Wonderful staff and program. The groups are thought out, planned and executed successfully. You can tell the staff are all on the same page when it comes to patient care. Addiction and substance abuse are addressed with compassion and professionalism. Even more than that, the program provides a crash course in mental health which services all aspects of life.Highly recommend for anyone suffering from any level of substance abuse. The staff and the program they ve designed gave me my life back.

I m writing this as a parent. After researching several residential facilities it became apparent Peaks in Colorado Springs stood out from the others. We were specifically looking for mental health treatment. From start to finish at their facility there was always involvement in what was going on, (with my adult daughter s permission of course). Having caring and knowledgeable people to help through an incredibly hard time was needed and so appreciated. Through different stages of her care there was visitation, phone calls and weekly Zoom type meetings where families of clients could talk together with a therapist about highs, lows or concerns. The hardest thing to do was feeling like you are handing over your loved one at such a vulnerable time and not knowing what s going on. Peaks has so much compassion in knowing that. Thank you to all who went above and beyond. From inquiring to admissions to all the financial stuff to treatment to food.Thank you for your tenderness and kindness.

IT’S A YES. JUST GO.Unfortunately, an issue at home meant my stay ended early – there was a tragic miscommunication amongst staff the day before as well, which they handled with the utmost integrity. It was certainly the only snafu in my experience, and it rightfully belongs in the “sh*t happens” category. Staff had the humility and courage to own the mistake, and that willingness alone was enough to know that I had come to a place full of people who are truly the real deal when it comes to mental health.I left because I had to – not because I wanted to. In fact, I was planning on extending 30 days to complete their PHP, but life called me back home.Make no mistake – were it not for having to leave to handle something horrific back home (I’m from the other side of the country), I would still be there. I woke up this morning aching to go back to the safety, the compassion, the grace, and the mercy of Peaks. The staff are beyond wonderful. They sat with me through the darkest day of my life, and did nothing but love me. I can’t describe how supported I felt. I could literally *feel* the empathy of the clinicians, nurses, and medical providers who sat with me and held space through the worst two panic attacks I’ve ever had.My housemates and I, and especially my roommate, wove a web of support and belonging I had never experienced. (Prior to admission, I literally could not get out of bed or do anything remotely social – I was even finding it hard to leave the house). I had the BEST time being part of a community, which gave me new confidence, and reassurance that I could get back into the game of life.I’m a therapist myself and I would 100% recommend Peaks as a committed, compassionate, caring healing space of the very highest quality. These people have their sh*t together.I have never encountered a place full of people who truly WANT to be there for you. Imagine being asked multiple times per day by staff if there is anything you need to feel supported. Being surrounded by people who know and care whether you’ve eaten that day, how you slept last night, and whether you need anything else to feel safe was pretty mind-boggling.I would trust Peaks to treat my nearest and dearest with zero hesitation. It will be the only mental health treatment center to which I refer my clients. Thank God for Peaks.Certainly I will forget to name some of the incredible staff, but Faith, Kinnley, Clint, Kara, Holly, Angela, Dr. Nichols, Sasha, JUDY, Cindy, Kyle, Pema, Julia, Chef, Taylor, Tara, Logan (x2), Heather, Eric, Marissa, the various therapists who led group, Bobby, Max in admissions, and Rachel – thank you for giving me a home, and at long last, an accurate mirror. Thank you also for tolerating my dirty blue hair and my massive disco fruit snuggie. I miss everyone already.Although I only got to stay for 10(ish) of the 30 days I had planned, the changes in me are real. I came into Peaks as a 47 year-old adult child, and left as a grown-up.Thank you, Peaks, for turning me back into me. Thank you for restoring my dignity. I will carry a piece of you in my heart always with immense gratitude. There is something spiritual in the particles and energy at this place that truly brought me back to life.

Zinnia overall was a great experience! I encountered many strengths and a few faults. The faults came under scrutiny in the upper management role. I completely understand that Zinnia is a wellness facility and a business. The personal experience, to me was wellness was priority one, in the case of facilitators, techs and nurses. This was not the case in the roll of Director of Operations at the Singer Island facility. This individual showed little compassion and it was obvious that business outranked wellness.Regards,Bob S. The staff here truly cares about your wellbeing. This is unlike any other recovery center and by far the best one out there! I highly, highly recommend coming here. I never felt like it was a money grab or a clinical setting. I felt safe, at home, able to be open, honest, and vulnerable to achieve my sobriety and recovery. Continuum was able to help me break through to the heart of my addiction and trauma by connecting with others in my IOP group that I now consider family. George is the best therapist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He has shown me ways to cope with not just daily struggles, but the deeper issues that have had long term effects that sometimes I am not aware of. By creating a place of safety and comfort, I am now able to say I do not fear recovery or connection with others anymore – and that is 100% due to George and Continuum. He truly cares about the people he serves, and I have never felt so much love from someone outside of family (which I now consider him). If there ever was a place to discover connection and healing, it is Continuum.

I felt very welcomed and safe. You can t fake the kindness and caring disposition that is necessary in this field and everyone that I had contact with exuded warmth.

While I was a little hesitant getting into treatment like most, the staff at sandstone were extremely patient and caring throughout the whole process. I attended and completed the dual diagnosis iop program while in treatment the staff at sandstone did an amazing job to make me feel welcome and comfortable and addressed and concerns quickly and effectively. The groups were very involved and really challenged me to grow as a person. After treatment I ve been attending the alumni program that meets regularly and does fun events. It s been a really good way to connect with others in the sober community and to get the extra support when I need it. I would highly recommend looking into sandstone if your considering treatment or haven t found a place that s right for you.

I went through sandstone twice. Once when I was 18 and again when I was 19. At the time I was not willing to admit that I had a problem with substances. I thought I had everything figured out. The years after I had graduated the program I was able to prove to myself that I still knew nothing about my alcoholism. I am grateful for sandstone since I wouldn t have even been able to have any type of knowledge about my own substance use if it wasn t for the amazing staff over at sandstone. They helped me get my foot through the door into the world of recovery. I don t know where I would be without sandstone and I am beyond grateful for the effort the staff puts in to help people with their mental health/substance abuse. I now have a great relationship with my family, a true connection with my friends and most important I have a life worth living now. That is just the surface of what recovery has brought into my life. I have sandstone to thank for that!

Things I loved Sandstone Care1) Group therapy, and learning new skills.2) Once enrolled you can also schedule individual therapy.3) After graduating the program you are invited to Alumni events. So you always feel connected to the program and get to meet previous graduates of the program. Some events I ve been to were Lantern Festival, Animal sanctuary, Game Nights, and many more. There are also zoom sessions.I really am thankful for the Alumni group and coordinators for always checking in.

AspenRidge has been an absolute game changer in my recovery journey. Straight out of residential treatment, I was able to start a 5-day a week IOP group. Over about 5.5 months, I slowly went down from 5 days, to 3 days, to 1 day a week. I benefited from the groups everyday I attended, and still today, more than half a year later. I am now 14 months sober as of August 28th, and loving every part of life. The skills, relationships, and knowledge I gained and continue to gain from AspenRidge have been invaluable. I will forever be grateful for them as a resource. I continue to stay connected via the Alumni program, and highly recommend this Treatment Center to all needing help.

Palmer Lake Recovery Village saved my life. I encourage anyone struggling with substance abuse to spend some time here, it can do the same for you! The staff cares so much and helps in every way you need while sobering up and finding yourself again.

The clinicians and staff are excellent! I would highly recommend Palmer Lake Recovery. Their multi faceted approach to help those struggling with addiction is amazing. My only complaint would be about the facilities, there are definitely some issues that need to be addressed in that regard. Having said that, I can t speak highly enough about the treatment provided at Palmer Lake.

Sandstone absolutely changed my life! Their PHP and IOP programs helped me develop tools to manage my mental health and addiction issues and gave me a safe space to process things and start my recovery journey. I would recommend Sandstone to anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and caring and gives their all to their patients. I arrived at All Points North in November, feeling lost and hopeless. After spending four months in another rehab, I had little faith in my future and even less confidence in my ability to change. But over the next two months, that began to shift. All Points North takes a modern and holistic approach to recovery, focusing on healing not just addiction but the person as a whole-mentally, spiritually, physically, and socially. The treatment process is highly individualized, tailored to meet each client s unique needs rather than following a rigid, one-size-fits-all model. Unlike other programs, APN listens to its clients and creates a personalized plan for both inpatient treatment and aftercare, ensuring lasting success beyond their stay. What stood out most was the staff s unwavering commitment to empowerment rather than dependency. They didn t carry me through recovery but instead provided me with the tools to help myself while offering constant compassion and support. On top of that, the hospitality, therapists, security, and overall amenities at APN are truly best in class, making my experience both comfortable and transformative.

I cannot say enough wonderful words to describe this center. I LOVED every single employee there. Every single one treated me with genuine kindness and compassion. Detox is rough on some people and they never ever made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. I stayed for 21 days and was so sad to leave. Mixed emotions. I made many new friends that were also in the program. But the therapists and nurses all have a special place in my heart. Much laughter, many tears (I m an emotional person) and the feeling of finally finding a safe space where all of the things that I share stay there. My therapist still calls to check on me, love Mariah! My nurse practitioner Savannah, always listened to my questions and needs with such sincerity, I am truly blessed to have met her as well.

Small place with great staff. Won’t be back but, was a positive experience and had a lasting impression on me. Would recommend to start your recovery.

My husband had a wonderful experience here. We went back for a family picnic and it really felt like the people working here WANTED everyone to stay clean. Not to keep coming back for money. They seem like they truly care about giving people tools to do well. Loved the vibes.

He was friendly, helpful, and incredibly easy to coordinate with. It s always great working with someone who values professionalism and clear communication. Incredible program!

Choice House gave me my life back. The staff are great and have all been in the same place and are in recovery too. I loved the focus on activity and community building. The individual therapy was also greatly beneficial. I stayed the three months and decided to do the sober living program. I can t recommend it more. As a man who traveled to country going to different treatment centers, I would say that I wish I had found Choice House earlier in my recovery journey.

I went into treatment not sure of what it would do for me , and it completely turned my life around ,gave me another chance at life , love and living a good sober happy life .And gave me all the tools I needed. If a new beginning is what you are after . By the grace of God this is the place to get just that .The staff is amazing and most have been thru addiction themselves so they are knowledgeable when they help cause they knew they pain I was going thru . NBRC was a very good treatment center clean great groups facilitators staff the food was great a nice handful of treatments available loved underground and soda and scribbles Bible study it was a great experience

Best most loving rehab I ve ever been to they show you the love of God and they build you up and instead of tear you down! The foods awesome all there tools they help you with like the lens and bio mat and sound lounge are awesome! And all the staff are awesome and caring and they genuinely care about their clients! I would highly recommend nbrc to any addict or alcoholic

Truth. I learned a lesson the hard wayTruth. I made mistakes.Truth. I was addicted to drugs, like I said, was. My addiction took control of my life. I lost time, friends, my car, my home. Mostly I lost myself. In my addiction I lied to others, I lied to myself. I thought I was invisible and the truth couldn’t see me through the smoke screens I blew out my lungs that were filled with dope. I thought that I was untouchable to the facts on how my addiction could harm me. I became delusional to the danger I put myself in. Well friends and family it came time that I had to face the truth.Truth is I found out I have HIV.Truth is I tried to be the most seen and desired and gave and sold myself to numerous men. I wasn’t secure in myself and didn’t love myself. I had demons that I was too scared to fight and conquer.It took the love of my mother to finally tell me I needed help. She saw death on my face. So as I wondered and bounced around homeless, I decided to ask for help. Thanks to a few friends I made it to rehab and that’s how I discovered I was infectedThis is not a sad story. I don’t want people to feel sorry for me. I excepted that I chose this. I could of prevented this. I am putting this out here so others wake up and don’t make the same mistakes that I have. I am now healthy and undetectable. I am now happy because I conquered my demons. I am grateful for everything I went through because it lead to my purpose that I had been searching for my entire life. God places you in places and puts you in situations that you don’t understand at first. God had to break me to build me back up to prepare me for a purpose. Now I have my life and my light again and filled with joy. So please anyone who reads this. Take your life seriously, it’s the only one you will get. Live it, love it, protect it.This is the place to change your life. Better yet it is a place that can help you help yourself to save your life.

I had checked into rehabs 10 other times before I came to Narconon. Narconon was the first and only program that stuck for me, and I still use what I learned there every day. Narconon helped repair my relationships with family, greatly helped my legal situation, and taught me that I am capable of living a sober and happy life. I have no idea where I would be right now if it weren’t for the amazing staff and each and every step of the program.

I have struggled with mainly meth addiction for 8 years or so. I was feeling so sick everyday. My body felt toxic, the meth wasnt giving me energy anymore, I was depleted. I was craving nature and nutrition.I have been desiring to come to innerbalance for over 6 years now. I didn’t have the money then. I went to 2 other rehabs before this one covered by medicaid instead. I honestly am thankful for all 3 of the rehabs I have been too. I have learned so much and after completing innerbalance and understanding all my underlying health issues and learning how to heal I finally believe I can move foward past addiction. I am so thankful and blessed to have gotten to come here. I haven’t felt this good for a longtime. I feel joy again.I have a solid recovery plan, relapse prevention plan and relapse plan. Everyone that works here is so encouraging and supportive. I have had so many laughs and good times here. I feel ready to go out in the world. Inner Balance Health Center was the best experience I have ever had at a rehab. The staff and counselors are friendly, well versed in their professions, and helpful. Very grateful for my experience here and would recommend the facility to anyone who is trying to get out of their addiction.

Everything about Denver Women s Recovery was home the minute I walked through the doors.DWR was everything I needed at every level of my rock bottom. Every staff member played a pivotal role in my time at DWR. I am thankful for the way each part of the IOP program was run and how the curriculum was delivered. I grew into who I am as a person through IOP and OP processing groups led by great facilitators in a safe environment. I felt free to be me at all times and never once felt judged for being who I am. I also had the pleasure of living with and developing a community with a strong and courageous group of warriors of women. All of my experiences at DWR and the home I found there helped me to transform into the woman I am today.

Raleigh House changed my life. It was the only program that truly helped me grow. I felt deeply cared for and feel that RH is my home base, my family for life. The clinicians are incredibly knowledgeable and excellent facilitators. There was a pretty equal mix of people there for mental health and people there for substance abuse and we all were in it together. I did the entire program from residential, PHP and to IOP and I highly suggest that. I’m so grateful to them for my transformative experience.

Excellent people, excellent program, and it is dual diagnostic so they help people with mental health as well as people with substance abuse. I have been to treatment 4 times prior to this and I learned more here than I did at the other 4 places.

I came to the Raleigh House at my wits end and really needed support and lifted up emotionally, mentally and physically. I had become severely depressed and my alcohol use tripled to the point of health issues. It was the hardest thing I ve ever done walking through those doors.As soon as I arrived, I felt very welcomed and calm. The staff was amazing and everyone knew my first name. I jumped in full board and got so much out of all the groups, therapy, activities. This program is very well-rounded and I appreciate that. My therapist, Michaela, was amazing. All the staff really is!! I felt very accepted with my peers. I got so much out of other people s stories and shares and the positive affirmations made me feel whole again! So many of the staff, Toby, Billy, Rico, Phil, were very supportive , and happy to help in anyway, and share their story. It has been quite an experience, a very positive one and I feel very strong to move forward from it! Many thanks to The Raleigh House for putting me back together again.

Diversus stands alone as the most awesome mental health and substance abuse treatment in the springs because the staff is friendly and professional, they offer a multitude of services, they have a range of professionals with various levels of licensing (anyone can find the right professional for for them), they take many insurances including Medicaid, they have several facilities around town, and their facilities are clean and well staffed.The staff possess just the right amount of caring about the client and knowledge of the wide variety of mental health, substance abuse, and court ordered education and therapy services they offer for their clients. The staff are absolutely a breath of fresh air to the 4 other places I tried to get services at before i found Diversus. The therapists and professionals of all levels are licensed by the state.I highly recommend Diversus over the other mental health and substance abuse treatment places I’ve tried.At Diversus you can walk in at some of their locations in Colorado Springs and get an Intake the same-day. My Intake was completed within a couple hours of arriving & started the services I needed the same day.For some services they even have a shuttle that will pick you up and take you home!I have only heard positive feedback from clients I’ve talked with. Many clients have told me their success using Diversus. I highly recommend going to Diversus first because they are the best at mental health and substance abuse treatment!
