The nurses are great, but they could do without Steph. She is very disrespectful does not care about the health or well being of staff or patients.

The place has gotten a lot better. The nurses at the windows are great. They have new counselors. The security guards are great. Not much to complain about today.

I really enjoy the staff I think they are very friendly and courteous. Sometimes the lines get a little long but as long as you do what your supposed to do you can get a week's worth of take homes. The only reason why someone would most likely have a bad time here is because they are not getting off drugs and not doing what they are suppose to do. So if your being treated poorly by staff it's probably cuz they know your a loser who won't stop failing urine test and skipping out on counseling and thus giving methadone clinics a bad name. So I would definitely recommend this place to people who truly want help cuz it's a friendly comfortable atmosphere. For those who won't take it seriously go some where else.Update- still at this clinic and still very happy with this place and I'm so happy they finally fixed the giant. Pot holes in the parking lot. I've seen a lot of staff here come and go but one thing stays the same the treatment here is top notch. I've been at this clinic since 2010 and would definitely recommend it to anyone struggling with addiction issues. Don't be nervous about going here to get help it's a great place with great friendly employees. The new security guard is pretty cool too.

Working at and learning the mission of Blue Sky Counseling has taught me about addiction and how to really help people that struggle with it. The staff are truly dedicated to the people they serve.

My counselor was open minded and demonstrating a desire to help. I requested and received homework for the next sessions. I gleaned some new information for me to think about and consider in things to better myself in.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bluesky, and I couldn t be more grateful for the experience. From the very first session, I felt welcomed and understood. I feel this is a safe space where I could openly discuss my thoughts and feelings, and continue to heal and grow.

Well I have to say is this it is a great ace to go. My experience with this program is this they will support u through everything. I have gone there right now almost 6 years. I did a te and finished it and now I am at se and have been doing this job right for a little over 1year and still going everything is working process if I can do it anyone can. So yes this is a great place to go.

Strength comes from the spirit and not the head. This facility focuses on Christian values and spiritual growth. Those with strong faith can overcome many things. A very positive attitude exists in this facility because of very strong and insightful staff. If one wants to truly overcome addiction,this is an excellant place to start.

Praise God for using Teen challenge maine as a vessel in my life and so many others. I graduated from the maine campus a little over a year ago. One of the keys of it is to not treat it as a program but the very first day look at it as a new beginning to a new life changing way of life God is the only way to true peace and happiness. I have done zoom when Covid hit then went in a few times staff was amazing and wonderful in general

These people are fantastic. They take my issues so seriously and work so hard to provide an exquisite level of care. Under their guidance I have noticed much improvement. Even though my journey has not finished and probably never will, I m blessed to have these wonderful people on my team. I could gush all day but you, dear reader, get the idea. My and others time is well spent here. Thanks to all the hard workers under the KBH roof. They give me such hope for the future. Cannot recommend enough.

I love "Groups" in augusta maine. My provider dr. Shwink councilor Tracy and office udi person Amber, are so helpful. They treat you like a person instead of a number. And they actually care about you.

I have been coming to groups on and off for the past four and a half years and this is the longest that I've stayed in recovery I have recommended this to a few of my friends and I hope it works as good for them as it has for me I really like the group that I'm in and the staff is always Pleasant and kind and usually very helpful! I received excellent care at Alfond for lymphoma and am almost 6 years out from chemotherapy. It's a very busy place. Everyone there is very nice.

The staff is extremely helpful, empathetic and reasonable.

The staff is very helpful it's 100% confidential no names needed no police no worry please come get what you need to be safe and while your there get tested and get they can guide you in the right direction to get help be it health safety food shelter ect. They have information on local resources plz call or stop in ..

As someone who does better with more human level interactions between myself and my care team this place has been awesome. I've had two case managers and two therapists here, both of the first moved to different fields, and med management for almost four years through MBHO. I've never done well with that button up all business approach alot of agencies use, so if that's what you're looking for look elsewhere. If you want providers that try to really get to know YOU and not just treat you like client #123, then this agency will be exactly what you're looking for. They put you center in your care and don't handhold through everything so you have to actually try and participate in your own care. My mental, physical and social health have improved by leaps and bounds because I had to say what my goals are not be told what goals are "best". If you are looking to heal and not just maintain by going through the motions then MBHO has what you need.

Good place

I am thankful that Maine Behavioral Health is operating in Skowhegan. There are not enough medication clinics in Maine and MBHO fills a need. The staff at the med clinic are professional and willing to coordinate with case managers and clinicians to get clients needs met. The building is lovely and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I would highly recommend MBHO.
