From explaining the steps clearly to ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process, their compassion did not go unnoticed.Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and successful experience. Your dedication to patient care is truly appreciated. Special mention to Ms. Laura at the check-in counter who was very polite and accommodating. To Ms. Debbie who was very helpful in preparing me for the procedure. Her hands were very gentle when she inserted IV in my vein. Not to forget Ms. Tina who did 45 minutes of MRI procedures on me. All staff, nurses, mha's etc were awesome in helping me with my condition, the only negative things were more communication needs to be done for your loved ones at home that are not sure how you actually are and what your treatment plans are. Also some of the security officers at the front desk are rude and abrasive to family members trying to bring needed supplies as they're not sure what to do or where to go. Lastly when things are brought in to security it shouldn't take a full day to get it to you. He was in consistent contact with me on our concerns, listened not only to my son but me as a mom and my other son as a brother and took all of our concerns and feedback into his sessions with my son. He helped my son work through not only the issues he was having but gave him the coping skills to tackle hard things going forward. We will miss him and the staff greatly. From the therapists to the medical providers to the support staff, you can feel that they genuinely want every patient to succeed. Once there, it took a bit to be paired with a therapist who I was really able to relate with. That said, my therapist has been a great Blessing, and really cares. After asking a few well pointed questions, I found out that they have a job placement service as well. The person I've been paired with genuinely cares as well, and is trying her damndest to find me a job where my skillset and knowledge would be best used. I'm very Blessed to be in such good hands. john locklin jr 1 month ago I went to bright harbor healthcare for years for my daughter ( I go there for myself also and I love my therapist) however her experience was sub par and I have some HUGE reservations with her last therapist especially because she tried to talk my daughter into taking HRT behind my my back which she didn’t even want them. I took them out and switched her to preferred and now she sees Megan and WOW she is doing so much better she’s so much more communicative and open her behavior has drastically changed and I feel like I’ve got my child back. I recommend them to anyone that sees that their child is going through a rough time. I’ve been working with my therapist, Bethany, for years now and she has changed my life for the better. She is always actively trying to help me improve my way of thinking by means of action and not just talk therapy. She’s always adaptable to my needs depending on where I’m at during my sessions and allows me the space I need to safely navigate my emotions. I’ve never once felt judged during any of my ups or downs. I’ve worked with many therapists growing up, and finding her was such a blessing and nothing short of a miracle. I was told that it wasn't an issue. They were ordering mouse wads as far as drug testing goes then I find out weeks later, but that's not going to be allowed and I can get a doctors note and they may or may not honor it. Then I was told the groups were 6-9 Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. I had inquired about afternoon groups as that's really late at night, I was told that Tuesday morning there was an afternoon group and there was an instrument in Friday morning group. Oh well again Jake gave me misinformation because he didn't even bother to look in my files to know that I was at level IOP not OP therefore I wouldn't be able to do the Tuesday morning or Friday afternoon. Intermittent Group, and also not telling me that Monday night was also an option as well as Friday nights being an option. Edit to update my review. Although there was weeks of misinformation given by Jake, I decided to just ask to speak with someone else I've been in contact with Carissa and she has been extremely kind and has been very helpful into getting this process started. Thank you Carissa Edit again: all though getting enrolled wasn't the most ideal process I can say the groups are really great and the counselors are all so kind. Dana has such a huge heart as do they all and they do all truly care about the clients.
