The Morongo Indian Health Clinic gave me wonderful, supportive care, for both dentistry as well as doctor's visits. I was very lucky to be able to visit them during a period of unemployment. I am doing much better now, but will never forget how good the Healthcare I received here was, when I needed it most.
If I move back to California, I would move to this area just to be close to this wonderful facility. Thank you Morongo Health Clinic!

Additional services include medication assisted treatment (MAT) and specialized programs for adolescents and women. Outpatien | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I love MFI Recovery. From the moment I started this program it has been nothing but a blessing.
The staff there has been so supportive ,caring, and motivating. Their ability to cater to each of the individual needs of all the people that attend classes there is incredible.
Tho I am not blood related to anyone there, I feel as tho I am part of a family that loves and respects me and that truly cares about my success in overcoming my addiction.
I would recommend that anyone that is feeling alone or abandoned in their addiction go in to MFI on Tuesday and talk to Jessica.
She is so kind and very efficient during the intake process. Once your paperwork is complete and you are assigned a counselor you will see what a great place it is and everyday will be better then the day before.
I am so grateful that I decided to enroll here.,

Almost every one of the negative reviews are from 2+ years. This place has new staff and they are incredible. They are all so kind and helpful. The new psychiatrist I'm seeing (I don't know how to spell her name, but it's something like Dr Singh I think) I love her, she is extremely thorough and professional. Our first appt took an hour because she went through every aspect of my life from childhood and on to make sure my diagnoses were accurate and to be sure I didn't have any other disorders not yet picked up on. She even ordered blood work to be sure it wasn't deficiencies causing any of my symptoms. She is patient and truly calm, understanding and easy to talk to. I really enjoy this clinic and at this point I think it should have better reviews and stars!

Banyan Palm Spring’s expert clinici | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Banyan saved my life. They call you a client, but i felt like family there. The entire staff is understanding, compassionate, and helpful. The BHT’s Victor, Adriana, Samatha, Sylvia Ms. Shirly, Jenn and the rest are some of the best people I’ve ever met. My therapist Katrina helped me with all of my issues and trauma. She helped me find the person I’ve been longing to be for so long. My case manager Ebony helped with all my legal troubles, applying for disability, and setting up after care. She’s a person who you can talk to, and anything you need she helps whole heartedly. Ebony and Katrina are true angels! Jeff’s morning intention helps you start the day with positive thoughts. Jan and Angie are wonderful people. They do acts of kindness because they are caring individuals.Even Elise and John who have the same roles as Katrina and Ebony made an impact on me, and I wasn’t in their groups. The kitchen staff works hard to make delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On top of keeping snacks and salad bar fully stocked. The also make sure dietary need for clients with allergies, or special diets needs are met. The go above and beyond. The house keeping staff are some of sweetest ladies. They also work very hard to make sure common areas are clean, fresh clean towels & bed sheets when needed, clean floors and bathroom in all the bedrooms. The driver Alberto, Nick and the rest of maintenance personnel are awesome! They will stop and say hello and will ask you about your day. Mackenzie will also ask about your day and has great advice. And you can talk sports with him. Director of operations Johnny is always there for anyone that needs him, even with all the workload he has on his hands. Truly everyone from top to bottom will make an effort to make your time at Banyan the best experience for recovery. They will work with if your work with them, but most importantly work on Yourself. As I’m writing this on my way to the outside world I have a bitter sweet feeling. But I feel confident of my recovery. I’ve been given so many tools, coping skills, and examples of sober fun. And it’s because of Banyan and their amazing staff. Everything the do no matter how small is because they care. Thank you Banyan, the man that walked through the doors is not the same man that walked out. Love you all!

The staff at Banyan Palm Springs is amazing: the caseload managers, therapists, group facilitators, and staff. The BHTs, cleaning personal, maintenance crew, and kitchen staff took a personal interest in my recovery and with my aftercare plan.
My amazing team at Banyan included Ebony as my caseload manager, and Katrina as my therapist. John, the administrator of the treatment center is present almost daily and he follows through as did the rest of my team and other faculty associates.
Jeff facilitates a researched based, humorous, and he uses empirical experience for his morning group. Nick who works in the maintenance department was an influential figure during my full stay. Adventures with Mark are sober / clean, and uber fun new experiences. If an addict has the desire to live clean / sober, this is treatment center for you.

*October 2025: My first time getting help & going to a recovery center, everything about Hemet Valley Recovery Center was welcoming, transparent & beyond my expectations. HVRC saved my life & has helped me find my life purpose again.
*Initial phone call: Medicare availability & insurance requirements checked. Told to bring my own pillow & blanket & scheduled for a driver pick-up.
*Drive to facility & intake: Donnie answered all of my general questions w/ a calm drive. I walked through the intake forms, insurance paperwork, general overview of detox & expectations of the program.
*Detox: Supportive Dr. Raja, skilled nursing staff, hospital meals tailored to my nutritional needs & wants, a room to sleep, heal & detoxify my body, I felt confident on my recovery journey. Proximity to the ER is a plus if I needed a higher level of care due to complex medical issues.
*Counselors: All patients are assigned a counselor. Check-ins on individual situations & progress of your rehabilitation process. They are kind, compassionate & loving humans.
*Classes: Daily schedules have a variety of holistic rehabilitation classes. Lectures, experiential groups, healthy lifestyles, meditations, yoga, Native American circles, NA/AA meetings, recovery planning, Men & Women’s groups, Just for Today talks, arts & crafts, HVRC has it. Hands down the best learning experience I have ever done (& continue in my personal recovery plan) was “Pain Group” w/ Sherry Burditt, RN, HN-BC (AHNA Board Certified Holistic Nurse) for 5 weeks. A progressive learning experience allowed me to use self-discovery, emotional healing & spiritual growth to face past demons, learn about my own energy (Chakras) & love myself again.
*HVRC Community: For nearly 90 days, I was immersed in the HVRC family. People you share your days & nights with, along with your thoughts, feelings, assignments & food, to the nursing staff, counselors, administrative staff, drivers, the house senior residents/house managers to daily HVRC volunteers, people are supportive, kind & are there to do what is best for mankind: sustain an environment of caring, client-first vibes.
*PHP (partial-hospital patients): Having lived in both female houses, they both provide a calm & healing environment. I have fond memories of rides full of people to & from the center, trips to the ATM or appointments, NA & AA meetings & Soboba’s talking circle.
*Outings: Nails/pedicures/haircuts, AA meetings, doctor appointments/imaging, ATM, Soboba talking circle.
*Family Weekend: AMAZING experience. Run by Lisa, it is a weekend of family & loved ones learning about addiction. Not just the disease itself, but how to support their loved one in & out of treatment, expectations of their loved one coming home, & a session for me & my family to start the healing process.
*Continuing care & Alumni meetings: Thursday nights: an in-person continuing care program that supports HVRC alumni. Counselors offer support in multiple ways. Next is the Alumni in-person/Zoom AA/NA meeting. A great night for a meeting & connecting with so many others who are going through the same thing that I am: staying clean & sober.
*HVRC Alumni events: President Jeff does a GREAT job sharing where the donated money goes. Helping clients with prescriptions, housing & other necessities, to fun things for clients & staff with auction baskets, sit-down dinners, arts & crafts, hiding Easter eggs & Sam the Leprechaun, supplying treats to buy at the Alumni store, cookouts, individual gifts, Veteran recognitions, & more!! HVRC Alumni is a space for us to stay connected by volunteering, supplying resources or giving money year-round.
*I just can’t say enough good things about my recovery & experience from Hemet Valley Recovery Center. Just celebrated 6 months. I thank both my Higher Power & HVRC for being clean & sober today. As Nike says: “Just Do It”. You’ll save your life or someone else’s. Hugs & blessings from a proud recovering client, Teresa

The place itself doesn't look the most beautiful, but the staff here are friendly . just a shout out to Joecyln and tatiana sorry if I misspelled your names, they are the sweetest person/nurses ,always makes me feel welcomed there are no days they're not themselves and smile and acknowledges me . the intake is long be prepared to sit for 3 hours the first day with a counselor. after that you are in and out for dosing. i wont be here long but I will never forget this place and I'm on my healing journey just like everyone else that goes in.Tracy is my counselor and she is also amazing. only recommendation for the doctor is to maybe hire someone to clean the trash in the parking lot.
