One of the tellers at the main and Union Ave once bank is very nasty. She should go back for training in sensitivity and compassion . She is very nasty and condescending

I’ve been coming to this PNC location for quite awhile, staff and management are nice and friendly . Shazwan is the man,. He recommended a couple banking advices I was not paying attention to.

Every single time I come to this branch and use the drive thru (because I'm with small children) , I have to sit there for at least 25 min!! Just to do a deposit! Every single time! It's so annoying! I get it sometimes a place can be understaffed but this is something that happens ALL THE TIME! There is def bad management and it very annoying. Thinking about changing banks very soon!!

Every time I come to this PNC bank the teller whose name Mohamed wants talk to me because I didn't greet him and I already talked to the guy who works at the front door desk and the teller Mohamed one day I requested to renew my debit card with a new numbers on it but he only changed the expiration date on my new debit card, he really bothering me
