Bella Monte is a special place where you heal with the help of caring and highly trained professionals. The staff is remarkable - their empathy and kindness coupled with an array of amazing therapeutic protocol and combined with the resort-like ambience of the facility all add to create a special (almost magical) refuge for the client suffering from substance abuse. I cannot recommend Bella Monte more highly. I was on the precipice and the Bella Monte staff healed me with therapeutic tools and classes, amazing healthcare and diet options, and the fount of ever flowing kindness and empathy. I feel so lucky I choose Bella Monte - again, I cannot recommend it enough.

This place saved my life. Everyone there is like family. The counselor/therapists really help you find out why are using in the first place. The groups are usually pretty in depth as well. Not your typical, triggers and coping skills groups so that s good. The techs are awesome as well. I know a few people recently stopped working there so it probably isn t running as smoothly, but still it s the best place for u or a loved one! Love these guys so much!

I went through this program in 2023, and will forever recommend this place to anyone and everyone I come in contact with that is fighting addiction. The staff genuinely cares and puts their whole hearts in everything they do. When I admitted, my son was in the system, I was facing a joint suspension if I kept doing what I was doing. But, with their help, I just hit my 16 months clean and sober November 19th, I have my son, my CPS case is CLOSED, I successfully completed probation without any violations, and am now in school and dedicating my life to helping others the way this whole facility helped me. Five stars is not enough for Phoenix Rising! They should have ten stars! I punched and screamed to go inpatient. I was only going to stay for detox which is 7-8 days. And the love and compassion all there employees have I decided to stay an extra 3 weeks. There group sessions are amazing. Individual sessions are awesome! By the end of my treatment I didn t want to leave. I felt at home with everyone. I grew as a person. We became a family. Phoenix makes you feel like no matter what your important! They take the time to care.

When I came here I was scared, nervous, and uncomfortable as I came all the way from Detroit. But I quickly was welcomed with warm hugs from the staff, and was accepted and loved almost immediately by the community. The work being done here is by far the best I ve witnessed after multiple treatment centers. TLC has been nothing but great for me. I’ve been to multiple different rehabs and outpatient centers, but this has by far been a life changing experience for me. Without Michael’s House, and Michael’s House Transitional Living Center I would probably be dead by now. The staff is truly compassionate and knows exactly what it’s like to be in the grasp of addiction. The care they provide is unmatched and truly magical. Andrew the coordinator is very active with all the patients and plans amazing trips for all to in treatment to enjoy. He’s very important to the overall morale to the people there. A unique experience. I was there for almost 3 months and i highly disagree with being in a coed atmosphere not being able to talk to the opposite sex. Not realistic, not real life. Other then that i met some great people. I highly advise going to Daisy Lane which was a better experience than living on the campus.

Great place to address addiction and mental health. Most recently we went on a spiritual hike in Indian Canyon that was fantastic. The photo is from the top of the trail. The people here are caring and knowledgeable. Your treated with dignity. I came here straight from inpatient treatment at ABC. Definitely has had a great impact on my recovery. My time at SolutionPoint has been amazing. The counselors and staff members are incredibly kind and are truly invested in helping individuals get sober and stay sober. The facility is immaculate and each room has a great bed and wall mounted flat screen tv. I commend them for practicing what they preach (most clinics will talk a good game but will DO the bare minimum) It's like having found a hidden treasure. From the reception (Deanna is AMAZING) to the dentist and his assistants, my loved one is 84 years old and she's always talking about how kind she is treated. This is almost unheard of for other clinics! And yet despite having to serve dozens of patients a day, staff does an incredible job of not only providing the services, but also making sure patients feel respected. They have composed a phenomenal team of great people and get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Morongo Indian Health Clinic is the only Indian clinic in southern California that does root Canals. IDK why other clinics do not do root Canals but I am registered Navajo Nation, I pay roughly $250 per crown. Root canal or not, only cost is for the crown. "Dr. D." Is the #1 dentist. He should get approved another Hawaii vacation or better. Dr. D does not understand why ALL dentists do not do root canals, he says that all dentists have to do them to graduate dental school, so why can't they do them at every Indian Health clinic? I live in Barstow but it's worth it to go to Dr. D at morongo for my dental needs.

I went to Kiloby for 6 months. the work they do at the center is very rewarding and changed my life. With that being said, it is a smaller treatment center with a small number of staff which results in a disorganized feeling to the program and a LOT of repeat groups which got very boring. Plus a lot of time is spent sitting around doing 'self support' because they don't have enough staff to run groups and do one on one sessions at the same time. And don't be fooled when you hear them say this is not a 12 step program; 12 step meetings are MANDATORY. and one last thing: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SOBER LIVING... unless you like sleeping in very cheap bunk beds and tight quarters with upwards of 8-9 people at a time. I am not saying I don't think this is a good program, because it is and I got a lot out of it but I think there is a lot of room for improvement from Kiloby. Give it a try if you want to try something different that really gets to the core of your issues.Update, 5 years later: After re-reading my review, and the reviews of others who have left a rating, I truly think The Kiloby Center deserves at least a 4-4.5 Star rating. On reflection, the work I did here changed my life more than any of the other programs I've been to. The comments I made about the sober living seem so trivial now.. I can honestly say, for a smaller treatment center, Kiloby did their best and still managed to make a bigger impact on my life than any other 'rehab'/program. I can't say thank you enough. this place gave me an entirely new point of view.

I'm so very grateful to have had the privilege of experiencing the "magic" that happens on a daily basis at Kiloby. This is truly a place of unconditional love. The tools that they offer are priceless.

The Kiloby Center was my first experience of mindfulness, and I can t recommend it highly enough. It changed my life and I practice the living inquiries and listen to the guided meditations daily. They have caused me to realize the personality and the self is a construct and I am not stuck in my stories
