The staff is so nice and very polite and they go out of the way to help you try to get whatever you need if you need a social worker if you need a mental health counselor, any doctors appointments they strive to help you get back on your feet. The counselors are amazing. They’re a genuinely care and they genuinely want to help overall I love Brightview. I’ve been going here for a few years. This is one of the top drug and alcohol centers. This place is awful. They lack actual skills, there staffing is all recovering addicts tht think they are better than you. Alex was the only good councilor. Staff will try to get a reaction from u just to take your privileges. There transportation is HORRIBLE they will leave you stranded for hours on end with no cellphone. They forget they take clients somewhere half the time and will miss taking you to court dates then blame you for even having them. I highly don't recommend. There aod is garbage, The place is solely for money. They only teach common sense gimmicks. Save your time and go somewhere else!!!

Best Brightview period. Best addiction treatment facility period. In the course of my recovery, I have been to over 4 addiction treatment programs. Brightview was by far the best. This location has the most professional staff around. In 6 years, I had not even one complaint! My boyfriend went with me to every single appointment at this location and was not harassed once for supporting me. I owe my life to these people! I would not have the amazing life I have today, without them. In the 6 and a half years I have been with them, I have not relapsed once and am almost completely weened off of Suboxone. I felt completely safe here and everyone who worked here is trustworthy. That is paramount for a successful recovery. If you don't even feel comfortable going in to the place that is supposed to be helping you, there is NO chance of successful recovery. Update: I am now fully off of Suboxone. Even at a low dose it was not easy. I could not have ever done it, without the support I received here.

Everyone has been so nice and friendly to my family. They have gone out of there way to be accommodating to any thing that is in there probably of the serves they offer or can fine to offer. And that's amazing foresight for health care works to give damn. There trained not to! Not the doc that is on the computer. Well,he's like any other doctor cold 😷 🥶 as a fish so there my impression ,love the receptionist. The nurses are just sweethearts and the nurse practitioners are just the greatest and they really listen. Just great people all around.

What a great community resource. Staff (administration and clinical) are attentive, compassionate and really embrace community service models. Case management for when you have children with complex medical histories has proven to be an great foundation for care. I recommend for any parent whose child needs general counseling. Mental Heath is just as important as physical healthcare.

I was admitted to The Chrysalis House in August 2019. I gave birth to my daughter while in treatment. I gained all of the skills and therapy I needed to sustain my recovery. I graduated in February 2020. I have full custody of all three of my children, I have a full time career as a recovery coach where I live now, I attend school full time as a Social Work major, and I am closing on my first home in 11 days. I was able to go from homeless to homeowner with the education I gained through this program. I'm able to be a mother, a student, and an employee rather than a hopeless addict that arrived at their door with two dollar general bags of clothes and hygiene products. I would recommend this program to any mother struggling with addiction. The chrysalis house saved my life and I am incredibly grateful for the healing I received from such a nurturing environment. YOUR LIFE MATTERS!

If you want a place to start your recovery journey, this is it. There is no room for the nonsense you will find at other 30 day inpatient facilities. All the staff will help you succeed in any way they can, setting you up for longer term treatment in there sober living program. I have been to other treatments in the past but Ethan health is by far the best. They check all boxes you are looking for in a recovery journey. I owe them for where my life is heading today.

My experience with this clinic has been nothing but fantastic. The staff here are very patient, respectful and friendly. I have had a few counselors. I would complain but I have really liked each one, and look forward to my sessions. Went to have my blood drawn so I didn't have to drive the hour to Lexington. I was unable to get out so long they canceled the order. The folks at the clinic were amazing, got the order re-input, and helped me while I had a panic attack. My PTSD is very severe, and they did what was best so I could get it done.

She took her time going over my medical chart, explained answers I had in great detail. I have been with Compdrug since February 2021 and they have been great! My first 4 months I struggled to get clean until we found the correct milligram of methadone. Since then things have only gotten better in my life. Compdrug is really understanding and compassionate. They also helped me in the beginning with getting me into a sober living house as well as with clothing and shoes for myself and for employment. Compdrug has literally been the cornerstone of my recovery. So if U are serious about getting clean and U are hesitant because it can be scary just try Compdrug. U can go get dosed everyday and work ur way up. And in the event that the methadone is not enough at first DON’T GIVE UP! Keep gettin up everyday and going to get ur dose. Compensate with what u need to but I am telling U that there will be a day when U get ur dose up, a beautiful, magical day when holy crap U won’t need to use again!!! That’s how it was for me anyway. I wish the best to all of U and my heart goes out to the addicts still out there😢🫶

The staff actually care about you as a person & they treat you with respect as a person how every should be treated no matter who you are if you're homeless or have money every 1 should be treated the same & unfortunately most people have forgotten that they have forgotten that nobody is better than the next person! This is an awesome place to go. The staff are AMAZING! Always friendly and listens and very patient and understanding! I recommend highly. The staff and doctor treat me like a human being not just some addict or number. They listen to me, don’t judge, and really care. And If I miss an appointment without calling, they call to check on me and make sure I’m okay. That speaks for itself. I’ve NEVER been to another place that does that, and that says enough. I have been going to therapy here for a couple years now, seeing Kit Dijkstra, and I cannot recommend them enough. Scheduling is super easy, and the sessions themselves have been life changing on my journey to healing and being a functioning human. Kit is an incredible therapist - empathetic, really listens, challenges me, doesn't just tell me what I want to hear, and really truly cares. Every session I walk away with a little nugget or quote from Kit that I write down as a mantra. Highly would recommend and so grateful for Mindfully and Kit!!!

Update: I have emailed billing several times, and got a rejection message from my isnurance company when it was billed a second time, and am still receiving billing emails expecting me to pay for non existant appointment copays. This is unacceptable. Still have never gotten a call back from the office.
**Original Review** Scheduled appt as new patient for Aug 23rd, was told over the phone @ booking that I would receive email links for forms as well as a link to the secure video platform for the appt itself. Never received anything via email, so I called, was sent to voicemail. Left a voicemail, never got a response. 23rd comes around, I still have no link or forms email, still have not gotten through or gotten a call back, until the dr herself calls me wanting to know what happened. I told her, exactly what happened. She apologized, said they've had issues with this before, and we rescheduled as husband and I had since gone about our day when I had no way to complete the appointment. Now on Setpember 5th, I get a text message to pay a bill for Mindfully. I click the link to find out what is going on, to find out that I was fully billed for the appointment that THEIR office screwed up and never fixed. I absolutely will not be paying that, and I have cancelled the rescheduled appointment. This is ridiculous.

HRS is where all my recovery seeds were planted more than 18 years ago. I went to Bassett House willing at 15. The staff at HRS and Bassett were AMAZING! The nurse from Bassett is still in my contacts to this day! Has it been easy? No. Has it been worth ot. Yes! I would highly reccomend! The aftercare will be just as crutial!
