Dr Singh saved my life recently. I will be forever greatful for that!!! Sadly, the staff at his office is quite frankly, a mess. They cancel appointments (appointments I was threated that I would be charged for if I canceled), seem uncaring-like you are bothering them. It really is quite sad. I know it is hard to find good help but there has to be better staff out there. The people this place sees are eart patients. Most, like me, are in a frail condition both physically and mentally. We need our cardiologist and their staff to be there for us. Make out lives easier, not more difficult. This office left me crying on a few occasions. I didn't need that. Some comfort would have been nice. Found a new cardiologist at a professional office with great staff.

Was wonderful. They have a great program. I took so much out of there in the 30 days I was there. I would like to give a shout out to my PCC
Sabrina she was amazing. Also all of the RA’S at Skywood are very friendly and helpful, but there is one especially that made my stay so much more comfortable her name is Mikala. She was amazing always had a smile on her face and said things to make me feel good. I think we all need that when we are in treatment because we are all going through some depression and anxiety. She knew how to make me feel good about myself. I would recommend Skywood to anyone needing help with any type of addiction. 😊

I feel for the most part all the staff are pretty laid back, I get along with all of them, it seems pretty professional to me! Of course I hate that I have to drug test twice a week and do the groups and one on one meetings because it really messes with my job and I lose a lot of hrs every week but I put myself in the position that I'm in so no one to blame but myself. It would be nice if they could work around your job schedule better when it comes to groups and the one on one meetings! That's my only complaint!!

My case has been closed twice now. The latest time I was notified at an appointment they let me set up. I was told I was left a message by the same person who set the appointment for me. So now I'd have to go through the intake process for a 3rd time when clearly nothing has changed in the past month. What a joke. If they were in thr business of helping, they wouldn't be so quick to close the door on people.

I have been going to this place for almost six months. They have helped me more than any past place I’ve been to. They’ve gone the extra mile to help me mentally and emotionally. They not only help with your mental health but they provide other types of care they even have their own nurses which I see Lisa and she helped find me a diet plan when my other doctors never have. They will go the extra mile including my therapist Jordan and my psychiatrist Sarah they both have been nothing short than fantastic. I highly recommend this place and if you keep up with your appointments and show you want help they will make sure you receive it.

I truly can’t say enough about how much the New Oakland Clarkston location changed my life. I came in during a crisis, and I left feeling stable, hopeful, and genuinely happy. I was part of the face-to-face program at 28 years old, and everything exceeded my expectations. The group therapy sessions were incredibly powerful and gave me tools I didn’t even realize I was missing. My group leader, Kailee, was with me for the majority of the program and is genuinely one of the most bubbly, kindhearted, and knowledgeable souls I’ve ever met. She created a space that was safe, supportive, and uplifting every single day.
Niki, my therapist, is truly amazing—so insightful, attentive, and caring. Dominique, the nurse, is an absolute gem—compassionate, patient, and always there when you need her. And Matt, the psychologist, didn’t waste any time helping me find the right medication and support. He took my concerns seriously and acted quickly, which made a world of difference.
The staff here truly care. It doesn’t feel like “treatment”—it feels like a community of people who love what they do and want to help you grow and heal. The food was great every day, the atmosphere was calming and structured, and they even gave us breaks for fresh air, which made a huge difference for my mental health.
This place gave me a full toolbox to take with me, and for the first time in a long time, I feel ready. But here’s the truth: you get out what you put in. If you show up, participate, and commit to the process, you will see change. This team will support you every step of the way, but you have to meet them there.
What sets New Oakland apart is that their care doesn’t stop when you walk out the door. They set you up with a real plan for continued support—and they actually follow through. I will forever be grateful for the experience I had here. This team helped me find myself again.

I recently was discharged from the PHP Face to Face program. It was an amazing program! I learned a lot of coping skills, and really felt that I was in a safe, non-judgmental facility.
I spent most of my time with Kailee. She is EXACTLY what the mental health world needs. She is so kind. She really takes the time to get to know. She challenges you, makes you get a little out of your comfort zone, and shows incredible support. I also had the pleasure of working with Martha and Dr. Harris. Both were so warm and friendly. You can tell they just want to see you feel better.
Everyone I encountered was so kind! They never made me feel bad or insecure about being there. Even the front desk ladies were amazing! The one who works check in was always in a great mood, and that helps you settle in and feel comfortable.

You get out what you put in. I’ve done therapy for many years and this facility is great. I’ve only seen my one provider, but I would believe that every other provider also offers exceptional care. Don’t read into all the bad reviews, if you are on the fence about trying them out I’d give them a chance.

I got a lot of support for my mental health. Very professional and they care deeply for each resident. They helped me find my self confidence and self worth. Most importantly they work as a team. I got support not just with my mental health but they provided an autism specialist who greatly improved my quality of my life. I owe Rose Hill so much to my life also the offer DBT therapy which challenged me to improve myself and receive support to reach my goals. My DBT coach Laura gave me hope to a broggter future and helped me with dealing with extreme anxiety. I totally recommend Rose Hill for mental health and people who are on the autism spectrum. I made an appointment over a week ago. They tell me the day before my appointment that i got come in there office to sign papers. Why you didn’t tell me that before the appointment day. They are rude and so unprofessional!!!!! It’s sad when ppl are reaching out for help and can’t get it cause they don’t have there system together and then tell you so what that’s not there problem .

My experience here was quiet honestly a waste of time and money. My therapist Darlene was alright, we had a few sessions together but I didn't really feel we clicked. That's ok. The psychiatrist in office that she referred me to- Damon, however, I feel had terrible bedside manner. Religiously/culturally insensitive, and i dropped $150 on testing to get told "yeah, well you do technically meet all the criteria for ADHD, but the test also shows you're really anxious, so why don't we have you come in for more rounds of therapy and we'll re-test you in a few more months (another $150 charge)". I'm anxious because i have unmedicated ADHD that makes daily tasks feel like I'm trudging through mud, and I can't remember anything. Anyone would be anxious. I stopped coming after that. It felt like it was just an endless "keep paying us for no answers or actual help". I don't expect them to be miracle workers and fix my mental health at the snap of a finger, but I do expect professional bedside manner and not religiously insensitive jokes when I already spend half my sessions just having to explain the nuances of my culture and religion.

I used to go here. The nurses are nice and the front desk personnel are friendly. I gave 4 out of 5 stars due to past experiences with my medicines not being up to my expectations and having to switch to a civilian doctor. But otherwise they are ok.
