When I arrived to GenPsych i was in an awful state and did not see light at the end of the tunnel. I didn t see a tunnel at all. Took me a while, but after 11 or so weeks in the DBT track I am a completely different person. It wouldn t be without all the individuals that make up this incredible facility. Thank you for all your help people of GenPsych thank you for helping me discover the potential I never knew I had.

The staff is wonderful and my condition has improved greatly.

This place has alot of great resources to offer. My prescribers Amy and Albert were wonderful. Both listened carefully and came up with a plan to meet my needs in recovery.My therapist Val Karabin was phenomenal. I wish all therapists were like her.Groups inc DBT were very helpful as well. My time here was well spent.

Some days it bearable I don t mind people make it bareable all I can say

I have received wonderful therapeutical from my anxiety and stress. I first started coming here probably a year and a half ago and I saw a young lady name Pam, she was lovely, but went to another office, during that time I was starting to see of Andrea, who was a pivotal, life-changing therapist for me, I have been always in this self development, try to treat stress on my own type of person however, Andrea and I have come up with many coping skills and she s told me through the most critical and most stressful times of My adult life. I give her so much credit. Not only is she empathetic and compassionate. She makes me feel like I m not less than for feeling certain ways that I feel. I feel like that she s help me to reframe certain thoughts that I ve had that have cut me in a stressful crisis cycle . The front desk staff is fantastic, most importantly, this wonderful, lovely, professional, kind and beyond caring to every patient that she comes in contact with is Erin . She is irreplaceable, absolutely fantastic, and dealing with many situation at once, her and I actually took quite a bit because I have to fit my therapy into my schedule and she is accessible , and wonderfully accommodating. Her compassion for the patients that are there and what they re going through is bar none!!! I am absolutely blessed, and I am becoming a better version of myself and have spread the word to dear friends and family to attend, as well . To be able to say that I am actually getting help from this wonderful community of trained professionals, who know exactly how to deal with people with all different needs of all different levels is really life-changing for me. I also attended a group that was spectacular, it made me feel less alone, and was supportive and not awkward and exactly what I needed.

staff are truly hard working, dedicated to their patients, and vigorously vouch and advocate for their patients. I want to highlight the dedication and hard-work especially demonstrated by Ms. Grace Lopez and Ms. Tina Albrecht on behalf of their patients at CPC aberdeen branch.

I've been bringing my dad here for the last three years and everyone couldn't be nicer! Audio dept. is great. Front desk, friendly and answered all our questions. Not sure why some negative reviews were given, but I noticed it many were during Covid. Perhaps they were short on staff.

This facility has focused along of there resources and services on peri and post natal care. There resource specialists are amazing. I walked in a mess 2 years later I had sole custody of my kids as well as permanent housing and up to date medical care.If you want to still mess around thisIf you want to still mess around this is

Been clean and sober for 20 plus years with the assistance of wonderfully dedicated staff at JSAS.

I have been a patient since 2005 and if it wasn't for them God only knows were I would be they take the time to get to know their patients and they work with u to put u in a sobriety path They also offer MA meetings for patients and they also have family meetings so that family members are able to understand what to do and how to recognize addiction I absolutely Love and respect them because they treat their patients with the up most respect.

Very knowledgeable and well-qualified staff that run these programs at this facility. From medication management to intensive group therapy, the nurses, psychiatrists, counselors, and therapists have all given me the tools to successfully manage my mental health treatment. I cannot thank them enough for their positivity, encouragement, patience, and understanding. The lessons learned are invaluable. Anyone can benefit from these programs and I recommend this facility when it comes to mental health recovery.

Amazing staff in the APH program, outpatient services, and office! I recommend this facility to anyone seeking mental health treatment. Every person here from my psychiatrist to my counselors, from my nurses to my therapist, from the office staff to the intern, have all provided me with thoughtful, kind, informative, and patient care in my continued recovery.

I have a great doctor and a great health care coordinator. They go above and beyond for me. And also have a good support group. I reccomend this facility to whoever is looking for help with their Mental health.
