If you know me, you know my expectations are sky high. First of all, I want to compliment the lovely ladies who helped me to get an appointment. I don’t remember their names but the phone call was very pleasant. Mahalo!!! Secondly, the text reminders was super helpful as well as filling out the documents online was good experience. When I checked in today, the receptionist was very polite and kind, smiling. Love it! Lol The person who took my vitals, did my EKG, I forgot to ask her name again but she was amazing. I loved her attitude and her overall demeanor , personality and she seemed to love her job. Love it! I saw APRN Jasmine Kaanapu! Mahalo Doctor Kaanapu for your thorough evaluation , analysis and your compassion and understanding. I truly appreciate it. I also appreciate you taking my concerns about my health VERY SERIOUSLY!!!! Because of you and your discernment and quick thinking , you sent me to the ER and I’m glad I came. I’m here sitting in the ER ROOM waiting for my blood lab results , and also a cardiologist. I’m so thankful to you, Doctor Kaanapu!!! I really wish you could see children too… The receptionist told me when I asked for my son to establish care that I needed to be referred to pediatrics. That sucks , cause after todays appointment with you, I would trust you to see my children…. Seriously. Like I said in the beginning, my expectations are high and I’ve been to the doc/hosp a lot to know who’s a good doctor. Anyways, my experience with Wahiawa Health has been excellent so far. Thank you!

I'm a patient of Dr. Haunani Louis and she is awesome. Her knowledge of health and medicine is off the charts. You'd be very lucky if she is your doctor, you're in very good hands.

If you are serious about getting better, this program is great! God is great! A BIG MAHALO!!! to all the staff and people that have graduated from this program that continue to visit to encourage, support and share their testimony with people coming into the program.

I was homeless and addicted on the streets of Honolulu for more than a year and a half. I did not successfully complete the entire program. The tools that I had obtained at SITC has kept me sober since September 7, 2017. I now work and reside at the Coolfont Resort in Berkeley Springs West Virginia. I was deemed untreatble and was one of the worst cases that was reported. If I could tell SITC anything it would be thank you for the tough love and that miracles happen.

I am so grateful for the opportunity I was given there. I will take with me everything I learned there. The staff is incredible. There is not a better treatment out there I think which sounds biast though that's how I feel. I learned so much in the short time I was there. Forever they have left a mark on my soul. The teachers ( what I call them ) and my counselor were brutal and honest and I couldn't have asked for better people.

First off Erin the front desk receptionist should be the poster girl of every business employee ……. Welcomed me with a big pleasant smile and helped me fulfill my membership professionally from beginning to the end ……. She deserves a raise! As far as the amenities I was blown away and was pleasantly surprised on all of the equipment at my disposal kinda like a kid in a candy store. Today (November 1st) I had to edit this review because of two ongoing things ……. One there is ZERO dust under the equipment machines! Unlike other gyms this one is spotless (props to Mark head of maintenance)! And secondly and more importantly Erin is still smiling nearly two months later! She treats me and others with the most kindest respect each and every time ……. Simply remarkable in a human being let alone an employee! Definitely recommend anyone to be a member there hands down a NO brainer!

I had a great experience with Ku Aloha. I was on the clinic for almost 5 years. I even stopped smoking cigarettes when I was on the clinic.We had to attend group sessions and one on one counseling sessions.i decided to attend their tobacco cessation program. They gave me patches and gum to help with the cravings and honestly I wouldn't have been able to stop without them. Patches and gum are expensive at Longs . They really helped my Well Being in every aspect. With the individual counseling and the group sessions , I was really able to feel good about myself again. Thank you to all the counselors and doctors and nurses and staff that helped me there .

Be careful with medically supply shipments, they missed sending out my 1 month supply for dexcom, (their fault) and now it seems my whole shipment schedule is off.

It's wonderful there! I truly enjoy the atmosphere, the activities and the people!

First time going to this relatively new YMCA. Glad that they are there to serve the community. Very basic ... A couple of meeting rooms and (finally) a covered play area to keep the kids shaded on hot Sunny days... Which is almost every day. Now they need to have enough support to keep building and add staff.

Every staff member knows my situation and how to make me feel at home. I am lucky that I chose this place for a new beginning! I was skeptical, but things came down pretty fine

This program is so very important to change your lifestyle and your way of thinking about yourself. It builds up yourself esteem, your confidence and your judgement in decision-making. The theme is base on Hawaiian culture awareness of your recovery and self improvement. The staff is excellent and experience in bringing out all facets of your recovery. I would encourage anyone who is seriously trying to better their life to give them a call....Aloha!

This place taught me many things, thanks to the help I received in this place I learned how to control my emotions, it is a great help for people who are fighting against additions. I had already been to other help centers but it had not had any results.

It was horrible the staff are constantly ridiculing the patients. One of the cooks is full on crackhead. And staff will hit you and say it's part of the restraint.

If you're looking for someone who goes above and beyond, I can't recommend Jose enough. Thanks Jose for all your help-- you really made a difference!

Therapist are great. I felt comfortable and great atmosphere to heal and move forward with my life. I will always be deeply grateful for the positive influence Action with Aloha has in my life. This agency really lives up to their name.

Couldn't reach them on the phone so we walked over to schedule an appointment. They were pretty accommodating. My husband got into a program pretty quick. They only do zoom, and don't drug test, so if you're PO requires that you gotta figure it out another way. The engagement is pretty high. I hear my husband speaking on his meetings more than he probably did at his old in person program.

My husband had appt with Urologist mountainside 2A. Helpful staff helped us get to assist area. Elevator was down. Very difficult to find parking.

Very quick!!! I arrived on a Sunday at 3:47pm. I went to the ER, checked in, met with a nurse, then met with a doctor, and was walking back to my car by 4:06pm. Less than 20 minutes.

Staff were super nice and helpful! We were able to donate mattresses, furniture, housewares, clothes, and toiletries. They helped us unload everything and gave us a receipt for tax purposes.
