Aurora Charter Oak Behavioral Health Care has been such a supportive and caring place for my sister. The staff here truly go above and beyond to make sure patients feel safe, understood, and cared for. They show compassion, patience, and professionalism in every interaction, which makes such a difference for families like ours.
The environment is welcoming, and it gives me peace of mind knowing my sister is in a place where she is receiving the help she needs. The doctors, nurses, and staff are attentive, dedicated, and genuinely want to see their patients succeed in their journey toward better mental health.

It’s been over 8 years since I have been here last. By the grace of God I am 5 years and one month clean today. I can not speak on the current staffing other than for a young woman at the front desk named Adriana. I had to call today (needed some info on my old case) multiple time’s and ask several questions. Every time I called and spoke to her she was friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable talking about my past when I try very hard to forget about it all together. I thank and appreciate her for that . As for my time spent there many years ago, I enjoyed it as much as one could . Looking back at it, I wasn’t ready to get clean yet but definitely gave it my first solid try while attending my classes. It’s like this, You get what YOU put in to it.

Covina, California | Puente House - Women’s House, located in Covina, California, offers alcohol and drug sober living homes specifically for women. Puente House – Women’s House uses gender-specific support services for their clients | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Man… Puente House 444. I loved it. I hated it. But I needed it. Looking back, I wouldn’t trade those six months for anything.
When I arrived, I was needy, hungry, angry, stubborn, and convinced I had it all figured out (I didn’t). 😤 I hated the rules, the structure, but knew it is something I needed.
But little by little, I started to understand. Puente isn’t just about sobriety—it’s about becoming someone you can respect. The staff didn’t sugarcoat anything. They called me out, pushed me, and supported me in ways I didn’t know I needed. ❤️
I came to love the community—the kitchen laughs, the raw group talks, the late-night convos with guys who most likely did not make it. Some days I couldn’t stand facing myself, or even shower. Other days, I felt more alive than I had in years.
What makes 444 special is how it sticks with you. Shouting “444” during meetings or hearing it from someone picking up a chip gave me something I’d been missing: belonging. That alone killed off my loneliness.
Today, I’ve got over 9 months sober. I now understand: sobriety comes first—everything else follows.
If you’re struggling and ready to face yourself, go to 444. It’s not easy. But it’s real. And it works. 💪
Thank you, Puente House. From the heart.

After leaving Hollywood Hills I feel the complete opposite. From the first time I spoke with Nick, who is one of the owners, I felt like they really cared about helping me. I am not from the area and they helped me get to the treatment center and i probably never would have made it if it hadn't been from that alone. From there I was greeted by smiles, hugs and encouraging amounts of love. The groups were fun and enlightening and not mundane and cookie cutter. It's like they someone actually put themselves in my shoes for once because I could feel the empathy and compassion from all of the staff and the other clients. I was given one on one therapy session by a licensed therapist and had the opportunity to look into my problems and past the obvious. My medical needs were attended to. If I wasn't in group and was going through something there was always someone there was always a qualified individual there that would listen to me or even watch a movie with me. I was treated kindly coming into dedicato had a couple rough steps moving forward at first but the team at Dedicato helped me move forward any anxiety and fear was stripped from me spending more and more time there, felt very welcomed and the staff was very welcoming. Everyone at Dedicato including the patients and staff all related to alot things I experienced in life and gave me the direction to keep me on a straight path. The one thing that I will carry with me throughout this entire process is that there is more things to life on the exterior then what we feel like doing on the interior. The highlight of my time here was all the activities and groups I would attend climbing mountains physical and mental, also working out activities in the gym they have learning how to balance my mind during the hardships where I wanted to give up but learned to not let myself break during that and the zoom meetings with Charles having stand of jokes as well as being serious on why I’m here, point is come here if your dying to see a light and hope and to feel understood as a person and be accepted for themselves.

Coming into a program like this is terrifying. Just making the call takes a ton of courage and effort. The program is challenging in all the right ways: Taking you out of your comfort zone to improve your self worth, massive amounts of material to learn and put into practice, and learning patience. I will be forever grateful for the wonderful councilors and staff. There is no question they care greatly about each and every client, and show that every day and every step of the program. Thank you everyone!

Los Angeles, California | Invigorate Behavioral Health is located on North Mariposa Avenue in metropolitan Los Angeles, California. They offer inpatient treatment, detox and stabilization, therapy services and counseling on-site, with referrals provided t | Treatments Programs Payment Options | After years of battling alcoholism, I finally surrendered and flew out to LA from St. Louis, MO to get into recovery. I entered the detox facility on 5/21/2025, graduated to the sober living facility on 6/22/2025 and graduated the IBH program today on 9/18/2025. I had been wanting to live a sober life for years, but I never had the strength to do it by myself. IBH gave me that strength. I learned a lot about my disease here, a lot about what makes me “me,” and I learned how to not only live sober, but also live happy. They say the disease of addiction is a life or death situation. This program helped me save my own life. The friends I’ve made along the way, the community I was immersed in, and how welcoming the staff made me feel has helped me build a strong, healthy foundation for life long sobriety. I’m 120 days sober, and I’m happy to say that I’m part of the IBH family.

This experience has been a real eye opener to me was able to love and be proud of myself after 22 years and found the lord my god after 25 years of turning my back on him. Yes there was ups and downs the staff needs to work on communication but we all need to work on this. But the group of people and helping me begin this wonderful journey to the rest of my life has been amazing.

I came here for courtesy dose in August and again in November. They are great there! If I move out here this is the clinic I definitely would go here. The price for just 7 days of methadone was $140!! This is the 2 nd time I paid this price for a week. We don’t have much money we are trying to get our lives back and this is a life or death medication for us.
The methadone is way overpriced here, while it is not an expensive drug from the pharmacy.

This is the best rehab I have been to. The staff and people there were so wonderful and did their very best to help me through my drug addictions. They did their best to get you out of your shell and to feel like you're apart of a loving, easy-going family. I've been to many rehabs, and it's safe to say that this rehab was the main reason I got clean. The staff really cared for you and made you feel loved and included. The attendees made the experience so awesome, I couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were very nice and relaxing. The food was awesome, as well. They accommodate for any allergies and they still make it taste good, which is almost impossible when you're going through withdrawals. The classes were fun and laid back, which allowed me to not have to speak if I didn't want to. They challenged me to get better with the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, which I feel was the most important part of the recovery. Anaheim Lighthouse allowed me to really look deeply into my life and see what I was doing wrong and what I should strive to be. I'm extremely thankful for Anaheim Lighthouse. Without it, I wouldn't know what to do.

The lighthouse saved my life, everybody really cares about the clients and for me personally, they enabled me to explore deep within and to heal from some of the trauma I have experienced. Shout out to Heidi, Mike, Tim, Theresa, and that's just to name a few. Lots of love to everybody and to all the therapists and counselors.
