Being at Alana was a great experience for me. I had a chance to learn a lot of things about recovery and the mental aspect of what drugs and alcohol does to the body as a hole. I would definitely recommend this place to others such as myself that's trying to get their lives together. I stayed there 3 months,and I wish I was able to stay there even longer,Ms.Laura,Ms.Brenda,Colin,Chris,Cliff,and Caitlin played a big role in my recovery,these are PEOPLE THAT ILL NEVER FORGET. They helped me so much along the way,I plan in going back to Alana to work,once I get enough clean time.. After 4 or 5 failed attempts to stop abusing alcohol I wound up at MARR. The day after my 50th birthday. I was extremely upset and disappointed with myself. But something told me that I belonged there. And I made the best decision of my life. To stay there. I stayed for the mandatory 3 months and then an extra four more. Not only did I learn to stop drinking and live life without alcohol, but I leather be an adult. To ask for help. And most importantly I learned that I was not alone in my life or my journey. Wonderful place with great staff. You may not know it or believe it but this place is the BEST chance you have at getting sober and learning how to live a good life. Period.

My time at MARR has fundamentally changed my life. I have a strong foundation in sobriety, many coping tools in my toolbox and a large network of sober men and women who I will forever call friends. I especially love the Professionals Program (ARP) where I participated in Mirror Image classes, working with peers who had overcome their addiction and achieved the life I wanted to be living. I really appreciate the workers at this hospital. They are kind, accomodating and respectful. I didn't feel condescended to, nor treated like less of a human being. I felt that the workers set a tone of respect and dignity and support on the unit. The groups were awesome and very well facilitated. I felt like they weren't just there for a paycheck, that they actually cared about doing a good job. I would definitely go back there if I ever need mental health inpatient care.

It was a safe place during my most suicidal years. I really appreciated the ability to isolate in my room, unlike other facilities that lock the rooms during the day. That was a necessity for me as an autistic person, in order to prevent overwhelm and truly feel safe. Therapy groups could be stressful, but I wasn't forced to attend which I really appreciate. When life feels so out of control, small things like that can go a long way

I came to this center after a traumatic experience. These people made me whole again. I cannot say how much this place meant to me the 4 months I was there. Caring nurses, wonderful doctors and a cook who knew how to make hospital food palatable. I cannot recommend this place more!

Blue Ridge has been excellent for me. The inpatient program has helped me to further understand my addiction and the path to recovery. The staff is great including the Management, the excellent techs and medical staff who keep everything in order - and also the kitchen staff who keep us well fed. I have been to a couple of other rehabs in the past, but none have come close to Blue Ridge. The setting is beautiful and relaxing in the hills of north Georgia. I highly recommend Blue Ridge!!

I spent about three months in their IOP program, and it made a huge difference for me! Raj Iyer is a fantastic therapist, and the group facilitators do a great job at making the lessons engaging and relatable. As a college student, I was part of the young adult group, where my peers were welcoming and supportive. No matter what you’re struggling with, this is a program that’s worth trying.

Embark is genuinely the best place to get treatment. I looked so different leaving the program than when I came in. The staff are so kind, considerate, they provide such helpful skills to help with mental health and urges. Ja’Monica, Susan, Myron, Loren, Jimmy, Terri, David, Maddie, Mona, Vessena, De’Ja, Sade, and Dr. Hooper yall are genuinely so precious to me and yall will always have a place in my heart. Ja’Monica was my personal therapist and I learned so much from her and her EMDR amongst all her other methods of therapy. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They’re also really good with security on a real note, they always make sure we as the clients are protected in every way shape or form. Susan will push you past your limits in the best way possible. All the staff are great! Rosland, Tiffany, April, Megan, and nurses Shamoney, Tina and Nikki are all awesome and care about the clients. Place is clean and nice. The only problem I had was with the Doctors, the way the distribute medication is unlike any other facility I been too. And to top it off they didnt give my two weeks of meds when I left. Now I am out of medication till the 18th when i was able to get the soonest appointment. I dont even knoe if thats even illegal.

I just wanted to recognize some employees that go above and beyond….The two best counselors are by far Miss Kay and Mrs Brittany those two have come so far other counselors come into their office and ask them what to do on their computer or with their patients….. And that’s why they both have completely full caseloads!!!💥 I also want to recognize the best nurse there, Mrs Sonja and Mrs Poole does an amazing job as the Director and always goes to bat for all her patients, these women are the reason I’ve maintained sobriety.! Mrs Ernestine is the sweetest person ever I don’t know the new employees yet enough to speak on them. But we will get there Promise is the new guy and he’s super cool to. But I’ll be honest loosing Patrick and Tawanna has really made me miss my past counselors they were amazing and I still can reach out to them if I need to there amazing!! Ik so lucky I had someone like Brittany come in and be tye counselors I could lean in along with Mrs Kay I k is I can run to there office and it’s my safe place I can let out the truth about wanting to use and they always take the time to talk me down and make sure I’m 100x better than when I walked in! I’m probably the sickest one there so I k is I need a lot of attention and they go above and beyond every single time.

Ms Sonya is an amazing nurse and so very understanding,she doesn't talk to you like an addict. Ms Williams helps you with your insurance so patiently and makes sure you have a plan that you can afford. My counselor Ma Britt is so so sweet and anything that you need or need help with,let her know and she's on it. This is a great place full of understanding people,like family.

Being at Alana was a great experience for me. I had a chance to learn a lot of things about recovery and the mental aspect of what drugs and alcohol does to the body as a hole. I would definitely recommend this place to others such as myself that's trying to get their lives together. I stayed there 3 months,and I wish I was able to stay there even longer,Ms.Laura,Ms.Brenda,Colin,Chris,Cliff,and Caitlin played a big role in my recovery,these are PEOPLE THAT ILL NEVER FORGET. Georgia Addiction Center played a huge role in helping me turn things around. From the beginning, I felt supported by staff who were both compassionate and straightforward, which I needed. The program is well-structured and keeps you accountable, but it never feels cold or impersonal. Group sessions could be challenging at times, but they ended up being some of the most impactful parts of my experience. I had an amazing experience there! Shaq was amazing, Mac was amazing, and and Cody was amazing!! Also, the therapists that I had there was amazing!!! I still went thru issues after I left there because of my own choices, but I have over a year clean now!!! I even work in treatment now myself!! HopeQuest was truly a life-changing experience for me. The staff genuinely care about the people who come through the program, and I’m incredibly thankful for the time I spent there and everything I learned along the way. One thing that deserves its own recognition is the food and Chef Georgia! You might not expect food to be something you talk about when reviewing a treatment program, but Chef Georgia made it something we looked forward to every day. The meals were consistently great, and you could tell she put a lot of time, effort, and care into feeding everyone. She lives to serve!! The entire HopeQuest team created an environment where I could step away from everyday life, work through some difficult things, grow in my faith, and begin building a healthier foundation for my future. I’m grateful for HopeQuest, the staff, the people I went through the program with. I would absolutely recommend HopeQuest to anyone who is serious about making a change in their life.

Fantastic location. Been going for 3 years now. Thankfully they accept my Medicare & it covers 100%. They can't make someone relapse. That is an individual choice one makes. Thankfully I am able to take buprenorphine for my chronic pain.

Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can't go wrong using them. Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt. Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it....and more without it. Id be crippled, so you can see the magnitude of my plight. Eric knew and did everything he could.
