I had an excellent experience Tuesday at the PNC branch located at 1152 Main St, Paterson, NJ 07503. Mayad provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.
Not only did he help me with what I originally came in for, but he also took the initiative to show me helpful features in the PNC app that I didn’t even know existed. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and made the entire experience easy and stress-free.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Mayad’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. PNC is lucky to have him, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you again, Mayad!
