I started this program it has been nothing but a blessing. The staff there has been so supportive ,caring, and motivating. Their ability to cater to each of the individual needs of all the people that attend classes there is incredible. Tho I am not blood related to anyone there, I feel as tho I am part of a family that loves and respects me and that truly cares about my success in overcoming my addiction. I would recommend that anyone that is feeling alone or abandoned in their addiction go in to MFI on Tuesday and talk to Jessica. She is so kind and very efficient during the intake process. Once your paperwork is complete and you are assigned a counselor you will see what a great place it is and everyday will be better then the day before. I am so grateful that I decided to enroll here.,

* I would like to edit my review to say that although I’ve had my differences with certain staff and the program manager they do an excellent job and do have genuine care and concern for clients I appreciate whiteside for helping me navigate through my rough patch in life and Anna for always keeping it real.* More than it appears, my experience at Whiteside is a complex blend of positive and negative aspects. While I genuinely believe Whiteside is a special place. There are many positive aspects of Whiteside that I appreciate. Ron, the owner, genuinely cares about the clients, and the facility itself fosters a healing environment. Majority of the counselors are incredibly talented and supportive.

I was a patient here about 2 weeks ago, I honestly was so scared to come here but who wouldn’t be? But I went through with the process and ended up having a pretty good experience here. I made amazing friends who were so supportive and who I could relate to. They honestly ended up being like family to me, and I felt so comfortable around them. I as well created bonds with certain staff who made things feel so much better. Staff and peers both supported me so much, this place taught me so many things and without it I don’t think I would have been able to make the progress that I’ve made in my recovery. Citlalli was especially so so helpful. She gave me the reassurance that I needed and she helped me to feel understood and comforted. My therapist was so helpful and supportive as well. Of course there are pros and cons to being here and everyone’s experience is different, but I personally made a lot of good memories that I’ll forever cherish and keep close to my heart. :) The groups helped me a lot and helped me to become more comfortable with speaking up for myself. Staff would sometimes joke and play around with us as well which helped the experience become more enjoyable and more comfortable. Even though there are many good things to this place, there’s also cons that come along with it. My peers and I sometimes would have problems with the staff but most of the times the problems were resolved. It also would feel very draining at times being here and doing the same things everyday but you have to just keep pushing forward and keep on finding motivation and keep it close to you. If your coming here, don’t be afraid!! You’ve got this!💗

This program has changed my life completely! Ramona leads an incredible program, the entire treatment from start to finish was thorough and well thought out. The therapists, Xavier, Maggy, and Ghazeleh showed grace, empathy, care, and genuine compassion to every single patient. I was fortunate enough to have Paola, the clinical therapist lead, as my main therapist and we uncovered years of traumatic experiences I was not ready to face. I will forever recommend this program to anyone in need and look forward to the after care they offer after completing this program!

I stayed in the adult section (unit 300) for 5 days. It was a good experience overall, even with a couple scary moments from other patients. The food was good, the patients were sweet, and the staff was on top of things. The only issue I had with this place is I believe they need more Spanish speaking staff on the floor and more phones available. Overall, I feel like everyone was treated fairly and I liked the activities that they had for us.

All of the staff here are absolutely wonderful! They have great food, catered meals, lots of great snacks, outings, such as bowling in the movies and Broadway theater in Riverside. The work they do for Addiction is over the top. 30 to 120 day programs with therapy, group counseling, and one on one counseling. Better than A Luxury rehab in Malibu. They take forms of Medi-Cal like IEHP and the homes are clean and beautiful. Ron is the owner and he is involved and does such a great job. Theresa as a counselor for the women’s house is over the top great!
