I was in this hospital back in April in the adolescent unit. The nurses honestly were a 50/50 but they stepped in when it came to urgent situations. Pretty tuff. But honestly the food was so good like you could serve it yourself. Patients we nice. I MISS YOU GUYS

This hospital is one of the best hospitals for mental health services I have been to over 27 of them and I loved how clean and attentive the staff were to me. Station 4 was clean and felt safe during my stay.

I have never felt that a treatment center was genuine until coming here. I have been to dozens of other centers over the years, and this was the first time I felt I truly got the care I needed. Everyone on staff here took time to ask how I was doing every day, and it felt amazing to graduate the program. I have been to countless other treatment centers in the past, this was the first place I felt was genuine. Everyone one of CPR’s staff, therapists, case managers, direct care, all of them cared and took time out of there day to go above and beyond. It felt amazing to graduate this program and love that they have alumni meetings for me to continue to stay in touch

Staff by far was the best aspect of treatment here. Ethan, Trey and the direct care were awesome. Jason and Rory the case managers were such a big help for me. All of my therapists were great, and they really helped me get to a good place. I think that the clients vape and phones were an issue, and I that was the only negative I can think of

I recently found out that a family member was struggling with addiction. I was so lost and confused on where to start. Thankfully Conor at Pacific Sands was one of my first calls. He made me feel heard and understood exactly what I was going through. He gave me really great advice and knowledge on addiction. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to go with them because of insurance reasons but, he was very helpful, attentive and reassuring. I was very satisfied with everlast recovery, there much different from other facilities such as not feeling like a hospital setting or feeling like a 5150 facility. Everlast treated me like family and so did the rest of the patients in there. Everlast gave me the tools to cope with my struggles of addiction and showed me how the sober life is the better life. I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for my time at The Lighthouse. From the moment I walked in, I felt safe, cared for, and understood. The staff goes above and beyond. They don’t just do their jobs, they pour their hearts into helping every person who walks through those doors. I truly miss them and consider them family.
The program is amazing and so thoughtfully put together. I was there during Halloween, and the team made sure we still had fun and felt special, as a mother missing Halloween with my children, I truly appreciated this. You can tell they really care about making every day meaningful. The food was delicious, and the kitchen staff put so much love into every meal.
I’m proud and thankful to call myself a Lighthouse alumni. This place completely changed my life, and I’ll forever be grateful for the people I met and the support I received.

The Lighthouse Treatment Center completely changed my life. The program itself is amazing, but what really makes it special are the people. Every single staff member I met was caring, patient, and truly dedicated to helping us heal. You can tell they love what they do and genuinely care about every client.

Arlene touched a part of my life and my recovery that I didn’t even know needed healing. She treated me with a kind of respect, patience, and understanding that reminded me of the mother I never had. Chadd — “The General” — made a real impact on me. He’s one of the few people I’ve met who doesn’t just talk recovery… he lives it. Every word he says comes from real experience, real struggles, and real growth. He’s humble, honest, and he treats everyone like equals. Talking to him feels like talking to someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
He never made me feel judged. Instead, he made me feel seen and heard. His wisdom hits deep because you know it’s coming from someone who’s walked the same road. If he ever wrote a book about his life, I swear it would inspire so many people.
McCarty House is stronger because of him. A lot of people find success there because of the way he shows up for others. I’m grateful I crossed paths with him during my recovery. He helped me more than he probably knows.

Coming into a program like this is terrifying. Just making the call takes a ton of courage and effort. The program is challenging in all the right ways: Taking you out of your comfort zone to improve your self worth, massive amounts of material to learn and put into practice, and learning patience. I tried over and over to get clean and stay clean, when I came to hathaway it was my last chance, my family wanted nothing more to do with me. I went to Hathaway for detox and ended up staying 90days. The gratitude I have for Hathaway is never ending, the amazing support of the staff and follow through with my treatment therapy and counseling was what I really needed to help me with my trauma and get my life back. I am very happy with the treatment I received at Hathaway. The staff and therapist care about you and I think that’s number one when choosing a place to recover. The therapists are top-notch!!! The amount I learned in the 2 months I spent was incredible. I wasn’t a huge believer in group therapy before I came but the impact it had on me will last a lifetime. I had some ups and downs in treatment but overall my experience was wonderful and any complaints I have are minute compared to what I am able to take away. They invest in what matters.
It’s also a beautiful location and the view of the mountains is absolutely gorgeous. The outings were super fun and they made my birthday super special
If you have a desire to stop using or have co-occurring disorders this is the place to go. As long as you have an open mind and are honest I believe Hathaway will be extremely beneficial

Hathaway has saved my family. Before we found Hathaway my daughter was suffering with addiction however once we came to this facility the staff took her in and she felt comfortable and by a couple months she was ready to come back home fully recovered. I came here for courtesy dose in August and again in November. They are great there! If I move out here this is the clinic I definitely would go here.The price for just 7 days of methadone was $140!! This is the 2 nd time I paid this price for a week. We don’t have much money we are trying to get our lives back and this is a life or death medication for us.
The methadone is way overpriced here, while it is not an expensive drug from the pharmacy.

This place is amazing, I went there and they took me to Alcoholics Anonymous, which gave me a solution to allow me to become an active and productive member of my family and society. I did everything that was suggested like going to sober living getting a sponsor and working steps. They have an amazing Alumni program with Heidi as the coordinator. The alumni program helped me tremendously I learned accountability by taking commitments at meetings, learned how to have fun sober, and use normal coping skills instead of using or drinking. My husband I went to this program together after both having started our recovery journey separately. I absolutely recommend this Recovery center for several reasons. The staff is always willing to go the extra step to ensure your getting your needs met, whatever they may be it gets taken care of. The foundation the company sets for recovery is well above average. We left due to my husband's work needs but found that after leaving we went from Senior on highschool level education for recovery into a program that feels really elementary. Special shout to Kam for going above and beyond the expectations of a group facilitator and case manager. We appreciate everything this company has done for us in our lives as individuals and as a married couple as well.

Just celebrated 8 years sobriety! This place saved my life. They are very well organized and understand treatment and recovery. I wasn't necessarily very open-minded in the beginning but I'm so glad I didn't quit and leave not everybody stays sober and I understand that and this place doesn't guarantee anything however it is a beginning and for me it was pivotal. Every day is a new day to embrace change. I learned that from MFI.
I am forever grateful! Stay connected to the people in recovery and more importantly be available and responsible for people that need the help and you can keep your recovery. First thing you put in front of your sobriety is the second thing you will lose.

Pros: Caring Staff, Balanced Groups, Decent Food as far as rehabs go. Visits are allowed on weekends after 7 days.
Cons: Occasionally some clients that need special mental needs met slip in the cracks and it is difficult to replace them where they need to be.
It seems like corporate has the budget in too high of a chokehold, I can't imagine 50+ men at a rehab do not facilitate a higher budget than what is currently allocated. Clients shouldn't be able to feel this.
If you are not keen on a lot of men around you, consider other options with smaller populations. If you are heading here without a choice, talk to your counselor about any accommodations.
If you are looking to get sober, this is a place that runs a dog through the facility and tries to take measures to better facilitate it to those that want to make a serious change for their lives. If you have derailed your life and hit rock bottom, got felonies, or you just got out of prison and have conditions, this is definitely a good spot to put your life back on track. If you are going to rehab for the right reasons, you will not have an issue with 90% of the staff. Most treatment options felt like just like they were farming us for the money, this was NOT one of those facilities.
Even if you don't know where you are, give this a shot. I'm glad I did!

This place is amazing. The staff are so amazing and caring. I truly couldn’t have made it through this journey without them. Maria is the best case manager, she is truly inspirational and spreads positivity everywhere. The medical staff is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. This was my third time through rehab and found it the best, well run and most effective treatment I’ve been through. Maria and staff have a well structured program, with engaging assignments that are on-point. I am best prepared to avoid relapse. I would recommend Cornerstone to any addict serious about getting sober!

This place was a literal gift from god. I am beyond thankful for the program as a whole but also the staff like hip-hop Darrel and Andy also nurse mike made a huge impact on my sobriety. I could not have asked for a better program and a special thank you to miss maria for having my back and making sure I had enough packets lol I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who wants to be sober forever. I went through IVRS in May of 2020 and I was a complete mess. Drugs and alcohol were how I coped with the emotional distress I had been long experiencing and during my time at IVRS the staff, the structure, and the atmosphere provided me with an atmosphere that I could make a lasting change. Today, I am not just sober; I am at happy & at peace. I don't miss the days I used to abuse drugs/alcohol and that is an absolute miracle. I am so grateful for the staff that dedicated their lives and careers to being of service to those struggling with addiction. I hope that the staff knows how much of a difference that they are making in the lives of those that enter treatment.

10 acre ranch is a great place with lots of friendly staff who care about your recovery there’s a lot I learned here. many skills, and coping strategies that are essential to my recovery, and lots of information that is useful to being able to understand how addiction works. Angela is especially good at her job and has years of wisdom and experience within treatment. You won’t be magically cured after leaving here tho, what you put in is what u get out of it.

If you’re really serious about changing your life around then this place is where you need to be.
You can bring your pets and they accept couples. The staff here are all amazing and willing to help whenever you ask for help. The chefs: Tiffany and Mike really get down and make some really delicious meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. The nurses Michelle and Amy make sure you take your meds whenever needed and also make check in with you every morning to see if your having withdrawal symptoms such as night terrors, using dreams, tremors, anxiety, depression, all that stuff that you don’t want to feel when you’re withdrawing and they make sure you are prescribed the right meds to prevent all those things. The case workers Alejandra and Angela work above and beyond to make sure everything you need is taken care of. Angela is also the educator and teaches some really informative group classes that help you understand your disease. And the rest of the staff are all amazing and I’m really going to miss all of you! Claudia and Valerie are really sweet and kind and funny. I always looked forward to seeing them at the facility. Dan and RayRay and Joe are all very personable and will give you some of the best advice and it’s only up to you to decide if you wanna take it and run with it. Steve thank you for bringing my partner and I to court on your day off. Banchi is the sweetest person in the entire universe and you made me smile so much and being sober made me appreciate any smiles I got from the staff here. Tiffany thank you for all the meaningful talks we had every morning, I always looked forward to seeing you during the weekdays! And Mike thank you for making sure we eat good everyday ! I definitely recommend this program. If you are open minded and willing your life will change. I've been to lots of rehabs, however this one I willing stayed longer then 1 month I stayed all 3 and even extended to 4. I'm so grateful for the Phoenix House.

All of the staff here are absolutely wonderful! They have great food, catered meals, lots of great snacks, outings, such as bowling in the movies and Broadway theater in Riverside.
The work they do for Addiction is over the top. 30 to 120 day programs with therapy, group counseling, and one on one counseling. Better than A Luxury rehab in Malibu. They take forms of Medi-Cal like IEHP and the homes are clean and beautiful. Ron is the owner and he is involved and does such a great job. Theresa as a counselor for the women’s house is over the top great!

More than it appears, my experience at Whiteside is a complex blend of positive and negative aspects. While I genuinely believe Whiteside is a special place.
There are many positive aspects of Whiteside that I appreciate. Ron, the owner, genuinely cares about the clients, and the facility itself fosters a healing environment. Majority of the counselors are incredibly talented and supportive.

I was here for treatment for 8 months and I had an addiction to fentanyl and bipolar disorders . Another rehab didn’t want to keep me because of my kidney failure due to drug use and Angelika welcomed me with open arms !! Beautiful spirited woman !! She goes above and beyond for her clients and treat you like family !! This rehab is the only reason I got sober ! They let you go at your own pace and won’t be quick to kick you out !! Nice food , nice outtings !! She takes very good care of us !! Don’t think twice about coming it doesn’t feel like a facility or hospital and you get to keep your phone !! Nice bedrooms , big beds , your own bathroom and my favorite No ROOM Mates ! And btw Chris the Manager is awesome!!! The only people that had problems with him were the ones that weren’t serious about the sobriety!! He was one of my favorites !

I was with them for 2 years and they are really awesome. DR.RUTH is a very caring person and understands what your going through and wants to help you. As for the team Once you get to know the girls in the front they are so cool and very helpful. I had 3 counselors my first counselor I did have a problem with, but I got transfer to another counselor which was the supervisor and she was one of the best ones I had and Mike he is another counselor that is awesome. Kim is another supervisor for the front office and she is amazing. I am very happy to get to know everyone there.
