Since coming to this program almost 8 years ago coming this September 2025, I've been very much involved with my sobriety. I've asked my counselor Henry for lots of help. In making myself stronger internally, mentally and spiritually. I have become a much better person. My relationships with my daughter and grandchildren, also co-workers & just friends in general have really grown for the better. The BAART PROGRAM has really helped me.I can go on and on. I'm just so very glad that I stuck it out. Didn't give up. And let the program take its course. Couldn't ask for more.

The Arrow House truly helped not 1, but 2 of my kids heal and come to a place of recovery. Their approach of looking at the family unit versus just the young person in treatment has given me and my family hope and the tools nessesary to rebuild the love and trust that we have for one another. Their entire team, from admissions through administration, through the family and individual therapists, the educational team, and can not count out the amazing Community Mentors and the chef all have supported me and my kiddos on the road to recovery! My mom went to cornerstone to get sober and better herself 8 years ago, and now I am here and have nothing but the utmost respect for all of the staff that helped me get to where I am today. I truly could not have made it this far and could not have been as confident as I am currently in myself and my recovery if it weren't for the time and dedication in which they put in to ensure my stay here went as smooth as possible. The assignments they give are all engaging and make you dive deep interpersonally, spiritually, mentally, and the like to emphasize what you need to grow and work on during your journey to sobriety, and for that I am so thankful. It is a shame to see this place go as Dr. Stone enters his well-deserved retirement, but I am honored to be one of the final clients to have came through this wonder rehabilitation center, I truly feel I have found a community where I belong!

During my time there, Dr. Stephanie Herring provided invaluable support during one of the hardest times of my life. I greatly appreciate the support I experienced during my time at Cornerstone. This place is amazing, I went there and they took me to Alcoholics Anonymous, which gave me a solution to allow me to become an active and productive member of my family and society. I did everything that was suggested like going to sober living getting a sponsor and working steps. They have an amazing Alumni program with Heidi as the coordinator. The alumni program helped me tremendously I learned accountability by taking commitments at meetings, learned how to have fun sober, and use normal coping skills instead of using or drinking. I am super grateful for this place the staff really cares and anyone that’s willing to put in the work to recover will find the help they need at the lighthouse!

I would like to respond to a review written two months ago. I typically do not write reviews, but it was upsetting to read something that is so opposite of what is actually true.
I attended groups at Welmor for over a year and a half on a regular basis. Patti, who was named in the previous review, makes a huge difference in this world. Her attention given to the clients saves lives. She taught us about addiction and how our brains are wired, physical sobriety, emotional sobriety, she gave us tools to live productively each day of our lives, and genuinely cared about each one of us - something that cannot be taught in any school. Her groups were always the most attended as everyone wanted to be in “Patti‘s group.” There was a sense of well-being in her groups, and friendships were cultivated. I was actually in attendance the day the gentleman that wrote the review was there. He was the one that was extremely disruptive and out of line. He seemed volatile and to be perfectly honest, I was very uncomfortable with him in the room, as were many others. So for him to take the time to write a terrible review about Patti is not only wrong but very sad. I hope you will ignore his review as I promise It is completely false.

This program is amazing!!! The staff is caring, attentive, and truly have passion for what they do. From dealing with mental issues to teaching you about substance abuse. They give you the tools and knowledge to succeed. Give you many options for next level of treatment and help you get there. Gym 3 times a week, outside AA meetings, in-house panels, zoo, the beaches, and putt putt golf are only a few of the activities we did. Amazing case worker, house manager, and all staff (unless you're a Cowboys fan 😆 (jk))! Awesome therapist and psychiatrist! The facility is really nice and clean too. Nice pool with fruit trees all around! 10/10 recommend.
I could go on for an hour on why this place is amazing, intimate, and spot on what I needed. Overall, I am sincerely greatful for this program and would recommend to anyone wanting to turn your life around.

My son went to Lead Recovery and he had an amazing case worker! Roger, was very kind and caring and did everything he could to give my son all the tools he needed. Unfortunately, my son needed a higher level of care, so it didn’t work out for him there, however, it was not for lack of care or trying! Roger went above and beyond! I was very impressed with both his level of communication and compassion! The staff was great overall!

I was in this hospital back in April in the adolescent unit. The nurses honestly were a 50/50 but they stepped in when it came to urgent situations. Pretty tuff. But honestly the food was so good like you could serve it yourself. Patients we nice. I MISS YOU GUYS

There is a counselor, therapist there named Navid. When I had my first session, I cried like a baby and thought to myself, “F that, I am never opening up to that guy or anyone again.”
I wanted to leave so many times, but I am glad I didn’t. Recovery IS NOT EASY, and you have to want it. That said, if you want it, this is the place for you. People at this facility actually care. You’re not always going to get what you want, but you are going to get what you need.
Detox is super difficult, your thinking is skewed, but this place gives you a real fighting chance. There is an amazing chef, that literally makes almost anything you want for breakfast, there are sodas and snacks and food readily available 24 hours 7 days a week. There is a nursing staff of course, a gym, a pool, hot tub, pool table, and tv’s in every room, with most of if not all the premium channels like Netflix, Amazon prime, max etc. You don’t have access to all these things at all times, but they are there.
There is a kick boxing instructor that comes a couple times a week and a beautiful young woman who comes in and teaches yoga. I can say from first hand experience that those people care and have good hearts as well. Someone comes and does massages once a week, if you need or want that, as well as a chiropractor.
You have classes, for most of the day, but you probably need them, honestly if you can’t get clean here, you’re not ready. Going to WISH was one of the best decisions I made last year and I can’t recommend them enough.
Some of the staff, Matt, Colin, Tera in particular really made me feel welcome, I am sure that I am leaving out good peoples names but those are the first that come to my mind and I wish to respectfully say that I appreciate them for how they interacted with me while I was really processing a lot of real life stress and emotion.
If you’re really ready to change, you can’t make a better decision than Wish recovery. The director there, Elena, is wise beyond her years and incredibly kind. I know this review sounds ridiculously positive, but that’s because it is. You will face problems and mental, physical, and spiritual difficulties going through detox, but these people can save you, as I feel they have helped save me.

I found the encouragement my life needed at California Care. I stayed in their comfortable caring home setting for two months, getting into a routine of practicing daily life again and social skills. I underwent group, individual, and couple's therapy. They guided me to manage through past traumas, gain focus on priorities, and established initiative I haven't had for years. The staff is very outgoing with great insight for meeting our personal needs. Thank you! I'm back on track, and you saved my marriage! It is wonderful to be engaged in life again.

I have nothing but the best things to say about this clinic and the people who work there and make it what it is today. I am always shown the utmost respect with every single person and interaction. They genuinely want to see me get better, if I knew nothing else about them that would be enough. Every different personality always makes me smile and laugh even when I'm having a bad day. Its a very welcoming non judgemental place to recover and feel content. Our nurse is literally the most kind hearted, compassionate, sweetest person I have ever had the privilege of knowing. The ladies in the front are so chill and make me laugh. My counselor is the best, she listens and tells me like it is. This place helped me a lot after I was transitioning from program and looking for sober living. They kept in contact with me all the way through my first year and even helped me to find housing. You get what you put in. I messed up but worked hard and they worked hard to help me. No program is going to do everything for you and that’s where people get things messed up. You have to work and they’ll meet you part way.

Safe Haven is an exceptional detox/treatment center situated in a quiet area of Beverly Hills. This is my first treatment center/experience, and it was the best decision I have ever made! From the detox, they help you feel safe and comfortable while checking on you every half hour to make sure you are okay. You will see medical/psychology every week, and their therapist is top tier! They have multiple group therapy sessions 7 days a week with different facilitators to really dig into your mental health as well. Chef is always cooking up something new and delicious, healthy options, plus dessert. All the techs (Staff) are beyond knowledgeable and helpful with whatever you may need 24/7. I am not looking to come back to treatment anytime soon, but if I ever needed to, I would come right back here. If this can help anyone find a place to get help, it would be here!

My dad was sent here (senior mental care unit) for ten days and the staff took extremely good care of him. Google’s low ratings scared me, but when I learned how senior mental care units work, I realized this group are professionals and experts.
Their nurses were kind and caring. I appreciated that the most. Their nurse supervisor (title?) Michael M was an angel and helped me get through these highly stressful ten days.
I know this type of facility may unnerve family members, especially if it’s the first time, but I’d like to send the staff a big thanks for doing their utmost.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at the Chapman Hilton.
Grace and Miji were wonderful when receiving me after I was transferred from Hoag Emergency—they made the entire process smooth and comforting.
Michael was an exceptionally attentive nurse and provided outstanding care during my first two days. Bien, Ariel, Charmaine and Rayan were also exceptional and consistently made sure I was comfortable and supported.
The doctors and nurses worked together seamlessly to help me recover. Thank you Doc Nguyen! And doc Ak. I highly recommend this facility and sincerely appreciate the entire team for their dedication and professionalism.
