Simon saved my life. I have been sober ever since I left this place. From the owners to the techs everyone was involved with my care and made me feel like I was at home and getting care from loved ones. I was a rebel I was rude I felt like I was entitled to everything. This place gave me the support I needed and guided me. I eventually gave up on doing it my way. I started to listen and my life has transpired. I owe so much to this place. I don’t think a review with five stars is the least I can do. Thank you so much guys. The journey doesn’t end when you leave here it starts. I can still reach out and ask questions and to know I have that support from the staff at ocean ridge has gone a long way for me. Only thing I suggest is this place will make sure you are so comfortable in probably the worst time in your life. Only thing they ask for is to take the suggestions that are given to you. As someone who was very hesitant to try an impatient program, I couldn’t be happier that I found this gem. Everything from the admissions coordinator (Kim), to the private driver from airport (Todd), to my intake at the house (Hans, Reif, Edith, Josh), to the private chef (Danielle), to the supervisor (Sam), to the case managers and therapists (Robert, Ligi, Jess), everyone made absolute sure that this seemingly scary experience was far from just that. The care/medication management was on point. The private chef cooked some of the testiest meals I have ever consumed. The views of the pacific were absolutely incredible. I used the onsite home gym and hot tub daily. They even had onsite accupuncture and yoga. The group therapy content and material was life changing and foundational in my recovery journey. Each of the 6 bedrooms in the house has a unique vibe and special touch. I was so thankful to have access to my laptop as a working professional, and my phone to stay in touch with friends and family. We even had outings to go shopping, walk the harbor and pier, massages, kayaking, and whale watching. Chapters Capistrano saved my life and will never be forgotten.

Chapters Capistrano is absolutely amazing in every way, starting with the incredible supervisor of the center, Savannah. Her work ethic, inspiring attitude and true care for each patient trickles down to every component of the program, making it the best center I have ever attended. I am forever indebted to Chapters for providing me with the skills and insight I was missing to finally break free from the chains of addiction. Also, the small setting (no more than 6 clients per house) allowed for deeper connections which is so important to early recovery! Thank you to the whole staff for all of their patience and love, the walks on the beach, the outings, getting aftercare set up, getting me on the right meds and the wonderful atmosphere that truly is designed to set the clients up for success!! Thank you all so much!

Hi, my name is Evan and here is my review of First Light Recovery. Firstly, let me start off by saying, I’ve been to a few mental care houses; and honestly this place is professional and caring towards clients and they maintain a good policy. Staff at First Light meet patient needs and excellent expectations for a good and safe environment. Clients are also good. If you decide that you need a break and just want to work on your mental health and persona, this place, if it’s in your area or not, they do travel somewhat far in order to bring you to a place of recovery; It is a good choice and you won’t regret coming. It is a welcoming experience and a good service to people and the community. They do accommodate for you in many ways so you won’t get bored or feel trapped. In many words, short, this place is pretty cool. Sincerely to the staff, and the clients I stayed with, at this fine facility, thank you. Evan, to First Light Recovery, thank you.

My son has recently started his treatment at this center in California for mental health and addiction. It hasn’t been long yet, so I can’t speak to the long-term results, but I can already say that my experience with the staff—especially the woman who communicates with me—has been very positive. She takes everything to heart and shows a high level of responsibility and care. I truly hope that when my son completes his program, he will be better prepared to take care of himself, make mature choices, and live independently. From what I’ve seen so far, I feel optimistic that this center will help him grow in that direction.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Care, Life-Changing Experience at Asana Recovery My journey with Asana Recovery has been nothing short of transformational. Walking through their doors, I wasn’t just another patient entering a treatment center—I was a person in need of compassion, structure, and genuine guidance. From the very beginning, the team at Asana made me feel seen, heard, and supported in a way that very few treatment centers truly deliver. After just two months in recovery, I was given the incredible opportunity to become a house manager, which was a breathtaking experience. Not only did it deepen my recovery, but it allowed me to support others walking the same path. That chance to step into responsibility and service was life-changing, and it’s something I will always carry with me. What sets Asana apart is the people. Jonathan and Linda, in particular, are shining examples of what makes this place extraordinary. Jonathan’s ability to connect with individuals on a deeply human level created a sense of trust that allowed me to open up and truly engage in the process. His wisdom, steadiness, and encouragement gave me tools that I will carry for the rest of my life. Linda’s presence is like a beacon—warm, nurturing, and absolutely unshakable. Her kindness and dedication went far beyond a “job”; it was clear she cares about every single person who comes through Asana’s program as if they were family. And it isn’t just them—the entire Asana team embodies that same commitment. Whether it was the counselors guiding me through difficult conversations, the medical staff ensuring I was safe and cared for, or the support staff who brought positivity into every interaction, each person played an important role in making recovery feel possible. They created an environment that blended professionalism with heart, where structure and accountability were balanced with compassion and encouragement. I’ve been to other facilities and spoken with countless people who have gone through recovery in different settings, and I can say without hesitation that Asana stands in a class of its own. Their approach is holistic, their community is genuine, and their impact is lasting. To anyone considering Asana Recovery—whether for yourself or a loved one—know this: you will not just find treatment here; you will find hope, healing, and a family that will walk alongside you every step of the way. I am deeply grateful to Jonathan, Linda, and the entire Asana Recovery team for helping me reclaim my life.

Graduating from Treehouse Recovery is one of the most meaningful things I’ve ever done. Im eternally grateful to Justin and all the staff that helped me. When I first arrived, my life felt completely out of control and I honestly didn’t know if real change was possible. Treehouse didn’t just help me get sober — it helped me rebuild myself. The structure, the workouts, the accountability, and the brotherhood pushed me in ways I had never experienced before. What makes Treehouse special is that the staff truly care. They don’t treat you like a number. They challenge you, support you, and hold you to a higher standard because they want to see you become the man you’re capable of being. The brotherhood I found here is something I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. If you’re struggling and wondering whether recovery is actually possible, it is. Treehouse helped me find a new direction and a new life, and for that I’m incredibly grateful.

I arrived at Tree House physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually exhausted and hopeless. I leave renewed in all these areas and with hope through the brotherhood that is Tree House clients and staff. There’s no other way to put this than to keep it clear; the staff at Tree House genuinely care, seek to understand my needs, utilize a unique program that addresses the whole person, and provided me with the means to find my drive and motivation again. They demonstrated love (sometimes tough love) and genuine belief in me, thereby empowering me to overcome, achieve, and move forward as the best version of myself.

I’m writing this review today with the most gratitude and hope I’ve had in a long time. Tree House recovery was a lifesaver for my kid and our family. When my kid made the brave choice to go to rehab, Treehouse moved at great speed and with such care to envelope us with a plan and reassurance, offered support at many levels, and provided a loving atmosphere for my kid to land. The comprehensive program, education, therapy, and positive, practical support empowered our young son in ways I thought not possible at the time. I am in awe of his growth, mindset and choice to stay sober. Forever grateful to the program, staff and the people who continually support his growth. Thank you Treehouse! People CAN recover and thrive. Best choice we ever made.

I cannot say enough good things about Windward Way! I had reached a point in my addiction where I was headed down a slippery slope toward losing it all. Through my higher power, my family was able to see I needed help and helped me get in touch with Windward Way. From the moment I walked into Campus to this very day, I have felt nothing but love and encouragement. I didn't know anything about Rehab or treatment centers, but from talking to others they can be vastly different. Many putting profits and business over people and healing. Not Windward. Every person who works there truly cares about you as a person and how they can best help you in your journey. I felt heard and cared for. My case worker Jeri is top notch. Helpful, knowledgeable and most of all loving. There are too many techs to mention by name but each one was on par. The groups led by the facilitators were so helpful. Each facilitator brought a different style. Ken and his love for the big book, Kelly and her love of teaching us through art and inner peace, Chad and his ability to tell a story or set up a learning environment that draws you in intellectually. Tony is exceptional in just chopping it up, but always ensuring we left with a valuable tool. Otis and his ability to understand everyone in the room even given our vast age differences. Gerald and his desire to keep us involved in after care. My house manager Monica for truly listening to each housemates concerns, and I cannot forget my therapist Christina for all the insight she gave me into why I am they way I am. And last but not least the drivers. They each had a way of just listening to our chatter and somehow still teaching us skills and showing us care. I could go on all day! Love you Windward!

Withdrawals suck, but Oceanfront provided me with the correct medications to help me feel as comfortable as possible while I ease in. Additionally their staff is all well trained and knowledgeable. They keep you busy by taking you out to meetings daily, or other fun group activities. Thank you guys for everything, shouts out Mr. LFMT Kinoshita & Case Manager Cody. My experience at Oceanfront Recovery has been truly transformative. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a supportive and compassionate environment that has been both stimulating and engaging. The beautiful location provided a perfect backdrop for healing, and the holistic approach to recovery offered me countless opportunities for growth. The staff has been absolutely amazing; special thanks to Cody, Wyatt, Cassie, Madeline, Sean, and David, who have each played a pivotal role in my journey. A special thanks to my therapists and counselors for both group and one-on-one sessions, especially Ernesto and Matt – truly fantastic people. Located in Murrieta, California, Ranch Creek Recovery is a luxury alcohol and drug rehab center that provides addiction treatment to men and women aged 18 and older. I just completed this outpatient program and I genuinely recommend. The staff, the groups, and the support made a huge impact on me. I don’t have words to explain how grateful I am about the tools both Derick and Vanessa had taught. And all the treatment centers I’ve been to They have been the best counselors and the most inspiring People to .I really, really liked my experience here—it helped me understand myself, stay accountable, and build real tools for staying sober. I’m leaving motivated to better myself every day and continue growing even after the program. Truly grateful.

Even though I’ve never been a client myself, I’ve had the privilege of working with their team for nearly 10 years—and I can confidently say they operate with a level of integrity, compassion, and professionalism that is rare in the rehab industry. Ranch Creek Recovery is truly different. Their inpatient program is set in a private, luxury estate that provides a peaceful, dignified environment for healing. Other treatment centers claim to be luxury and cram dozens of people into a small home. The inpatient facility feels more like a resort or retreat than a clinical facility, which makes an incredible difference for clients who are going through the toughest periods of their lives. What really sets them apart is their staff. This is a family owned and operated treatment center, and you feel that from the first interaction—warmth, genuine care, and a commitment to doing what’s right, not what’s profitable. Their small client-to-staff ratios mean every person receives personal attention, individualized treatment, and a level of support that larger, corporate-style rehabs simply can’t match. In an industry where far too many centers focus on maximizing revenue, Ranch Creek Recovery stands out for doing the opposite: prioritizing people. I can say with complete confidence that they treat every client with dignity, compassion, and honesty. They are the definition of a high-quality, luxury, ethical drug & alcohol treatment center, and I’d recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking real help.

It had been a few years since my last treatment center stay as I had completely distanced myself from anything recovery related. I went down a real dark self isolated path of self-will run riot as I tried every which way to do it own my own self will and after being in 37 treatments prior to coming to California Wellness Center I felt as if I was a lost cause. After 12 long years of suffering and digging so deep, I couldn't even find an ounce of happiness to celebrate my own 31st birthday on March 12th of this year and after spending the entire month up untill my birthday completelt isolated alone in my APT in Phoenix,AZ I became very suicidal and started strongly considering taking my own life and just ending it all I had no desire to continue down the life I was living and somewhere in that moment of desperation on March 13th at 3AM I spend the next few hours crying out to my "Higher Power "God" to give me the strength to ask for help and he did I reached out to the "Owner Will" and finally dropped the ego I had held onto for all the years of my addiction and asked for help and that very night he had me on a call with a lady named "Keelen" Admissions might not be pronouncing that correctly and I barely remember the phone call I was completely out out of my mind but they were still willing to give me a shot and she helped me all the way through to getting to the airport to me completely blacked out at the airport missing my first flight to getting me on the next flight after out and constantly calling checking in to make sure I made it there safely as well retrieving all my luggage which I had lost during that process. Upon arrival, there I was picked up by "Liam," who made sure I got to the center safely and was there every day checking in, making sure I was OK! this is an individualized treatment program, and it was exactly what I needed to finally start unraveling the many years of pain and suffering addiction had caused. From all the staff "Matt" the therapist who was there 5 days a week, helped me finally dive into a lot of the many different issues I struggled with to face them head on he didn't push but when it came time he was there when I was ready to finally let go and let others guide me and I'll be forever thankfull for that, the Nurses "Mary" and "Stephanie" were the absolute best of the best and helped on many of the rough days I had to face while there to!! And the case manager "Jason" as well the techs from "Eddy" Kelsy" "Casey" "Jack" were the best as well and all played a big role for me still being alive and well today!! If you're thinking you don't deserve this, you do we all do, and this center and all the staff helped me realize my true value, love, and purpose for myself again and helped pull me from the very deep grave I had been digging for so long and finally accepting that I am truly powerless over my addiction but there is a way out if I am willing to drop my pride and ego and accept the help others offer so with that I'll be forever gratefull to all of you im still alive because of the part each of yall played during my stay there I finally feel like this life of sobriety is not just possible but worth more than any day of the pain a suffering caused by addiction so give yourself a chance your worth it and this place will help you get to that place. Much Love From The Bottom of my heart Parker Richard. God Bless

Update: I’m 97 days sober. I spent 70ish days at South Shores and came home with a full relapse prevention plan. I’m involved in an online outpatient program, I’m in therapy and I regularly attend meetings. I am in a group chat with my peers and I’m thriving in my recovery. Life is not perfect but I feel so amazing. I could not imagine doing this well in any other program. Best recovery experience ever! This is my second time in rehab and South Shores really works on your mind, body and soul. I am 18 days sober. I feel amazing! Detox was great and I came off the detox meds early. The staff is nothing short of amazing. They support you and your recovery every step of the way. The food might be my only complaint. I love the variety of meetings. I’m an alcoholic but not everyone here is an alcoholic so we went to other meetings so that everyone could experience something specific for their addiction. I love this place.

I love Casa Capri. The programming is excellent, particularly the groups. Individual therapy, nutrition counseling, and case management sessions are also very helpful. The staff at Casa are top-notch. The high quality programming is really where this facility shines. Everyone from the owner to the cleaning staff was integral to my recovery and motivation. I always felt valued and safe. Grace House (the nutrition/eating disorder house) has a special place in my heart. I suffered from a severe eating disorder for over 5 years and finally feel like I’ve overcome it. The dietitians, Hanna and Juliette, are very knowledgeable and great at their jobs. The accommodations are clean and very home-y; the vibe is definitely not institutional or hospital-like. I loved the neighborhood cat too. I recommend Casa without reservation to anyone looking to recover from an eating disorder and/or substance abuse issue. I’ve been to other treatment centers for both problems and Casa is the best. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Casa Capri Recovery is truly the most wonderful and clinically strong all-female program I've ever encountered. I've trusted them with my family members and friends struggling with addictive (substance use) and eating disorders, and every time, they were met with unmatched professionalism and pure kindness. Finding a truly sound, all-female program is rare and more difficult than I ever imagined, but Casa Capri sets the standard. The clinical depth, safety, and community they provide for women is incredibly needed and simply the best available. I am so grateful they are filling this need for women struggling everywhere. A massive thank you to Liz Miller, whose phenomenal clinical insight and steady connection made all the difference for my loved ones. I also want to acknowledge Katie Martinez and Sophie Rumbin, whose thoughtful communication and genuine care provided incredible support and validation every step of the way. They consistently go above and beyond. Casa Capri is a treatment environment where you can feel safe leaving the people you love. I wholeheartedly recommend them for real healing, treatment, and recovery.

Casa Capri is a beautiful place to get sober, with an incredible staff that really cares. You’re reading this for a reason! Whatever that reason is, my hope is that when you finish you will seek help today, whether for yourself or someone you care for. If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve read a few other reviews for treatment centers. At this point, you’re almost certainly tired of reading, “This place saved my life”, over and over and over. The phrase starts to lose gravity. The truth for me, however, is that SCC did not save my life. That would be too simple an explanation of what SCC did for me. SCC didn’t sanded my life, they armed me with the necessary weaponry to walk into battle, to save my own life, and to continue living with honesty, integrity, and self-worth. SCC has something special. Whether you know it or not, you want it too, trust me. Some of the luxuries of private treatment are there, but that’s not it. What’s special at SCC is the authentic warmth, care, and concern of all the staff. Most of them are in recovery themselves, and ALL of them have been affected by addiction in some way or another and have chosen a path of helping others. This is reflected in the general attitude of the clients, and I can say that when i was there, I felt truly safe. I felt genuinely cared for, and I did not feel like a number or a dollar sign. That’s a huge deal! Just as huge a deal, is the clinical staff’s ability and knowledge, as well as their skill in delivery of information in a way that everyone can understand. The groups were super engaging and current. SCC is one of the few places that really understands the nature of group therapy, and does not execute it like a class or a lecture. Groups at SCC are interactive and interesting and there’s a healthy lean towards peer support and feedback. Another thing that’s different about SCC, is that they accept private insurance, but they are also a nonprofit so they accept some different types of health insurance you might not expect, and sometimes they do things like scholarships for people in need of treatment that might not have the necessary resources. For example, when I was seeking treatment I had a difficult time finding a good treatment center that would take my health insurance because it was through Covered California. SCC was one of the few places that accepted my Blue Shield of CA PPO, and I know they also accepted my friends Blue Shield HMO too, which is amazing! The best thing I could suggest is if you’re in need of help, no matter what insurance you have, just call SCC and ask! The admissions women are outstanding human beings, and whether or not SCC is able to help you, they will help you find a place that’s right for you! That’s pretty incredible if you ask me. Here’s the point… if you want to go to treatment and sit around and wait for them to save your life, don’t call SCC, but if you’re looking for a great group of people that care about what they do, if you’re thinking you might need a little help, and you’re willing to do a little work, SCC is your spot! The rewards you experience will be indescribable, I promise you that.

I just finished 60 days at this inpatient facility and let me tell you…THIS PLACE IS MAGIC! I’ve been to 2 other treatment centers that were very “high end” and they didn’t compare to NDFW! From the therapist, clinicians & case managers, you’re set with a wonderful team helping you with your life on the inside and outside of treatment. They know what they’re doing and they do it well. I am 5 months sober and still going strong from the treatment I received and the coping and life skills I learned. 10 out of 5 stars and definitely recommend for anyone that needs to get sober and/or has any trauma they are dealing with.

I don’t know where I would be without NDFW. It was the only place I felt safe at a very crucial moment in my life. Both the residential and outpatient programs are women-centered and trauma-informed. The therapists and group leaders are compassionate and empowering and the campus is peaceful and cozy. I met friends I will have for life and a community that I continue to rely on to this day. Overall my experience was great! One of the things I was disappointed most with was the inability to have access to a gym while in treatment. In my opinion self care in recovery requires inclusivity of our physical health and well being. During admissions it was promised that it would be available once on site. This was not the case after arrival. However, I trusted the direction of my Case Manager Nicole who was an outstanding person and able to take care of all my needs while in treatment she was AMAZING! In addition, my Therapist Melissa was wonderful to work with. Melissa's ability to connect with me and recommend excellent coping skills helped me in ways I didn't think were possible. It took openness and willingness to allow those processes to take effect. I had a really good stay at treatment even though my expectations fell short of what I thought would be included after my arrival here. I look forward to the future ahead now that I'm discharging. Best of luck to anyone coming to South Coast for a treatment program.
