I love MFI Recovery. From the moment I started this program it has been nothing but a blessing.
The staff there has been so supportive ,caring, and motivating. Their ability to cater to each of the individual needs of all the people that attend classes there is incredible.
Tho I am not blood related to anyone there, I feel as tho I am part of a family that loves and respects me and that truly cares about my success in overcoming my addiction.
I would recommend that anyone that is feeling alone or abandoned in their addiction go in to MFI on Tuesday and talk to Jessica.
She is so kind and very efficient during the intake process. Once your paperwork is complete and you are assigned a counselor you will see what a great place it is and everyday will be better then the day before.

MFI is one of the reason's why I'll be celebrating 17 years clean next month.
I commend them for practicing what they preach (most clinics will talk a good game but will DO the bare minimum) It's like having found a hidden treasure. From the reception (Deanna is AMAZING) to the dentist and his assistants, my loved one is 84 years old and she's always talking about how kind she is treated. This is almost unheard of for other clinics! And yet despite having to serve dozens of patients a day, staff does an incredible job of not only providing the services, but also making sure patients feel respected. They have composed a phenomenal team of great people and get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I appreciate all their hard work and dedication and judging by their excellent ratings, so does everyone else. Thank you ALL!

Morongo dental office is great helpful and courteous. Had a root canal done I'm going to get my cowns done here too. If you in need of dental work and your indian this is a great place.

Morongo Indian Health Clinic is the only Indian clinic in southern California that does root Canals. IDK why other clinics do not do root Canals but I am registered Navajo Nation, I pay roughly $250 per crown. Root canal or not, only cost is for the crown. "Dr. D." Is the #1 dentist. He should get approved another Hawaii vacation or better. Dr. D does not understand why ALL dentists do not do root canals, he says that all dentists have to do them to graduate dental school, so why can't they do them at every Indian Health clinic? I live in Barstow but it's worth it to go to Dr. D at morongo for my dental needs.
The most wonderful and caring staff of any medical office I've been a patient of in my life! Everyone from the front desk to the back office is genuinely interested in your well being. Can't recommend this place enough!

Almost every one of the negative reviews are from 2+ years. This place has new staff and they are incredible. They are all so kind and helpful. The new psychiatrist I'm seeing (I don't know how to spell her name, but it's something like Dr Singh I think) I love her, she is extremely thorough and professional. Our first appt took an hour because she went through every aspect of my life from childhood and on to make sure my diagnoses were accurate and to be sure I didn't have any other disorders not yet picked up on. She even ordered blood work to be sure it wasn't deficiencies causing any of my symptoms. She is patient and truly calm, understanding and easy to talk to. I really enjoy this clinic and at this point I think it should have better reviews and stars!

I can’t tell you how wonderful HVRC is. The nursing staff, counselors and recovering addicts and alcoholics are loving and compassionate. I learned so much about my addiction and was given the tools to use upon discharge. If you have the chance, take the Pain class given by Shari. It’s about emotional pain. You will not regret it.

I love this place. Miss Jackie and Gwen alone make this place wonderful. Don't let where its at fool u. I resented this first time I went here. After a week realized this is exactly where I need to be. Detox is awesome they take care of there peps. The program there is amazing as well. HVRC is responsible for the reclamation of my spirit. I arrived for treatment thinking that my only problem was a critical dependency of alcohol. What I was shown is a manner of living that feeds my soul. No longer operating in the shadows, I can face life as it comes with a renewed sense of self that is not guided by fear and doubt. Arlene touched a part of my life and my recovery that I didn’t even know needed healing. She treated me with a kind of respect, patience, and understanding that reminded me of the mother I never had. She didn’t judge me, didn’t talk down to me she spoke to me like someone who genuinely wanted to see me win.
Her words hit different. She helped me see women in a healthier, more respectful way. She made me look at life through a clearer lens. She carries so much wisdom and experience, and the way she shares it stays with you. She’s humble, real, and you can feel her heart in everything she does.

Chadd — “The General” — made a real impact on me. He’s one of the few people I’ve met who doesn’t just talk recovery… he lives it. Every word he says comes from real experience, real struggles, and real growth. He’s humble, honest, and he treats everyone like equals. Talking to him feels like talking to someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
He never made me feel judged. Instead, he made me feel seen and heard. His wisdom hits deep because you know it’s coming from someone who’s walked the same road. If he ever wrote a book about his life, I swear it would inspire so many people.
McCarty House is stronger because of him. A lot of people find success there because of the way he shows up for others. I’m grateful I crossed paths with him during my recovery. He helped me more than he probably knows.

McCarty House really saved my life. The treatment and support was above and beyond anything I could’ve imagine. They were diligent about helping me during my detox and recovery. The staff was super attentive and supportive.
Everyone was helpful and genuine in wanting to see you succeed, and have longterm success in life. I can say these people running it are good people.

Bella monte is simply the best and I mean the best rehab I’ve ever attended. My 6th one. From the great staff (people just like me and you, addicts), from the different foods they provide. 3 hot meals a day. And u can make ur own food and munch thru out the day. To the rooms. Amazing clean private so comfy beds. Pillows suck tho. Ain’t gonna lie. It’s literally a 5 start resort rehab. The peace and tranquility it gives your mind is exactly what u need and crave for in the time after drug abuse. Every staff member that was there in the month of April 2025 will forever be In my heart! There part of my recovery and the reason I am sober today still . I love you guys and gals. Thank you for listening to me with open hearts and non judgmental eyes. Groups were exactly what I needed . It’s small groups but I love it . I got better one on ones. My experience was so amazing they have the best staff and the program is so helpful I love each and everyone there all the the people make you feel very welcomed I say that Bella Monte is the best detox and residential ever it's the best by far and I owe alot to Bella Monte and they check up on me once a week and I love them so much I call them once a week myself I think having a place like Bella Monte makes it much easier to recover and stay in recovery

Been there twice and it took traction during round two back on New Year’s Day 2021. Recovery and Rehab you can get whatever you want. Their curriculum at the Ranch is successful just like at different recovery treatment centers. So surrender and go with their program, or you can’t do anything and figure you “got this” or maybe do shady things even there. Your choice, surrender and take it in and try something new, or loiter with intent and see how it works out for you. First tried AA on 12-01-2007 but never surrendered ( figuring I got this) but when I gave up, surrendered, and wanted it no matter what, I finally got sober, do the math on my sobriety and waisted 13 years trying to do it my way. So in AA, or, NA you can do or get everything you want. I want to be sober and nothing else. I surrendered 100% 01-01-21. Thanks Mike and the rest of team and family from the Ranch for saving me.

I completed treatment here seven years ago and it was life-altering; I continue to abstain from alcohol. The team approaches care with genuine compassion and professionalism, creating an environment where real healing can take place. I am lucky enough to still know many of the staff and peers that I initially met while in treatment and I remain engaged in the alumni program - building community has been key to maintaining sobriety.
I highly recommend Michael’s House and encourage anyone who is on the precipice of deciding whether or not to go to treatment to just do it - You won’t regret it.

I went through this program in 2023, and will forever recommend this place to anyone and everyone I come in contact with that is fighting addiction. The staff genuinely cares and puts their whole hearts in everything they do. When I admitted, my son was in the system, I was facing a joint suspension if I kept doing what I was doing. But, with their help, I just hit my 16 months clean and sober November 19th, I have my son, my CPS case is CLOSED, I successfully completed probation without any violations, and am now in school and dedicating my life to helping others the way this whole facility helped me. This place has magic! All staff working here are in recovery themselves. They know what your going through. They are patient kind yet firm when it comes to working a program to stay off drugs.
This place is truly a house of miracles. I know this because I worked there for a year as a counselor. They truly do care about people and are very determined to give them hope for a better future. This is a place that you can find purpose for your life and get a fresh start. Rancho Milagro helped me with my journey to being a drug free addict. Some staff are very spiritual and if you choose they will guide you spiritually. Brandon, Michelle very spiritual. The ones that aren't still respect your higher power. No judging. Some of them can relate to us the addicts. I recommend this place to heal your addiction and your soul. Judee is a life saver! She was so helpful and knowledgeable! She got my son approved for outpatient and in patient treatment within days! She was genuine and cared about our son’s safety, health and empathized with us as parents going through this for the first time! She never gave up and gave us so many options to help him every step of the way! Everyone at IOP and the Ranch were welcoming and made a huge difference and impact in my son’s life. I can’t thank this community enough for saving my son’s life! We will visit the ranch soon to thank everyone in person!

TLC has been nothing but great for me. I’ve been to multiple different rehabs and outpatient centers, but this has by far been a life changing experience for me. Without Michael’s House, and Michael’s House Transitional Living Center I would probably be dead by now. The staff is truly compassionate and knows exactly what it’s like to be in the grasp of addiction. The care they provide is unmatched and truly magical. If you’re looking to begin a new way of life, I highly recommend this amazing center ❤️

Andrew the coordinator is very active with all the patients and plans amazing trips for all to in treatment to enjoy. He’s very important to the overall morale to the people there. He is always planning great hikes and activities for all do. It’s very nice to have an activity to do and get all out of the center for some great fun!! If you need help please consider Michael’s house it changed my life!!

This program has changed my life completely! Ramona leads an incredible program, the entire treatment from start to finish was thorough and well thought out. The therapists, Xavier, Maggy, and Ghazeleh showed grace, empathy, care, and genuine compassion to every single patient. I was fortunate enough to have Paola, the clinical therapist lead, as my main therapist and we uncovered years of traumatic experiences I was not ready to face. I will forever recommend this program to anyone in need and look forward to the after care they offer after completing this program!

I stayed in the adult section (unit 300) for 5 days. It was a good experience overall, even with a couple scary moments from other patients. The food was good, the patients were sweet, and the staff was on top of things. The only issue I had with this place is I believe they need more Spanish speaking staff on the floor and more phones available. Overall, I feel like everyone was treated fairly and I liked the activities that they had for us.

Liberty House was an absolutely amazing experience for me, unfortunately I only stayed through the detox period but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to stay the 30 days or more. The staff is amazing, caring, and extremely helpful. I went in nervous and scared but they made me feel at home. A great experience and I will forever be grateful to staff at the Liberty House !

If you are a gentleman, or know of one, that is currently battling addiction (regardless if it's alcohol, street drugs, medications, etc), and are looking for help: call New Origins! While asking for help can be hard at times, knowing that their is a problem we're facing, and we want to overcome it, your future self will thank you for picking up that phone. Looking back, I am grateful to have made that decision myself to get help. Having been through treatment before myself, the difference between their program and the ones prior is immeasurable.
The tools that I have learned allows me to handle life on life's terms, improved my personal and professional relationships, cope with the rough times, and plan for the future. Consider them strong assets in my recovery and 12-step program; my life has never been better. The hope instilled in me from New Origins is invaluable!
And while I shouldn't play favorites, I would like to openly thank my drug & alcohol counselor and my therapist for saving my life. The roster of people that work here, both old and the newer, are solid people that understand our trails and tribulations as addicts. They'll point you (or your loved one) in the right direction, all you have to do is listen and try to apply what they teach us. Personally, I would go so far as to be an ambassador for them, if that ever were to arise.
As I prepare to leave into the next phase of my life, I am a changed man from when I first walked through those doors. Being clean and sober minded, and excited for my future. My family and friends have commented on my personal changes being reflected in how I am today versus the beginning.

I came here right after my second time in detox. Aftercare was something I failed to accept the first time around so even though I was hesitant, I knew deep down that without it I was destined to relapse again. I came here completely lost and broken, with no hope and just a complete wreck. I was drinking myself away due to my father's death and I wanted to quit, but I didn't know how. I was reclusive and anti-social so the last thing I wanted to do was be in a group and share the dark thoughts inside my head. But once I finally started to slowly open up I realized that everyone here could relate and empathize because they too were once lost and broken like I was. Little did I know that this place would become the foundation for my recovery today and the change I needed to begin a new life.
I can honestly say with all sincerity and through first-hand experience that the owner Ron along with all the staff here truly care about everyone that walks through that door. So much so that they believed in me when I didnt have the strength to believe in myself and they saved my life. I've met some awesome people and I've seen some truly amazing things happen here and I believe this place is truly different from any other place I've ever been to. To anyone that feels lost in addiction and in life like me, I truly recommend this place. Give yourself a chance to begin again. In the words of my counselor Alfredo: "I won't promise it will be easy, but it will definitely be worth it."

The place itself doesn't look the most beautiful, but the staff here are friendly . just a shout out to Joecyln and tatiana sorry if I misspelled your names, they are the sweetest person/nurses ,always makes me feel welcomed there are no days they're not themselves and smile and acknowledges me . the intake is long be prepared to sit for 3 hours the first day with a counselor. after that you are in and out for dosing. i wont be here long but I will never forget this place and I'm on my healing journey just like everyone else that goes in.Tracy is my counselor and she is also amazing. only recommendation for the doctor is to maybe hire someone to clean the trash in the parking lot.

Great place to get help. I feel the patients that are regular should have 1 day a week off.
Like the Desert comprehensive center. It wouldn't cost any money and its positive for the regulars and new patients.
I went in for my meds and the dr. Told me to bring a current list of medication. I did then ca----
said I had to bring in my pill bottles every month. I have been going here 3+yrs and never had to. Has the rules changed? Have you had. This happen.

Aegis of Redlands will ALWAYS be one of my favorite places! I’ve gone here the last 2 years and stayed coming back because the staff is so great here! They helped me get my life back, Genevieve and Michelle at the front office staff are so welcoming and really do whatever they can to help you. My counselor Shelly is amazing While the dispensing nurses do a great job getting everyone in and out to their lives ☺️ I really appreciate this facility and their staff, thank you all so much for everything!

You guys in 4SW and the ER are amazing. I came in with Ketoasidosis and type 1 diabetes. The doctors ran tons of test and when they weren't satisfied they admitted me on Nov 25th 2025. I could've died but instead I'm growing stronger, this team was very thorough, I'm new to being diabetic but the entire staff helped educate me on how to live going forward.
