I have only incredible and positive things to say about Reflections and my stay at Simmons. From my very first contact with the team through intake and throughout my entire stay, I was met with an incredible level of warmth, compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Olejan, Louise, and Kristin were absolutely wonderful. They made the intake process comfortable, seamless, and easy, and it was immediately clear that they genuinely care about each client and their recovery. The facility itself is exceptional. It is beautifully maintained, private, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with high-end amenities that truly support the recovery process. Unlike many treatment programs, Simmons accommodates a maximum of six clients at a time, which allows the team to provide an incredibly personalized level of care and attention. The environment feels much more like a private, comfortable, luxurious home than a traditional treatment facility. What stood out to me most was how individualized the entire program is. Reflections takes the time to understand each client's specific needs and builds treatment around them, while also focusing on providing the tools and foundation necessary for long-term success after leaving the program. The clinical and medical care is outstanding. There is 24-hour nursing support, and the nursing team is made up of incredibly compassionate and attentive people who genuinely care about the wellbeing of every client. Medical needs are closely monitored, medications are regularly reviewed and adjusted when necessary, and there is consistent communication with the clinical director, executive director, psychiatrist, and nurse practitioner. I always felt that my needs were being heard and taken seriously. The therapeutic program is equally impressive. Clients participate in intensive daily group therapy, individual therapy, and specialized relapse-prevention work. The counselors are knowledgeable, compassionate, diligent, and completely focused on the client's recovery. The groups are educational and provide practical tools surrounding CBT, coping skills, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and many other areas that are essential for maintaining recovery outside of treatment. There are also regular check-ins, family sessions, and additional support whenever needed. Another thing that made my experience so special was the range of supportive activities available. In addition to traditional therapy, Reflections offers outings, sound baths, art therapy, music therapy, massages, salon visits, equine therapy, meditation, and numerous recovery meetings. These experiences provide additional tools for healing and introduce healthy activities that can continue to be incorporated into life after treatment. Visitation is also available, allowing clients to maintain meaningful connections with their loved ones throughout the process. The personal chefs are another incredible part of the experience. Meals are high quality, thoughtfully prepared, and customized around individual dietary needs and restrictions. Every detail of the environment is designed to make clients feel safe, comfortable, supported, and cared for. I would wholeheartedly recommend Reflections to anyone seeking help with recovery, whether it is their first experience with treatment or they have been through treatment before. The entire team approaches their work with an extraordinary amount of care, empathy, patience, and compassion. Most importantly, I truly felt that the focus was always on the individual client — not simply getting through a program, but helping each person build the foundation and tools necessary for a successful future. I spent three months in Reflections' inpatient program followed by six months in their outpatient program, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I'm writing this review as a family member (not a patient) but I have only positive things to say about my entire experience with Reflections. Several months ago, my brother was in a very dangerous place in his life. It got to the point where we feared for his life on a weekly basis and knew we had to do something urgently. Our family staged an intervention and successfully got my brother to agree to inpatient treatment. After extensive research, I found that Reflections was our best option, and I believe choosing Reflections is a decision that may have saved his life. From the very first phone call I had with program director Olejan, I felt a level of genuine care, intelligence, nuance, and humanity that Olejan brought to our conversations. He wasn't trying to sell us the program or anything like that. We had heart-to-heart conversations that made me feel like Reflections would be our partner in my brother's recovery. I felt confident in the credentialed clinical team they have there with Dr. Hanna, and reassured that the level of care my brother would receive would be top-notch, with more one-to-one therapeutic care than what most inpatient treatment centers could offer in Los Angeles. My brother's main therapist at Reflections was Stewart Bryant, and they formed an amazing relationship that my brother cherished during his stay. Week by week I would check in with my brother while he was at Reflections, and just hearing him progressively become more clear-headed, alert, deeply reflecting, emotionally available and vulnerable and willing to speak about everything, working through foundational issues in his life, being more optimistic and committed to his sobriety - it was so profoundly encouraging to see the signs of his work at Reflections really taking root. To any family member reading this while desperately searching for the right place for someone you love: Reflections was an amazing option and I highly recommend you reach out and speak to Olejan who will wholeheartedly address any concerns you may have about Reflections being a good match for your family member in need of treatment. By far. the best (out of 7 total) rehab facilities I've ever been to. They actually do trauma therapy, and you get sessions with a licensed psychologist twice a week, in addition to your drug counselor. The very best therapists I have EVER worked with. And the best drug counselor I've ever had. I've been looking for therapy like this, and the answers I got at Olympia House, for 20 years. They are the most skilled, caring, and professional team of people I've ever worked with in mental health. I'm dual diagnosis, so I've been seeing professionals for my mental health for 25 years. Some of their curriculum is custom, developed in house by the psychologists there—you won't find tools like these anywhere else. I have a custom designed "addictive system" I use every day to track where I am in my recovery and mental health. I use this not only to prevent relapses, but correct myself if I run off course, and this works not just for substance relapses but also things like depression, anxiety, and anger. Their website doesn't reflect this, but they take Kaiser Permanente insurance now. That's the only reason I was able to come here. I know reviews are inflated on the Internet, but please trust me, I swear with every fiber of my being and every ounce of integrity I have, this is likely the best rehab in California. If you have trauma, and most people do, or some form of PTSD, this is the place you should go. They also focus on finding meaning and purpose in life--and they will definitely help you with that. They also allow you to come back to the rehab twice a year for 2-3 days for free! They call it a "tune up". No one else I know of does this. There's also free group therapy for alumni (a process group led by one of the therapists there) once a week via Zoom. I would wake up many times in OH in disbelief that this place exists at all, and that I got to be a resident here. They've made an enormous difference in the outcome of my life. ******ADDENDUM****** I recently read a review of OH where someone on the autism spectrum had a difficult experience. I'm sorry to hear that, but I simply wanted to say I'm (diagnosed) autistic (ASD 1/Aspergers) myself and felt that OH not only understood the strengths and limitations that can come with that, but also caused me to realize I had overestimated how different I was from my peers because of my autism. I still have it, of course, but the result of being at OH was a clearer picture of its actual impact in my life, particularly with peer relationships. I can't thank them enough for helping me with this, I have a much healthier social life today as a result.

First the facility and the land it's on is beyond beautiful. Couldn't ask for a better place to wake up everyday while recovering. Everyone that works for O.H genuinely cares. They make u feel like you unique and special. They offer soo many different activities and teach you so much about yourself and addiction. They give you the tools and resources for when you leave. They do not turn anyone away UNLESS you require more specialized care being that they are not a hospital with a doctor on site. By far the best rehab in northern California

Olympia House Rehabilitation in Petaluma, California saved my life as well as countless others! The intense inpatient program includes psychologists, counselors, process group meetings, group classes, one on one meetings as well as yoga, guided meditation, animal therapy, garden, therapy, art and music too. Olympia House is situated on quiet, peaceful, and safe, 100+ acre farm/ranch. The doctors, couselors, and staff all work to help identify the root cause of the core distortions that contribute to substance abuse. The focus of the residents mind, body, and spirit are all addressed. Additionally, there is a lifetime of free continuous care for the alumni that includes zoom process groups, AA/NA meetings, visits once a year for two days at the house. The alumni portion of treatment is all free of charge. I cannot say enough good things regarding Olympia House. I highly recommend this program. Thank you, Sherry P.

I went there for 5 nights and 6 days. This was my first time at a rehab and I was really nervous and apprehensive about what it would be like. I will tell you that this place was exactly what I needed. The entire staff was so immensely helpful and welcoming, a lot of the staff are former guests trying to get sober, so they know what it’s like!! Then you have the guests who were amazing. This amazing place helped save me so I could get right for my family and myself.

Azure Acres saved me. It mended me and gave me back myself, the true version of me that I had long lost to alcohol. I was beyond being able to help myself, but they were able to help me. Going to Azure Acres was likely the best decision of my life. It repaired me as a person, in turn allowing me to heal my relationships and build a future I couldn't see before. You will learn so much about addiction and yourself. I now have over 3 years and 7 weeks of sobriety without so much as a hiccup. The staff are incredibly caring and passionate about their jobs. If you want help, this is where you need to go. You are worth it, and you can do it.

Its always nice to have a place for our vets to go for medical care. This is what our Healthcare system should look like-heathcare for all an free you taxes pay for it.

These people are there to help you be nice

This was my first time at the North Clinic. I have been to the South Clinic a few times. The clinics have a different feel. I have noticed at the South Clinic, some veterans hang out and can socialize with other veterans. One time I was there, there was a truck distributing food. At both clinics the people working there, were very nice and respectful. I was at the North clinic to see a cardio nurse practitioner. She was very thorough and caring with my issues. So far I have been very impressed with the quality of care I have been getting at both clinics.

This place helped me so much … food was great counselors were amazing… Sarah is the best, Melissa, sierra, and Kyle helped me heal. Groups were introspective, not pushy, and I felt the love. Clients were respectful and it was definitely more luxurious than most places with the swimming pool, yoga, and food. The view is amazing. I recommend it thanks Julia for doing the admin. Loraine is the nicest lady I think I’ve ever met haha thanks Mvf ❤️

Muir wood treated my son with respect and support. He had everything he needed. At first, I did not know what to expect. The communication was amazing. My son made great progress. Developed amazing friendships with kids that are trying to do better just like him. The staff was very supportive and knowledgeable. My son came out. I changed man. He became a better version of himself. I will forever be eternally grateful to Muir Wood.

The team at Muirwood is absolutely incredible! Their dedication, support, passion for helping teens and so much more, brought my boy back. They taught him things that I clearly wasn't able to. He learned coping skills and a good safety plan. He felt safe there and I just couldn't be more grateful for everyone there. They kept me informed every step of the way. If your teen is struggling and is needing help, I would absolutely suggest sending them to Muirwood. Incredible folks over there! My boy wants to be a counselor there when he's old enough so he can help others the way he was helped. Warms my heart!

Avery Lane saved my life. After a 60 day stay in residential and 6 weeks of IOP I am over 100 days clean and happier than I’ve ever been. The clinical staff is exceptional (shoutout to Chrissy). I felt safe and cared about throughout my journey. The houses are beautiful, clean, and the food is delicious. I especially appreciate the emphasis on trauma and dual diagnosis. This is the place to go if you’re interested in parts work or brain spotting.

Walking through the doors of this women’s rehab was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I came here for 30 days, and it completely changed the direction of my life. The new men’s inpatient treatment center is incredible! I’ve been to many treatment centers in my life and I can honestly say that this was one of if not the best I’ve been too! The staff all have their own strengths and the format is perfect if you really want to change your life. The therapist that comes in to help is powerful and I couldn’t have asked for more

I cannot say enough good things about Center Point DAAC. For years there were no services for men that wanted help with alcohol and substance abuse through MediCal in Sonoma county. Fortunately this is no longer the case. This facility opened in December 2024 and has helped many suffering from AUD and SUD already. It's a new and clean facility. Staff members are amazing, in particular my case manager. You can tell they are truly sincere in helping others find the path to sobriety. I finally feel hope again. If you or someone you know is in need of help please don't overlook this place. I would highly recommend it.

Dr. Nicole Montgomery has provided me with exceptional, professional , understanding, and caring treatment. I have been suffering with depression for over 20 years.
