Been coming to see the very friendly/ helpful/ just really supportive staff. They dont have 1 judgmental/ rude/ or rushed thru anything. They do care about their work & the positive effects CMS has in the community. It’s 100% more than ok to ask for help & when you need it I’d definitely recommend them. Thirteen years ago our son, in his mid-teens went to DBR and spent 8-9 months there. The ranch, at that time, used a clearly defined system of rewards and consequences. If they followed the rules, they earned points; if they broke the roles, they lost points. The boys were assigned chores such as kitchen duty, shoveling snow, house-keeping. They went to school. The classrooms had 8-10students in them by grade level, there the curriculum was no-nonsense, solid subjects. They played organized games of softball, frisbee, and other sports. There was ample time for active teens to burn off all the energy typical of the age-group.
At the time, 13 years ago, the people of Minot seemed untouched by the cynicism of the rest of the US. They were polite, affable, open, and friendly.
My son, now in his early 30s, talks about his time there fondly. He lives on his own, works, hangs out with his friends, and doesn’t get into trouble.
I hope DBR hasn’t changed.

Went here with my wife for marriage help. What a waste of time. They do not care what is the cause of the issue only care what you want to happen or complete. Deb Bosch did not have the time or day to listen to what was causing issues. She only cared what we wanted to accomplish. She needs to listen to all issues to help. Wasted $150 for 45 min of time when I paid for 1 1/2 hours.

Holy smokes. I left a very positive review several years ago but I must say that Heartview is NOTHING like it used to be. The staff is the worst. I have never made such a sincere and honest effort to try getting help before my life spiraled out of control and at every turn they have thrown up a road block. I was here from April 28 to October 30 2020, I am so grateful to have gone here, I don't know where I would be if I did not come to the ranch, I want to thank the supervisors, staff leaders, and everyone else, you took great care of us. When I was there I got covid I had I had 1 on 1 time with the staff we played Mario cart and just dance we went into the gym it was the perfect place to be. I felt hope for the first time that I might be able to get better and they made it clear they would be there to help me the entire way. They customized my treatment plan to fit me! They will even come to my house to help me if I need it or feel more comfortable at me house instead of there office. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling. They are truly amazing

Jamestown has the best medical staff, receptionist, and even other patients rave about how good you can treat the mentally ill is handled with such 'care. found that this cute little town in the middle of America, a flat, windy, mostly EXTREMELY COLD WEATHER AT THE MOST...but, almost all who live here KNOW they have something special to offer. A dull, but satisfying place to retire I suppose.

I honestly love this place, I have an amazing therapist and psychiatrist. They're both very helpful and caring. I go to a group about mindfulness in valley city that's led by my therapist and another one. I 100% recommend this place!
