Hi I went through the Singing Trees Recovery program in 2001. The experience was so spiritual. I am an addict and they helped me get clean, stay clean, and so much more! I got to meet myself for the first time in a Long time not to mention some good people whom I call my Friends and my 2nd Family I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs help!The staff are excellent and have all been in my shoes at one time their life so they counsel with real experience on your level not just out of a text book. Because they have a story too. I learned a whole new way of life. I was riding my motorcycle up the HWY 101 early one beautiful morning hoping to find a restaurant to eat breakfast. I wasn't seeing any. I passed Singing Trees because it didn't look like it was a restaurant. However, as I went by, I smelled eggs and bacon so I decided to turn around. I pulled in and asked if Singing Trees was a restaurant? I was told it was a bed and breakfast. I had a hunch it wasn't a restaurant due to the lack of signage, so it was no big surprise. I started to get back on my bike and a maintenance person who worked there (I've forgotten his name but he's a great guy and motorcycle nut like me) stopped me and said there was enough food for me if I wanted to come in. I was starved and so thankful. What kind and generous place. They wouldn't even let me pay for my delicious breakfast.

Those struggling and/or in need of help, Reflections is the perfect place.Reflections is differentiated in a few ways. First, their approach is holistic; it's about more than just getting sober. The program includes reading and educational sessions, group discussions/therapy, individual therapy, and a personalized recovery plan. The professionals at Reflections are fantastic with a wide range of issues, including co-occurring disorders. And my program was tailored to involve my loved ones as much or as little as I preferred. Second, as much as it's possible, it's a fun and enjoyable experience. The food is phenomenal, the facilities are beautiful and well-maintained, and the environment is friendly and collegial (with both staff and fellow residents). Third, and most importantly, Reflections is one of the (if not the only) independently owned facilities in the area. This means that staff optimizes around what's best for the resident, and not what's just best for insurance. They truly care about each individual far more than the bottom line, which is apparent in both treatment issues as well as collaborative payment/insurance resolutions.I have two pieces of constructive feedback. One, I recommend stronger communication channels and coordination between the clinical staff and the operations team. I can only imagine how challenging it is to handle the ever-shifting complex operations at Reflections (e.g., living arrangements, staffing, scheduling, speakers, unforeseen individual needs), so it's no easy task. But occasionally there was some confusion on schedule changes with session content and/or timing. However, we were able to quickly resolve these issues as they were raised. And second, my arrival/onboarding was a bit scattered and piecemeal. I did arrive last minute, and my situation was unique (as previously discussed with staff, I moved between the McClay and Simmons facilities after a couple of days). But I would recommend that one staff person be assigned the holistic onboarding process that's completed/reviewed as the resident is acclimating to the program. Those two issues are minor, but I wanted to be comprehensive in my feedback.I built very strong relationships there, ones that I continue to value and maintain months later. I get together with my fellow residents, and I love seeing staff members at meetings and events around the Bay. I feel like I have a new lease on life. I am not happy that I spent time in a facility such as this, but it being necessary, I am thrilled that I chose Reflections for this brief chapter of my (new and much improved) life.

The six weeks that I spent at Reflections was a lifesaver. In particular, I appreciated their respect of my wanting to be treated like an intelligent adult and one who is not interested in the AA program.

are you wondering if you should go to Reflections? are you scared? trepidatious? worry no more, take my word for it, this is gonna be the best decision you have ever made!the only thing better than the program is the dedication and love you will get from the staff! truly outstanding.facility is top-notch, you are going to be swaddled in cozy blankets and provided with 3 amazing meals designed to aid in your recovery. yes, i went from eating 0-1 times a day to 3 times a day and lost 20 lbs in 30 days there.i will also highly recommend using the exercise area before your day begins, getting outside on walks with Michael and the Crowe, and taking advantage of all the van rides that will introduce you to various support groups.the teams' focus on aftercare is outstanding and will set you up for success when you leave treatment.i went from giving up everything for one thing to giving up one thing in order to have everything. :) :) :)

Olympia House Rehabilitation in Petaluma, California saved my life as well as countless others!The intense inpatient program includes psychologists, counselors, process group meetings, group classes, one on one meetings as well as yoga, guided meditation, animal therapy, garden, therapy, art and music too.Olympia House is situated on quiet, peaceful, and safe, 100+ acre farm/ranch.The doctors, couselors, and staff all work to help identify the root cause of the core distortions that contribute to substance abuse. The focus of the residents mind, body, and spirit are all addressed.Additionally, there is a lifetime of free continuous care for the alumni that includes zoom process groups, AA/NA meetings, visits once a year for two days at the house. The alumni portion of treatment is all free of charge. I cannot say enough good things regarding Olympia House. I highly recommend this program. Thank you, Sherry P.

If you re on the fence about treatment make the leap and take back your life. This place truly saved my life. Without Olympia house and all of the staff I wouldn t be here to write this review. The support and care receive here is unmatched. They truly want to help you and make your life a better place for you to exist. I can t say enough good things about this place and the treatment I got. I ll forever be thankful for everyone in this program. Huge shout out to my care team Senadhi, Wendy, and Daniel. I could go on all day about how amazing this program is. Save yourself and get your life back it will be the best decision you ve ever made. THANK YOU OH!

very good place. shoutout to kylee, alex, victor, and especially therapist lisa. they could do more about the sharps though because there was legit so many sharps getting passed around while I was there. anyways this place kind of inspired me to go and work at a treatment facility because this place helped my mental health and drug issues a lot. <3anyways it does NOT cost that much to get A/C. if this place doesn't get A/C within a year I'm going to go outside this facility, get on channel 16 with a radio, and scream profanities directed to the CEO.

Our child had medication resistant severe depression. Muir Woods helped find the right medication and provided a supportive environment over covid no less. My child is thriving and we both agree that even though it was a hard period, it was the best choice to get them treatment. The tutors worked with his teachers and he maintained a 4.0 while getting better.

At the scariest time of our lives my son was able to recover from Psychosis at Muir Wood in Petaluma & has been on a positive path since. It s exactly what we needed to help stabilize him & are so very grateful for his time there. Thank you to everyone, especially his therapist Lars!!! My only suggestion is to individualize each kids rules to their circumstances/needs. I believe he could ve had an even better experience there & easier recovery in his mental health had he been able to go on all outings to feel some normalcy again which was direly needed for him.

I recently completed a 30 day program at Avery Lane, and I can t express enough gratitude for the support and care I received from the Recovery Counselors and Nicole, my therapist. From day one, the Recovery Counselors created a safe and compassionate environment, offering encouragement and guidance that truly helped me stay focused on my sobriety journey. They were always there to listen, answer questions, and provide the tools I needed to navigate my personal challenges.Nicole, my therapist, was instrumental in my recovery. Her expertise, empathy, and tailored approach made a huge difference in my healing process. She helped me work through difficult emotions, recognize underlying issues, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. I felt truly seen and understood, which was incredibly empowering during my 30 days there.Thanks to the team at Avery Lane, I now have a solid foundation to continue building on my sobriety journey. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking a supportive and dedicated team to guide them toward recovery.

Avery Lane is absolutely a clinically sound and aesthetically perfect program for women in recovery. I would confidently recommend it to a family member without hesitation!

Avery Lane was a safe, positive and welcoming atmosphere to rehabilitate and learn new tools to use to sustain my sobriety. They use evidence based, modern modalities to treat clients and the staff are amazing and genuine. In addition, there facilities (which are upscale residential houses in Novato) are incredibly nice and clean. I felt like I was on vacation at a resort most of the time. These houses are worth millions and the pools and the amenities were top notch. Food is great and therapists were great. Nurses and techs included! Most of all they ensured continuity of my care and recovery moving forward after completing their program. After initially going to Bayside, Marin, I found Bayside to be too cooperate, basing their client treatment in favoritism and here-say, and rigorous to a flaw (overstimulating and exhausting when you re in post acute withdrawal). It was very stressful at Bayside Marin to complete hefty homework assignments by deadlines in order to have rights such as visitation. Meanwhile Avery Lane practiced common sense and understanding and ensured their care was patient centered. My experience there was life changing. And I might (someday) apply to work their as an RN myself because the culture is so positive and full of supportive women.

I came to Mountain Vista Farm s a broken man. My addiction has led me to suffer from alcohol use disorder. I needed help. I have two undergraduate bachelor degree one in business economics and one in psychology and I have an MBA. Because I am successful out in the real world I felt like I could outsmart my addiction to alcohol use disorder, but I couldn t outsmart it. There s a concept you learned about Mountain Vista Farm at a high-level I went through the different phases for a long time. Alcohol was fun. Then it was fun with problems. Then it was just problems. And so I learned at Mountain Vista Farm with a very caring and kind set a very certified and capable staff . That the concept of the yet s Havent completely got me all the way. I learned through a combination of childhood trauma that I have held onto some emotions and alcohol I thought was my chance to escape. Through Mountain Vista Farm in this useful app That allows me to stay in touch with a lot of people so I can build that social network of sobriety I now have a new hope and a new future. I don t normally leave reviews, but I wanted to make a comment to any staff that reads this:Thank you so much for providing everyone a support system on the farm to help us grow as human beings. I left the farm almost 8 years ago now, and I ve been sober ever since. I moved from my hometown to San Francisco, worked jobs, went to school, got a career, continued my sobriety, went to N.A. meetings, got a girlfriend, got healthier, went to therapy, and I have been able to live my life without the toxicity of drugs plaguing me daily. I made really good friends on the Farm as well, and I even roomed with one of them afterwards, for a short period. This facility and its staff really helped me and when I get a car I would love to come up and visit. I am now a SUD I counselor giving back to my community because I know what it feels like to start recovery, alone. Much love to everyone out there struggling with substance abuse issues, you are strong and you can overcome anything you put your mind to. Don t ever give up on yourself even when the candle light flickers.

Excellent place they definitely match your efforts..

My experience at the Santa Rosa VA has been exceptional except for my blood draw. I have very fine veins and the person doing my blood draw used a big needle after I explained that only a fine butterfly needle could work. I could not believe that she used a medium if not large needle and stuck it deep into my arm. She got no blood and put me through immeasurable pain! I have never had this happen before ever! After all that my blood work was never sent to me. At age 70 I really should be considered to be the expert on what my needs are. She completely discounted everything. Then she referred me to a supervisor who said oh I see what you mean! Not happy!

I have been a pastor for 45 years. I have visited with my people in every type of medical situation, not to mention the things that my family has gone through. If you think the VA is bad, try the real world. The San Francisco and Santa Rosa VA clinics and the hospital are tops.

I took a dear family friend here and they mixed up his appointment. He was very frustrated and said the staff are disorganized. The building itself is large and looks clean and well-maintained with lots of parking out front. We need to take good care of our veterans and give them priority for their health.

I have been to 8 treatment centers from Sacramento to Michigan and I can honestly say that skyway house has been the best treatment that I have received BY FAR. The counselors Andy, Veronica, and Madeline actually really care and aren't there for the paycheck. They take an active role in every clients recovery weather they are your counselor or not. The support staff is top notch as well. I came in with virtually nothing. Taylor and Amy and Ajanna literally helped save my life. From listening to my problems to playing cards with me and loaning me books to read. I will forever be grateful for this wonderful place.

The best staff and love the location!

My son has been coming here since he was 1 week old... These guys are amazing. I love that they have a separate entrance for newborns and the car check INS for when or little ones are sick. Also there has never been a day that I have been turned away for the same day appointment as long as I call by 8:00 a.m. Thank you for being so great!

HI! "Recovery is no popularity contest". Let's get humble, and do whatever it takes to live in that humility.I was a case manager for both in-patient and out-patient. It was a joy helping others. What a person puts into their recovery is what they'll get.Campobello was a good recovery center. I am glad to see Camp is still around. There are alot of people and their families, who got their lives back on track there.Recovery is for those who want it . . DO YOU?

Saved my damn life and I had NOTHING coming. Ok? I was absolutely worthless and they looked beyond that. Gave me something I never could ever imagine having; hope. Disregard negative reviews. These people don't understand or are not ready to get clean. Wendy, along with all the staff, pierced my veil of darkness with a little bit of light. Thank you. It will never be forgotten.

What can I say, this place was the start of my recovery and sobriety. I can't believe at the time I am writing this review I currently have two years and one month of continuous sobriety. Campo, seemed just like yesterday. I spent 30 days at this place and learned about the 12 steps, got a sponsor right at a meeting held at the facility and got serious about recovery. I hold Campo near and dear to my heart. The staff really cares about you; they absolutely want you to succeed in your recovery. Very home like and smaller groups of people recovering from alcohol and addiction compared to other rehabilitation centers. Campobello is a HUGE part of my recovery and my journey. I went to the ER the first night I checked in due to my detox. The staff new exactly what to do and were very professional. I encourage you, if you think you may be an addict or alcoholic, know that you are, or have a family member who needs recovery, check Campobello out and give them a call. This disease is cunning, baffling and powerful! Without help, it is too much for us! I have THE BEST life I could ask for because of AA and recovery; it all started at Campo! I would have most likely been dead if I had not gone to rehab. Thank you Camobello and staff members! You have truly been a blessing! Put in the work and keep coming back. What you put into recovery is what you get out of recovery. Now I try to carry the message to the next suffering alcoholic and be of service. I am responsible... When anyone, anywhere, reaches out for help, I want the hand of AA always to be there. And for that: I am responsible...

I ve been coming to PCC for 3 or 4 years now and am highly satisfied with the care I ve received other than talk therapy. I think their therapy program needs to be revamped and taken over by someone who truly cares and can handle the position.I see Cynthia and she is amazing! She literally finishes my sentences some times. I also loved when I had Rebecca she got too busy so I switched. I also go to PCC for their Spravato program ran by Leah.That girl is amazing and such a good multi tasker! She s got her alarms set for vitals on everyone and she s efficient, and has incredible attention to detail; all while wearing the biggest genuine smile. I look forward to seeing her at my appts.Omg AND she has a little puppy she brings in named Olive and she is so calming and anxiety reducing she may as well be a therapy dog.Alicia at the front has always been friendly and efficient in making my appts or doing disability paperwork or any other forms you need, she s awesome.I love PCC it has changed my life forever, I never want to go back to that dark isolated insecure girl I was before coming here. Thank you PCC for all you do!!!
