Best experience of my sober life. I want to personally thank, Trinity, Justin, Mario, Ryan, Eli, Megan, Andrew, Lee, Kyle, James and Peter for everything and that they do. The best staff at any program I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a bit over my fair share). They actually care, they love you and they truly want to see you succeed. A special shout out to James, for always and I mean ALWAYS being in my corner. A shoutout to Trinity for being my confidant when I felt alone in the beginning. To Peter, who listened to all my bullshit with a smile on his face and some music in the background. The best place to get sober and the best people to ever be around. I had such a great experience here. I've been to alot of rehabs and I cant say the same for most of those. I didn't know if I wanted to come in or even be sober and James and Megan stayed out front with me for a long while, patiently helping me to make the right decision to come in and I am so glad I did. They have such a great team of people and I couldn't thank you guys enough. Shout out to James for always staying late and convincing me to not AMA lol i even decides to stay longer, you can tell he really pours his heart into his job and wants to help. This place goes above and beyond for its clients. Let’s just say I’ve been there more than once on my road to recovery. The staff have become my second family. I have enjoyed my stay at the Hollywood Hills Recovery Rehab , I must say they are very professional here and clean very caring as well. I appreciate all that the staff has done. Special mention to Christian he is very friendly and on top of his game. Picked me up directly from the airport with no trouble whats so ever. I recommend it to anyone who struggles with anxiety self esteem or building a community, this place has it all!

I have been to a multitude of treatment centers in and outside of California, Avedis Recovery is by FAR the most caring, authentic, and helpful place I have ever been to. It is the ONLY place that I was able to stay sober during my entire time and where I was able to find the confidence in myself to stay sober and where I found real growth. They care. Every other treatment center it was very clear that the management and program directors were really only involved for the money. The program director at Avedis is not, he and all other staff GENUINELY CARE!! Usually at other places you never see the director but here you see him almost everyday, he is involved and genuinely cares about people here and their sobriety. With the help of Avedis Recovery I was able to gain a newfound confidence in myself, my family’s trust, my faith in God, and most of all a clear and sober mind. If it wasn’t for Avedis I don’t know where I would be, but now I am almost 8 months sober and am actually happy and enjoying life. I give all the thanks to God and Avedis!

I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for my time at The Lighthouse. From the moment I walked in, I felt safe, cared for, and understood. The staff goes above and beyond. They don’t just do their jobs, they pour their hearts into helping every person who walks through those doors. I truly miss them and consider them family.
The program is amazing and so thoughtfully put together. I was there during Halloween, and the team made sure we still had fun and felt special, as a mother missing Halloween with my children, I truly appreciated this. You can tell they really care about making every day meaningful. The food was delicious, and the kitchen staff put so much love into every meal.

MCR SAVED ME FROM DRUGS, MYSELF & DRINKING! I want to talk about my experience, everyone was very kind and we had a great group that I was with at the time which really helped me to recover. The first two weeks I had still been off the wagon, but as soon as I confessed to the group I immediately began to heal. Carlee was an excellent therapist for me and I remember having lots of friends supporting each other while I was getting my recovery. We would practice breathing exercises, watch movies that would help out with our recovery, and talk about anything or anyone who has been bothering us recently or from anytime in our lives. They even had a special brain training activity on the computer that you do to help focus on recovery. All the teachers were so nice and had fun assignments to do to help keep our minds off drugs and alcohol. They even have doctors who help provide medication to help keep drugs and alcohol away. I am much more responsible and take medication now to help maintain my sobriety. Thank you MCR!

I was just another drug addict going in and out of rehabs and running the streets. A playboy always chasing the next fix. I landed in the care of Dr. Marshall at Decicato. I remember sitting in the room for my first group meeting and Dr. Marshall coming in to lead the group. He told his story and It gave me chills through my body. I felt like I had finally found somebody I could relate to and it gave me hope I spent the next 4 weeks giving it everything I had and following his lead. I met my soon to be wife through the Dedicato program (we get married tomorrow) and we have 2 kids and a life that I NEVER thought in my wildest dreams I could have. I was treated kindly coming into dedicato had a couple rough steps moving forward at first but the team at Dedicato helped me move forward any anxiety and fear was stripped from me spending more and more time there, felt very welcomed and the staff was very welcoming. Everyone at Dedicato including the patients and staff all related to alot things I experienced in life and gave me the direction to keep me on a straight path. The one thing that I will carry with me throughout this entire process is that there is more things to life on the exterior then what we feel like doing on the interior. The highlight of my time here was all the activities and groups I would attend climbing mountains physical and mental, also working out activities in the gym they have learning how to balance my mind during the hardships where I wanted to give up but learned to not let myself break during that and the zoom meetings with Charles having stand of jokes as well as being serious on why I’m here, point is come here if your dying to see a light and hope and to feel understood as a person and be accepted for themselves.

Dedicato saved my life and the life of my unborn son... Because of the work and commitment they provided me i was able to obtain custody of all 3 of my kids. Today I am clean and sober and loving life. I never imagined my life would ever be like this. I am so grateful for the Marshalls when I was going through my toughest times they were there for me. They gave me hope. Today I use the tools I learned in my everyday life. My kids are happy and we finally have a home. I found Glendora recovery at the highest of my addiction. I didn’t want to Share and problem solved with the group when I first got there. By the time I left, they couldn’t shut me up. Coming into a program like this is terrifying. Just making the call takes a ton of courage and effort. The program is challenging in all the right ways: Taking you out of your comfort zone to improve your self worth, massive amounts of material to learn and put into practice, and learning patience. I tried over and over to get clean and stay clean, when I came to hathaway it was my last chance, my family wanted nothing more to do with me. I went to Hathaway for detox and ended up staying 90days. I am very happy with the treatment I received at Hathaway. The staff and therapist care about you and I think that’s number one when choosing a place to recover. The therapists are top-notch!!! The amount I learned in the 2 months I spent was incredible. I wasn’t a huge believer in group therapy before I came but the impact it had on me will last a lifetime. I had some ups and downs in treatment but overall my experience was wonderful and any complaints I have are minute compared to what I am able to take away. They invest in what matters.
It’s also a beautiful location and the view of the mountains is absolutely gorgeous. The outings were super fun and they made my birthday super special
If you have a desire to stop using or have co-occurring disorders this is the place to go. As long as you have an open mind and are honest I believe Hathaway will be extremely beneficial

Hathaway has saved my family. Before we found Hathaway my daughter was suffering with addiction however once we came to this facility the staff took her in and she felt comfortable and by a couple months she was ready to come back home fully recovered. I came here for courtesy dose in August and again in November. They are great there! If I move out here this is the clinic I definitely would go here.The price for just 7 days of methadone was $140!! This is the 2 nd time I paid this price for a week. We don’t have much money we are trying to get our lives back and this is a life or death medication for us.
The methadone is way overpriced here, while it is not an expensive drug from the pharmacy.

This place is amazing, I went there and they took me to Alcoholics Anonymous, which gave me a solution to allow me to become an active and productive member of my family and society. I did everything that was suggested like going to sober living getting a sponsor and working steps. They have an amazing Alumni program with Heidi as the coordinator. The alumni program helped me tremendously I learned accountability by taking commitments at meetings, learned how to have fun sober, and use normal coping skills instead of using or drinking. I’d like to start off by saying that if it wasn’t for Alta Centers, I’d either be in jail or worse. I definitely wouldn’t be honored with an opportunity to leave this review. Alta Centers and its professional Staff literally save my life. They didn’t turn their back on me when I showed up in a drunken blackout. Not once but four times within a span of one week. Apparently I kept leaving and have little to no memory of these events. Today I admit to my inappropriate behavior because the person that was broken and in a dark place the day I showed up is not the sober person that’s leaving this review. The Staff literally cared and showed me love throughout my stay there because I didn’t have it for myself. I must admit that I was a bit skeptical at first about going to a treatment living facility. This was due to my own perceptions and stigma on being open with total strangers on my addiction. I didn't realize that a communal atmosphere is just what I needed to open up and take care of well being. I stayed for 6 months at the Haven House in Long Beach. They had so many resources for me getting my life back on the right track. I found a setting of other guys who had been through so much and were there to listen and to encourage my progress. I honestly felt like staying resort for rehabilitating everything about myself. We did yoga to help the mind and body. We had movie nights to laugh and think and engage in life conversations. The best part was the proximity to the beach. We had a lot of outings and picnics along the Long Beach Shore. I very much recommend this establishment if you wish to progress through addiction and leave all the more better for society.

The staff, Doctors, and Nurse are wonderful. Very Professional staff. Tony the Security Guard is the nicest guard I have ever met. He treats everyone the same. And, none of the staff treat you as addicts or criminals. You end up coming and going from there like you have just visited a Family member’s house. I found Bicycle health when I was struggling- I have tried repeatedly to quit using opioids but the Withdrawal was just too much for me to handle, I kept relapsing over and over again. I had nobody I could talk to about my addiction. I am now almost a month free and have no urges to use again- they have so many groups that connect with others going through the same thing I was. This is by far the best place that you can come to when you need help with addiction and or mental health issues. The owner Miss Lucy cares about each and every person that comes through the door and it shows in every thing that she does. Her daughter Miss Ellen is also an amazing woman, just like her Mother. Dr. Gary is a wizard, he is so good at what he does. The staff is also great, The Chef (Best Chef in the world), Rosy, Mary Ann, Gabby, Jeremy, Jerome. Sonny, Christian and even the driver that picked me up from the airport. I do not have the words to explain how this place has changed my whole life.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for this program existing. I was handled with so much care and felt so much safety and love here.
I was in the lowest point of my life and from the hospital I spoke with Elizabeth and she took care of everything right away. I was on the plane the next morning.
Miss Ellen and Miss Lucy treat their staff and their clients with so much care that it feels like a family. Dr. Gary is quite literally the best Therapist I’ve ever had and I’m sad that he will no longer be working with me, but I finally have the tools that I need to live a healthy happy life.
I would give this place 100 stars if I could because they are that great. I’ve been to many treatment centers that I’ve been traumatizing, disorganized, and dysfunctional. I’ve accumulated a lot of trauma from some of those experiences and also wasn’t quite ready to surrender to recover recovery.
