If you’re going for counseling this for me was the best experience! Denis Bilups was really there for me and the group meetings on Wednesday morning were great he really knew how to control the room and have people unlock their emotions that you wouldn’t even think some of these people had. I found out a lot about myself and grew as a person for the better. The evening meetings I wasn’t so fond of Denis didn’t do them was other people. Seemed like the people who didn’t take it seriously went in the evening just to get it over with. But I would highly recommend going to Jewish family center and definitely attending Wednesday morning groups with Denis, he makes it personal and his method works and I’m forever grateful.

I was referred to Jewish family services 4 months ago, at first I was reluctant when they told me I would be attending IOP 3x a week, but tried to go in with a positive attitude. Over the course of several weeks, my attitude shifted from not wanting to go into looking forward to my groups. The staff is excellent from the front desk to the counselors. Deshonda was great and my counselor Dannis helped me work through a lot of personal things that I’d been avoiding for years, to my surprise. All in all I feel like I truly got something out of this program, groups were more based on personal dialogue rather than just putting on a video and leaving the class to watch. Never left group feeling worse than when I arrived. Good people.

Today was Blood Work and EKG. Charles and the parking crew were all set up for my arrival at 6:50 AM. A Treat. Alyson and Sandy were waiting, after I passed through Security which was fully staffed. Checking in was smooth and efficient. Documents reviewed, processed and on your way. The Quest staff were pleasant and prompt with blood work. Off to Cardiology, Peggy registered me while Nancy was waiting and processed my test within a minute. Charles returned my car and I was on my way. A great morning with the Riverview staff.

My son did the PHP followed by the IOP program. The change in him is night and day, my family couldn’t be happier. His clinician Tim C. was incredible. He was in consistent contact with me on our concerns, listened not only to my son but me as a mom and my other son as a brother and took all of our concerns and feedback into his sessions with my son. He helped my son work through not only the issues he was having but gave him the coping skills to tackle hard things going forward. We will miss him and the staff greatly. I wish high focus offered outpatient services to continue after the intensives end.

So when I first got to quantum I was not sure what to expect because of my first rehab. But I found out very quickly that quantum actually cares about their clients every tech from driving to counseling to therapy one of my favorite therapist was Tracy and Tammy they were very supportive and very helpful with everything and everyone they never rushed anyone the housing is very safe fun and clean the tech that run the household are very helpful with every single client the meetings are very helpful at the end of the day o and the medical staff do there best to make sure your needs are met it is a very intense program but the same time they make fun as well with bbq on Saturday and outings on Sunday I am so happy and glad that I was able to get some good help here

I was just there 8/2 - 8/7. All staff, nurses, mha's etc were awesome in helping me with my condition, the only negative things were more communication needs to be done for your loved ones at home that are not sure how you actually are and what your treatment plans are. Also some of the security officers at the front desk are rude and abrasive to family members trying to bring needed supplies as they're not sure what to do or where to go. Lastly when things are brought in to security it shouldn't take a full day to get it to you. I know they have to go through and inspect but procedures could be sped up

I have never been hospitalized before for mental health treatment and I hope never to be again, but the kindness and compassion the staff shared with me was so inspiring and humbling. The staff who cared for me in Short Term Care were all phenomenal, but Kelly and Jakob(sp?) stood out in particular. I came in to the facility with a horrible attitude after spending a terrible night at Community, and they turned me around. And the food was good! It sounds nutty to say I’m grateful for my time there, but I truly am.

Iam a stress care client for over 6 years I've experienced nothing but respect from the dr therapist fida is so much help and social worker james is the best social worker I've had since hes helped me accomplish many things that I've needed to get done with applying for my housing when it comes to summit my paperwork applications for me after printing them and me filing them out he's has helped with all my transportation needs when it comes to important mail being notarized and mail and has set me up with food delivery from stress care every two week. My experience here has been great, so far! The staff has been friendly and helpful. They provide both in person and telehealth calls. My Dr actually listens and provides feedback, remembers and takes interest in things we've talked about prior, and follows up on them. It feels like he genuinely cares. I truly thank him for that! Before him at stress care, I was disrespected if I talked, had Drs not even look up at me or hear anything from me, just tried pushing medications that only made things alot worse! The social worker has been nothing but great! She is very nice, caring, and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I have felt better since starting, and no longer dread having to talk to a doctor. I can only speak to my experience with the staff, my Dr I've been had since starting, and my social worker stress cares provides to help you, even if just for a ride.

GenPsych helped me tremendously. It was my first time seeking help for my disease and before attending the sessions there I didn’t even recognize that I was addicted. I am now in an ongoing program of recovery and am very thankful for their role in that choice. My counselor, Brielle, was excellent. All the therapists were understanding and insightful. Ande was not only helpful but very supportive and forced me to look at things from a different perspective which was vital to me moving forward. Walking through their doors was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my mental health and recovery. I came in during one of the most difficult periods of my life, and I left with hope, practical tools, and a renewed belief that healing is possible. Every member of the staff treated me with kindness, compassion, dignity, and genuine respect. I never felt like just another patient. I felt heard, understood, and cared for by people who truly love what they do. They created an environment where it was safe to be vulnerable, to face difficult emotions, and to work on becoming a healthier version of myself. I especially want to recognize my therapist, Deidra. She is truly exceptional. Her patience, insight, compassion, and ability to listen without judgment helped me more than I can adequately express. She challenged me when I needed it, encouraged me when I felt discouraged, and celebrated every bit of progress along the way. She has a remarkable gift for helping people see possibilities in themselves that they may not be able to see on their own. I also want to recognize Magdalena, the physician assistant. Without exaggeration, she is the best psychiatric provider I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She took the time to truly understand me instead of simply treating symptoms. She listened carefully, explained everything thoroughly, and worked with me to find the right treatment plan. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being gave me tremendous confidence throughout my recovery. I always felt that she was invested in my healing, and that made all the difference. What impressed me most about GenPsych is that everyone works together as a team. From the therapists to the medical providers to the support staff, you can feel that they genuinely want every patient to succeed. Recovery isn’t easy, but having people like this walking beside you makes the journey far less overwhelming. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, or other mental health challenges, I wholeheartedly recommend GenPsych. It took a little bit with my insurance provider to find a decent facility to help with my psychological shortcomings, then I was paired with Preferred. Once there, it took a bit to be paired with a therapist who I was really able to relate with. That said, my therapist has been a great Blessing, and really cares. After asking a few well pointed questions, I found out that they have a job placement service as well. The person I've been paired with genuinely cares as well, and is trying her damndest to find me a job where my skillset and knowledge would be best used. I'm very Blessed to be in such good hands.

I went to bright harbor healthcare for years for my daughter ( I go there for myself also and I love my therapist) however her experience was sub par and I have some HUGE reservations with her last therapist especially because she tried to talk my daughter into taking HRT behind my my back which she didn’t even want them. I took them out and switched her to preferred and now she sees Megan and WOW she is doing so much better she’s so much more communicative and open her behavior has drastically changed and I feel like I’ve got my child back. I recommend them to anyone that sees that their child is going through a rough time. I even put my seven year old in therapy there for aggressive behavior issues I was convinced she had ODD but a few months of seeing Alex and she is a different person no more freak outs I owe this place the world HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My name is Steve and I am an addict. Those are the hardest words I think I've ever said in my life, but with Ocean Medical Services I can say that with confidence and complete acceptance. I have been a drug user for 20 years now and I've tried other methods of recovery which simply didn't work for me. I am in their IOP, something I chose to do on my own volition due to needing to be close to home and from the moment I had my intake, I knew I had found "home". From Thea, Dan, Mike, Brian, Cat, Mary as well as a major shout out to the counselors Brayden, Jyllian and Deb (and I know I'm forgetting people), each and every one of them are so empathetic, caring and compassionate. They want to see me (and all clients) succeed. In just the short time that I've been here, I have learned more about myself besides my disease of addiction that I feel like I'm back in grade school absorbing all this information like a sponge. Stress Care has provided me with care for mental illness for over 8 years. In that time, I have been able to achieve goals I thought never possible. My condition had brought me to a dark place, but the providers of stress care intervened with counseling and medications/medication adjustments that allowed for clarity and stabilization of my life. Stress Care is a wonderful facility that I highly recommend. You will always be treated as an individual and never stigmatized.
