Bella monte is simply the best and I mean the best rehab I’ve ever attended. My 6th one. From the great staff (people just like me and you, addicts), from the different foods they provide. 3 hot meals a day. And u can make ur own food and munch thru out the day. To the rooms. Amazing clean private so comfy beds. Pillows suck tho. Ain’t gonna lie. It’s literally a 5 start resort rehab. The peace and tranquility it gives your mind is exactly what u need and crave for in the time after drug abuse. Every staff member that was there in the month of April 2025 will forever be In my heart! There part of my recovery and the reason I am sober today still . I love you guys and gals. Thank you for listening to me with open hearts and non judgmental eyes. Groups were exactly what I needed . It’s small groups but I love it . I got better one on ones. And I talked all my problems out . THIS IS REALLY THE PLACE WHERE YOUR LIFE BEGINS TO CHANGE . Thank you staff! Wish I could bug u guys once more. But not as a client. But as a friend . As a brother . Your best alumni JULIAN TAPIA !!!!!

Jeff is the man. ….
Been there twice and it took traction during round two back on New Year’s Day 2021. Recovery and Rehab you can get whatever you want. Their curriculum at the Ranch is successful just like at different recovery treatment centers. So surrender and go with their program, or you can’t do anything and figure you “got this” or maybe do shady things even there. Your choice, surrender and take it in and try something new, or loiter with intent and see how it works out for you. First tried AA on 12-01-2007 but never surrendered ( figuring I got this) but when I gave up, surrendered, and wanted it no matter what, I finally got sober, do the math on my sobriety and waisted 13 years trying to do it my way. So in AA, or, NA you can do or get everything you want. I want to be sober and nothing else. I surrendered 100% 01-01-21. Thanks Mike and the rest of team and family from the Ranch for saving me.

I went through this program in 2023, and will forever recommend this place to anyone and everyone I come in contact with that is fighting addiction. The staff genuinely cares and puts their whole hearts in everything they do. When I admitted, my son was in the system, I was facing a joint suspension if I kept doing what I was doing. But, with their help, I just hit my 16 months clean and sober November 19th, I have my son, my CPS case is CLOSED, I successfully completed probation without any violations, and am now in school and dedicating my life to helping others the way this whole facility helped me. Thank you Hacienda, for everything you did for me ❤️

It's rehab. It's not the first place you'd LIKE to be, but if you're stuck in any kinda of addiction it's the clinc you need to be. The staff for the most part genuinely care about their clients and the case management and therapists truly care about your addiction and recovery. You could list hundreds of things wrong about any rehab clinc but there is no better COMMUNITY than here at Banyan. So many different individuals with so many different lifestyles coming together to detox, have relationships started from one of the darkest times in life. Come, listen, learn, take to heart, and never come back. You can do this, and Banyan is there to make it as easy as possible for you 🙏

The staff, nurses, and my doctor are all great — friendly and professional, but the wait times are way too long. Walk-ins for simple things like X-rays or glasses adjustments can take up to two hours, even though the actual service takes 10 minutes.
It’s a small clinic and seems understaffed, which might be the issue. I’ve seen people leave because they can’t wait that long. The place really needs an upgrade to improve wait times.

I desperately needed to get sober & doing it on my own wasn’t working. I had no idea what to expect from this place. From my very first phone call, to the day I was discharged, the staff, nurses, techs & counselors were absolutely amazing & incredibly friendly & compassionate. The women I met and lived with at Fisher Hall surrounded me with nothing but love and support & for the first time, I didn’t feel alone in my disease. The property was beautiful, the food was good & I loved cruising the book store. The psychiatrist, Young, however, was the only disappointing part of my 28 day stay. His comment, “…in 20 years, if you live that long,” was hurtful, especially for someone so vulnerable & new to rehab and sobriety. He also made other upsetting comments to other women in my hall, but that is not my story to tell. Other than that, my stay was amazing & it gave me the tools I desperately needed. Thank you, Hazeldon Betty Ford!

Overall I had an excellent experience at BF - the only negative comment I could make was the atmosphere in detox- I found the the environment to be dark and depressing, the rooms smelly and a rare and occasion condescending staff member - the minute I walked into DuPont Hall everything changed- I was fortunate to be surrounded by an incredibly supportive and communicative group of patients - I felt very fortunate to have been assigned Bryan Wilmoth as my counselor- he is exceptional at what he does - the small group gatherings were the highlight of my time here at BF - Bryan provides a safe environment that allows people to open up and express themselves in a non judgmental way - he provides levity when necessary and the written exercises were enlighten and productive- I can’t say enough good things about Bryan - last thing - the food was inconsistent and could certainly be better in my opinion - thx for the opportunity to review my experience at the BFC

They offer alternative techniques for addiction and menta | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I went to Kiloby for 6 months. the work they do at the center is very rewarding and changed my life. With that being said, it is a smaller treatment center with a small number of staff which results in a disorganized feeling to the program and a LOT of repeat groups which got very boring. Plus a lot of time is spent sitting around doing 'self support' because they don't have enough staff to run groups and do one on one sessions at the same time. And don't be fooled when you hear them say this is not a 12 step program; 12 step meetings are MANDATORY. and one last thing: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SOBER LIVING... unless you like sleeping in very cheap bunk beds and tight quarters with upwards of 8-9 people at a time. I am not saying I don't think this is a good program, because it is and I got a lot out of it but I think there is a lot of room for improvement from Kiloby. Give it a try if you want to try something different that really gets to the core of your issues.
Update, 5 years later: After re-reading my review, and the reviews of others who have left a rating, I truly think The Kiloby Center deserves at least a 4-4.5 Star rating. On reflection, the work I did here changed my life more than any of the other programs I've been to. The comments I made about the sober living seem so trivial now.. I can honestly say, for a smaller treatment center, Kiloby did their best and still managed to make a bigger impact on my life than any other 'rehab'/program. I can't say thank you enough. this place gave me an entirely new point of view.

She treated me with a kind of respect, patience, and understanding that reminded me of the mother I never had. Her words hit different. She helped me see women in a healthier, more respectful way. She made me look at life through a clearer lens. She carries so much wisdom and experience, and the way she shares it stays with you. She’s humble, real, and you can feel her heart in everything she does.
I truly admire her. I don’t ever want to let her down. She played a huge role in my sobriety, and I’ll carry the things she taught me for the rest of my life. I had an incredible experience at DUI TUNR Behavioral Health in San Bernardino. From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth and compassion by the amazing staff. They genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to ensure you feel supported throughout your journey. The counselors are knowledgeable, empathetic, and truly dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. The program itself is well-structured and provides the tools needed for real, lasting change. I can't thank the team enough for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Thank you, Sophia and the amazing staff you work with !

They offer supervised medical treatment to safely manage withdrawal symptoms during detoxification, residential care providing long term s | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Spent a month here back in the summer of 2016
Had a wonderful experience and bonded with all the other people I was there with. Haven't touched alcohol since July 13th 2016. I always look back on the month I spent here fondly despite the circumstances of needing to check in to rehab being one of the darkest times of my life. The people complaining it's not some 5 star hotel are mental. Yeah you get a tiny bed, you have a bunk mate and the facilities arent the greatest but if you're spending time here you're not there for pleasure. The group therapy and structured days were exactly what my addict/alcoholic self needed. The fact it wasn't some bourgeoisie cushy hotel stay helped me focus on what I was there to do which was to address my alcoholism and addiction. The food was good and and the staff was firm yet caring and considerate. If my insurance would have covered a 3 month stay I would have stayed longer than a month.

I absolutely loved this place. The best place to get help and to grow and understand yourself more. I couldn’t have made it where I am today without their help. I am 1 yr and 3 months sober. I am a house manager for a sober living and I work in a detox facility as well. I am doing things I never thought possible for myself, let alone being able to manage as much as I do now. This was the foundation of everything that I have become today. A HUGE thank you to all of the staff at Hope Lodge. I hope one day to return and share my story.
