Being at Glendora Recovery Center showed me how to be patient, it showed me tools on how to identify triggers, gave me a toolbox that I can take with me and apply in real life. My counselor Kurtis was the best because he gave me simple suggestions and directions I could follow and apply to my life. Glendora Recovery Center was the best experience I ever had in groups, it made me feel comfortable being around a lot of people and it allowed me to be myself. I would recommend Glendora Recovery Center to a friend.

My experience at the lighthouse was life-changing Tiffany she's the best she definitely is one tough act to follow even when all the clients were mad about the phone she maintained her ground taught us fairness within the staff and within the clients she inspired me. To keep being myself even when the struggle hits we really related on the whole chosen topic. And a big thank you to Janie henke my lighthouse counselor she really is the heart of the program acting as a personal manager all those requests all the phone calls she has to make all the organizing whatever we got going on in our lives she really does take off some big weight from us without her I would have had the hardest time in there. Big thank you to Steve who made it happen for me to be there for my son's surgery he's the best and the lunch Ladies we really stay because they cook for us the most amazing food. And Cheyenne what a sweetheart she really spoke real she really always made us reflect about the reality on the outside. I can say she prepared me and because of her wisdom she shared I am still sober today

Lighthouse is the best recovery center I've been too it really saved my life. The staff was so loving and supportive throughout my whole stay. I am living proof that their recovery program works. So proud to call myself and alumni. If your needing somewhere to go that will truly save your life help you start over I recommend them.

I can't say enough positive things about the Lighthouse. The staff is amazing, the facility is beautiful, and when you graduate, the alumni team is beyond supportive. You gain a family one can only dream of!

I’ve been a patient at Aegis Treatment Centers for a while now, and I really want to give a heartfelt thank you to the nurses there. Whenever I’m sick or not feeling well, they always step in right away and make sure I’m taken care of. It never feels like I’m just another patient to them. They genuinely check on me, help me through it, and make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. All of the nurses work together in such a kind and supportive way, and because of that, I always feel really welcomed when I walk in. Even on rough days, I know I’m going to be met with patience, understanding, and care instead of stress or judgment. It’s honestly a comforting place to go when I need help, and I’m really grateful for how consistently compassionate and attentive the nurses are. God bless 🙏🏻

I’m not a patient at Everlast Recovery Center but by the Grace of God my husband is! I can’t say enough good things about Cory, his wife, & staff. Our story to follow but in the mean time if you’re looking for a place that is like home, that will go above & beyond for your loved one, & that treat you like family I highly recommend Everlast! I am so grateful God knows what he’s doing & placed us in their hands!!

My nurse taline is so wonderful, she does a great job dispensing the medication and very trustworthy. I never have to wonder if she’ll mess up my dose and she’s very patient and encouraging.

I transferred to Aegis treatment center in Pomona starting around beginning of December after starting on methadone in Italy when I lived there for a while but between leaving Italy and starting at aegis there was a couple days break from treatment till I went to aegis, and now after almost a year at September I’m transferring to another state since I move around and the treatment aegis provided has been very helpful and I been clean off all substances since the first day I transferred to aegis and I think two days prior to the first day I went to aegis was the first first day I was clean and aegis clinic helped me maintain sobriety ever since which means I been clean since beginning of December and still clean and sober. Brittany and Martha and one other person in front desk that I don’t remember the name of was very helpful since first day. Taline the nurse who dispenses the medication was very nice and helpful same with Bianca (Im sure that’s her name but a part of me feels like her name might be different and I accidentally mixed the name up so I’m leaving this note up just in case I got the name wrong but she’s on the computer in the first door left when you enter in the hallways) was also very nice and attentive and helpful and I think is the manager of the entire place and she helps me transfer to my new place by coordinating everything. The doctor with glasses is very chill and very fun to have conversations with and helped me find my correct dose of medication. And Angela who isn’t my counselor but has lots of candy would give me lots of candy especially airheads she is the candy lady. My first counselor was Gloria who was very kind and listened very well in sessions and second counselor I forgot name of never showed up and I think got fired and was a weird woman and third counselor I forgot name of was a cool guy and listened very well.

Thanks to Paula my counselor. Austin and Mike the best support i could have had while getting my marbles back. You can tell they care. I won't say they are perfect but nothing ever is. I will say I'm still sober and they continue to support me through their amazing Alumni Program. I wholeheartedly recommend the lighthouse

I like to say that Light House is amazing it’s allowed me and my wife to both come in as a couple and to do our own program still be next to each other that thing for me is huge and the outcome of this program has given me a new purpose in life the staff are all amazing every need that is needed is provided in this program and Teresa she gets the biggest part of this for letting this happen I love the Light House

This is a beautiful facility, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with the experience so far. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly supportive, helpful, and responsive, which has made this process much easier for our family. I visited my husband this past weekend, and he told me how happy he is with the care he’s receiving and his overall experience there. Having been to other treatment facilities in the past, he said this experience has been very different in a positive way, and that meant a lot to hear. Finding the right treatment center can be overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to make the best decision for someone you love. Based on our experience so far, I would absolutely recommend this facility. If you or someone you care about is looking for a supportive place to focus on getting healthy and moving forward, this is definitely a place worth considering.

Hathaway Recovery saved my life. I've been to two different rehabs before this one (one being a well-known, Nationwide facility) and this is by far the superior institution. They have several different levels of care to assist in every stage of the rehabilitation process. The detox was smooth and cautious; I felt extremely safe and comfortable. The group sessions are gentle and inviting, to let clients know that they are in capable hands and an accepting environment. The therapy sessions dive deep into the mental health issues that lead to addiction. The staff is professional when they need to be, but also speak to clients like they are real people and not just another patient. The homey atmosphere (as opposed to a hospital setting) makes the experience both realistic and comforting. The way it's ran shows clients that they can live a normal, sober life. It impacts their recovery journey by letting clients set attainable daily and long-term goals. The staff empowers each client to know they have the strength to pursue these goals, with the help from them and then eventually on their own. Most rehabs promise to give clients their life back, but Hathaway Recovery has given me a life I had never even dreamed of. In review terms: I am an extremely satisfied customer.

Starting my recovery journey at a treatment center for primary mental health and alcohol was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but it’s also been the most rewarding. I have good comments about VCC The Gary Center. For one, I have been going to Dr. Duffield for more than a year and I did not think I could walk with my injured knees, I am now walking on them which I am now a believer in Acupuncture works. I also have seen Dr. Mansuri, DO and he makes me feel well cared for and professionally communicates at a level better than the doctor I've been seeing before for 40 years. He tops it above that. I also am impressed by the level of service of the center because at the time I did not think I could locate another primary provider so I am very happy to have found him. I had the best experience there all the staff really care they got me through the worst times of my life they kept me strong when Satan was attacking me p I never thought I would give up the smoking cigarettes and I did at ivrs they helped me through the grieving of my son I highly highly recommend this place to anybody that really wants to get off drugs or alcohol they do help if I can get a higher rating than just five stars I definitely would I love this place and I love the fact that I'm still connected I can go back anytime if I feel like using or if I just want to go and visit it's an awesome place to get recovery I am definitely proud to be an alumni from ivrs in upland it's the best program I've ever been to

Inland Valley is always there to help. The staff is very knowledgeable and very resourceful. They have an excellent program, or should l say many different programs to accommodate anybody and everybody. They have therapist on hand and provide transportation which is always a plus. And the best part is the food🤓. They provide really healthy meals. Great place to start your new life focused on Recovery.

This place literally saved my life! The living quarters are clean, beautiful scenery. The food is good. The staff is very Professional. There is a lot of love and compassion in this facility. This is a great place to recover if you’re struggling with addiction. ❤️‍🩹❤️

My honest experience with Impact. Overall the staff are good people. I can tell they are there because they care for people and their recovery. However, when it comes to holistic, non-Western medicine modalities & healing practices, they are not very accommodating. It is a place where you have to surrender your ego in order to be cooperative and adhere to their approach to recovery and scheduled activities. I was in psychosis during detox, their medication helped alleviate symptoms of my withdrawls. However, my psychosis was getting worse. They sent me to a psychiatrist for an evaluation, and synchronistically there was an add on the TV in the waiting room for a new anti-depressant. Following the add for the medication was the side effects, which included thoughts of suicide. That was already occurring. My intuition told me to refrain from fulfilling a prescription to any medication. Had I’d had the option for Ayurvedic or any kind of traditional herbal medicine, I believe my symptoms would have gone away, or at least alleviated significantly. I don’t believe anyone should get special treatment that’s superior to the other. However, I do feel it should be ok for them to have a bit more of an individualistic approach to each persons needs for their recovery. I began to feel much disdain from staff and fellow residents for expressing my needs. I think it is a result of their program having limited financial resources. Although, it doesn’t appear that way when you see a parking lot full a luxury and brand new vehicles that many of the staff drive. Although I am happy that the staff can afford a decent living, if it affects the accommodation in any way, it doesn’t appear like a place that is willing to adjust their methods to support individuals in various age groups, treat substances of choice accordingly, or offer alternative medicine. Or at the very least offer brain regenerating supplements upon request to help with brain regeneration and returning one’s body to baseline/homeostasis. However, please note that if you need rehab, it will save your life to go and have a bed to sleep with wonderful meals made with love. Please don’t let my review prevent you from doing what you have to do to save your life. I was homeless and needed a detox and I am grateful for the fact that they take Medical and offer their services. They can and will help those in need for sure. Herbs have helped me tremendously but not having a safe home caused me to resort to destroying myself with drugs. I’ve had many friends die that I’ve met in 12 steps programs so I stopped going many years back. However, it works if you work it.

I had a very positive experience with this treatment center and am truly grateful for the support and care I received. From the beginning, I felt welcomed, respected, and treated like a person rather than just another client. The staff were caring, understanding, and supportive throughout my time there. This treatment center gave me a safe and encouraging environment where I could focus on myself, learn, grow, and work toward making positive changes in my life. The staff showed compassion and genuinely seemed to care about my progress and well-being. I would highly recommend this treatment center to anyone who is ready to make a change and is looking for a place where they can feel supported along the way. My experience here meant a lot to me, and I am thankful for everyone who played a part in my journey. Five stars and definitely recommended!

This program was hard but it changed my life

Had a fantastic experience here at Recovery Beach. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthy and safe environment while working through their recovery. From the Staff, Consistent Meetings and Amazing Outings, my time here has been nothing but amazing. The people you spend time with here bond extremely well, and it has given me and many others a new healthy outlook on life and life skills to take with me into my future. I’d also like to give a very big thanks to Blue and David, two staff members who have made a massive impact on my recovery, and have provided a mass amount of help in the beginning of my journey to recovery. Would highly recommend to those starting their journey to recovery.

I had an overall positive experience at Recovery Beach and I truly appreciate the staff members who supported me throughout my stay. There were people there who genuinely cared, listened to me, and helped me through a very difficult time. I’m grateful for the experience and the people I met, and I would still recommend this facility to someone who is looking for help. However, I do feel that there is an important issue that needs to be addressed regarding medications at discharge. Before leaving, I was specifically told that all of my medications would be going home with me. I understood that to mean exactly that—all medications I had been prescribed and paid for would be included in my discharge medications. When I got home and realized that one of my medications was missing, I called the facility to ask about it. I was then told that I “didn’t need” the medication. My concern is that I had already been told I would be taking all of my medications home, and I had also paid for the medication. Even if they felt I didn’t currently need it, there was still a possibility that I could run into a situation where I might need it, which is exactly why I was concerned about not having it available. I understand that medical professionals may make decisions about what medications are necessary, but if a medication has been prescribed, paid for, and the patient has been specifically told that it will be sent home with them, I feel there should be clear communication about any changes before discharge. I shouldn’t have had to get home, discover that something was missing, and then call to find out why. This is not meant to take away from the positive aspects of my experience. I’m thankful for the care and support I received, but I do believe the discharge medication process could be handled much better. Clear communication and making sure patients receive what they were told they would receive would make the transition home much less stressful.

Have been coming here for colo rectal surgery, that's how specialized this place can get, they're helping me through my journey of repair after immense damage at a very tender young age, I am a survivor. Also the female bathroom on the 1st floor, if you come around the left corner towards the back, has been locked since my April 2026 appt to my July appt. Just a heads up, yes I had to use the men's bathroom cause I am partly incontinent and couldn't hold my urine. 😢 but overall great medical center, fancy and whatnot. 🤝

I would like to start of by saying that GRAND VIEW FOUNDATION is home away from home. Ms.Shelly and the staff at GVF are AWESOME! That is an understatement if anything. I showed up to this place with broken dreams and yet another relapse after a 15 month program in Mexico. There was something very profound about this whole environment that is presented here. You just feel welcomed and well tooken care of. The classes are lengthy , but you know what thats what builds character and prepares you to take things serious. Most importantly start to build structure and self recognition. The food is amazing and the care and the cleanliness is on point. Would I recommend Grand View , absolutely 💯. This place is designed to put you in a position to face your fears and also to reconnect with what really matters to you in life. I wouldn't change my experience here for anything else.Being here it gave me a better shot at taking on life. Forever grateful for the experience.
