If you’re going for counseling this for me was the best experience! Denis Bilups was really there for me and the group meetings on Wednesday morning were great he really knew how to control the room and have people unlock their emotions that you wouldn’t even think some of these people had. I found out a lot about myself and grew as a person for the better. The evening meetings I wasn’t so fond of Denis didn’t do them was other people. Seemed like the people who didn’t take it seriously went in the evening just to get it over with. But I would highly recommend going to Jewish family center and definitely attending Wednesday morning groups with Denis, he makes it personal and his method works and I’m forever grateful.

I was referred to Jewish family services 4 months ago, at first I was reluctant when they told me I would be attending IOP 3x a week, but tried to go in with a positive attitude. Over the course of several weeks, my attitude shifted from not wanting to go into looking forward to my groups. The staff is excellent from the front desk to the counselors. Deshonda was great and my counselor Dannis helped me work through a lot of personal things that I’d been avoiding for years, to my surprise. All in all I feel like I truly got something out of this program, groups were more based on personal dialogue rather than just putting on a video and leaving the class to watch. Never left group feeling worse than when I arrived. Good people.

The great outweigh the frustrations.
The staff in the building are capable, competent, compassionate, patient, and truly wonderful! They helped me unlock so much in my recovery, and I left my 30 day treatment feeling like a truly new man. I feel like Im a version of myself that I didn’t know existed. I have such supreme admiration for the boots on the ground: Marguerite, Kelly, Sheets, and Jeff, to the case managers (shoutout Maggie), to the group leaders like Betty, Scott, Nick, Donald, Kevin, Rob, Ben, to the nursing and RSS staff, the cleaning staff, and kitchen staff. They all contributed in saving my life.
The frustrations stem from the negligence at the top levels of this company. There were several situations, and altercations that put the patients hygeine, safety, and ultimately, sobriety in jeopardy due to extreme budget cuts. The “interim ceo” peacocks around the hallways, and when directly adressed by patients with issues about patients concerns, he smugly passes the buck and ignores said issues. If it werent for these frustrations, this place could be the gold standard for recovery.
For these reasons, I give the staff a 9 out of 5, and the pencil pushers a resounding 0 out of 5.

Tonight I was with a family member in the emergency room and would like to express my thanks to the staff who were not only professional, but were compassionate and kind. I believe the nurse who was there first was Alicia, whose shift was ending at 7p.m. and there was also Joann. Both of these women are a true blessing to any patient that needs emergency treatment.

My father was brought into the ER with a heart issue. The staff were amazing! Everyone worked diligently to stabilize his condition and make him comfortable. High Focus has been pivotal to my success in understanding, as well as coping with my mental health. I have gone through the program twice in 5 years and this time around was fantastic. Kellie my clinician was excellent, she was compassionate, understanding, and really pushed me when I desperately needed to be pushed. All the clinicians who ran the groups were fantastic, Karyn, Ashley, Taylor, Kellie, Kendall, you all have made such positive impacts on my life. I can’t recommend high focus enough to those out there who are struggling mentally. I’ve been through Princeton house prior, and High Focus is far and away the best program around.

My father was recently admitted to the hospital and stayed in the Ackerman section on the 4th floor for 7+ days. I have to say that all the staff up there was exceptional. All the nurses, nurse techs, house keeping, nutrition, etc.. Anytime we had a question, they helped get the answer, they attended to my dads needs well. From the very first interaction, their intake and admissions team has been responsive, thorough, and incredibly supportive, ensuring that referrals are handled with the urgency and sensitivity they deserve. The clinical team at Rebirth is exceptional in their use of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing.

I really liked my experience at Quantum Outpatient Rehab. The staff here truly feels like family — they’re caring, supportive, and always have your best interest at heart. I have been coming to Stress Care for several years now and at first it was a little rocky but about six months ago I was assigned to Christina. I cannot recommend Christina highly enough. She is an incredibly compassionate, skilled, and insightful therapist who creates a safe and supportive space for real growth and healing. From the very first session, I felt truly heard and understood. Christina has a unique ability to ask the right questions, offer meaningful perspectives, and guide me toward clarity in ways that feel empowering rather than overwhelming.
Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shine through in every interaction. I’ve noticed so many positive changes in my life thanks to her guidance, and I feel more confident, grounded, and hopeful than I have in years. If you are looking for a therapist who is both deeply empathetic and highly effective, Christina is truly exceptional. I leave every session feeling a million times better. She truly tells me what I need to hear instead of what I want to hear, which is something I have never been able to receive through many therapists in the past. I love to thank this place for taking care of my wife ann.She came there because the nursing home isn't have her or didnt know her bipolar meds and after my wife had an operation to get her gallbladder taken out this is where the problem started ans my wife went crazy.But after she went to barnabas health they took good care of my wife to the fullest.Some people have different opinions but this place did that and some.They took very very good care of her and they have there strict policies but requardless this place is the best.Thank you barnabas nurses and doctors for taking full.care of my wife and I give this place 5 full stars.joe

I went to bright harbor healthcare for years for my daughter ( I go there for myself also and I love my therapist) however her experience was sub par and I have some HUGE reservations with her last therapist especially because she tried to talk my daughter into taking HRT behind my my back which she didn’t even want them. I took them out and switched her to preferred and now she sees Megan and WOW she is doing so much better she’s so much more communicative and open her behavior has drastically changed and I feel like I’ve got my child back. I recommend them to anyone that sees that their child is going through a rough time. I even put my seven year old in therapy there for aggressive behavior issues I was convinced she had ODD but a few months of seeing Alex and she is a different person no more freak outs I owe this place the world HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've been bringing my dad here for the last three years and everyone couldn't be nicer! Audio dept. is great. Front desk, friendly and answered all our questions. Not sure why some negative reviews were given, but I noticed it many were during Covid. Perhaps they were short on
staff.

I have been a patient since 2005 and if it wasn't for them God only knows were I would be they take the time to get to know their patients and they work with u to put u in a sobriety path They also offer MA meetings for patients and they also have family meetings so that family members are able to understand what to do and how to recognize addiction I absolutely Love and respect them because they treat their patients with the up most respect.

I have received wonderful therapeutical from my anxiety and stress. I first started coming here probably a year and a half ago and I saw a young lady name Pam, she was lovely, but went to another office, during that time I was starting to see of Andrea, who was a pivotal, life-changing therapist for me, I have been always in this self development, try to treat stress on my own type of person however, Andrea and I have come up with many coping skills and she’s told me through the most critical and most stressful times of My adult life. I give her so much credit. Not only is she empathetic and compassionate. She makes me feel like I’m not less than for feeling certain ways that I feel. I feel like that she’s help me to reframe certain thoughts that I’ve had that have cut me in a stressful crisis cycle . The front desk staff is fantastic, most importantly, this wonderful, lovely, professional, kind and beyond caring to every patient that she comes in contact with is Erin . She is irreplaceable, absolutely fantastic, and dealing with many situation at once, her and I actually took quite a bit because I have to fit my therapy into my schedule and she is accessible , and wonderfully accommodating. Her compassion for the patients that are there and what they’re going through is bar none!!! I am absolutely blessed, and I am becoming a better version of myself and have spread the word to dear friends and family to attend, as well . To be able to say that I am actually getting help from this wonderful community of trained professionals, who know exactly how to deal with people with all different needs of all different levels is really life-changing for me. I also attended a group that was spectacular, it made me feel less alone, and was supportive and not awkward and exactly what I needed.
