I walked in the door of their facility, broken, physically, mentally and spiritually. I was met at the front door by the intake coordinator. This lady completed my intake in a very welcoming, calming relatable and professional way. Throughout the intake, she kept checking on me by offering me something to drink, eat and reassured me that I was safe and that there was Hope. I was immediately met with the medications, director, nurse, practitioner, nurse practitioner assistant and my amazing case manager. The housing director explained to me what my housing was going to look like. I was always given guidance and explained what was going on at all times.All of these people have been their for me every step of the way! I love the whole program at All In Solutions. The groups were facilitated by very professional, innovated, creative individuals that were not only relatable. Every employee at All In Solutions have been very kind, professional caring, giving people. Most of the employees are in recovery themselves, and even if they were not in recovery, they were still relatable, caring, giving people. I was only gonna stay for two weeks. Then extended to four weeks.Then I extended for six weeks at All In Solutions. I went from no Hope to seeing my life in a whole new perspective. All In Solutions gave me purpose hope perspective! They all gave me my life back in a whole new energized way! I can see clearly now that the rain is gone! I would definitely recommend All In Solutions to anyone! Their support staff, therapists and ancillary providers all rallied around me. I was supported, encouraged and never felt forced. My time here unfolded organically. What to expect- you can expect a large time commitment when you first come for treatment. Multiple group therapy sessions, individual therapy sessions and also the possibility of working with wellness coaches and nutrition support. Recovery will feel like your second job. But these groups will start to feel like your second home. You'll grow to love those around you, and feel their love and support as you embark on your journey. Im not going to give you a play by play or some incredible testimony because my story is still going strong but I've come a very long way and I 💯 give my counselor, Susan, alot of credit for sticking by me even bk in the beginning when I would be nasty and childish towards her and ill never forget when she told me that she was just waiting for me to be ready. * full disclosure im a garbage head and at the time I needed rehab terribly. And she was so patient and calm n it drove me nuts. Until one day, I walked into her office and said im ready. And from that chair in her office I left for rehab right away thanks to a combined effort of the staff, Will a former employee but mainly through her approach over months. I've had several wonderful things happen since then but most importantly I finally won my 3 year battle with CPS and gained joint custody of my son back. Now, don't get it twisted, I am far from a shiney happy person now. I've got major struggles right now but ever since that day she can't get rid of me off her caseload. Mainly because secretly im her favorite.😄 but i won't let them switch me because Susan really does care about her clients and I am sure of it for many reasons. If Susan isn't you're counselor you're missing out. And because of her this center gets a 5 star 🌟 rating from me. Which, btw, NEVER happens. Haley who works at the front desk is the most sweetest, helpful, caring staff member I've ever had the pleasure of working with in regards to my sobriety and staff at a facility. She is always open and honest l. She's never guided me in the wrong direction. Honestly she works so hard in taking care of us clients and what we need that sometimes it feels like I'm not doing enough for my own recovery. If you're nervous about taking the next step in your recovery as I was never have been to a PHP before. She makes sure that it's a smooth transition. Honestly the only way you could think Haley or the rest of the staff isn't doing enough for you is if you're so lazy and aren't really serious about your recovery that you just expect everyone to do everything for you. My experience was outstanding! My counselor, Gia, was a perfect "fit" & was extremely knowledgeable. The CIT staff were all helpful & understanding as well as provided fun activities. The only problem I experienced was the meals not always being warm however the food was great. I highly recommend anyone who wants to get clean & sober to go there...it's changed my life. Unfortunately, my addictions got the best of me and I relapsed and didn't return.I was so ashamed of myself I didn't want to show my face and went back to boozing and now thankfully I'm finally getting help that I need. I was admitted to Jefferson Hospital suffering from severe alcohol withdrawal syndrome, borderline experiencing auditory hallucinations. I was also suffering from gait abnormality and balance and coordination issues so they transferred me to Wyndmoor Hills for Physical therapy and once I'm discharged well before I'm discharged, I'll pick a rehab facility for inpatient treatment.Wish me luck. Andrea made my treatments bare able. I was blessed to have Andrea. Dr Dansoa my oncologist always answers any questions I have. She had me set up for a great treatment regimen. The chemo actually killed the cancer cells in my lymph nodes. Dr Brill my surgeon is top notch and I am so happy I went with her. I just had a double mastectomy last week and I never had any pain.
